Everything is 5 Stars! We love eating there and bringing guests. My picky daughter loves their fried rice and the chicken katsu. The miso soup is amazing. Our favorite rolls are the Aurora, Milky Way and the Orion Sushi. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely enjoyed my time stopping here for lunch on a whim. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Will return again next time I am in the area or will even make a special trip to come here again as it is almost 30 minutes away from home.

Great sushi place! We loved all our food. Tried all the veggie rolls and they were all great. Especially loved the sweet potato and Coral rolls! The Nebula roll and Sunny Day roll were phenomenal! The veggie teriyaki was delicious with perfectly cooked veggies and you can add tofu. Tempura was light and tasty too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved it! It's a little mom and pop sushi/Japanese restaurant. Everything was delicious and came out in perfect timing. The owner told us that their server called off and apologized because her son and his girlfriend were covering, they were only in town for Thanksgiving, and didn't know everything, but no apologies were needed because they did a great job. I highly recommend checking his place out! Update - We've been here multiple times since my first visit and I have to say it wasn't a fluke. We had one visit where the service was a little on the slower side but

This was some of the best sushi my boyfriend and I have ever had. We travel a lot and have had sushi from many different states and even in Canada as well. It also came out fairly fast. Absolutely excellent. Luckily this place is fairly close, so we can come back again! I highly recommend it!

1st time here and the previous reviews did not exaggerate. Nice atmosphere, attentive service, fair price and great food! Fish was fresh, good size serving and delicious!

The past few times the sushi tastes old, bland, dark coloring (not fresh), it is borderline gross. I will not be coming back and this is a huge bummer for me! ***original review Hands down the best sushi I have had in a VERY long time! Menu prices are fair and they will accommodate requests on roll changes. They deserve more than 5 stars!

This is by far the best sushi that I have had in Oakland County. We have struggled to find a sushi place that we liked after coming from California and Chicago. Orion Sushi is the best quality we have found and so flavorful. The same waitress is always there when we go and I believe she is one of the owners. She is so kind and always smiling. She makes it just that much better. This place has to stay, so please go here so they are around for many years! Some of our go to rolls are Butterfly, Orion*, Milky Way, Sakura*, Libra, Snowy Night, Yum Yum. The salads and soups are all very good as well And they have an amazing dessert in the fried Cheesecake. It is absolutely incredible and will knock your taste buds off!

This was our first time going, and i can't say enough good things! Everything was fresh and delicious, the tempura was so light and flaky. Super clean and the staff was so friendly! We will be making this our regular sushi place! Best spicy mayo I've had!

Late lunch / Early dinner Sushi was delicious and the service was great. We had the California, Alaskan, and Shrimp California Rolls. We even ordered Chicken Fried Rice for a late night snack. We have been to many Sushi restaurants all over the state, Orion Sushi today impressed us very much, they had the freshest ingredients we have seen at any Sushi restaurant we have visited. Definitely going to make the drive for Sushi.

We've been here two nights in a row now, and this may be my new favorite restaurant. The service is amazing, the staff are extremely polite and respectful. You feel as if you're family when dining here. We haven't ordered a single item that wasn't just phenomenal, everything has honestly been perfect and delicious. I would definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try! You might just become a regular.

Best. Sushi. Ever. If you get a chance, dine in. It's a a cute, clean and quaint environment. They have unique rolls and good veggie options too.

Nice little surprise here in Lake Orion. Not crowed and service was great. Didn't go to far into the menu but I plan to come back and explore a bit more . Definitely two thumbs up from this guy.

Amazing food & Amazing service per usual!

Food was authentic, fresh, and delicious. The staff were beyond kind and the restaurant is very cozy and well decorated. Even the bathrooms were absolutely spotless. This place is a gem and I will be returning any time I pass through Lake Orion👍🏻

For sure a hidden gym I came across them on my lunch route and been hooked ever since I drive from Southfield just to have their sushi my favorite is the lobster tempura and shrimp tempura add cream cheese! I’ll def be back

Absolutely AMAZING Sushi & soups! SO GOOD!!! One of the best sushi restaurants we've been to! Waitress was kind, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The only minor disappointment was the wait time we had for our food to come out. Quite a bit longer than we have experienced other places but it was 100% worth it! So if that's the only downfall, we're okay with it! Highly recommend!

Moved to the area a couple of years ago and have struggled to find a good sushi spot. We’ve been driving 30+ minutes away to get sushi until Orion Sushi opened. EASILY the best sushi in the area and the people are in incredibly nice. I highly recommend it!

We live in Lake Orion, so Orion sushi is very convenient. It's right next door to our grocery store. The staff are very friendly. The food looks beautiful, but lacks flavor.

Great tasting and good selection. By far the best Miso Soup, my favorite !

If you haven't tried this place yet, you should! Everything we tried so far was so fantastic. We will definitely be going back to try more item's from their menu.
