This pals is just like Jefferson City location pay for a bacon cheeseburger and never get the bacon on it I'm done with all the Pal's locations

Haven’t been to pals in years due to me living somewhere else and was so excited to try pals again but the frenchie fries has seriously taken a down turn. The last three times I have visited there, the fries barely have any seasoning. I love going here for the fries but seems like you just let the seasoning on the fry bin get on the fries without actually putting it on the fries themselves. What a shame, I guess this is their new policy.

Always a pleasure to order a big Pal with cheese and Frenchie Frys. Great food and top notch service. Took less than five minutes and I was parked and eating.

My husband went through the drive thru around 2:30 PM on 6-7-24. He order a Junior cheeseburger without mayonnaise, add ketchup. He brought it home to me and it pretty much has extra mayonnaise and a small bit of ketchup. Either employees don’t pay attention or don’t care. I could have a severe egg allergy instead of just hating mayo. Pay attention people you’re cost people money. The burger will be feeding the dog!

I love Pals. The hot dogs are the best. The Frenchie fries are absolutely delicious... especially with extra salt. The burgers are very good....they even have a "sauce burger" which I'm told is extraordinary. The employees are always so very kind and courteous. Very much worth a visit....

Never had a bad experience at Pal's! For my money, they have the best hamburgers of all the "fast food" places around. I like that they will build your hamburger anyway you want it, as I don't care for ketchup, pickles, mustard, etc: just tomato, cheese, bacon, mayo for me. The fries are really good too!

Amazing! Slight hiccup in the order, they were so quick to accept all fault (even though it was an ordering issue on my behalf) replaced with brand new food. I cant wait to visit again, just for another Pal's experience.

Like a lot of fast food restaurants, prices have gone up and quality has gone down. My burger tasted like salt and the mayo oozed out of it. Yuck!!!

Food was awesome!! Eat there due to i have to go to morristown to help my mom. Wish we had these in Knoxville or Blount County.

October 2023. Located in Morristown, Tn. My first time stopping by here. Pals Sudden Services does live up to its name. There is only a drive thru where you place food order at one window, pay, & then circle the building to pick the food. No inside dining. The menu had typical American fast food. Burgers, fries hotdogs, chili dogs, & drinks. Alot more on menu. But I forgot to take a picture of it. I ordered a chili dog & fresh fries. After picking up my lunch. I sat in a parking space & ate in vehicle. I enjoyed the quick tasty food. For a fast food place. No complaints here! I'll return one day. Pics inenclosed.

First pals I've ever had and boy when they say sudden service they mean it, couldn't even look at the menu board before the girl was wondering why I didn't order 😂 but she was nice and the food was about what you'd expect from a fast food joint, good fry seasoning

It's sad but Pal's is not the same. It has really gone downhill this year. I was served burnt fries and a dried out cold Big Pal today. This location is particularly getting worse with every visit. They need to get rid of the grouchy old woman taking money and handing out food. She looks at you like you are trash. She always has an attitude, but all the other workers are fantastic.

I don't know what happened. Came through when I was back in town. DBP+c. The patties got smaller. The mayonnaise tastes weird now. Like it was soured or something. Great service, great people, but I fear the worst now that Pal is gone. RIP.

Excellent everything!! Very fast service and by the time I got to the pick up window it was waiting on me. Hot and as ordered. Surprisingly good, tirst time there and all I’m normally skeptical. I wish they had one in Kentucky.. If not dozens to make sure my town gets one. A double burger fries and drink was about $12 per person, kingly of high for fast food but good. Couldn’t eat there every day at that price.

This place has to have the best fast food burgers in East Tennessee. You can actually taste the flamed broiled burger. The drive through is always busy, but they are fast and very friendly. I would come to Morristown just for their burgers.

On the night of March 17th, 2023, my and my family's hamburgers tasted cold on the inside, the patties were tough and had an off taste-not up to Pal's usual standards at all. I used to love this Pal's location, but after this, we will not be back.

Love the bar b dog. It's a hot dog bun with bar b q on it, can get slaw and onions if ya want them. Greasy and messy but good lol

Pretty good, ODD, but tasted decent. The regular hot dog comes with what I'm guessing is chili and with onions. Fries were very good. I guess be sure if you want a normal dog to request mustard, ketchup, tomato, or relish and hold the chili. Drive thru is weird too, you order on one side, but don't pay there, you have to drive around the building to the other side and the person takes your payment and gives the food. Worth a stop if your hungry for a quick bite of food.

My hamburger had a funny b taste to it but , it was hot. However when I got home and just very made it to restroom I got diarrhea and vomit. So I won't be eating there again.

Best Place To Eat Ever! Quick Service… If There Is A Long Line, It Will Go Quick And Be Worth The Wait! On Average From The Time You Order, Until You Get To The Other Side, Get To The Window, And Pay… They Normally Hand You The Food When You Get To The Window Unless You Have A Larger Order And Then It May Tale A Minute Or Two! Regardless, It Will Always Be Worth It!

My first time trying Pal's. Love the cute building! This place was a pleasant surprise! My crew got cheeseburgers, hotdogs, fries, and sweet tea. The cheeseburger was delicious! Cooked just right, tasting like real ground beef with fresh toppings and fresh bun. The hotdog chili isn't the traditional same old tomato based chili. But it was delicious! Fries were very good, fresh and hot! The sweet tea was a bucket. 😉❤ Overall everything was great! The staff were super friendly and our order was out fast. We'll definitely be back!

Came from Canada and got some breakfast today at Pal's first time ever. Went to the wrong side of the drive-thru and had to turn around the street to get to the right side. The owner/manager there figured out it was my first time and threw in some free cheddar rounds! Loved the food and really friendly people.

One star is way too much. Put 10 people in one room and still cant get the order correct. My wife is allergic to onion .thats why i specifically told the person taking toe order pickles and mustard ONLY. But 😁 she had to get a manager first tocorrect the order F..k PALS

1st time at pals lived in town off and on for 15 years. After going there today i feel as if every other rast food chain has been screwing me over. The veggies were top notch and the beef is REAL!!! Like mom mixed it in the back with light seasoning add in. They are on the radar and ill be back soon.

First time there. Loved the fries and the burger was huge! They're not kidding about the "sudden service" either! The line moved very quickly and we had our door in no time. I'll definitely be back to try their hot dog next time.

I pick up lunch here at least 3 days a week. The big chicken bears arby's and they're double pal with cheese, bears BK and Micky D's. I just wish they had Onion Rings.

Had to check it out after seeing the drive-thru out to the street ever time we pass by these places. Burger was good, fries were good, service was great. In & out in 5 minutes. The food is decent but I was not blown away by it. Was thinking it would be special after seeing those lines out to the street.

I really enjoy eating here it's a very nice place for a good hamburger some great french fries and and fresh tea peach tea is highly sought after it is very refreshing there's a variety of things to choose from and each and every one of them as good as the next I recommend this place to anyone who needs to grab something quick for lunch or supper it is awesome the breakfast is also good

Fast, friendly and good food. Update: If you get a mixed shake, always make sure it is indeed the flavors you wanted. I always get vanilla and strawberry and sometimes they forget to add the strawberry...my bad for not checking until I get to my destination....sigh

Had a double cheeseburger and this was the first time I’ve eaten there. The service was quick and the burger was great!

Gosh dang it! Great burgers! The fries have some kind of flavored salt on them- no quite sure - maybe onion powder mixed with salt. The drive thru is kinda awkward here guys. You drive up to the first window and place your order. (Kudos to PALS for placing the menu where the passenger can read it too.) And you drive around the building to pay and pickup your awesome burger! They don't have combos here. Their sweet tea was spot on too! PALS, you get five stars. I would give you more if it were available! In a time when customer service has seemingly gone out the door, you guys aced that too!! Great tasting burgers and fries! Outstanding customer service! Side note - man....my burger was just too good to stop eating long enough to take you guys a pic!

This is one of our favorite Pals restaurants. Service is always good as well as the food..

When we arrived, the line - as usual for mornings - was nearing the end of the parking lot, and I was worried that it would take forever. I should know by now, though, Pals is one place that, even with a long line, it isn't generally going to take more than a few minutes to get to those amazingly delicious cheesy delights to which I am unashamed to admit I am addicted. Never been disappointed with my experience at Pals.

For fast and cheap food this place is hard to beat. Had it first time when in TN and wished had one local. Getting in the line the first time can be intimidating but this place operates on Chick-fil-A speed x2. It appears there is no dinning so they just slam the drive through orders out. The menu is very real only price and the burgers, hotdogs and fries were all very good for service food!

The gentleman working the cashier window at 7:51 pm on June 28th is an extremely respectful and professional. I don’t think I visit too often (but with a always hungry girlfriend) I guess I do. The gentleman remembers me and after I pay always gets the little black cups and some extra ketchup packets. 10/10 this place is the best. Best burgers best service hot and fast.
