I don’t know what they did but the NY style thin crust was just really, really good. I’ve never had pizza that’s actually been that good.

not so good.,,,,no flavor . ''pizza food'' it looks like pizza. but no flavor. very bland , we added salt to the pizza when we got it home and tasted it , but ended up throwing it out after a slice . I wasn't the only one saying no flavor on pizza . worker hygiene? ,,no hair of beard net while making pizza . this was a walk in and pick up order . request for tip is listed on the credit card terminal as if to force you to tip .

I don’t understand the bad reviews, the things mentioned weren’t my experience here. Pizza was ready fast, hot, fresh, and definitely met the Papa John’s standard. Staff were super nice and friendly too

Over charged . Wings were small not worth the price . Pizza had no toppings. Never again.f u Pappa Visit Sanibel FL and get this. I tipped the delivery driver 20 on a over priced 40 dollar delivery. Calling corporate to report the manager. If they have one.

Credit card was stolen right after I used it here....I highly suspect this place is stealing your information BEWARE!!!! DON'T TRUST LIKE THAT! Also my food was done terribly.

The Stromboli bites would’ve been really good. Had they not added some sort of oil butter wash on top of them? In this case less is more.

Okay so I usually order from Domino's and their Pizza lately has not been great. So I wanted to try somewhere different and had decided to pick some pizza up for my kids for dinner. I have had the experience that when you order the specials where you have to buy two to get them for six or seven dollars the quality is very poor but I had high hopes for Papa John's. It was horrible. The order was ready fairly quick however when I walked in the store there was a gentleman there who wasn't wearing an apron wasn't wearing gloves was sweating profusely and was not a very nice person or happy. My 2-year-old daughter said hello he ignored her and I asked him if he was the only person working in the store he answered yep so I did feel bad for him for that. The pizza quality when I got home was extremely poor! It had hardly any sauce on it and the crust itself was flat in some spots the pizza was awkward and Miss shaped as well as the cuts themselves the slices were horrible there was a slice of pizza that was 1 in wide it was just horrible. I just feel like when you order these pizzas even if they are the medium specials they should be treated the same as a specialty pizza or any other pizza and made the same. I will never go to this Papa John's again.

The manager is very rude, and treats his employees poorly. He cusses at them, and constantly yells at them.

Always hot and fresh. Ordered via telephone, paid when I picked up. They made the process simple and easy. Pizza was delicious as usual!

They couldn’t find my address and decided to just cancel the order. After calling they said they would make my order again and that it would be another half hour for delivery. I got my original order and it was cold. I like cold pizza just like anyone else but just tell me you are sending the original order. They obviously wanted to save a few dollars and give me the order they didn’t know how to deliver. The delivery girl was very friendly.

I ordered a simple cheese pizza and boneless wings and put no contact delivery but instead of obeying, the simple, no contact delivery, he kept pounding on my door so I ran downstairs with baby over my shoulders to answer the door as I answer the door my dogs then start running out the door as he tells me he just needs me to sign the receipt since when not only did I sign the receipt he left, and took the half of my receipt with him, and I found it this morning, crumpled up and thrown in a bush the drivers name was Chadwick Bryce

Every single time I order the Papa John’s Cool Ranch Papadia, there’s a guy that works there, he literally forgets to put the cool ranch seasoning on top of the papadia, like BRUH! HOW DO YOU FORGET to put the seasoning on it!!!!!!!!! That’s the main reason why I ordered it!!!!! That guy has no brains that works there!!!!!!!!

Ordered online 11:15am no issues the delivery time was 30 to 45 min left the store at 11:35am according to the app at 12:30pm order still had not arrived and the driver tracking was turned off I called and spoke to John asking what's going on with my order no apology or anything just that his driver had multiple deliveries once again I still had no issue. I called once again was put on hold right away then John answered again I said who I was and what was going on and I just wanted to cancel the order he blew up started cursing and finally said I was done cursed back and while he was constantly yelling into the phone I just hung up There was zero reason for this to happen I recommend that the owner of the franchise listen to the recording because if he is the manager something is extremely wrong.

Worst papa johns i ever had i order one pizza and they served Me the wrong pizza and gave a cheese and onion pizza didn’t wanna re make it or anything they just give me a refund and let me and my family starve !!!

We had "The Works" ,17.00+". This pizza is all about the CRUST, not enuff cheese to be stringy or gooey, no problem with sauce dripping as there's hardly any, no problem with xtras falling off either, its all about the CRUST. About 95 pct of this pizza was CRUST, all for just 17.00 !. Seriously, wmt has a better pizza for 6.00. Pathetic !

Food was fine as always . i eat from here pretty often but have never had to deal with a rude “ manager “ i’ve only had my order messed up one time before & a lady handled it great . but this so called manager john was so rude . acting as if i inconvenienced him because i have somewhere to be & didn’t have the time to wait for another order . Just ridiculous.

This is the worst Papa John’s I have ever had! I’ve ordered a handful of times from them and there is always an issue. Pizza was dropped or something as it was smashed together. The box was uneven when handed to me but I didn’t think anything of it until I opened the box and my whole pizza took up about a third of the box. Did they think I was not going to notice? Lol another order, I ordered extra meat and the pizza was pretty much a cheese pizza and wrong cut. There were only about 3 pieces that had meat, the rest was all cheese. This is the only Papa John’s I have ever had a problem with and it’s consistently poor! I will just pick up my orders from now on at a different location. Thanks for the constant disappointment!!

Zane was very pleasant taking the order on the phone. My wife placed the order, had an active toddler in the background and asked many times for him to repeat things, yet I was so happy to see the situation handled with grace & patience. I don’t really leave many reviews but this guy is a great person to have taking orders as his customer service is stellar and he is not the cliche phone representative that gets irritated quickly. An asset to the team, really! Hopefully the food is as good as the service.

I haven't ordered a Papa John's pizza for a long time. I saw an ad for the new New York thin crust style pizza, so I thought I'd try it. BIG MISTAKE! The pizza wasn't a thin crust, there were two or three air bubbles in the cheese and whoever sliced the pie did a lousy job. Overall, the pizza was a pathetic joke. I'm now officially done with Papa John's.

The new New York pizza is missing the mark. Too dry. Go to NYC or Long Island and taste the pizza. This is not it. Other products and service and delivery are great tho.

We had one of their pizzas that's turned into a sandwich I forgot what they call it but anyway it was really good it was made to what we wanted I would definitely do it again there's enough for two people it's called Papa DIA h the press does not like a regular pizza it's dinner and it's really good and you can reheat it under a wet paper towel

First time trying the Pan Pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I order from Papa John's often, and I was truly surprised by how well this tasted. Great job guys and gals. I ordered it delivery, and it got to me within 30 minutes piping hot. The Cinnamon pull aparts were a great dessert too. Thank you for the awesome service.

Papa johns is defiantly the best pizza place I've ever been to in Florida. I watched them fling the doe in the air and it looked really cool. Defiantly recommending this place to lots of other friends! The workers were so nice!

Pedimos Papa John's porque ellos brindan, vivimos en una comunidad cerrada y es agradable cuando a lugar entrega a su puerta. Los ingredientes frescos como los anuncios decir mucho pero es decepcionante cuando pides una oferta con las obras y parece una pizza de queso con apenas había nada cuando llegó. Muy decepcionados, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que era una pizza muy cara.

One word to describe not only the Pizza but the staff at this location, "OUTSTANDING" The Pizza was just delicious and the staff and manager (Sherry) were very polite and efficient and very professional. They should all be commended . Needless to say , I will return often. Keep up the GOOD work staff ! Thanks Tom Estrada
