This is going to sound dramatic but these are the best tacos we’ve ever had. You’re crazy if you don’t find this food truck and eat here 😂 The tacos were SO fresh and everything on its own was 10/10 let alone all combined was 12/10. I stop by when they’re parked Edith and El Pueblo during the week days and I’d highly recommend you stop by and give them a try! Thanks for sharing your culinary gifts with the world!

I enjoyed this food from their food truck. THIS IS AMAZING!!! I got the smokehouse burger (minus the egg) and the bacon jam is AMAZING. The first morsel of this burger I had was a crumb of the bottom bun that i had broken off...I kid you NOT That one crumb was DELICIOUS and I knew the rest of the burger was going to be amazing. It was indeed DELICIOUS!! I cut a wedge out of the burger and that is how I realized how even the bottom of the bun was phenomenal. I also ordered the nachos, which DO INDEED look like the photos they have on google. They look JUST AS GREAT in styrofoam. I have a looong history of LOVING nachos and being disappointed in nachos. THESE were a HAPPY moment!! 1. They lightly salt the nachos before the toppings. What does that matter? Because all the toppings are on the top of the nacho, and usually one's tongue only gets the taste of a tortilla chip first. NOW, my tongue had something not bland FIRST, then the toppings were delectable and flavor packed as well. 2. The sauces and toppings are separated from the nachos by the added meat (it is totally worth the extra $2.00) meaning when I ate the nachos 1+ hours after I ordered them - the chips were still crunchy!!! It is because they don't flood the nachos with cheap cheese (and still charge high prices like some places) which causes the nachos to get soggy. The sauces they use aren't watered down and good and thick which means they stayed in place instead of drooling down throughout the chips and making them soggy. I don't do food reviews....But if you see this food truck - GET THE FOOD!! It is reasonably priced for the care and flavor they pack into the food - and they are large portions. GET THE FOOD and you should be happy you came across their truck. DELICIOUS. Oh oh oh , and the people were super nice. But the FOOD OMG!!
