I was having a horrible day when I walked into Panera , but the girl, I believe her name is jasmin at the cashier turned it around with her kindness, simple smile, and a couple of words. I can't leave a tip, but I'd come back just because of her. We need more people like her. Thanks for making a tough day better!

Fresh prepped food but need to go large to get a reasonable size. Only filtered coffee no fresh bread served. Use Star bucks a few doors up for that. Nice cakes and bread sold. Worth a try at least once. Parking outside and easy access.

Wrong order was made, called the store was told by the manager they would remake the order and provide a refund for my purchase, since I had to turn back, so I drove all the way back to be told no refund by Melissa some other “manager” Where’s the customer service Melissa? Maybe go back to training and understand you have a job because of the customer, not your personality.

My family ate here couple times during our vacation. We enjoyed their well prepared salad and sandwiches. Better than other panera locations.

Yeah!! The dill pickles are back. I have missed having one tucked away in the wrapping paper. Perfect compliment with my tuna salad sandwich on tomato basil bread.

Only dark roast coffee available after 4 pm. The manager didn't offer to make a pot . There were 4 Large coffees needed.

Within walking distance from Holiday Inn Express. Great quick eat one step above fast food. Highly recommend chocolate chip cookies!

My only complaint is that this location does not have kiosks for those of us who do not want to order through the app or at the counter. Lines at the register can get long and the kiosk occasionally will offer a special not offered through the app or by someone behind the counter. This store is exceptionally clean and well stocked and the staff is very polite. They do not cheap out with the ingredients (unlike the Panera near my home whose coffee is always weak)..

Compared to other Panera’s in the Orlando area this one lacks a multitude of wall plugs and the POS station to order. The Smokehouse chicken sandwich and the tomato basil soup are good and we always the green tea is my go to.

Quite possibly the best Panera I have ever visited, even out of state, although I'm not sure if it was because I was there while they were being audited that morning. It appeared to be, by Regional officials. However, the seats, tables and all spaces were clean! Staff was friendly. I enjoyed speaking with them throughout my 2 hour working visit. Bathrooms were spotless. A+. Plenty of parking. My only issue was that my order, Egg white, Avocado, Garden sandwich indicated 7.99 on the menu and my receipt stated 8.29. Not a huge deal but if other items have increased in prices, change the posters so customers have a true reflection of what they are purchasing. It adds up if it's a family purchasing! No other issues.

I ordered the short bread cookie. This is my go to spot for a decent short bread cookie and the ice coffee is good. I personally have the sip club subscription. This deal is roughly 12.99 a month and you get unlimited coffee (hot or cold), tea and soda. It’s not a bad deal if you’re a student and need a place to study or eat at Panera a lot. Panera I would say is a healthy fast food option. They have wonderful salads and the Mac and cheese is by far hands down the best. The bread is also really good here and the bagels are wonderful. They used to have a Mac and cheese sandwich which was delicious. Going back to the cookies the short bread cookies are always a great choice. Sweet but not too sweet they are a wonderful cookie to pair with coffee or tea. I would highly recommend if you go to Panera bread to try the short bread cookie and the Mac and cheese at least once.

The quality of the food in the Sand lake location is horrible compared to the other locations. The manager was very rude. I used to go there for more than 18 years, but I will never step a foot there again after the treatment I received today. Very disappointed!!!

Unfriendly service. Bought an iced vanilla coffee. No ice or vanilla. Utterly useless. And expensive for self service. Avoid.

Do not use the rapid-pick up option at this location. I ordered three separate times using that pick-up option and each time I got a notification that the food was ready, went to pick it up and food was not in the shelf. This forced me to have to wait in line and remind the staff about my order. Defeats the whole purpose of rapid pick-up. Also, the online system doesn't seem to be accurate with what items they have in stock at the store. Last time I went they ended up telling me to cancel my entire order and re-order at the store with what items they currently have which was frustrating and had to end up going somewhere else for breakfast.

Always a prompt service, professional staff and accurate orders, whether I come for breakfast or lunch. A good value. Delicious pastries, bagels, sandwiches, meals. The only con is they don’t have kiosks for placing an order, so I either place it through my phone or with the clerk.

Looking for something that didn’t have a national chain feel and ended up at Pandera. The smoothies were good! Nice to sit on the patio in the sun and hear the kids scream on the Sea World rollercoaster.

I went through the drive thru recently with my family. I was having a pretty bad day due to some things in my personal life and had to pick up food quick. mckenzie was assisting at the drive thru. She is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I had my kids with me, and they were being an absolute terror. I couldn’t think straight. She was so sweet, patient, and recommended some great items. Her nails were also gorgeous. Her kindness made my day. It isn’t often that you go to a fast food place with good customer service. I used to dread coming to this Panera due to the crabby and honestly lazy workers but now I will be coming back and giving it another shot. She really left that much of an impression on me and my kids. Thank you McKenzie. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I made sure to get her name to leave a review of my experience but I hope I spelled it correctly. She’s the short one with nice nails. The food was better than I remember and the drive thru seemed cleaner.

Ordered a bowl of Cream of Chicken +Wild Rice Soup because I was sick. In the whole bowl of soup there was a total of 2 pea sized pieces of chicken!!! It should be called “Dream of Chicken” soup!

Ordered ahead online (2 bagels and a muffin) came 15 minutes later and the order wasn’t ready. They finally got my order ready and my bagels were super wet and soggy. I asked for slice and toasted. I spoke to the cashier who told the manager. I thought they were just gonna replace since that is the simplest thing you could do. The manager did everything she could to not replace. She held up the line, created a scene, and upset the customer. She said that’s how they are bc they were fresh baked. I’m like so slice and toast them. She continued to refuse saying all of them were soggy. I kept asking to toast them. And SHE WOULD NOT! I was in literal shock. The next part was even more shocking. She got a knife out herself and cut a bagel (wasted it) and STILL DIDN’T REPLACE MY BAGEL. I ended up giving up and leaving with soggy bagel. The least effective management in handling an upset customer. This manager left the cashier unsupported. The manager wasn’t wearing a name tag but was the Mrs Trunchable lady working Sunday 10/15/23 at 11:00am.

One of our go to places for lunch. They been pretty consistent in all the aspects. Items are always well stocked, food is fresh, service is fast & efficient, staff are polite & professional. The food and customer service at this location has been great; however, the drive thru not being available is an issue. I’ve been to this location several times within 2 months and the drive thru has been closed. I recently went on 11/28 & 11/29 and it was still closed so I went to another restaurant that could accommodate me with a drive thru. Some people have limitations with walking. The drive thru is needed as an accommodation. I will take my money somewhere else until this issue is resolved.
