Stood at the register for a while before someone actually acknowledged I was there to pick up pizza.

Ordered a pizza at 1230am total was 24 I tipped 25 extra dollars at 120am he told me he was 18 min away and at 2am he stopped answering my calls . Some little dumb kid named Ernesto was supposed to bring my pizza I called store at 108am they said he should be there at any minute and then hung up on me i definitely need that kid to be fired he took my pizza my tip and I paid for a pizza I never received very angry will be telling everyone to not order pizza from this location

I am very angry with the Papa Johns brand, yesterday we placed an order to be delivered at 5:39, and the order was estimated for 7 pm, 9 pizzas and 56 wings, it was 7:10 and no one had arrived, then it was 7:30 and no one had arrived, we called non-stop and no one answered, only a recorder saying that my order had been delivered at 7:10, I paid $220! In the end I decided to go to the store and when I was arriving I received a call saying "we will not be able to place your order, we had problems" I can understand that they had problems but if they already knew my order and my number why not call? I had to find another solution with MARCOS PIZZA and it was so different! It was my daughter's birthday, can you imagine all her friends being hungry????? Very bad on the part of the staff for not looking for solutions or at least telling me that they could bring them to me or give me some benefit, I demand that they reward me with something!!!!

First time we had pizza from Papa John, and it was delicious. Probably the best carry out we’ve ever had.

Got an onion pizza while in Florida on vacation. The pizza had barely any Onions on it at all. It had about 12 small pieces of onions on the whole pizza. Really ? I wish I could show it in a pic.

A couple of weeks ago I posted about a delivery driver parking in fire lane. Well he has moved to parking in a disabled parking spot. No handicap plates or placard. This young man is just pure lazy.

Ordered delivery tonight and it took over an hour to get a call from the driver. We decided to go pick up our order and once we got the there driver walked in behind us with the pizza. They then gave us our order instead of remaking it. The pizza was cold. Bad business.

Had a large order that was communicated to be readt at 10am but his paperwork said 11am Needless to say we waited the hour food was fabulous staff was amazing just glad we didn't have a hard timeline

I've ordered delivery from this store 3 times, and each time my pizza was delivered looking like it was dropped. Slices folded over, on top of each other, all pushed to one side of the box. Do not recommend.

If I could leave 0 I would . Worst customer service ever. Delivered to the wrong house then said what do I want them to do. Then tried to charge me twice. Now still waiting over 2 hours on my sons b day and nothing. They say I don’t know where driver is could be 1 min could be 15

Papa John's definitely lost some of what it used to be with its lack of green olives on the menu and almost doughy chicken wings. At least the garlic sauce is still tasty and the staff at this particular location were wonderful.

Placed a online order for pizzas ahead of time for a party. I had a few questions, I spoke with Angel over the phone he was super informative on questions, patient and polite. That’s rare in customer service nowadays. Thanks Angel!!!

Very disappointed in the taste and NOT honoring the advertised price of $12.99 on the CRISPY PARM CRUST pepperoni & deluxe cheese. We were charged $17.00 for each!!!! Oreo Cookie PaPa Bites advertised price $5.99. We were charged $8.00! Papa Johns should honor the advertised price or clearly post it is a SCAM, don’t believe what you read.

We ordered 3 times from this papa johns to our hotel! The pizza was the Best papa johns ive had. The drivers was friendly and fast, the bake time was fast and the pizza was as ordered each time!!! I will definitely miss having this particular papa johns pizza now that we are home from vacay! I wish i had taken pictures but we dug into the pizza too fast lol!

Ordered pizza for delivery this evening and explicitly put in the delivery instructions “please do not ring doorbell or knock” as our baby was sleeping. We also had a sign saying the same thing literally right under the doorbell and our delivery driver rang the door bell, knocked, and was talking extremely loudly to someone when I answered the door. The lack of attention to detail was awful enough but our order was also incorrect…

Ordered the special "Shaqaronni" pizza. Unfortunately, when I got it home, I discovered that it had less than 1.5 pepperoni slices per pizza slice (on the average). As I understand the advertised shaqaronni pizza is supposed to have nearly completely covered in pepperoni, including the edge of the crust. What I got barely had enough to call it a regular pepperoni pizza. In addition, as advertised, should have extra cheese. Mine did not. Other than not meeting advertised expectations, the pizza tasted okay.

Good luck on the road now I would have been the best rate of the load boards for a little man but I don't think they have a good time to go to the store and get the rest tomorrow morning to go back to work and family

The absolute worst. Placed an order in the store was told 15 minutes. Came back in and everyone (5 or 6 people) was hanging out in the office. Pizza wasn't even started. Then had to wait ANOTHER 10 to 15 minutes.

Ordered online for quick pick up on my way to work. My order was not ready and for reasons not explained to me order had to be re-done. Took longer than expected. The 2 workers here seemed overwhelmed by orders and would greatly benefit from another employee. Food was well prepared and delicious.

They just started partnership with DoorDash, I was sent a P John's order. Did my duty and arrived quickly to get the order that was supposed to be waiting for me. That didn't happen, ended up waiting 15 minutes, they kept lying and telling me the pizza was in the oven, They didn't even start making the order!!!!!!! Was busy making orders for their own drivers, called them pathetic and left. Had to unassign the order which dropped my rating but immediately was sent two chipotle orders next door that was prepared quickly. Shame on this place, I hope a DoorDash representative shows up cause I reported what the staff including the manager did to me lying and lying attempting to stall me. Worst DoorDash merchant in the area and I bet the food is disgusting!!!!

Rude, a question was asked about an item and the response was rude a body language like don't want to work at all. I walked out.

Ordered pizza for delivery, they told me 30 min after an hour I called asking why the tracker shows the car going back to the store. They then notified me that they delivered the pizza to the wrong address. Accidents happen but the fact that the The manager never contacted me nor did the manager talk to me after I contacted them shows me that this place is unfortunately mismanaged. A lot of options for pizza in Clermont, Ill be going somewhere else next time.

First time having papa johns pizza. Being from NY, i really feel sorry for anyone that thinks this is remotely good pizza!! The wings by far seemed what like must have been a joke- miniature wings at over $1/wing! Not sure what else is out there for pizza in FL, but this cannot be it!

Excellent service as always, overly expensive

Wings were so bad I threw them in the trash after one bite. The pizza was the worst I have ever had from any Papa Johns. I asked 3 times for Customer NO-Service to respond, but nothing more than a standard email reply. The fact they had a “standard” reply ready to go indicates they get lots of complaints.

Super fast delivery and the driver was very friendly. The bacon papadia is a must!!!! Everything was fantastic.

Tried this location and the cashier was kind and beautiful but the pizza was not great. For specialty pizza it hardly had any toppings. The dough seemed old and stale. Huge difference from the local papa John's were I live.

It's good in a pinch. Delivery is fast.

The pizza is the most authentic to Italy. Thank Goodness for all the pizza chains that stepped up and FED so many of us in these times of cov-d "stay at home" The ingredients are tasty as if eating at an expensive pizza joint. Better ingredients, better pizza. Papa John's. I didn't think the ingredients were better than other pizza chains and didn't think it tasted any better than the other chains. In my opinion the sausage and pepperoni pizza tasted the same as the other chain I usually order from. The parking lot at this particular store is small and was completely filled with other people going to the Mexican restaurant right next to them.

Papa JHONS pizza is by far the best pizza, I like the fact that the customer Service has improved.

I would have given a 5 star if they had salad! 😔 I normally order pizza 🍕 from those “other” cheaper (and you definitely get what you don’t pay for) pizza places because they DO have salads and they are less money but this time I wanted a REAL pizza 🍕 even though I knew I’d be paying more AND I’d have to do without a salad 🥗😢. I can honestly say it was soooooooo worth it!!!!!! Sure is nice to eat pizza 🍕 instead of a piece of cardboard. If they add salad 🥗 to their menu, I’d be ordering from them ALL of the time!!!

Delicious pizza. Beware: if gluten free: the pizza made is on the same counter as gluten pizzas. That defeats the purpose. They should have a specific area for GF.

My girlfriend and I had a free meal here complements of moving into our apartment complex. There was a bit of a mix up on the pizza and the toppings weren’t quite what we ordered. They made us a new pizza on the spot and even threw in a free dessert. We were paying $0 to begin with so they didn’t have to do that, but they were happy to. Great customer service will keep us coming back!

I'm not where delivery is possible so I must do carry-out. I actually drive 4 miles further than the closest Papa John's to go to this location. Product comes out consistently accurate and awesome. Better than my experiences at either of the closer locations. Also, the store hours are much better fitting for my needs. I have no complaints about any of the staff. All has been good at THIS location. If Garrett is on duty, the experience & product is guaranteed great.

The deal was great! I got 2 large one topping pizzas for $6 each. They were sauced perfectly. Maybe a few more pepperoni would have been good. So delicious!!

The Clermont location is the best

Okay, this isn't Four-Start Pizza, but the experience involved Four-Star service and plenty of smiling people. As a walk-in I've found the service here friendly and fast. These aren't the world's greatest pizzas, but they're okay, reasonably priced and convenient to my sister's house!

I use this papa John's probably once a month or so and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience. Last time I ordered they were a little later than usual (literally like 5-10 mins) I didn't even notice until they called me and apologized that they were running late and were discounting my order to make up for it. I couldn't ask for better service than that. Their food is always great and their customer service has never let me down. I don't want pizza from anywhere else

We are from Michigan and we are visiting family here in Florida they had to work so we ordered papa johns and have never tried it. It was by far the best pizza I have ever had.

Hands down garlic knots and pizza in town! Wings are good too. No deliver to my house but worth the drive for carryout

Not bad they need a new location the area is not so good the gas station out of business right next to them they should open a area near movie theater area
