Burrito was pretty good. Wish they had a spicy version

It was a busy day for this guys truck, but they served up hot, beautiful, and delicious food... with a smile and good attitudes.

Very good I recommend the cheesy wet shrimp burrito. Your toung will slap your eyeballs out!

Don’t mistake this for any old food truck. On the fly serves up nothing but incredibly delicious food. They have a great menu and you can’t go wrong with anything from here. Drew is very friendly and always goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. My favorite food truck in all of Jax.

I've been a patron of On the Fly for years! It's still my favorite food truck. The consistency is unmatched. Chef Andrew is always polite, friendly, and welcoming. I've never had a bad item on the menu in all these years. The food is so good and always made with the freshest ingredients. The other day, I went and grabbed some shrimp tacos, and they were amazing as usual. Best shrimp tacos in the whole city, and I stand on that. I managed to snap a pic before I devoured them. I also included a pic of the sweet potato planks from a previous visit. Everything is just so delicious 😋 Don't hesitate to pay him a visit. They're open Monday - Friday, from 11 AM - 3:00 (ish) PM.

Fresh fresh fresh food! Service with a smile and the guy remembered names and food orders! Come early caus the line stacks up after 11:30am! Great prices for food too! Definitely a repeat customer, You had me at shrimp tacos ;)

Chicken tacos were tasty and fresh and the slice of avocado made them perfect. Fast service and just a short walk from the courthouse with a little outdoor seating for some fresh air.

This was my second time eating there. The chicken quesadilla was awesome. My husband had the Mile long pork sandwich, which was also amazing. Highly recommend having lunch here if you are in the downtown area.

Chef Andrew takes food truck entrée to heights that I have never experienced at any of the other food trucks I have ever been to. His masterpieces are worth more than he charges (please don't raise the price). His tacos are better than any taco you can order from a brick and mortar. His burritos are perfectly created and never dry or soggy (not sure how he pulls that off). And, from time to time he makes Creme Brule that will give you a glimps into heaven!! On the Fly is definitely worth the drive/visit.

Fantastic food at a reasonable price! We shared a "cheesy wet burrito w/shrimp and loaded bacon blue chips" the shrimp was cooked perfectly and the chips were amazing! We got it to go and ate our meal on the water front. Fast courteous service, we'll be back!

Stop in just by driving by and was glad I did! Ordered the El Diablo sandwich and it was so good! Lots of flavor for sure! Highly recommend stopping in!

Good place to grab a quick bite for lunch. We were at the courthouse in downtown Jacksonville and it was about a block away. Everything is made fresh. Ours were served on flour tortillas. I enjoyed it!

I had a ticket I had to pay at the court house and I accidentally pulled into this food trucks parking lot. I was obviously upset and was probably visibly shaking. I was having a really bad day that day and really just needed someone to be kind to me. Well, that was the person on staff at around roughly 2 pm on 01/13. Idk what your name is dude but you really came through. I didn't even have to tell you I needed help you just offered it (I needed to find a parking space). I bought a coke and tipped a dollar. Wish I had more. Will come get lunch from this place one day.

Maybe the best lunch spot in North Florida, if not it is tied with the French Pantry. I have been coming here since it first opened and the chef is amazing and the “on the fly sauce” should be classified as a narcotic. My go to is the chicken quesadilla which is so packed with flavor, it is actuall indescribable, it is that good. But almost everything on the menu is heavenly, so don’t be scared to go through the entire menu.

My boyfriend and I drove from South Florida to go to South Carolina and stopped by this restaurant to have lunch. This has been by far one of the best meals I have ever had. The manager (or the owner) was very understanding to my intolerance to gluten, and made adjustments so I’d be able to enjoy my meal. I am so happy we stopped by and had lunch here. Thank you!!! ❤️

Where's the sixth star at for having the best bleu chips in Florida? Serving raw fish out of a truck on the side of the road these guys are just bragging about their culinary skills at this point.

Beautifully cooked pork in the pork tacos, shrimp taco and blue cheese chips also very good. Lovely iron tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Truly enjoyed the experience.
