Great place for a pizza diner experience.

The pizza was different, I did like it. I think if I would have gotten just pepperoni it would have been great, but I got veggie. The atmosphere was nice it was almost closing, so it was just me in the eating area to watch TV.

Awesome food always. Love the Tuscan vinaigrette salad and lasagna.

Typical older Italian pizza place. Facilities are clean but dated. Wife got a calzone, I got pizza. I gave 2 stars for service because it's self service, no wait staff. The food is a step up from the franchised pizza takeout joints. I would eat there again.

Excellent food and great service!

We go to Carthage a lot and drive down 70 every time to hit up Painturos. I love the sandwiches and the rest of my family loves the pizza. My youngest daughter has Celiac and adores their gluten free pizza. It’s not the generic one most places serve. The staff are friendly every time. Just a great spot for lunch or dinner.

Love the thin crust. We started with the breadsticks. Crunchy, tasty and the sauce was warm and delicious. I had the farmhouse pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms; very enjoyable. My wife had the margarita pizza; delicious. The restaurant has 4 different seating areas.

Food was pretty good!!! Pizza was hot and fresh. Price was great for what we ordered. Cheese sticks are super thick and good.

The pizza and focaccia were delicious! It was my first time in, and the ladies at the counter were very helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Stopped in on our way to a movie. The pizzas are always delicious with great, fresh ingredients, and the crust is the perfect thickness. The tomato vinegarette dressing is amazing as well. We had to bring a bottle home.

Authentic pizza. Great calzones. Not much on the menu I don't like . Ordered some pizza and it was delicious. The Italian Farmhouse pizza is delicious. The food here is fresh and worth ut.

My nana worked at painturos when I was like 8 years old in Goodlettsville. It’s still MY FAVORITE place to go when I’m craving a home feel meal and my white spaghetti ❤️ unfortunately there isn’t one in goodletsville anymore but I wish they would open a store in Sumner County!

If you are too busy to accept call ahead orders then there's basically two options. 1st don't take them or 2nd have dedicated phone personnel. Long story short called twice, first time I was hung up on and 2nd time after an eight minute hold placed an order for pickup for the family. When my wife arrives, the order is no where to be found. Highly unacceptable especially for a family with small children.

Nice small town pizza place. Nothing fancy, good place to grab some dinner after a kids baseball game.

I had their baked spaghetti with meat sauce. It was excellent. I didn't have a pizza but saw some that looked delicious. I'll definitely be going back and try the pizza.

Food is fine for price quality and quantity. You order at the counter and when nu.ber is called you pick up your food at the counter. I don't like there is no mention of no wait service. Clean place.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable dining. Pizza was hot and delicious. Kids' menu is lacking. One child ordered the butter noodles, took one bite and grimaced. She bit into the breadstick that came with it and declared it was too salty. I doused the noodles in the herb mix and parmesan to make it palatable for my little one. She liked it at that point. We had the D's delight and Hawaiian. Both were very good with generous toppings. Other child had pizza bread, which was just cheese French bread pizza. We will go again and recommend it.

The staff were friendly and easy going. The food was fantastic!! I had a mucho macho(I think that’s what it was called) pizza and the pinwheels. Hands down the best meal I’ve had since I got to Lebanon!

Service was mediocre, Pizza was as hard as a brick. Spent $30 for a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Both of which were very small and had an odd taste. Wasn’t horrible but, wasn’t my cup of tea.

Called order in for pick up. Was told 35 minutes. Got there in about 30 minutes. They didn’t have my order or my name logged in. The kid that took my order had to take care of it when I got there. Food was finally done and no one called me up to get it. After 45 minutes of sitting I asked how much longer, I got oh it’s here. Drove home to find out I didn’t even get what I paid for. When I called them to let them know all they did was offer me a free small pizza. I spent two times more than a free small pizza and I had better food from tv dinner. No thanks never go back again. On a score from one to ten negative 15.

Loved this place ever since they've opened their doors years ago. Never had a bad pizza, and I always had great service. Prices are excellent. Their house dressings are fantastic, take one home, their all good! Can't say anything bad about this place other than the kid cleaning tables wiped crumbs on to the floor when cleaning the tables off..."Hey boy, quit doing that!" Be sure to tip these people they are working hard, making great food. Except for that boy wiping crumbs off onto the floor.

Take out pizza. Hot, ready on time great pizza.

This place was really cool to see, I got the pizza but I would have loved to try the meatballs, this pizza was amazing the bread is foccia and the pepperoni is square cut and extremely fresh! The cheese blend is amazing! I will be back!

1st time trying Painturo's! We called in a to go order and the young guy that answered was a bit rude when taking our order. We were told wait time was an hour an a half. We arrived right at an hour after placing the order and it was ready. Got home and the pizza was just lukewarm. It was still good, but because it had obviously been sitting for a minute before we arrived, most of it was stuck to the box and hard to pick up the lil square pieces. We ended up having to microwave it! Overall the pizza was good and we'd try it again.

As always great food it's the one restaurant in town that is As good now as it was when it opened.

Calzones and Canolies always a winner!

Everything was wonderful. I definitely love Painturo's food. Very good and authentic food. Even the desserts were delicious 😋

They did a job with their tossed salad featuring chicken & vinegarette.

I'm from Nebraska but this is the best Pizza I've ever ate. Amazing service and staff. Would come again if ever in Lebanon.

Ordered two pizzas and have to admit I was not very impressed. The toppings were delicious but a little sparse but the crust was like cardboard. The people that waited on me were standoffish and acted like they could care less if people were there or not. The space was sparkling clean although I didn't use the restroom so I can't say how it was. I haven't tried their salad or anything else but I will not be returning to that location

It's easy. You come in, you order and pay, you pick your own seat, they call your number, then you enjoy wonderful pizza. Their House pizza is great.

The Meatball Sliders and Ceasars Salad was awesome!

I'm from Fort Worth Texas and I was on vacation and I will totally recommend this restaurant. The food was very good.

We ordered takeout from here last night at the recommendation of my hairdresser. They were fairly busy and everyone that we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was subpar. The Italian sausage was practically tasteless and I could tell it was definitely not any sort of premium topping. No hint of anise seed whatsoever. The pepperoni was chopped up so little that I actually thought it was bacon bits. Never have I been to a restaurant where they didn't put actual slices of pepperoni on the pizza. It was like eating a cheap pizza out of the freezer section of the grocery store. Very disappointed My daughter loves chicken alfredo so they ordered her that as her meal. She literally took three bites. The chicken which was chopped up into tiny pieces tasted extremely processed and had no flavor. Accompanied with it was a mound of vermicelli with virtually no sauce. So bland so gross. We also tried their pin rolls which come highly recommended. They were hard and nothing to rave about. I couldn't tell what they were actually stuffed with because whatever it was had become one with the bread. We will not be back because the quality of food just isn't that great. I truly do not understand why anybody would recommend this place. Feel like we wasted $40. All I can say is if you're going to run a restaurant, see to it that your food is delicious.

I had the spaghetti marinara lunch special, it was great!!! I am saving my whoopee cookie for a couple hours from now.

Amazing pizza! Great taste. However there is more crust than there is pizza.. if that would’ve been different this is a 5 star place!

The pizza is not the best quality, definitely a 4 out of 5. But their pasta and sandwiches are amazing. The customer service is outstanding! In my opinion, to give them a 5, I would like to see some sort of butter on the crust after its pulled out of the oven. After several visits, I have learned that they always put light sauce. All around, great place and atmosphere. Small improvements could really take them to the next level!

We tried this place out for the first time tonight. There were a lot of people there. Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. I ordered a small white pizza. Unfortunately, there was barely any cheese on it and it had about 7 mushroom slices on it. It was terrible. I also ordered a side salad and when I got it, it was just lettuce with one slice of tomato and a ton of croutons. On the upside, their sweet Italian dressing is delicious. My husband ordered the baked white spaghetti. It was basically like a freezer meal you could heat in the microwave at home. My daughter got a small 3 topping pizza that was just ok. None of us came anywhere close to finishing our meal and we left disappointed.

Two stars for the good food. But they don’t offer delivery in any form at all. Not even Doordash. It’s 2023. You can get anything delivered these days. Except for Painturo’s. They also charge 3% for using a card and are quick to point out that it costs them more to accept a card than 3%. Yeah, accepting cards is the cost of doing business in today’s world. It seems like they are operated by some owners that are out of touch with the modern world. Too bad too because the food is good.

Pizza was delicious! The sub and with was good but really couldn't taste much sandwich the meat was thin one layer and toppings but the bread was so thick you couldn't taste the sandwich!

Hands down some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Better than Nana used to make shhhh!!

We were there on a Tuesday early dinner between CMas and New Yr. This place does seem to be local favorite, as the store had most tables filled and lots of pickup action. You order at the counter, grab your drink and plates/utensils, seat yourself, and they call your number, sometimes more than once if you have salad/apps and entrees. We got the Cumberland (?) pizza and some breadsticks. From start to finish, we had the app first, then pizza, on the table in 20 minutes. The crust and breadsticks were the best features of the meal. The pizza toppings were all fairly decent, with no standouts. The place is a bit loud with all the counter-ordering and pickups and traffic. I felt the price was a bit higher than I expected for the quality. Overall, pretty good. Certainly enough to fill my belly.

Today was our first time visiting. Spaghetti was amazing! Pepperoni pizza was good. Only complaint I have is I was told kids 7 and under eat free with an adult purchase. That wasn't the case I paid 3.99 for toddlers Spaghetti. She enjoyed it, so it was worth it.

Baked ravioli is out of this world and pinwheels are delicious. Kids 7 and under eat free with adult purchase. They have gluten free pizza crust. You get to watch UT beat Bama? What else could you ask for? Well, yes the prices are reasonable also. 😀

Oh my goodness!! Just had the most delicious pizza here!! It was sweet chili something. It had chicken, pineapples, red peppers and sweet chili sauce- absolute perfection!! Can’t wait to go back :)

Upset! Went to order delivery at 545pm on a Tuesday and was told they’re no longer accepting delivery orders! This was my first order too… Shame I was so looking forward to eating here but I’m taking my business elsewhere since I don’t have a car tonight along with most nights.

White Pizza with chicken is delicious!!!

We've been living in Lebanon for the last year and have enjoyed this place many times. Tonight was the exception. We ordered Calzones. What we received was 2 small pieces of pizza with a ton of dough rolled up behind it. There was no pocket and maybe a tbsp of cheese on the entire thing. I Never go to the counter or complain in a restaurant but I went up there twice tonight. The first time, the girl that claimed to be the manager tried to tell me that what was in my plate was a Calzone. I showed it to her and she said it was just the way they cut it. She said there would be cheese under all that crust. I went back to the table and opened it up. Honestly, there was a small triangle of cheese pizza and when I opened up that ton of crust there was absolutely Nothing inside. I took it back and spoke to several people that were there; one of which, said that No, that was not a calzone. Then the Manager came back up and went on to explain that it was right when she cut it after it came out of the oven. This is what really made me angry. She had placed it on the plate so that one half of the thing covered up the small triangle of pizza so that it would look a tiny bit better and then proceeded to treat me like I was stupid for coming up there. She ended up giving me a card for a free calzone in the future. I doubt that will ever happen because she lied to me. I can't stress enough that I despise being lied too. We paid $30.00 bucks for what ended up being 2 tiny pieces of pizza for me and the same on my husbands who didn't complain and just ate the Breadsticks because he was hungry. Bad Business.

I tried to Dine-in. They close at 9pm and at 825p as I’m walking in one of the girls says “Here comes people”. The other girls says “You can’t dine in.. What can I get you to go? Then she takes our order walks away and a young man comes to take our order again…. I ask for the manager but there isn’t one…. Seriously????? If my 84 year old dad hadn’t been at the hospital all day with his wife and it hadn’t been storming outside I would have walk out…. I would have given zero stars for the poor attitude of the girl working the front but I like the food.

Fresh, delicious , served hot, great choices

Great pizza! We ordered the large Sunbelt Veggie. The crust was crispy and the mozzarella fresh. I found the blend of veggies and cheese to be perfectly balanced. The unique slicing method provided smaller pieces that even smaller hands could easily handle. For those with lactose intolerance, the menu offers a cheese-free version. I will definitely return.

Hit or miss. Taste quality is awesome. Service is lacking. Twice the pizza has come out damaged or topping error and there has never been an offer to remake or refund. Once there was even an Acknowledgement of, "wow yeah, that doesn't look appetizing." Still, no offer to make it right.

The food is outstanding. The price is a little high and there are no servers. Not a big deal but with prices that high I think guests would appreciate servers.

Food is great if you can eat at the restaurant. Forget trying to call an order in, they never pick up the phone and online ordering doesn’t exist…

Nice restaurant. We had a "to go" order to pick up and the restaurant was packed. Everyone was very friendly and they got our order to me quickly. The pizza has a unique crust that's a little different from what I'm accustomed to but it was very good. The combination pizza with the jalapeños was really good.

I was highly disappointed in the person at the front, she was quite rude as it was my first time there. Being Italian, I can honestly say the pizza was not that good either.

What an awesome experience we had. I highly recommend the breadsticks! Pizza was tremendous as well. My wife had a sandwich that she absolutely loved! To top it all off the service was amazing.

I have eaten at this location for years now and seriously have never had a bad experience! I will say the old staff seemed more outgoing and friendly, but it is still a great atmosphere and quick service. I love their crust more than anywhere else in tn! Try it, you'll love it!

Only the second time we've eaten here. Just wanted pizza and a salad so they were an obvious choice. I liked the way you're served, ordering at the counter and waiting to be called. Most everything is self serve which is convenient. Food was good..only personal preference would have been a little less cheese. We will no better next time as we will go back! Good experience overall !

Terrible! The cheesy bread is dry and the pizza lacks real Italian flavor and was missing some ordered toppings. Pizza was stuck to the box and the large size is more like a medium size. Definitely not a real italian restaurant. The cookie with the "Italian buttercream icing" tasted like just cool whip with added sugar and gross.
