Omg my first time trying these wings and I am so happy with my choice and everyone here is as well .. the best wings I've ever had I will never order wings from wings stop or Buffalo wild wing. Kudos 👏 💐 🥳

This is Palm Beach County's premier destination for speedy carryout! The food continually excels in freshness, perfect seasoning, affordability, and is served with a friendly smile. The succulent fried chicken wings and chicken Philly are so scrumptious, they'd evoke jubilant cheers!

They food is pre cooked they leave the pre cooked chicken inside a trash can they use a drilling tool to blend they palm beach sauce and jaws sauce they seafood be left out old they have cockroaches all on the floor they managers don’t do no work they start problems with customers the manager, Anas and the manager Lloyd they charged people just to get sauce with food. They also act like the restroom don’t work and I really think that this place really needed inspection and they need inspections on the workers that was fired day was awesome workers I came into this restaurant and inspected it and this that I have got so I also wanted to report it do not eat or go to jaws on palm beach lakes .

We were going to try this place for the hot chicken. When we arrived at 11:02am on Sunday, the door was still locked, It was supposed to be opened atv11am. Then a couple of workers showed up. But we figured by the time they get it ready to serve, it will be at least half an hour later, so we left.

This is the top spot for quick takeout in Palm Beach County! The food is always fresh, well-spiced, reasonably priced, and the service is amiable. The fried chicken wings and chicken Philly are so delicious, they'd make you want to cheer!

Drive thru lady so rude and Unapproachable! On her phone the whole time! Didn’t really care at all! Didn’t get my order right and got an attitude when I told her it was wrong!

Amazing conch salad at a small grab & go restaurant. They have a drive thru but there was a line (understandably as this place is delicious). I skipped the line by walking inside to buy conch salad and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had! It is so tasty and is very fresh!

Last night in Palm Beach from NC. Recommend to those looking for some good food and wings.

Great quality , fast serve, fried chicken & fish. It you seek a quick, piece of fried yardwalker or some shrimp of fish hit Jaws! Drive-thru & take-away at its best. Awesome fries, and fruity slushy drinks to wash it down. The lemon pepper sprinkle was tasty. Hot sauce “ hot” was miles. No enuf Scoville rating for me. Not much space to dine-in so don’t bring the family and expect table. This is a “Take-Away Joint”. And a darn good one. Tasty, fast, food. Priced right.

UPDATE: So The food is still good, but the management has changed. It's no longer Palm Beach Hot chicken but changed to a local chain called Jaws Hot chicken. The staff is mostly the same, they added a few items. But the biggest detractor is the prices went up. Knocking it down from a place I would visit 3 times a month, to once. Bummer. If the food quality changes dramatically I'll make another update. Really nice local chicken and seafood spot. Yes, everything is fried. It's not healthy food people. Lol! If you like spicy, try the Blazin. It's a hot seasoning, not a sauce. Yet it is 🔥! It should come with a warning. Love it! The wings are good and the sauces have good flavor. Fried chicken tenders are amazing and fish is tasty.

Quick shop to stop and grab something to eat while driving the I-95. They have The Best fried chicken gizzards in town!!! Every time I go to West Palm Beach or pass by, I stop to get some! You have to try them!! Recently purchased the chicken nuggets and French fries, and they were great as well. Super crunchy real chicken and at a very accesible price too!

My nephew ordered from here today and got cheeseburgers fries and catfish. The worst food I have ever had! I choked on the tiny piece of dry meat, and the fries tasted like they had been fried in fish oil and sat there for hours and cold. Too bad that u would even send that to a paying customer… shame on you

This is my New favorite place my 7year old daughter put me one to this place. I drive 30 min 3 times Week to come here EVERYTHING IS FRESH AND GREAT

Food was absolutely delicious and really hit for a late night snack.

The last 3 times i ordered from this place they didn’t include the ranch that i paid for. They “triple checked it” Then when i called and asked to speak with the manager right after i got back to work the lady said the manager wasn’t there. I showed back up a hour later with the same workers and informed the manager that the lady hung up on me and neither seemed to care whatsoever . LOL 12/10 experience! definitely going back! food to gud but tighten up .

So glad I stopped here on my way to PBI.. got the 1 tender chicken sandwich with fries - delicious! I chose “mild” but quickly learned it’s a little more spicy than I normally like , but honestly the chicken was so good!! You need to try it for yourself.

Customer service was horrible. The young lady in the drive thru needs to stay off the phone and change her attitude.

Ate here about a week ago and was really impressed. I tried the chicken tender sandwich and had a couple tenders on the side. Both were great, and came out scorching hot. Looking forward to returning.

Dirty establishment and the staff does not follow ANY instructions even when calling in and specifically stating the instructions for your meal. Tried to give them several chances and every time there has been an issue. Last time the manager refused to give me my money back for giving me the wrong food and was very confrontational when asked for a refund. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The customer service here sucks, I dont know where they find these young girls but they aren’t the brightest, and always have an attitude! They seem not to know the difference in a SM shrimp dinner and a KIDS meal! Secondly they recook food! Their catfish is not catfish, the owners claim they didn’t know! And i ordered fried okra they were recooked and had hair cooked in them! Im calling the Health Department

I got the wings and fries basket and was not impressed. If wings are tossed in sauce I automatically think naked fried not breaded. I'm visiting from Houston and we are a Food City and maybe I'm spoiled but the wings and fries were not good. Fries tasted freezer burnt or stale. I have come to realize Florida is not a good food state. You have to spend good money for ok food here. I tried hooks down the street and same result 🤮

This place is not hot chicken no longer. My experience was very bad there. The customer service experience was horrible. The food was horrible. Also, the young lady at the counter cussed me out because I told her she did not attend me and speak to me and she told me I can get the F out and also the owner told me the same thing. I’m so disappointed. I miss hot chicken.

Verbal Halal, hope they put a Halal sign to confirm chicken is Halal. Taste is good, love their sauces. 02.13.24 - After the name change, I went to confirm if ownership changed and if meat is Halal. I was told they don't know what is halal, but on explaining, they said we been saying yes without knowing. :(

The food used to be good under the old name. The quality has significantly decreased. They must use a cheaper supplier for the wings and fries. They also fry the chicken until it’s dry and charge you for the hot dry rubs on the wings. The owner instructs the staff not to give the customers detailed receipts unless you ask for one. They don’t want the customers to see how much they are adding to your bill. It’s really a shame.

EDITED: January 2024. PBHC is under new ownership/management. Food is same but different, if that makes sense. Customer service is definitely not the same but it’s not bad. We visited PBHC after a long day at the zoo. We entered the restaurant to an immediate smile, kind welcome and an open kitchen (which I love). The restaurant was immaculate - nothing was out of place, no trash, nothing sticky and floors were clean. Note: There are a few bar stools (3 or 4) by the front window where you can sit and wait or eat your meal. They also have two small tables with two chairs per table for you to do the same. We took a minute to look over the menu and the young lady taking our order was always ready to answer our questions and make recommendations. We ordered the four piece hot chicken (Combo A, extra hot), the chicken tender sandwich (Combo 1, hot), burger combo (because my four year old is a burger connoisseur), a kids chicken nuggets, small corn nuggets and a slice of Oreo cheesecake. Our total was roughly $36. We ordered a soda with the burger combo and our daughter was very disappointed that we didn’t get an apple juice instead. I asked my husband to purchase a juice for her but instead it was kindly given to her by Mr. Abraham, the owner. The food was ready in a very short time and we took it to go. As we were grabbing our food, Mr. Abraham asked the young lady that took our order to give us a complimentary brownie. We were super grateful and went on our way. My oldest daughter is VERY picky - so I knew I was risking it by buying her the chicken nuggets from an unfamiliar establishment BUT to my surprise she ate them all and loved it. She claims they were spicy (they weren’t, just nicely seasoned - which she complains about here at home too) but delicious! She also loved the fries that is sprinkled with (we believe) ranch seasoning. Note: The fries were soggy by the time we got home but we expect that with any kind of fries in a to go order. That’s not the fault of the restaurant. We ate them anyway because RANCH SEASONING! The four piece leg and thigh came with two slices of bread and fries. The online menu says it was supposed to come with cole slaw, pickles and sauce but I didn’t receive that in our to go order. I didn’t mind about the missing pickles and cole slaw but I was disappointed about the sauce because I love a good sauce. Back to the chicken - HOLY CRUNCH! Even after the ride home (20 min) and the time it took to get everyone else’s food out and served - I sat down and bit into the most beautiful sounding and tasting crunchy (without heavy breading) chicken leg. You literally heard it. Mindblown! It was delicious. Perfectly cooked, moist and seasoned beautifully. I must admit the ex-hot was too hot for me and I felt the burn but it was sooooooo good that I happily ate it. NOTE: Heat comes in the form of dry rub/seasoning and not sauces. My husband had the chicken tender sandwich and it was GOOD! The bread was fresh and soft but it held up well - it is the perfect bread for this sandwich. The chicken was hot - which was the perfect amount of heat. My only suggestion would be to order the combo with the extra tender and put it in the sandwich, the sandwich needs more than one tender because the bread to chicken ratio is uneven. Nonetheless, delicious all around. Our youngest said that her burger was good but she ended up only eating half of it as she was exhausted and just wanted to sleep by the time we got home. Our Oreo cheesecake was creamy and the chocolatey brownie was decadent- I’m not sure which was better. I don’t know if the desserts are homemade but they surely tasted like they were and they were the perfect end to our meal. This morning, my oldest daughter asked me if we can go back to this restaurant because she LOVED the chicken nuggets. That is a huge compliment from her, believe me. In conclusion, will definitely be returning because good food and kindness from the owner and staff goes a long way in the food business nowadays and this establishment has both.

It’s Friday at 9:22pm. 10 minutes ago, I took my first bite of a Jaws chicken tender. 10 minutes ago, I tasted the very best fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. It’s a shame.. it makes all the other friend chicken I’ve cherished in life look like absolute garbage. I’m a sauce guy.. got some bbq.. and I didn’t even dip them. Employees were super nice too. I’ll be driving up from delray just for this. Jaws chicken is number one.

From the outside, you wouldn't know it, but the food is excellent! Their tenders are outstanding, as is their fried chicken. I haven't tried any seafood here as for that, I'm not quite sure, but I can say the chicken is worth going here for. You can get it hot enough to make you cry, if that's your thing. I wouldn't attempt going here at night, as it's not in a good area, so if you want to stay safe, check this place out during the day.

New owners ruined the business. Used to be Palm Beach Hot Chicken, now it's Jaws chicken and seafood. The chicken looks and taste like Hooks right down the street. Everyone in the community loved the ladies that worked there, now we have another business that does care about us. 😢

My God I keep slapping myself asking why I haven't tried this place sooner!!!! This place is so so so good, the prices, the portions, the taste of the Philly I had was bomb, the bread was very soft and it was a large sandwich. My girlfriend had tenders and they were amazing, loved the seasoning! I seriously can't recommend this place enough, why spend more elsewhere and get smaller portions with bland food. You bet I'm coming back!

Today I decided to make to long trip to put this place to the test. Staff was friendly. I had the chicken sandwich combo. I like spicy food and I got the standard hot sandwich. It was perfectly spiced well cooked and wasn't too salty like other hot chicken places. So many items that caught my attention I will make another trip and try other items. Highly recommended for chicken lovers.

They have the best chicken. I ordered chicken for the family to eat after my son funeral. Everyone loved it. The guy that handled my order was nice and friendly. I ordered the leg and thighs, a hundred pieces. The chicken was fresh and tasty. Thank you to everyone at Jaws Hot chicken.

For a pan of chicken wing they are 20 for 20 dollars thats not bad better then hooks

I got the 5 piece tender meal and the snapper meal both were cooked perfectly however just for my taste I like a little more seasoning and spice this would have definitely been a 5 on on the food ,the service was perfect the lady at the register took my order right away the food didn't take long to cook at all,the atmosphere is a little cramped being so small it was only 8 to 10 people in the small front space ,HOWEVER please go check this place out and ditchs the fast-food and get some of that palm beach chicken I will be revisiting this place soon

Had fried conch and it blew my mind. It’s like a hard core fry fest of delicious. Area is a little on the ghetto side, got pestered for money from a rando on the way in. Whatever.

My husband and I traveled down to South Florida and stopped at this local chicken restaurant. We were greeted by very friendly staff and the manager was exceptional in his service towards us. Everything is cooked to order nice and fresh. I had the Red Snapper and shrimp combo which the manager put in a special order for me because it was not a combo on the menu. My husband ordered the Mango Habanero chicken combo, and when I tell you hands down the best chicken that I have had. If you come down to West Palm beach make this a stop.

Absolutely by far the best chicken tenders around! They are addictive!! Highly recommend the fried okra, but you could also get fries. The showstopper is the chicken tenders, which are fried to perfection always moist, always tasteful and fresh! I’ve recommended this place to several friends, and they all have been raving about it!

Well seasoned, cooked to order fabulous wings and tenders. The staff is customer friendly. I really enjoyed their mango habanero sauce, not overly spicy with just a touch of sweetness. Tenders are on the larger side and made a great meal for the kiddos.

The best hot wings and okra you’ll have. And the customer service was absolutely top notch. The girls at the counter were so sweet and friendly. My daughter wasn’t feeling well and one of the girls went next store to the gas station to buy her some pedialyte. I’ve never experienced such kindness and love. So much food for your money. Definitely hit this place up. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Great food! Terrible staff! The food is always hitting the right spot!!! Now the staff needs some a lot of work on their attitude quickly before someone with the same kind of attitude gets them right! The lady snatched the money out my hands I didn’t say anything because I thought well maybe she was just trying to catch im not sure but I didn’t want to make it a big deal because I was hungry! Then as she’s giving me the food, her attitude got worse and she basically gave me the food with a side of f-u and some more attitude! This was the cashier yesterday (9/15) at around 9:30-10pm through the drive thru. Normally the staff is pleasant but they need to get rid of this girl because her attitude is going to run business away!!! Mgmt needs to get involved fast before this creates a real problem!
