The food is great here. The menu varies some with specials. There is the availability of eating outdoors on the patio. Their deserts are specially made and very good.

We both ordered the prime rib. It was overcooked. It was difficult to cut. It could have been seasoned a little better. I was disappointed because it was my first visit there.

Been there twice before with stellar results. Today I had a chicken sandwich that had the best depth of flavor of any pub food, I've ever had. There for my wife's b-day & service was suspect at best. One waitress managed (at least) 4 tables, while we had to follow up with the hostess about the arrival of our food after a significant wait. And no offer of a paid or free b-day treat for my wife. We will definitely hesitate before saying anything about or going there again.

Great food. Great service. We will go back to try the rest of the menu. Very crowded dining room. Would prefer a quite table. Next to us there was young screaming children. I love kids but I don't want to eat with them

Everything in this place is top notch. I had the double crab cakes and they were fantastic. Our waitress Jane was terrific!

Menu is huge but doesn't seem like you can go wrong. We all got something different and it was all incredible.

Always amazing delicious food & excellent service! Our favorite is the delmodaes. But everything we gave had has been more than exceptional. Loved the grilled chicken caesar wrap! The wrap is brushed with a garlic pesto mix and grilled slightly crispy. Absolutely wonderful food and exceptional service. One of the owners is usually there and always goes around to see how customers are enjoying their meals & drinks. Very highly recommend!!

Our server was awesome and very attentive! The Food was fabulous, fresh and authentic. Started with the calamari was delicious and fresh. I had the surf and turf and the lamb was tender and yummy and the scallops perfect, the risotto too much sauce but good. The wife enjoyed her steak Gorgonzola. The decor definitely needs an update, very dark and dated. Paint and some pics of the Greek isles…just saying to go with the great service and food!!

Wonderful meal! We shared an order of the crab stuffed mushrooms (6) . Full of crab! The Crab and Shrimp wrap was delicious! The wrap was crisped with cheese. This could qualify as a share, almost to much to finish! Sweet potato fries were perfect. The Grecian Crab Melt was very good as well!! Two orders of dessert to go!!!

Menu is incredibly varied with plenty of fusion fare, delightfully prepared. Large portions abound & everything was tasty! My favorites (so far): Their freshly-made hummus was outstanding & their lamb kebabs were juicy, lean & tender. Served on two skewers, there was enough meat on my plate to feed more than one person! I consider it to be the best lamb dish I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. 👍

I wouldn’t mind if they updated their interior. You’d think looking at it, it could benefit from “Restaurant Makeover” on the Food Network show. That being said, the rest of everything is outstanding. You can see that even the youngest, greenest staff is trained throughly: Hostesses to waitstaff. My husband and I came for the first time last Feb, had a delicious meal and vowed to come back. (We live over an hour away). We’ve experimented with multiple items, but our standout favorite was the Garlic Herb Encrusted Pork Chops for my husband (because he likes “the norm”) and for me, their special of the day, Spanikopota with crab. Whatever its appearance, it was delicious head to toe! Very nice balsamic glaze to finish! As with all their cuisine, it is fresh, flavorful and exactly as you’d expect. Their chef is exceptional; their hostesses and waitstaff are attentive and knowledgeable. I recommend 100%.

We chose this restaurant because our Hampton desk personnel gave us a list of local eateries. We had asked for that help. Along the way on our trip, we asked locals to make recommendations as well. We were really happy to make reservations and a scenic drive to Olivia's on our last early evening in Gettysburg, PA. They have a very extensive menu and everyone in our group of 5 chose different entrees. My entree was a lobster and shrimp pasta with a Greek side salad. OMG! We followed that great dining experience with a nearly 2 hour walking Historical Ghost Tour at 9 p.m. YIKES!

So glad I found this authentic Mediterranean place just outside Gettysburg! Delicious food and drinks.

Stopped here on the way home after a day of hiking on the Tuscarora Trail. Easy to find, plenty of parking, relatively empty on this late Friday afternoon. Seated per our choice in the deck "party" area but we were the only ones there and that was fine for us. I had the gyro with fries and a local beer and my wife had the chicken Caesar wrap. Both very good and the portions were large >> we each took a box home for leftover meals. Waitress was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I would say 5 stars, but the prices of most of the meals were a bit high for our low budget plans, so 4 stars for quality and atmosphere. Would definitely return if passing thru that area again.

Awesome crab nachos- loaded with cheese & crab. Fresh tomatoes were perfect. The veggies & hummus were fresh & plentiful. But the highlight was the gyro!

Olivia's never disappoints. We have been coming here for years. The food is great, the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are fantastic.

There's nothing wrong with the atmosphere, but elegance is lacking -- compared to the quality of the food. I could happily eat here often. Terrace is Smoking Allowed. Could affect your dining. We were there at 5:30, terrace seating could use a good scrubbing/power wash. Likely unnoticeable in evening. Food quality & quantity outweighs atmosphere. I've spent a lot more $$, for sub-par food in restaurant with fancy table cloths & crystal chandeliers.

My review of Olivia’s, the good, the bad and the summary. The Good I took my parents to Olivia’s on Mother Day and we ordered the Stuffed Grape Leaves, Greek Moussaka (pictured), Greek Salad (pictured) and the Kavourokeftethes (crab cake platter) and we dined inside the restaurant, outside seating is available. All entrees were very good and of ample portions, so much so that we all had to get carry out boxes for what we could not eat. I will say that the Greek Salad was the BEST I have ever had. We had a very old gift card that their current system could not process but they did honor it based on what we told them was on the card which was $100. The Bad The Stuffed Grape Leaves the we ordered as an appetizer never arrived. Thank goodness the Greek Salad came with one Stuffed Grape Leaf so that at least we got to sample it. The broccoli that came with the crab cakes was barely cooked and my parents (in there 80’s) found it difficult to eat. We found the inside of the restaurant to be too dark and very loud and it was only half full. I can only imagine how noisy the place is when at full capacity. The Summary Other than the broccoli being very undercooked we absolutely had no complaints about the food, it was very delicious and I would not shy away from dining there again. However……if I did go back I would sit outside where there is better lighting and not nearly as noisy.

I highly recommend Olivia's Mediterranean Cuisine Restaurant. The experience was great from the beginning to the end. Their appetizers are awesome. Their main menu has so many amazing choices, and their special menu has limited time selections to choose from. I'm so glad I tried the Lobster, Crab, and Shrimp Scampi. It was so good. Their drink selections were great. I had the Raspberry Pink Moon, and it was so smooth and tastefully delicious. All of their deserts were so appealing. I had the Coconut Cream Cheesecake, which was delicious, and I will be back to try the others. I can't wait for my next visit to try something different.

You must try this place. The food is excellent and the presentation of it is like a work of art!

My sister and I decided to eat lunch at Olivia's this past Sunday April 28th 2024. We had eaten dinner there before with a party of 5 of us, and the food and service was awesome. We got there for lunch and it wasn't crowded at all. The waitress when she finally came to wait on us took our order,. She served my salad and gave us bread, but we waited almost 45 minutes before I finally stopped her and asked why our meals were taking so long.. It seemed like other people were recieving their meals at a reasonable time and their waitresses were quite attentive. She never came to inform us there was a problem of missing one of their chefs, and that was why the food wasn't served within a reasonable time. Then waited another 20 minutes till we finally got our meals. My sister got the sirloin tips meal and I got the seafood pasta and cheese which was I believe cost 34 dollars and hers wasn't cheap either. We finished our meal and I had given my sister some of my seafood on her plate along with what she couldn't eat to take home with her. The waitress took her plate and said she'd bring the leftovers on her plate back in a container to take home. She bought it back and my sister checked if her sirloin tips and the seafood I gave her were in the container. Well, the sirloin tips were there but not the seafood I put on her plate to take home also. My sister asked her where the seafood was that was also to be put in the container along with the tips to take home. She replied oh I didn't know you wanted that too to be included also. Come on now shrimp, scallops, and lobster pieces. This was absolutely in excusable!!! Needless to say we were very disappointed and quite upset period for the way we were served. I owned a restaurant and never treated my customers so horribly. We visit Gettysburg often and your place was highly recommended to us by the Comfort Hotel which we stayed at. We will think long and hard next time about eating again at your restaurant. P.S. we were not rude to our waitress, but now I think we should have asked fir the manager. We just paid our bill and left. I received a very nice apology from the owner of Olivia's, and they are sending a gift card to come back again. I told them I would visit them again on our next trip to ghettsburg.

Olivia’s is a hidden gem in the countryside. Well worth the drive from Gettysburg . . . and beyond. The menu is overwhelming but Greek staples, like spanikopita and saginaki, were delicious, easy choices. I’ll keep coming back when I’m in the neighborhood; there are a lot of items on the menu to work through and I’ll bet they’re all delicious.

A great variety of Greek, Italian, & other food choices that are sure to please everyone. Service is excellent & there are always leftovers to bring home & enjoy later due to the generous portion sizes.

My husband and I travel from Chambersburg just to enjoy a terrific meal here several times a year. Whether it's the seared tuna, thick center-cut pork chops, authentic gyro or a burger, we have never been disappointed and always leave with a full and satisfied tummy 😋 They truly know how to make a hearty and very delicious soup or bisque... it's like a meal in-of-itself. They have awesome desserts, and their hummus is hands down the best I've ever had anywhere...my husband agrees, and usually, he hates the stuff 😆

The food is wonderful. Fresh bread baked in house. Crab cake sandwich had a homemade bun. The crab cake had hardly any breading and was mostly delicious crab. Zeus platter of lamb meatballs and vegetables rolled in a warm pitas was great. French onion soup was just ok. The atmosphere is a dark, cramped bar feel so dont go for the decor. Go for the good food.

Every time I’m in the area I eat at Olivia’s. The food is amazing, atmosphere is relaxed and the service is great. The grilled calamari appetizer is the best I’ve ever had, and it’s consistently perfect. This time I had the sovlaki and my friend had the Thai crab cakes for the main course.

Loved the bread and chunky humus. We had a burger and a gyro. Very good lunch We will be back.

After seeing Olivia's on Fox 43 news we finally decided to try it out. We certainly were not disappointed. The food was delicious. They give you tons of it. The service was impeccable, professional and very attentive. It was four of us and we left there with two full doggie bags of food we couldn't finish. For my husband and I our bill was $107 but that was an appetizer, the steak special, another steak order, two mixed drinks and an iced tea. I thought the price was very reasonable. I don't mind paying a little bit more money for good tasting food that is seasoned properly and I don't have to chew through Gristle. We definitely will return!

Huge menu good food so something for everyone

This place is worth the drive. The service was top notch for our party of ten. The food was delicious! I had shrimp scampi and loved it. I'm not sure what everyone else had because our group was so large We had multiple appetizers. The humus was excellent. The chicken caprese was awesome. I think we had stuffed mushrooms too? (it was a month ago and there might have been wine involved). I just know everyone seemed to enjoy all the food, the service and just being there. I want my brother to take me there the next time I come to town for sure.

Food was great, so was the service. The only reason I gave it three stars is it's kind of expensive. Some of their appetizers are 20!! I mean I know all the prices on everything have gone up but that's just a little ridiculous. I had the steak, which was very tasty but the onions they put on top of it weren't sauteed enough.

Very expensive, non- traditional Mediterranean, but the house hummus was good, the feta may have been fresh and local, and the Souvlaki was amazing.

The atmosphere was the best that I have experienced in a long time. The Christmas music added to the ambience. Impeccable service, and the food was absolutely the best meal we’ve had since moving to PA. Our food was plated nicely and appealing, screaming with flavor. We relished every bite. Hats off to the Chef. Oh and loved the bread too.

Went here for a little business trip it was highly recommended we arrived and was seated fast but we did have a reservation. The music was so loud we couldn't talk to each other and we definitely were not into the music playing. The waitress was nice but it took a long time to take our order and it was a very long wait. We were there over 3 hours and we eat fast to get out of there. The place was packed and not alot of room between tables. I got the whisky stake it was good but definitely cooked more then I wanted.

Great food and staff. Amazing Greek cuisine

The food and service were so good on my first visit that I returned the next night. Sirloin tips arrived medium rare as I ordered, a rarely anywhere else. My server (working his way through law school) was attentive and professional. The sirloin tips were large, plentiful, tender, and delicious; I took half home. The mulligatawny soup was perfect on a cold and rainy night—a big bowl packed with goodness and comfort. That and Olivia’s fresh bread and butter were all I needed for a deeply satisfying supper. The menu is varied and interesting. I look forward to trying some of the less common entrees, such as octupus. I was put off at first by the color and lumpy, shiny appearance of the hummus, which has some whole and chopped garbanzos in the purée, but it was delicious.

I treat myself to the prime rib on Friday evenings, and enjoy seeing my favorite waitress. The salads are remarkable with many different kinds of lettuce. Great desserts too!

We had seen they were open. We stopped by for my nephew to use their bathroom because we wouldn't had made it to the next gas station without him having an accident. They let him use it without any issues. Staff was very kind. Definitely lots of parking.

Wow, I used to be a fan of this place, but today's experience was unanticipated ; as I discovered total inconsistency in a meal I previously ordered just a few weeks ago. I called attention to this fact & they did make an attempt to provide me with a remake of the same dish, but still dissatisfied with results as it was so salty I could barely eat it. I'll give them an A for effort, because they sent me out the door with a free desert. Not sure what to make of this.

A hidden gem. The food and the service are both outstanding. The pictures are my dinner this evening. One warning: THE SERVINGS ARE LARGE. Ample parking. The dessert case by the front door is beautiful. The desserts are made in house. The French Onion Soup is thick with ample melted cheese. The stuffed peppers were outstanding and very filling. The Pumpkin Cheese Cake was "to go". Olivia's is most highly recommended.

Super disappointed with the food here. Used to be one of my favorite places for Med food. Now it's just over priced, over microwaved food. Atmosphere inside is nothing to write home about. The best part of our dinner was the waitress, but I can't recognize her since she didn't introduce herself when she approached our table. Doubtful I will be back...

Wow, so good, fresh, and worth it. They start you off with rustic, house made crusty bread. If you like bread, you can stop here. They serve it with a rustic hummus, the chuck peas aren't pureed, the Tahini and oil and spices are just mixed in. Not your thing, ok, they serve it with butter too. But do give the bread and hummus a taste. I didn't taste any vinegar that commercial hummus has, or lemon juice that you'd use in homemade hummus. If you hate chick peas, sorry, more for me. 3 out of 5 of us had gyros in pita. 1 had spanikopita, 1 had spaghetti and meatballs. The gyros were beef and lamb, well spiced, a nice taste of garlic too that lingered. The spanikopita was a little salty. The dinner meatballs were huge, a good texture, and the sauce was good. Better than Rao's marinara. The only thing I'd do with the gyro, and this for dinner only, is serve with a bed of basmati rice instead of fries. Fries with dinner just feels cheap and half-arsed. Lunch, ok. Dinner, step it up as a gyro platter. Add a condiment cup of tzatziki sauce for the rice too. There's nothing that doesn't taste better with tatziki sauce on it. Don't ask your server if it's tzatziki or mast-o-kayer, the 18 year old servers have no idea what the difference is. Definitely worth going back. Make reservations early. Plates ran $17-$30+ and the more expensive plates are seafood and steaks. Adult beverages were ok, but priced to keep you to 1 or 2 because no matter what, you have to drive. YOU MUST HAVE DESSERT! Walk in and the dessert case is right inside, so you can browse while waiting for your table. This works splendidly because even if you're full, you're taking home a slice of something. I had the choclava-chocolate coated baklava- for breakfast. It was the weekend and I'm allowed. It went great with morning coffee. Then I went and did yard work, so burned those calories off.

We were visiting Gettysburg and was looking for somewhere different to eat and we found this place and it isn’t far away, maybe a 10 minute drive. So we looked up the menu, which is huge, and we decided to give it a try. It’s a very nice restaurant and the staff was very friendly. They had a magician that came to our table and showed us a few tricks which was entertaining. The food was served quickly and was delicious.There was so many choices on the menu that it was very hard to decide what to eat. My only complaint was when we looked at the menu online the prices were different then they were at the restaurant, some things by almost $5. So I feel they need to update their online menu and prices. We still felt that the quality of food and portions were still worth it though..

This place is a reason why my husband and I continue to try new places. Sometimes you find some gems, and this one had leaving with very satisfied smiles. The deserts are quite large so maybe think about sharing.

Girls night out was fun thanks to our amazing server! He was very informative and knowledgeable explaining the menu to us. The drinks were my favorite part of the dinner! I love that they use deep eddys for their cocktails since that is kinda hard to find in this area. I probably would skip the meal if we return and come for just drinks…I expected the greek salad to be served with greek dressing but it was served with a balsamic vinaigrette. The main course was so so. The baklava was very different from any I have ever gotten and I wouldn’t recommend ordering that here either. Pretty restaurant inside!

Harry and Yanni, are Culinary Masters and Adrienne is one one of the Top Mixologist with interesting Spirit forwarded Libations. Their presentation in plating and cocktails are Amazing! A must is their Homemade Bread and Hummus follow it with Tasty Onion Soup and how about Lobster Seafood Macaroni and Cheese or Seafood Scampi. Summer entries are also a must to sit down and enjoy Flavorfull and Lite. Don't forget to watch them on FOX 43 cooking magnificent entries and crafting delicious Cocktails.
