Just didn't think they added extra cheese I asked for.

We use to order from Domino's Only for several year's but the Domino's here in Tarpon Springs has gone to garbage Papa Johns was a Blessing its Real Pizza Makers and Kind Helpful People and They dont put the pizza's smashed on top to mash the bottom pizza. This is THE BEST PIZZA MAKERS PAPA JOHNS. THANK YOU ALL AT OUR TARPON SPRINGS STORE. WE LOVE YOU! GOD BLESS

So I ordered pizza for my 10-year old. It took extremely long to get here. And I guess they partner with doordash so I didn't hear a knock on the door as Im always waiting for from Papa John's. Never heard it open the door the food with sitting there. I bring it in the house the box of pizza is covered in ants. I called them and told them and the guy gave me attitude the general manager. SMH just a really sad night!! Papa John's is my 10-year-old's favorite place to eat..🥺🤬

This was the worst place I have ever gotten food from I ordered boneless wings they were so soggy and the bone in one's we got too was burnt and nasty I should of known it was gonna be a disaster since the papa John's delivery driver car was ahead of us on the way to pick up the wings and his back window had 5 inches of dirt the wiper indent was on it no lie I should of took a picture and he's delivering your guys pizza uggh please do not get food from here if I could give a 0 star I would

Not sure why papa John’s does bites but it seems silly. I think they should just stick with pizza. Guy was very nice. You could tell he was tired. I hope he doesn’t work so hard cause he was pretty young. It would be cool these days if kids could only work 3 to 4 days a week with no more than 18 to 24 hours. The bites were okay. I hope I can try there stuff crusted pizzas soon. Thank you for your service.

Best papa John’s around by far not even close

They did a great job on my order.

I order from here frequently for delivery. Have been for many years. Food quality and delivery are as be expected each time. However, EVERY time I place an order, I add atleast 2 extra garlic dipping sauces and pay extra for them. And, EVERY SINGLE TIME, without fail, they do not bring the extra sauces that I've paid for.

Order delivery and pizza was cold by the time it got here when we are only a few miles away.

They only let you use RAYS6 code on one pizza now not your whole order. Used to be 50% off whole order! Tried four times. Lost my business

Didn’t even get the chance to order, called and they made us wait and then they hung up. My brother thinks they just didn’t want to make a pizza an hour before they close. Could’ve ordered online and made them but I don’t think my brother wanted to give them his business after that.

I used to order here for lunch all the time. But they never have anything for one person for lunch anymore. They used to have a build your own small pizza for six dollars but of course they did away with that because they Want to sell you a large pizza for $20

Raven provided excellent customer service over and above, such an asset for Papa John's.

Delivery is over an hour late and still isn't here. Tried calling, but it just gives me a general number who's status says my order will be delivered an hour ago. Booooo

Loved their pizza. I hadn't been to a Papa John's in a long time. It didn't disappoint at all! Fast and friendly employees.

I made mistake of ordering pick up. App/Site told me when to pick up,........had to wait an additional 30 minutes, and pizza was wrong when I got home. Not real happy at $25 without delivery.

Place is a joke ordered my pizza and they said it would be delivered in 60 minutes they called me 35 minutes after I order to tell me they won't be delivering my food. Now everything is closed. Issue is their staff is lazy and worthless corporate should look at this franchise and shut it down.

Thiefs!!! They took a credit card payment online then show up demanding cash. Then wouldn't give the food when we showed receipt of payment from bank app and papajohns app. Guy on the phone was so rude too. Never again

They prepared my food without any gloves on. I should have asked for my money back and left but I hadn't eaten all day and it was 8:00 at night. A couple days later I end up with a bad cold. It's the first time I've eaten fast food in over 2 years and the first cold I have had in over 4 years, so I know it was because of this restaurant. Because I have a compromise immune system I stay away from people. But because of hurricane Ian I was forced to get fast food. I'm sure it didn't help that I went in there without my mask but I couldn't find it because the car was packed so full. Because it was such a open space I figure I'll be safe since no other customers were in there. Never again will I watch someone prepare my food without gloves on and not ask for my money back then leave. This lesson costed me a bad cold but for the future it may have saved my life.

I used to really enjoy getting wings, pizza, and the papadilas from here. Half the time when I call they are out of wings! Tonight I ordered a papadila and it was so cold and dry, I could hardly eat it. There was very little meat on it and we ordered a couple, plus pizza, and it was all cold

after a few years of not ordering from pappa johns becasue of awful service i thoought I woould try again. boy was that stupid. why is it you folks can never get a pizza delivered within an acceptable timeframe. 1.25 hours for a single pizza. NEVER AGAIN

I loved Papa John's but this location is terrible. Is it unreasonable to expect that all the sauce is covered by cheese? Not to metion that it arrived stone cold. This is ridiculous. Such a bummer we are stuck with this location.

Waiting an hour for my order, the delivery guy got lost. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and assuring me they can get a fresh order out to me quickly.... the guy starts playing the blame game. Dude, just be nice to the customer and get the fresh pizza to them quickly.

This has been at least the 5th time we have ordered pizza to be delivered… we’re less than half a mile away and we still can’t seem to get good pizza. Our pizza doesn’t even arrive warm (it’s cold). Every time.. we have even paid the “extra” to make sure we’re the first delivery- which you can watch the maps and see it clearly isn’t the case. Unfortunately this is the last time trying to get a pizza from this Papa John’s… hope others have better experience than we have!

Just had a New York Style Pizza ordered for the second time this week. Absolutely Fantastic. First time was a carry out, Hot-Fresh-Took less than 15 minutes to make. Second time, was the best delivery service I could have ever asked for. I didn’t grab his name, I wish I did. This saint of a man, called us beforehand, to let us know he was in the neighborhood “incase we had any sleeping babies or dogs” He had the hospitality of a Southern man, and made us laugh as he handed us the pizza. Best interaction I’ve had since Covid hit. I’m glad this man has a cheerful spirit, and Papa Johns, I hope your treating him well! 10/10 will always order again. Thank you for your great service and DELICIOUS PIZZA!

Service absolutely sucks. My pizza was to be delivered at 8:30. It's now 9:46. I think that says enough. Horrible.

First of all the hell up you need to start this conversation is this is literally the worst place in Pinellas county to ever try to order pizza. First of all we started off with the lady that could barely speak any English and she ended up transferring our call because she didn’t understand the second lady decided to transfer us because we had a promotional code they were using to get 50% off and she thought we were paying with a promotional code so she transfer the store manager the manager at this point were told us that we were trying to pay with a promotional code and it was just to get a discount on the actual order itself and nobody at this place understands what the difference between ordering a pizza and Work is very rude manager highly do not recommend this place due to the fact of pretty sure not one of them has a high school diploma would really recommend Papa John’s looking into this place due to the fact of poor leader ship lazy workers and just are very rude in their store and total if you want to place a recommend I would recommend dominoes or something even better than Papa John’s because they are terrible and I mean terrible with customer service

The "NY" pizza is anything but. Arrived cold, likely since driver got lost TWICE (according to the online map tracker), even after calling me and ensuring me he knew where to go. Pizza sauce advertised on box said it was "spicier" when NY pizza is often just crushed tomato. Very off-putting. Additionally the kibble-like sausage was heavily flavored with SAGE. I felt like I was eating breakfast sausage, rather than Italian. Was actually one of the more disgusting pizzas I've ever had. Please get Italian sausage with FENNEL in it and nix the spicy sauce. This pizza was a monstrosity. Ate one slice and threw the rest away. Even JETS has better NY pizza and their SPECIALTY is Detroit style. Never again.

Ordered a NY style pepperoni pizza last night from Tarpon Springs, Florida. It was delivered in 55 min, not 30-40 as I was told. It was no way near a NY style pizza, I know because I'm from NY. Hardly any cheese and tomato sause. Dough was soft and soggy. Plenty of pepperoni, though. Still, I will never buy again. I get better tasteing pizza from the frozen food section at the supermarket

Had the stuff crust pizza delivered and it was amazing the delivery driver was very polite and the women who took our order was very helpful and was very respectful we definitely will be ordering again

I had a 40% off entire purchase. When I came home I realized they only took 30% off. We placed a fairly large order to have lunch and dinner for the next couple days. Our kitchen is under construction from storm damage and we’re on a budget. I called to have them adjust it. They couldn’t but what they did to remediate the error was more than I could ask for. So appreciate them going above and beyond.

The Philly steak cheese pizza is good and the reason this review hit a 3... we asked for parmesan garlic bread sticks with extra cheese and they provided a side of nacho cheese on these pretty plain breadsticks. The crust on the stuffed crust pizza was the star of that pizza because the actual pizza was pretty bland. We were told 40 minutes for delivery and waited an additional twenty minutes.. did I mention they are NEXT door to our hotel? The driver was really kind so there's that...

The wife and I have had a long day dealing with parents in a nursing home, etc today... Decided to order out... We have noticed the Papa John's TV commercials for the new Double Cheese Burger Papadias... Well, they arrived... How disappointing!! Almost NO Meat!! Mostly pickle slices! The meat that Is present is in slices, like on a cheese steak?? You would think ground beef, like a cheese burger, but you'd be wrong!! Maybe a thimble of some white cheese along the fold... then a cup of cheap thousand island dressing ... Super Disappointing!!! Save your money, Don't order this!! Delivery driver was friendly and personable!! Food Sucked!!!

Employees are always friendly while ordering, delivering or if I drop in for carry out. The pizza is always hot, yummy and made correctly.

Love this location and it's workers. They are always so accommodating. Even when my order was messed up one time, they made it right with me immediately and still to this day always try to make sure I am satisfied.

Ordered the large with the works with cheese sticks and was told about 35 mins during rush hour plus at 6:15 pm. Couldn't believe it got here in 30 mins and was hot! And of course fresh and delicious as always. Keep up the great service and delivery speed! Thanks!

Nice store. Well I don't need a lot of Papa John's Pizza I recently had the opportunity to work on there wow oven. It Cooks a wonderful pie. I really enjoyed the thin crust pizza. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. If you were wondering it was pineapple black olives and pepperoni. Highly recommend ordering the spicy pepperoni instead of the standard one
