The place is clean, the staff is nice. But I have never had Chinese food where I had to put the orange sauce on my own chicken. The sesame chicken tastes like orange chicken with sesame seeds on it. No broccoli with any of it. I got breaded chicken with sauce. Won't ever return here. What is this yall are serving, not Chinese food for sure.

Picked up 3 orders of Mongolian beef and 2 orders of egg drop soup. The Mongolian beef was terrible, I’ve had it many times from this location and it’s always been very good, this one was almost a joke. Soup was good, same as it always is.

Fresh and hot food. We have traveled all over the world, and this is truly amazing food.

Called and asked for a refund due to an insect being in my food. The lady was rude and hung up on me when I asked if it had been processed already.

Never had any issues with Oriental Garden until today when I found a hair in my Hunan Chicken. I called and talked to the lady and explained to her in a polite manner that I had found a hair in my food. I told her I didn't want a refund just to let them know so that they could fix the issue for next time. Her only reply: "IMPOSSIBLE". Guess no more Oriental Garden for me!

Location currently not doing dine in, but dont let that deter you! Ive been coming to this location for years and it has never dissapointed. We always have all the correct items, very quickly. The staff is so friendly and accomodating, and over the years has remembered us enough to be able to recognize us by name! The food is large portioned and delicious especially for the price. Oriental Garden is only doing take out and that's okay. Its under new ownership and the food quality has definitely got better since! We eat here at least once a week. We love the Sizzling rice soup and Chicken with mixed vegetables. Fried pot stickers are really tasty too. So glad we have a decent Chinese restaurant back in Loganville again! It's one of my favorite foods... Yum!

Very nasty food. Spicy chicken was dry and the sauce was extremely sticky and hard! Egg rolls tasted like freezer burn. Mu shu chicken was dry and the sauce was sour. We Will never order again.

Food is good. Service is awful. Called in order. The woman answering the phone can't understand, or speak, english. She totally screwed up the order. Ordered Chicken Chow Mein- no chow mein noodles. Ordered Pork Lo Mein- they gave us pork fried rice. Ordered PuPu Platter- no shrimp included. Ordered 1 order of egg rolls- got spring rolls. I called and she laughed at me. Never again.

Ate lunch today at Oriental Garden in Loganville. The restaurant owners are friendly and offer good food for a fair price. The restaurant is clean and well lite.

I've been going to this establishment for years and years, I always tip very generously and I always basically order the same thing: General Tso's Lunch Special and I ALWAYS substitute the egg roll for a spring roll. That all changed today however. I did the usual routine and called the store to place my to go order, but upon asking the lady that answered the phone to substitute my egg roll for the spring roll (again,as I ALWAYS HAVE FOR YEARS AND YEARS) I was met with her refusing to do so. Even when I stated I've been a loyal customer she still would not budge or explain to me why I suddenly couldn't. As saddening as it was to do so I then let her know that I would no longer be giving them my business. I know, it may seem ridiculous over something like an egg roll substitution, but the inability to help a loyal customer understand why they would or could no longer do it showed me that they apparently didn't value my loyalty anyway. I'll miss this establishment, but recently I've seen new faces which in the restaurant world usually means new management and that is always a hit or miss (in this case a miss). It seems the last Chinese joint worth visiting in Loganville these days is Hong Kong Buffet.

I’ve had many Chinese food in my life, but this was just unacceptable. We spent $30 on dry meat and stale rice. No flavor, bland food. Extremely dissatisfied.

Very delicious food and very nice people ! My family and I were craving Chinese food for Sunday’s dinner and I googled this place and I’m so glad I found it ! We got general chicken tso, sweet and sour chicken and chicken broccoli. I made a mistake and didn’t confirm if the chicken broccoli was made with brown sugar . I got home and noticed the chicken broccoli wasn’t what I thought it would be. I was going to just make myself a sandwich but figured I’d call the restaurant back and ask for something different. The owner was very nice and offered to make me something else at no additional cost. I like to support local businesses and wanted to pay something but he declined. I got more sweet and sour chicken and was able to enjoy my dinner. Kindness and understanding goes a lot way in todays world. Im very happy that I found Oriental Garden. I can’t wait to go back !! My family and I will continue to be customers here !

Oriental garden adds sides that should be substituted and won’t tell you. Then They add it on your bill. A $12 meal adds up to $20 this way.

Best local Chinese I've had since trying half a dozen others. Their fried items I've had (potstickers, sesame chicken) are even good cold the next day.

The best tasting Chinese food in town.

We have been getting takeout here for several years (used to eat in pre-Covid) and the food has always been great, but it was somehow elevated this last purchase. If it was a change in chefs, then keep that person close, because that was the best General Tso chicken I have ever had.

Food made me and me kids sick right after eating it. Call to let them know and they told me no refund call their insurance. Never again! I spent over 50 dollars there.

The food was horrible is was leftover food no flavor some of my green peas were dark and old and some looked fresh all my meat was rubbery the egg rolls were filled with chicken and tasted horrible but I can say it was hot but very bad.

I will not order from them ever again. The online order set up is deceiving. The cutomer service is worse. I ordered 2 lunch combos and click the option to add chicken ($3.00) which was under the the option for fried rice or lo mein. I get my order from Doordash and call because there is no chicken in the fried rice. Whomever answer the phone says the add chicken ($3.00) is added to the entree. I didn't need extra chicken in my entree I wanted chicken fried rice. He says order different next time and hangs up the phone. The rudest ever. I spend my money and you do not have common phone courtesy.

I ordered ahead so my husband could pick up when he got off of work. He picked up and came home. The food was so cold and the egg roll was greasy. We order here at least once a week. I will go to yummi Japan.

We've gone to this restaurant for many years. Been pretty much sheltering due to covid but checked on them and placed a large order. They're currently pick up or delivery only and the food was ready before I could drive there. Thought I was going to starve from the smell of it in the car while driving home. Delicious as always. The are some places "THE" fits. For us, this is THE Chinese restaurant!

I’ve eaten here many times since 2017, the food is always very good. I take out so no experience with eating in but always quick to help me when I walk in and very nice/helpful and seem to appreciate my business. I’ve tried several others in loganville, while some may be cheaper, none (that I have tried, others exist) have equaled their quality and consistency. They have house made mustard, which is hard to find (hate the jelly that comes prepackaged at most places) and something I really love. So that is a big plus to me. But the food has to be great too.

Meal came individually so by the time both were at table 1 was cold.

Our family likes this place. The food is pretty good. Keep in mind, the cost can jump pretty quick if you substitute. Also, the health code score is a little low. But the place also has it's own culture. There's sort of "a way" to navigate the experience that results in a pretty good egg roll while you get to enjoy a dinner show of a non-regular customer pissing off the staff. It's like a favorite diner... except Chinese food.

This restaurant is amazing I have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant for almost a yr., My family and I love Chinese but couldn't find one that we felt was good enough to spend that kind of money at for a family of four . Then I noticed Oriental Garden, so we took a chance and omg I'm so glad we did best best best Chinese in Ga. Friendly service as well. (Logonville) we have been there several times now and also took our family that came in from out of state. They loved it as well . Definitely a place to try, we did and love it !
