We walked in . Was greeted with “are you guys with the other party “ No , it’s just us four . The waitress looked mad but seated us . We waited 15 minutes and they never came back to get drink order or even knowledge use again . So we waited 5 more minutes and left. Guy at door did not care we got up to leave either . Take in mind we drove two hours to eat here one way !!!!!

I don't understand how it has this good of a rating. Service was slow. Took a good 45 minutes to get food. Granted we were a party of 8 but no excuse. I had to make the suggestion to the waitress to make us pitchers of tea because she just couldn't keep up. We ordered some cheese sticks and bread and it was mediocre at best. 1 "special" was cheese manicotti. One of the guests at our table ordered steak well done It came out medium rare He sent it back and when it came back it was burned and he couldn't eat it. The "house salad" was a walmart mixed salad and the ceasar was the same only add croutons and ceasar dressing. Overall very underwhelmed with this place. Not great food. Maybe by cleveland standards. It's about as authentic as olive garden.

We came here for An early dinner and got seated right away. We didn’t realize it’s BYOB type of restaurant which is totally awesome. Their food is amazingly good. Light Italian with good flavor and light on grease and salt. The portion is perfect and their vegetable sides are solid. My daughter had their lasagna and almost licked her plate clean. Their meatball is to die for and my medallion Marsala is on point. The best part of dinner... tiramisu (flown from Italy by their distributor) and their homemade Italian cream lemon cake. I’ve been to Papa Roc’s Italian Grill many times, and it’s always been a delicious and enjoyable dining experience. From the homemade Gracia bread and marinara sauce to the delicious wood grilled items, I’ve never been disappointed by the food. We made reservations for the small private room for 13 people on a Saturday evening. It was a fabulous evening. The menu hosts an expansive array of foods to choose from. Prices are reasonable. We visited Papa Roc's Italian Grill for dinner and were pleasantly surprised with this cute hideaway on Highway 8 West in Cleveland, Mississippi. My main course (Eggplant Parmesan) came out a bit earlier than my house salad and I enjoyed them together. The portions were plentiful and delectable and the salad even had cheese slices on it. Restaurant staff were gracious and seemed to enjoy the evening as much as the customers. On this cold night it was comforting to have a thoroughly delicious meal.
