We really enjoyed our visit here! The food was delicious and the staff were so kind & helpful. I wish we were locals & could visit more often. This will be on our must visit when we are visiting PCB! If you’re not sure if you will enjoy the food, give it a try! I’m sure you will be happily surprised!

This has become my family's favorite in PCB. Band Mi is the best I've had, fried rice is incredible. The place is always clean and the service is excellent.

There is 10% tip added to the bill while I literally have to wipe my only table, get utensils, water, and basically everything…. There is no veggie or sauces with pho either. We also tried their slushes… but also very disappointed. It’s basically a mixture of ice and artificial flavors and color…. This is probably the most disappointing Vietnamese food I had, even for a touristy place.

Its taking too long, 60 minute to make a bowl of Pho is unbelievable. I will not come back for sure.

ew. ive had a lot of bobas in my life, always the same, brown sugar, and this one has to be the worst ive had. do u even put brown sugar in there? all i tasted was milk. then we aaked for extra carrots on a sandwich, and all that was in there is like 3-4 slices of carrots. was really hoping to get some good boba in panama on vacation, but nope.

I had the WORST experience ever, and the food was very midocre. I'm not sure why the rating is high because they are 0.5 star restaurant. First of all, we ordered 2 Banh mi, and they took about 30 minutes to make, which should only take 5 minutes to make. 10 minutes max. 2nd, the meat contents inside the banh mi were lacking . I usually take photos of my food, but the food here wasn't worth photos to be taken. If you want mediocre food and want to waste your money, this place is the place to visit. Hopefully, the owner reads this review in order to train their cooks accordingly. Responding to the owner, The bread was pre-made as I saw a rack full on baguettes, so all the cook needed to do was place the contents inside. 2nd of all, the cook didn't start cooking until later on and the person at the front had to direct the cook on how to prepare the food. Do not blame time because it's the staffing and the quality of the food that are the problem.

I'm from out of state and usually I always gotta find a Vietnamese spot that has Bun Bo Hue. It's my childhood favorite and most viet spots don't make it as it's very time consuming. When I can find a spot I gotta see how if it lives up to Bun Bo Hue. The broth isn't as spicy as I'm used too but I like that they included red cabbage as I rarely see that veggie anymore! I got to-go as I am on vacation with my bf and his family and they don't eat viet food so we had to go to multiple spots and just order takeout. Portion was smaller than I expected. Not as much noodles but flavors were there! Sriracha or even chili oil would spice it up quickly and enhance the flavors a lot more. I like spicy tho so that's what I would add in for myself. The facility was clean and I appreciate the quick service. I got my food very quickly. I also tried their boba tea and it's pretty good too. I would definitely eat here again.

Came to Panama City on vacation with my friends and we stopped here for lunch. I got the B1. Special Combination Banh Mi and was pleasantly surprised! The ingredients were fresh and overall the sandwich was delicious. Definitely recommend stopping by here for a quick lunch, they also have boba and bakery treats. :)

Called to place a phone order but when I arrived I’m not sure if it was inputted as I had to reorder but regardless it was fairly fast service. Mango green tea w/boba 4/5 The boba didn’t seem like it was soaked in sugar so it was too bland for my liking. Flavor of drink was fine. Great amount of boba ratio. Peach black tea w/boba 4/5 Boba was the same as above. Drink was also alright.

The employees are friendly and their drinks are delicious! I recommend all my friends to come here! It’s not too far from the beach either.

Great Pho. They forgot our Bahn Mi but we're uncomplicated about refunding that. Warning the charger 3.25% credit card fee. Sign is next to the card scanner, which I appreciate, but still easy to miss.

We ordered the vegetarian banh mi to go and loved it, it was perfectly warm. The pickled veggies were fresh and added a lovely crunch to the meal. But the second time around, we were deeply disappointed. They ran out of the soya curds, but didn't think it was important to tell us when we placed our order, didn't offer alternatives or tell us how long it would take for it to get ready. So we just took the sandwich with the veggies. We also ordered the pork grill banh mi to go with the order. Both the sandwiches were cold, and the pork grill was too salty for my taste.

Over 30 minute wait with no other customers. Wasn't worth the wait...

The owner is very friendly and hardworking. We came in for lunch (26 of us), knowing that it will be long for our food since there were so many of us, but the owner herself prepared the food and brought it all to us. Food was pretty good and so was the service.

Be prepared to wait for at least an hour to get anything here. Understaffed!

Service slow even there stores not busy, wrong other

The pho, bun bo hue broth are good. But there is no veggies ( thai basil, bean sprout, ...) only onion and onion leaf. I came at 10h30am wait 2 hours until 12h30 pm for the food to came. Asked then 3 time they said the food is coming they already mad it so I can not cancel. My order is number 9 but number 14 came before us. Can not believe that. Not organized, so disappointed, not recommended and never come back here.

I was here for the may bike great and found them on Saturday. They were so good I had to come back the next day. In my opinion better than lees sandwiches from the west coast

Tried this place tonight. It was the worst service. It took over 45 minutes to get our food, and when we got home the order was wrong. I know it's Spring break, but y'all have to be better getting the food out. I wasn't the only one complaining. There was another customer telling people as they walked in, try somewhere else. We won't be back. The good was the drink, I ordered.

Food is not good, take too long, service bad. Everything is not as good as it seen in store. I would not recommend for anyone unless you have patience to wait.. and can't tell the tastes. 👎👎😠

Great experience here. Friendly staff, helped me with order suggestions. I went with the pork báhn mì and it was really good! The vegetables were super crisp, bread was soft and flaky, meat was delicious! Every ingredient felt like it was high quality and prepared with special attention. I recommend giving this place a try.

I work at the chipotle next door, and let me say I will be here every day I work. Drinks are phenomenal and so fairly priced (hard to find that with boba nowadays) people are friendly, it’s always clean and I haven’t tried much of the food but I’ve had a few of the display desserts and it’s AMAZING! Love this place and I highly recommend :)

Banh Mi (Vietnamese-French baguette) is good in general. It depends on your taste of the meat options they have. I had Pate Jambon (B6), and it was good. Phở is OK. I would say a little above average. Drinks are good in general. They have different type of drinks. I had Taro Slush and Thai Tea Slush. Both are good.

The food was amazing it encouraged all my taste buds. Great customer service it was exceptional & professional. The atmosphere was warmingly pleasant and very clean. You gotta try the bubble teas... Let's Goooo💞

Just ate here for the first time. I got the Grilled Pork Banh Mi and it was perfect. I had them add a little more Hoisin and Siracha sauce to pick it up. A++

I ordered the pho combo. It tasted like instant broth and seriously lacked any real flavor, and the noodles weren't great somehow. I also ordered a grilled pork bahn mi. The bread was more like a hoagie roll instead of french bread.

Don’t sleep on this gem! A very simple restaurant, hidden in a strip mall near Pier Park. My husband and I shared the shredded chicken sandwich and an order of Korean egg rolls. The flavors were incredible and everything seemed really fresh! We spent less than $20. Our service was great and the staff were friendly. If we don’t go back before our trip is over, I know we will regret it. It was that good

Food and drinks were delicious. We had pho, sandwiches and Korean corn dog and mozzarella. Everything was made fresh! Even had a vegetarian option for one in our group. If you haven't tried this place....please do. It's awesome!!!!!

That was the best pork ramen I have had since my friends mom who was from Japan made. The milk tea was also lovely. The flavors were mixed very well. We will definitely come back here again.

One of the cleanest establishments in PCB with such a huge variety of foods we regularly crave. From sandwiches, to Korean corn dogs, pho, and ramen. The coffee is delicious! Staff is so friendly.

Cute spot for boba tea and bánh mì! I love grabbing a few bánh mì before heading to the beach especially on a hot day. The sandwiches keep longer than Subway, etc. Tip: The prices are significantly cheaper if you call in or order at the store compared to ordering for pick-up or delivery online!

Very nice place. The staff was very helpful! We had the Special Combination Banh Mi sándwich. It was very good - we would probably have liked more pickled flavor with the veggies but it was good. We tried the Milk Tea -Taro flavor. We had never had boba toppings before - we tried the coconut jelly and Tapioca. Can’t say we loved having gummy bear texture in the tea, but it was interesting and the team helped us choose. The restaurant was clean and we loved the easy music!

I was beginning to think that I wouldn't find authentic, Southeast Asian flavors in the Florida panhandle. This place is a welcome change to the usual PCB flair.

Great customer service and nice decorations! Bánh mì bread (French bread) was a little too hard to my liking but it’s just my preference. I like it more crispy. They are still new so there is room for improvement. We also ordered the shredded chicken croissant and my 7yo loves it. The grill pork tasted decent but I would like more charcoal flavor.

I didn’t realize that they also have a franchise of Paris Banh Mi here in PCB but I absolutely enjoyed this surprise very much. We ordered their pho, banh mi, and croissants and bubble tea for several days during our stay. - - The banh mi was delicious, great toasted crust, plenty of different flavorful cold cuts, a good balance of texture and refreshness from the veggie. - The pho was also good and more straightforward. While the broth could be deeper, it still covers the basis for pho and relieve your cravings. - The bubble tea are also delicious, especially anything with creme brulee. - The croissant is not my favorite. I wish they bring back the 5+1 deal on the banh mi.

Was excited to finally see a Vietnamese Boba shop open up in PCB. We came a little after 1pm and was told they didn’t have the classic banh mi and croissant kinds, only the burger was available. I was really looking forward to trying it out but maybe next time. Service was great! They were really fast handling our order of 7 drinks. Love their boba. It had the perfect bite in terms of chewiness and sweet. I highly recommend any of their slushes, my go to is the lychee. So much variety here.

Ordered online, do not suggest, just go in, but anyways the app said that it would be 45 minutes, so we drove around and once we arrived they did not even start our order. They notified it would be 30 minutes, left and came back, still not ready, waited 10 more minutes. Keep in mind the huge family that ordered as a walk-in and sit-in got their food and was almost done eating when we came back. The food is great but the service and how they prioritize orders really lack. Just show up and order.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Everything I tried from the key lime cake, red velvet cake, tres leches cheesecake and chocolate cake to of course the boba was ABSOLUTELY delicious. If you are in the Panama City Beach area this is a must! It is worth going out of your way to get some!

Saw great reviews decided to give it a shot on door dash. I got some sandwich, boba, and deserts. The sandwich bread was too hard for me to eat, but pork was good. The other sandwich (chicken) was on a croissant and was amazing. I had the paris and the strawberry leechee boba. Both were refreshing and sweet but not overly so. The deserts PB brownie and Blueberry cheesecake were both insanely good. A little expensive based on their size, but quality was amazing would definitely order again! Excited to try in person next time and try their pho soup dishes which weren't on delivery menu that I could find.

Boba Tea was delicious!!! And Sandwiches were good too ! Pretty speedy service and nice friendly workers 👍 Update: I don’t know how many times I went back 🤣🤣. I love boba tea and tried many different places in pcb and pc. Honestly it’s the best one I had so far. I already tried 6 flavors so far haha. Love the combo to boba pearls and natural coconut jelly ❤️. Their pastries and pho was delicious too !!

Love the atmosphere and pastries. I’ve tried several of the drinks and all so far have been delicious (milk tea, lychee strawberry tea, Thai tea) but favorite has been the taro slush! Pairs great with tapioca boba and is the perfect drink for such a hot summer. I haven’t had any of the sandwiches yet, I just pop in for a cafe snack, but I will do so soon. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the staff is still new and learning. Some of the employees are younger and not familiar with some of their products yet, so I have had a few mistakes with my orders and some employees apply discounts while other forget. Still, I highly recommend their products and I know their staff will up to par soon!
