I called **one day in advance** to place an order with this Papa John's, expecting it to be ready on time. Unfortunately, the order arrived **super late** despite the ample notice. The lack of punctuality and poor service was really disappointing. With so many pizza options out there, this experience has ensured I’ll **never order from this Papa John’s again**. Unreliable service like this is unacceptable.

Cancelled my order 2 minutes before it was due to be delivered. Didn't answer the phone when I called them. Useless. Avoid.

Cancelled order when 5 minutes away from being delivered without any reason, terrible!

Ordered for 5 people, order confirmed and paid for, our del person Thomas on way on his bike, then 4 mins before delivery we were informed that the restaurant had cancelled the order?? no reason given, but apparently cost will be refunded?? (Hopefully..but??!! )Tried to phone them, but just rings out. Will never order from Papa John's Miami beach ( or anywhere ) ever again. If zero rating available I would of used that. Waste of space place.

Super tasty pizza for little money

The pizza looks nice, but usually tastes mid from this location. It’s and/or not cooked in the middle, straight burnt, missing sauce, coated in spray oil, bad dough… but it’s good 10% of the time, so roll the dice, playa.

Are you all ignorant or something? If I ordered LEMON PEPPER what makes you think it’s ok to send me BBQ wings??? Literally the most annoying thing ever I just don’t know what is wrong with you all. What a way to piss me off.

I rarely write reviews but I live in south beach and if you want good, fresh, hot pizza fast. This is the place.

Delivery time was stated as 30 minutes, it took 2 HOURS (!) for the pizzas to arrive. We ordered online, but despite repeated attempts, no one could be reached by phone! Although it took forever, the pizzas arrived completely cold! Taste is okay, but not good. I advise everyone to order here!

I put one star because the application doesn't let you put less. The woman who served didn't understand anything, it seemed like she hadn't been taught, we had to repeat our request several times since she didn't seem to understand anything. We ordered a pizza divided in half, we asked if we could have one half with tomato sauce and the other with BBQ sauce, to which he replied yes. While we wait for the pizza he asks us to wait outside the premises and it was raining, to which we asked to wait inside and were denied. When we received the pizza we checked it and they had put BBQ sauce on the entire pizza, we let them know that it was not what we wanted and they told us that we could not order the pizza that way. The manager came to talk and did not provide any solution, according to him they would give us a refund in 48 hours. For having paid by card. I can't believe the kind of people they have working there, I will never go back. Are the worst. I attach the receipt they gave us for the refund.

Believe it or not, the best, most consistent pizza in the beach. Never disappoints us on Uber eats. Better than gourmet stuff and for a fraction of the price. And I am Italian!

I got an empty cold pizza even tho I ordered with jalapeños… I tried to contact them but after 2x waiting for 10 min on the phone they hung up… make sure you look at what they deliver before you pay even better avoid Papa Johns

I have ordered here online a bunch of times and it’s really good, but for the first time I went in to order. Please do not do that. The Chilean lady Patricia, I spoke to her in English and in Spanish when I walked in and she said she couldn’t understand me. When I walked in I said “Good evening, May I please order a pizza.” And she said “I don’t understand, what’s a pizza?” Can we please go back to who we are interviewing guys. What is going on lol?!

Ordered a THIN CRUST WELL DONE cheese pizza on doordash and I got a thick raw cheese pizza.

Do you not know how to cut a pie pizza? I ordered a thin crust three topping pizza when they deliver to my house the pizzas not even cut. I have to cut the pizza into slices so I called him store manager. Nobody answers horrible service. I don’t know what kind of Papa Johns doesn’t know how to cut a pie of pizza I had to cut it myself And it got damaged. I’m gonna speak with headquarters.

Every single time I order delivery from this place they screw up my order. They are incompetent and they don’t make any efforts to fix the problem.

I ordered on the spot, it was supposed to take 15 minutes, but it took over 30, and at the same time I watched how confused they were, confusing orders, looking for customers' pizzas. The place is also not clean. The pizza was okay, but the crust wasn't great and the price was much too high

Pizza was not prepared good had to have it redone and you have become very expensive...and service horrible no one speaks English

Because my order was cancelled... If it's too late for the store, you should adjust your delivery hours in the ordering system... The order was accepted by the system, then cancelled by the store 10 minutes later... I wasted my time, and by this also the chance to order from another pizza store...

Terrible service. I went at 10:30pm to pick up a pizza, the lady who served saw that we were waiting outside and instead of serving us she started cleaning the refrigerators, at 11 she opened the door and gave us the pizza that was ready on the counter since that we arrived

Really good American pizza. Not greasy , the dough is well risen. The pizza arrived hot and crispy.

Terrible service. Place an order through an app, a 10 inch pizza, 1 soda and a sauce. It took 1 hour and what arrived was an individual pizza!!! The order had my name and the detail on the sticker corresponded to my order, but nothing, NOTHING of what I ordered was correct. I called on the phone and the person in charge, named Chris, was not able to provide ANY explanation, much less a solution. However, there was no problem charging my card (there was no refund or replacement of products). Absolute ineptitude. I NEVER shop at this chain AGAIN. Awful.

The customer service and quality of food has improved over the past few years. I have not had any issues recently they must have new management.

I ordered the daily special of two large pizzas with three toppings each while at the pool 30 minutes before I picked it up. The pizzas were waiting for me, and the checkout process was smooth. There were a bunch of people waiting for pizzas inside, but they could’ve called it in like I did. The pizza was divine, and I crushed it in the car. Five out of five.

I had a terrible experience on ordering a to go order at this location which I don’t go into Detail's but I followed up the next day with a lead associate by the name of Steve walked him thru the details and he patiently listened and offered his full service and even offered another pizza I decided to call back and re order that pizza because I had a medical situation and wasn’t mobile. Steve went above and beyond and assisted me. And for that he gave excellent customer service and gained my rebirth in the eye of customer service. I just want to say Thank you Steve and Papa johns should consider you a valuable employee.. it’s a chain event I will pass on your work ethics

The manger was extremely rude . I wont be back . I ordered my pizza it was given to me incorrectly . Im glad i checked my pizza before leaving . I was not offered any compensation or apology . Instead once I pointed the error the manger immediately got a bad attitude and started yelling .

Fresh and delicious. You get exactly what you want when you order at this Papa Johns location. Our pizza was delivered quickly and it was hot and fresh. It's Papa Johns. It's perfect pizza for the price point.

Unfortunately they have lowered their quality on their Pizzas. I get orders from this place since years and last time I have guests and make a big order and pizzas have almost nothing on it, none of them , the vegetables was the worst, vegetables wasn't fresh. Spinach was dried. They are making pizzas with half of the ingredients we expected, we order one double cheese and it seams like a regular. Very disappointed.

decent pizza but it NEVER arrives on time. sometimes never at all. after an hour or more i've had to cancel at least 3 times in recent memory. tough to find someone that speaks english. never answers phone. even if u go there you can stand there all u want no one is going to attend to/acknowledge you. can some1 get shaq on this?!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapenos and got a ham pineapple pizza, which I can't eat. It was impossible to reach them, tried multiple times.

Ordered delivery. Never received. Delivery driver said my order had been picked up. Called the restaurant they gave my order away to just any driver. Manager answered with an attitude and didn’t try to hear me or fix the issue. It’s other drivers continuously coming to pick up my order. I’m feeding ppl in the hospital. Manager didn’t have enough decency to remake my order . It wasn’t a large order. And they wouldn’t answer the phone anymore. She needs to be fired , not even demoted. Fired !!!! Get a new job. Your customer service and management skills are horrible. Bad look for the franchise and the franchise owner.

No customer service whatsoever. I came to pick up an online order and I didn’t know that as a customer you had to initiate service to actually try to get someone to come to the front counter to assist. You literally walk in and they don’t even bat an eye or they’ll just blank stare. An old lady comes out the office with a cafecito cup, looks at me, and heads straight to dishwasher to slowly clean her cup until I have to literally yell at them to ask if anyone was working at the front? She proceeds to say she can’t do anything because she doesn’t know how to work the machine and I simply told her all you have to do is hand me the food I already paid. If it wasn’t for me being respectful, I would have just grabbed my food that was sitting right there and gone about my day. I waited and the guy making pizza proceeds to just grab the box and hand it to me? The old lady could have done in the first place, but it seems like she just didn’t want to. None of them had basic common decency/customer service. Hire some temps to fix this place up.

My boyfriend and I had a little mishap with an order we placed online, however the cashier Anaya was very kind and helpful. The manager Brenda happened to walk by and quickly jumped in to help. Both ladies were so quick to help. They truly have great customer service.

Zero customer service! Ordered 2 white pizzas without tomato sauce due to food allergies at 6:30 pm , 40 min latter received 2 pizzas with tomato sauce. Big concerns for someone who specifically asked for no tomato’s! Called restaurant and stayed on the phone for 30 min listening to the music. Then called driver, who was kind to talk to restaurant’s employees and said that will deliver right pizzas in 1 h. 40 min latter called restaurant again to get an update on the order, again listening to the music for 15 min, then they said that will take one more hour! Really, ordering pizza at 6:30pm, and expecting right pizza by 10 pm !

Ordered delivery from this location, it never arrived, when I called the store I kept getting put on hold and then put on with a different person. Eventually a woman told me the pizza “must have got stolen” and asked me what she wanted to do about it. Not one of them apologized or was remotely polite. Ended up waiting 2 hours for the pizza. Don’t bother unless you’re going to pick it up yourself, papa Johns isn’t quality enough to put up with the consistently awful service they deliver.
