Walnut meat tacos are phenomenal. Vegetarian trying to go vegan and I've always wanted to try vegan walnut 'meat.' I must say I'm super impressed with both the taste and the nutrients of the meal- there were black beans and I think sweet potato in the tacos too, along with a really good dressing on the salad. I'm sad I live an hour and a half away!

Nice, quaint organic deli. Several vegan options. Had the Tacos Gone Nutz. They very tasty as was the side salad that came with it. Would definitely come again when in Naples.

I always will admire when someone makes plants taste so damn good. This place has always been my go to for a meal that tastes good and leaves you feeling good after eating. Tasty, fresh, bright and creative I could go on but ill just say try the artichoke burger rolled it’s my all-time favorite adding chicken or tempeh is great for extra protein. OT is the real OG <3

We have countless restaurants and nearly every imaginable cuisine option in Naples to choose from, but OT is my absolute most favorite of all! I’m not vegan or vegetarian but I do fuel my body with fresh, organic and anti-inflammatory foods. I love cooking, fermenting and brewing but sometimes need a break from the kitchen. I am so grateful for you guys. Because of you, I can eat out and feel good about it AND every single bite is a taste of heaven. Just the best! Big Love.

I’ve never eaten at an organic themed restaurant, but this was a delightful surprise! The server recommended the Avo-Loco sandwich and the Tacos Gone Nutz. Both were uniquely delicious!! The 4.9 stars Google rating got my attention and I’m glad it did.

Jan 2024: changing my review from 4 stars to 3. I ordered the crispy grilled artichoke burger and it was not grilled crispy at all and was very mushy. It had 95% spinach and not much of the other toppings and didn’t come on the OG beet bun. I wasn’t sure if this was how the sandwich was supposed to taste/look, so I didn’t think to ask them to remake it. But after looking over the menu again and the other reviews with photos, I think they just had an off day making mine. Jan 2022: Fresh and unique ingredients/dishes. Love the art work and all the plants and bohemian decor. Wish the nachos had a bit more beans and sauce and chips 😃

Absolutely amazing every single time! Have been coming here for 4 years and it never disappoints. The food is so fresh and delicious, gives you tons of energy! I always feel amazing after eating here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I think I have almost tried everything on the menu and it’s all fantastic. My go to place to eat out in Naples!

They make the most amazing fresh salads with great ingredients. The prices are really reasonable and a salad lasts meet at least twice as a full meal.

I used to frequent it when I lived in Naples and always make sure to come back when I’m visiting. Also the brownies may be the best brownies I’ve ever had. Keep doing what you’re doing!!

This is our absolute favorite place to eat! John, Anna-Lynn, and staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding! Our favorites are the Sloppy John, Tacos Gone Nutz, and the Mung Bean Taco Salad. Desserts are amazing, especially, the Blueberry Bread and the Pumpkin bread! My husband loves the pumpkin bread so much we ordered a pan for his "birthday cake".

This is my favorite lunch spot in Naples. If they delivered or allowed Uber Eats- I would literally eat it every day. Curry in a hurry in a bowl is my fave. I can’t always get there so I’m forced to eat subpar food that’s more expensive for lunch at my office most days.

Organically Twisted…fresh, simple, large portions. Vegan. I’m in. Delicious. If you have never tried a Vegan option, Organically Twisted is a great place to start your Vegan adventure in Naples. Centrally located. Seasonal Kombucha. Laid back. Order and in a few minutes you meal is prepared. Mung Bean? Yep. While you wait, sit back and enjoy the artwork, sip some Kombucha , and if you’re really lucky, the owner will sing. MUST TRY!

I HAD to write a review after going to this place. Definitely one of the better eating places of Naples. The vegan burger with mac and cheese was DELICIOUS, perfect and filling for someone who is pregnant like me, so I was very happy. The customer service is so nice, and the lady there was so sweet. I hope they don’t take that vegan burger with mac and cheese off the menu!!!

All I can say is WOW!! Thank goodness I live close by to this place!!! I recently decided to adopt a vegan lifestyle last year and went on a hunt for the best vegan spots!! This is one of the reasons im still vegan!! I have become totally addicted to the vegan Mac and cheese burger they have. It’s perfection! Plus everyone there is so nice and the owner is such a hard worker.. you could tell he really cares!!! It’s just 10 out of 10 all around!!

The food was phenomenal. Full of flavor. Huge portions. Fresh ingredients. And the place is spotless. The chef was cleaning constantly. The employees were cleaning constantly. Limited menu, but wide selection. I would definitely return. You should too. All Pros, and no cons.

So they have food for all but it is organic! I got the tacos gone nuts and the truck salad was so good and deliciously flavored with red cabbage and super filling. The truck salad was phenomenal with a vegan cilantro dressing, it comes with everything so yummy! Vegan chocolate mousse made with avocados is the best! This is hands down the best place to eat in Naples. Everything is fresh, unique, and noticeably made with love. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. 10 / 10 would recommend, there’s no other place like it.

I love this restaurant so much!! Their avo loco salad is to die for 😵‍💫🤤🤤 My boyfriend go occasionally just for that but the cherry on top that makes this restaurant one of my FAVS is the pumpkin bread. Honestly didn't like pumpkin bread before I tried theirs. Amazing 1000/10 Love the work they've put into this restaurant

Always a favorite for me. I love the nut tacos. The flavors are on point for me and the salad is very fresh. I paired it with the seasonal Kombucha. All just delicious. My husband had their special Hamburger. We think it was named the black jack burger. Unfortunately it fell apart after a bite but the flavor was so good he didn’t care! I highly recommended this place for the food but for the cute outdoor patio. Love all the plants!

Nobody everrrrrr cooks healthy food better than me. But they sure did!! And I'm not the least bit mad about it. Exceptional quality of food and service out of this world. It kills me to hype them up so much only because I want to keep this spot all to myself as it's my new go to! Outrageously good food, great proportions, and gold hearted staff/ownership.
