My favorite pizzas, especially the one from the shore of 🧀, highly recommended

The thing I liked the most was the cheese sticks, the pizza was not that nice

I tried to grab her name in the way out but she was really busy. I believe she said Luce. But she was fantastic! She was extremely busy but kept her composure and pushed through while also still engaging with the guests with great hospitality! She was awesome and I just wanted to let the company know about it!

Absolutely, unprofessional staff. They want to argue with you, even though you have placed your order at 9 o'clock. You're not gonna get it until 11:30. Because they hand it off the DoorDash. And they don't care. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company anymore

I would suggest do not order from this Papa John’s. Because a first grader could do a better job than their manager can. Due to they major order and sent someone where else and then they give you someone else’s and said they’re not gonna replace it due to the factor that they know they made it, even though you have the box that says someone else’s name. I mean, tell me where that makes sense. Hell if I could give them a -75 to a -99 I’d make sure they had -99.99999.

My husband ordered food & online it said the food was in route & then it said it was delivered. There was instructions for the driver the driver never called so that he could get in the building & it said online the food was delivered. My husband called the store to see where was the food or why it was taking so long to be delivered the manager Julien said the food was delivered. My husband asked where was it delivered to because in our apartment building someone has to let you in in order to get in. She then stated that we had to call door dash because that’s who delivered the food. My husband told her why would he call door dash when the order was placed on papa John’s website. My husband asked for them to remake & she stated she wasn’t going to do that so he said refund the $$ she said she wasn’t. I called another store & spoke with that store manager to try to resolve the matter. The other store manager at the other said this location would refund the $$ & that my husband would have to call the store. When my husband called the store Julien was real rude & disrespectful & I told her I was going to speak with there general manager she stated that she was the general manager. The manager from the other store was still on the phone with me while my husband was talking to Julien & she stated that Julien wasn’t that store GM & that the GM was a male. Julien then hu in my face. I would never order from this location again

Will never visit again. Maybe I just happened to visit on a bad day, but the smell left a lasting negative impression .

Was told today that the calzone bites can not be made except for the way they come. I’ve ordered them several times in the last month or so and had no issues getting them with no green peppers. I told him to cancel my order he said okay and that was it. I’ll take my money else where. Pretty sure he was the manager.

I placed a very large pizza order for pick up on 12/20/23 and called and spoke with the manager Mekhi. He was awesome to work with. I tried to order online and set up delivery but it said my delivery address was outside the delivery radius. I called and talked to Mekhi to confirm and he looked and said yes it’s out of our delivery range but he wanted to help me find a way to get it delivered for me. After discussing my order he offered to deliver it. I did not end up having it delivered because it was for one of my clients and I thought it would be best for me to deliver it. The 18 pizzas I ordered were coming out of the over right on time (10:55am). My who experience was top notch service from start to finish. The team had everything ready and offered to go above and beyond the normal call of duty. Thank you for such wonderful service!

This PPJs location was absolute class for us! We had a picky elaborate order and we were having some credit card issues on top of that. Fortunately for us, the staff at PPJs was amazing and stayed patient and friendly the whole way through. Everything came on time and was great. I don't do many reviews but happy to take a little time to say thank you.

Ok let me say, we usually get a good pie from this location. We drive further to get pizza from this location because we have had bad pies from the 98 n location, in a couple attempts. Tonight it seems like the pie makers changed locations! Got there and our pie was not ready, they messed something up and had to make it again. So we waited. And waited...got our pizza. Got it home crust was big as in topping and sauce missed the edge by a long ways. Docking was questionable as we had a bunch of dough bubbles. Crust in the middle was so thin, I'm surprised they could get toppings on it. No way could you pick up a slice. Toppings just slid off. Crust overall was doughy even on the outer edge. And toppings seemed overall underdone. Hate to have seen the one they rejected!!! Poor product gang!

Got 10 boneless wings and they had barely any sauce.

This place is TRASH! DO NOT ORDER from here. Order never came. No refund. No remake. No customer service. Just miserable people who hate their lives. Good thing my Amex canceled the transaction. SHAQ needs to do better. GARBAGE

My daughter mentioned she wanted pizza around 6:05. I start ordering our dinner on my app. After purchase after choosing my address for delivery it says pick up available in 15 minutes, idk why so I called the store and change my order to delivery he says no problem just had to update payment for the delivery fee i say no problem. Forty-five minutes goes by so I call back and asked if my pizza was on the pick up shelf and it was even though I updated my order. So I request if the meal can be remade being its sat out for said amount of time the employee says no problem. About fifty minutes later I'm starving wandering where my food is so I call the employee tells me he tried to call me and had my old number so I didn't receive the call they had to cancel my order so I reordered my pizza and then had to wait the original 50 minutes for delivery. It was just at 9 when I received my food.... why would he try and call me after the second attempt instead of just delivering the meal.

The service here is exceptional. The store is cleaner than average. I would work here if they didn't run drivosity.

I never in my life had an undone pizza I don’t even do reviews but I’m doing one today ! This is sad first they delivered me a pizza that was all over the place and wings with no sauce they didn’t wanna re make my wings but remade the pizza and the pizza was not done all the way I been at the hospital since 3 some this morning !

Waited 45 mins for a thin crust with barely any toppings and a $21 price tag.

I ordered a pizza for Delivery last night. They gave me the tracking and where my pizza would be at all times. I waited and waited,and waited. Finally I called them. They told me it was for pickup. I said oh no I defiantly marked it for delivery. They said OK we will get it right to you. So I waited and waited some more. It's not more than 10 minutes from my house. Finally my son called me and said Did you order a pizza and I said yes.. They had taken my pizza to my old address. He gave them the right address. The pizza was warm but wasn't good at all. So I fixed my grandkids grilled cheese for supper since it was almost bedtime.Never ordering Papa John's again.

I’m giving this location a 5 because the new GM is doing his best with what he has and trying to improve this location I order 2-3x a month the first month ordering again was in November the GM delivered my order himself, December I ordered and the order was completely butchered and when I called the GM was on the phone in no time and getting my order fixed he remade my order himself and had it to my door quickly himself again to ensure my order was corrected and I was happy. I just placed another order today so let’s hope when they see my name today it’s made the way and I hope he gets a great team he deserves to keep this location going as I have completely cut off hungry Howies and dominos.

Twice I ordered pizza from this PapaJohns and both times the pizza hard and tasted bland. Better ingredients better pizza? Ha don't think so.

At some point, I will have to thank my brother-in-law, Jayden Black, for recommending I give this Papa Johns location a chance. I love purchasing from this location. Last time I ordered, everything was correct. This time our food was finishing in the oven at my early arrival, and I had the pleasure of meeting Grant (the general manager) who welcomed me to the store, we briefly got to share a laugh at our prior experiences working in Pizza places, and he even helped me walk my pizzas and 2-Liter to my car. Everything was correct for our order too. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again for this store; “Baked with quality, delivered with excellence.”

Terrible! Went out of my way to call three different locations to finally talk to someone who had my order , just to ask to please add extra garlic sauce. Showed up with none at all.

I made my own bowl and someone decided that they were going to add their own ingredients into my food. How do you know if I have allergies to these things you feel the need to add to my food.

The Papa John's franchise has gone downhill since John left and this location is no exception. Waited an hour and a half when they quoted me 30 mins, rude manager and staff offered no apologies or help. Papa Johns has lost my business for eternity.

I want to give a shout out to the papa john's on memorial in lakeland. i ordered a pizza online but to the wrong store. The assitant general manager called the other store and cancelled my order for me without hesitation then comped us for the mix up That is customer service !! Thank you and you have a great team there. I forgot your name but thank you for great customer service!!

My experience at this papa John’s has been great every time! Pizza is hot and tastes great. It is always ready within the time frame projected. I met the general manager today while I was there and he was very nice!

This place is impeccable. It is absolutely clean as can be even eat off the floors. I was greeted by the bathroom attendant who offered me extra pepperonis for free. The staff is absolutely gorgeous. There is one employee name Robbie he is a very statuesque gentleman she was such a nice man. The managers Grant and Brandy and Thomas and Michael and John and Derreck and Tom and Harry all 27 of the managers were there it was amazing. The food was amazing. They are amazing. Everything was so delicious I can’t wait to come back my whole family comes here give them all your money

My husband said the boneless wings were the softest he’s ever had, he loved them. The pizza was good too, no complaints.

Do not order the chicken wings from here. They charge $11 for 8 of the smallest wings I have ever seen and they are all completely covered in fat. It’s amazing how the prices are going up and the quality is hitting rock bottom. I am done wasting my money.

I love visiting this papa johns location; However, I was dissapointed when I realized they took away the option to tip. I hope they bring it back :)

I love the food and employees here, but I was disappointed by a recent change. I always like to tip the cashier by using my card, but you have taken away the option of tipping when using a card. Many times I don't bring paper money with me into Papa John's, so I end up not being able to tip the cashier. I would appreciate if you brought back the option to tip with a card. Thanks.

I usually order the cinnabon pull apart dessert and never really had any issue with them.. Maybe a longer wait time which was not a issue for me.prior to placing my order the employee would mention of a estimated wait time and ask if its "ok ".. I give it a four out of fuve star only due to the wait time. Matter fact,, Im about to order the cinnabon pull apart now lol!!

I've never had an issue out of all the times me and my family have ordered. This is the closest location to our house We usually order online to take advantage of discounts/promotions and pick it up ourselves. The wait has never been unreasonable. My favorite is the thin crust 🤗

Had trouble with my order, hard to locate and for was very hard to open looked like it was locked.

Yummmmy! We ordered delivery online, on a Friday night at 6pm and it was on our table by 6:30. Our order had the correct ingredients and they were generously applied to the XL deal for $12 (feeds 3). We will definitely order from here again!
