We ordered two paellas One was supposed to be seafood and the other one chicken with pork and sausage The seafood was ok no Scallops no crab Just mussels clams and shrimp and I believe octopus Chicken tasted really bad we complained to waitress she told the owner but didn’t do anything about it They charged us even though we didn’t ate the chicken paella didn’t even said we can make you a fresh one or we just take it off the check On top of that they added gratuity automatically 18% Not very good We usually recommend this place but haven’t been there for about 6 months Terrible food !!!! We paid full price but not coming back ever again!! Unless they change their cooking!!

Had high hopes for this place being a local and always driving by wanting to try it given the 5 star reviews. We ordered seafood soup, pinchos, chorizo, croquettas, octopus, and pallela mixto. The chorizo, pinchos, and croquettas were really good. The food is cooked to order and the pallela portion for two does bring a lot of food for leftovers. As others have commented, the food was quite salty - even for my taste who enjoys salt. The service was attentive and friendly and I can tell they really cater to their customers.

If you can't make paella and your business is called Paella House, there is an issue. The rice was seriously undercooked and saucy plus the vegetables looked like frozen peas and carrots. We didn't even try the proteins because they were the wrong texture. The tapas menu is disappointingly limited and none of the ones we ordered were remarkable. Even without paying for the paella, this was an expensive disaster.

Excellent. I really recommend them 100%, the food was divine and made to order, we ordered the house tapas for starters, seafood paella and sangria for the main course. The unsurpassed attention is a place I would return to again

I had no idea that the paella is only sold as gigantic servings for 2 people. They never mentioned this on the website. I went ahead and ordered one tapas plate and a soda out of pity. I'm waiting for the chorizo al brandy now and I'm already regretting this. Also they play annoying music. To clarify, the music I was referring to was the Disney princess music, not the Spanish music.

You cannot make a misleading publication, the owner says that it is authentic Spanish paella and it is a shame when he does not use the rice that is needed to make it, it was a disaster to find a long rice with peppers, expensive, salty and very bad on top. We asked for oil to put on the bread and on top they used a stale oil and not olive oil. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You can't put out a disingenuous advertisement. The owner says authentic Spanish paella and it's an embarrassment when they don't use the pump rice necessary to make it. It was a disaster. I found long grained rice with bell peppers on top of that, pricey, salty and bad. We asked for olive oil to go with the bread and what they brought was old and didn't taste like olive oil. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t bother unless you want rice that tastes like uncle bens and microwaved. I never do these reviews but i felt compelled to stop you from making this mistake. Waitress was nice but the service was terrible. Food is overpriced for terrible portions but It is what it is, don't waste your time.

Very delicious food and excellent service

We were trying the restaurant for the first time, looking for a different meal. I am a restaurant owner and the first thing we must take care of is customer service, the waitress has a terrible attitude with customers, she gives attitude and makes faces at people. When you have a restaurant you can have a very good meal but if the staff makes the experience terrible it is worthless. I'm not coming back

My husband and I went there for early dinner. The waitress was great. The food was good. The paella for 2 was big enough for 3. I will definitely come back.

I ordered a paella rice that was the worse I had ever tried the seafood was old rice taste like it came out of box had no clams or lobster as advertise an for the potato salad I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog smelled like rotten old food an to believe I drove 45 min for this food is absurd don’t believe the stars or reviews everything was bad $200 down the drain owner said there where not going to exchange or refund would never eat here again

Waited 20 mins before the waitress even came over. And when she did, she said NOTHING. She waited for us to say something and it was awkward. We ordered, and the follow up service was terrible. The waitress was talkn to her coworkers the entire time, took a long time for her to realize we were ready to go. Food was not any better. The ham croquettas were not pleasant and looked like cheesesticks, and the chicken paella we ordered smelled fishy. Taste was a lil off but not too terrible to eat. Unfortubately i wouldnt come here again.

Beautiful place BUT. A complete waste of money. Very overpriced for what was given... it seems like cheap food with no thought. Like microwave rice and veg. I feel ripped off. My family feels ripped off, ruined our holiday dinner. Everybody took a couple bites but nobody could fathom eating anymore. We had to throw it in the garbage. Completely wasting my money even though we're short on cash right now for bills.. It was sacrifice to even spend that you should be ashamed to be serving people with something like that, especially since you base your restaurant off of that rice dish - the rice dish should be really good and taste one delicious not so bad it has to be sadly thrown out ....it breaks my heart and it's angers me .

I ordered a paella for my family for Christmas Eve . The flavor was good and plenty of seafood buttt it was very dry . I wouldn’t order again . Maybe it’s because we didn’t serve right away after pickup but chefs recommendations to reheat still was too dry . Would recommend to eat in house hopefully better …

I stopped at this restaurant for lunch. They serve authentic Spanish food. We had the paella mixta, fried calamari, tortilla Espanola, and potato salad. All of the dishes were excellent and the serving sizes were generous. If I lived in Orlando it would be one of my favorite restaurants. There weren't any surcharges on the bill.

I was thrilled to find an authentic Spanish (from Spain) restaurant and I was dying to have the boquerones. Everything felt, looked, and tasted fresh. The service was excellent and friendly. We tried tapas but will return for the paella soon!

We usually love the food here, but today we ordered pickup for paella mixta and octopus a la gallega and we could not finish our meal due to the high level of salt. There is a saying that when the food is salty that means the chef is in love. If they are then great, but it's ruining the food.

If you really want Spain Food I don't recommend the Paella House ,, the services are good but the food is not good at all, The Crema Catalana is my favorite dessert and I'm so disappointed because wasn't Crema Catalana neither , I won't come back to this place , the best they have is the bread ,,, unbelievable.

We have been going there for years. The price has gone up and the quality of the food has gone down. Paella Negra was not cooked properly. It should be crispy on the bottom and it was not. You also had to search for the seafood which was overcooked and missing some of the items listed like clams. Very little seafood for $45.95. The fried seafood looked like seafood you buy in a restaurant supply outlet that was already breaded. Again at $25.95 it should be better and a larger portion. The food looked nothing like the photos posted in other reviews. We had to wait for bread to be warmed which took them half way through our meal to serve. Service was bad. Waitress was friendly when you could find her. At one point she was sitting down at a table ignoring us. I'm afraid they have lost a long time customer. We will not be returning .

Muy buena comida pedí una paella mixta y unas sangrias, La paella muy buena creo q lo único q le falto fue el aceite de oliva, pero de resto muy bien, la atención de la mesera Carmen muy buena y profesional, es un lugar q repetiría en nuevas oportunidades. 100%recomendados

Comida horrible, no lo recomiendo para nada en la vida, no pude ni siquiera seguir comiendo, la paella horrible, el pulpo no es fresco y la carne, parecía que tenía 200 años en la nevera. Le he dado varias oportunidades y nunca salgo satisfecha. No lo recomiendo👎🏻

Publicidad engañosa, el pulpo gallego era de lata, el caldo gallego malísimo, mis expectativas eran muy altas, todo de muy mala calidad. Muy mala experiencia, no vuelvo ni lo recomiendo.

Food has gone downhill from when I used to go here 2 years ago. We ordered several tapas and they all tasted like they were picked up from a freezer at the supermarket. They used old oil to make the croquetas and you could taste it. Paella was very good but all the salt was on 1 side so our first plate was delicious, our 2nd one we couldn’t eat it from how salty it was. Service was good, waitress was very polite and helpful. I will give them one last try before saying they’re not good.

Llegamos al lugar a las 9:30 y nos dijeron que la cocina ya había cerrado, cuando tienen un horario distinto en su pagina. Fueron groseros. No sé el nombre de la mesera pero es una chica asiática.

No era para nuestro gusto pero indudablemente debe de haber personas que si aprecien ,reitero, cuestión de gusto, nosotros fuimos 4 personas y no nos gustó a ninguno

We drove all the way from Ocala to Orlando! There hours say they are open at 11:30. We waited outside for over thirty minutes! Nobody was there, we tried calling the business phone number listed and no answer! Super unprofessional seeing as we drove here to try their Paella! Very disappointed

Six of us had a good experience here on a Sunday afternoon. The waitress was very friendly and attentive and the paella was good (a little bit bland) . I had made a reservation but wouldn’t have needed to as we were the only people there when we arrived at 1:30; the restaurant was half full when we left. The restaurant is in a strip plaza and the decor is underwhelming, but the waitress and the food made up for that. Overall a pleasant meal experience.

Cobran más de lo que uno pide...pedí una paella y me cobraron 2.Pedi 1 paella, no para mi...y ellos cuentan es al número de personas; no lo que se pide...insisto,pedí (una)1 y me cobraron dos(2) solo queríamos probarla para un evento que teníamos e íbamos a probar.

Mis tres estrellas son por la paella de mariscos hay un sabor demasiado penetrante que desvirtuó el sabor de la paella. Las tapas que compramos deliciosas galletas s una lastima estaba celebrando el cumpleaños de mis papás y quería brindarle una paella como ustedes saben hacerla.

I ordered the garlic octopuse and the seafood paella. And it was one of the best tasting ones I've ever had. They make the rice fresh, and all of the flavors blend so well together. Will definitely be worth the stop for food.

Cute restaurant, quite limited tapas menu and paella is served for 2 and pricey. Sangria was oddly from a can. Mini empanadas and the egg pie were good, but all the other dished were very bland and lacked salt

We had a birthday celebration last night for 13 people and the food and service was excellent. Mireya was our server as well as another young lady. They catered to our every need. During the day I took some items to decorate and Mireya was so pleasant to help us. Rafael is the Chef who prepares excellent dishes. I highly recommend The Paella House. The Paella is delicious even better than Barcelona or Madrid! Please ask for Mireya!

Nosotros llevamos años comiendo aqui los dias de fiesta y los dias que se nos apetece comer comida lo mas parecida a mi tierra España. Siempre hemos comido muy bien y en cantidad. Siempre la atencion a sido amable, educada y personal. Siempre esta todo limpio y con ambiente español. Yo por mi parte siempre los recomiendo y sus precios me parecen justos. Tampoco a veces entiendo los comentarios altaneros o negativos de otras personas queriendo comparar las comidas de aqui con las de España sabiendo que los ingredientes de aqui no suelen ser los de España. Hay que ser algo retrasado para no saber eso, o es que se creen que tienen el muello o el puerto pesquero de los que hay en España aqui en el centro de Orlando.

The host here is very disrespectful and rude her name Mireya Nazario, telling me and my friend we DONT know how to read and started yelling at us inside the restaurant like she wanted to go outside and fight. Screaming off the top of her lung that we need to read the menu right.. I will definitely let my people know about the rudeness that came out of this host. She really needs anger management classes, she busted out yelling to my friend so loud with disrespect and anger..she definitely need prayer...

This place is 👏AMAZING!! Delicious food!! Loved that they served bottled drinks...still handling COVID procedures. I told the waitress that I was dreaming about seafood and I REALLY loved this special dish!! Oh! My GOSH!!! The churros (dessert) was also delicious!!!

My wife and I have been dining here for over three years since we came back from Barcelona in 2018. We fell in love with the paella Valenciana and the pollo al ajillo. We have yet to have a disappointing meal here. It is absolutely worth every penny. And the coffee is excellent as well. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic spot and the paella was amazing! Also recommended the flaming chorizo and the empanadas were sent from heaven! If you are in the area, it’s worth a stop!

Muy rico todo lo que pedi,lo unico que no me gusto fue que cuando salimos salio una trabajadora de alli preguntando si las meseras nos habian tratado mal porque no habíamos dejado propina,no todo el mundo puede dejar propina aunque vaya a comer a un restaurante ni es obligatorio tampoco,pero eso a que pregunten lo tomo como una falta de respeto de esa señora . Estuvimos tentados varías veces a ir pero no veíamos nunca gente. Ayer pasamos y la comida estaba espectacular. Todo muy sabroso. La cazuela de mariscos es la mejor que he comido en este país. La paella muy rica pero poca cantidad para nuestro gusto La atención de la joven excelente por cierto quisiera saber su nombre para darle su mérito por este medio. Solo mejoraría la decoración para hacerlo aún más acogedor. Volveremos pronto

Hace 4 años fui al lugar y tenia mejor calidad,la atención fue buena y el lugar limpio por eso le doy 2 estrellas ,la comida no tiene nada de calidad ni de española ,la comida de niños es chatarra ,pollo sintetico etc.la paella muy mala calidad ,y con sintéticos también,todo muy caro y no se acompaña a la calidad. No lo recomiendo.
