I went there this morning looking for a coffee , the cashier was very rude towards me and my friend, we kindly asked the amount of shots in the latte . And he stated that he was not allowed to to tell us that information. Which its very weird if me as customer ask its to see the amounts of caffeine in the coffee.

Great coffee & friendly staff -> about the same price as Starbucks, and much better coffee...my new go to!

I like to drink coffee at Pasion del Cielo. People working there are very professional and friendly. However, I think there's now only a big problem: the music is so loud, so it's very hard to talk to someone! The music breaks the cozy mood in this place. Through the years, I haven seen different managers how they have improved some old problems: homeless eating there, dirty bathrooms, and people with Mental illness lying with dirty dogs on the couch...

Only good for grabbing coffee and leaving. Wi-Fi is complete garbage, bathrooms need a passcode and service is average best. I do not recommend. Go to Starbucks in the corner instead.

We also asked for the bathroom to wash our hands before ordering and they told us that we had to order first to use the bathroom. I recommend that you do not consume and do not visit this place with terrible service. not a place to risk getting work done or working remotely. internet/wi-fi cuts out several times per hour. it’s a wonderfully designed coffee shop with lots of seating, quiet except for low volume background music, and the coffee is as good as a chain gets. just wish they’d fix the internet!

Great coffee! I got a vanilla latte with the Costa Rican coffee, and it was completely smooth without the slightest hint of bitterness. The service was also really friendly. Will come back anytime I'm in the area!

Really enjoyed my experience for the first time at Pasion Del Cielo coffee. The staff is super friendly and helpful with many options to choose from. I got a vanilla matcha latte and the quality was great. Plenty of room to work from their wifi as well. I’ll definitely be back!

I am not a coffee connoisseur. My husband is! We are from Houston, Texas. 3 years ago, we were here in South FL. My husband was waiting for me to finish shopping and ducted into this coffee shop. He raved about the "Kenya" coffee. For years, we looked for this shop in Houston. Nope, no shop there even came close! So, we're back in FL. this week, and I looked up the shop, and we drove 45 min. to get there. My husband loved the Kenya coffee AGAIN! So this time, I took a sip, not believing that it was the best cup of coffee he had ever had. Well, it's the best coffee I've ever had! Kudos!!! PLEASE come to Houston! We love your coffee!!!

How does a coffee shop not have simple syrup? If you’re selling iced drinks you should have simple syrup… asked the staff if they had simple syrup, lady at the counter seemed annoyed I asked a common question in a coffee shop. Coffee was just ok.

OMG no disrespect to Starbucks, but this much smaller chain is soooo much more enjoyable!! It's CAF that they have coffee beans from different countries like Sumatra, Kenya, Mexico, Jamaica, Hawaii, Ethiopia,Cuba, Costa Rica, Colombia,and Brazil. WHAT?! Such diversity! Each country shows beans rated by aroma, flavor, body, and acidity. This adds to the coolness and different vibe of this successful albeit smaller franchise. The Baked Chicken Empanada was light, flaky, wholesome, and tasty! The brick wall decor, wood floors, and of course the music (although it could've been a lil more upbeat/hipper) add to the vibe and experience. Jessica my barista, was sweet and helpful. Had never been to this location, and having rediscovered this franchise, I'll be back to this and other locations when I'm in the area. Parking can be difficult, so plan accordingly. Highly recommend!!!

I didn’t even get the option to eat, I was only in the shop from about 7:45pm, at 7:58pm the cashier who ignored me the whole time I was there came to rudely tell me they were closed. I was a bit confused and asked if there’s special hours today, the girl behind the counter piped in and said said no we close at 8 every day. I told them that Google says they close at 9pm they were like oops sorry thanks for letting me know. But their literal door says they close at 10pm, so on my way out I asked them how come their door states different hours and they simply looked at me and shrugged like it was out of their control. clearly it was in their control to close 2 hours early on a random Wednesday.

Siempre me gustaron estas cadenas de café, sin embargo en esta única y última visita a este en particular fue bastante decepcionante. El sabor del café estuvo malísino, utilicé el grano de Sumatra por ser el menos ácido pero aun así estaba ácido y sobretostado. La repostería tampoco estuvo buena. El personal no fue grosero pero parecía que estaban enojados, lo hacían todo de mala manera.

I ended up here for a last minute zoom. But unfortunately this coffee shop lacked the critical and basic elements of a coffee shop. Wifi = didnt work, had to use my own hotspot Bathrooms = toilet didn’t flush Air conditioning = not working, it was unbearably hot Coffee and cake= horribly sweet Next time I’ll just go to Starbucks

Went to have to try a new place and it was good. Love the ambiance..perfect to take a moment and finish some work while you enjoy a coffee. My favorite, Peppermint Frappuccino with Cuban or Brazilian Coffee...Chocolate Muffin is heaven..

PdC is an icon here in Midtown. A lot of regulars spend hours there working. I am not a coffee drinker so I cannot comment on that. Tea is my thing. I am here often having a quick meeting. Let me tell you you should try the blueberry muffin 😋, they will ask you if you want it warm and the answer would be yes... enjoy 😉.

+10$ Cafe pequeño + croissant. Overpriced. Servicio inexistente. Te tienes que levantar a buscar azucar. Wifi malo. Baños sin papel. Robo a mano armada. Si teneis esos precios al menos esforzaros para dar buen servicio y justificarlo.

Love the coffee here but my last visit will be my last !!! I ordered an iced latte and a warm croissant the coffee was perfect but since when does a croissant cost $4 dollars and not to come with butter or preserve? Maybe I’m being picky but it just seems they are missing the fundamentals.

Pasión Del Cielo in Midtown Miami always has a great selection of coffees from different regions. I specially like the coffee from Mexico with oat milk. It’s also a great place to get some work done on the go.

Enjoyed the ambiance at this place very much. The place is ideal to get some work done or just hang out with friends for a while. I came to join a group for a book swap. They have a large selection of delicious coffee. I had the Hawaiian mix. It was very pleasant. Kids loved the chocolate chip muffin.

No soap in the bathrooms even after the staff was made aware of the issue yesterday. Yikes! Such blatant disregard for basic cleanliness is a very easy way for a population to spread germs, feces and infectious disease. If you can't afford soap, you can't afford to be in business. Sadly, this detracts from what would have otherwise been a nice experience but is a major red flag since the staff knew about the issue and chose to do nothing for more than 24 hours.

Went in around 5, and the vibe is on point. I ordered an espresso which was alright, the staff were pleasant.

There are outdoor and plenty of indoor seating to chill and hang out. It's awkwardly strange that their prices are not displayed. The raspberry white mocha was delicious, while the coconut palmer was way too sweet. Their pastry selection is rather limited, but their banana bread was good.

Bathroom has not been "working" for a couple days. How is the bathroom of a coffee shop not working?

It could be so much more. At least they have the most reasonable prices in Midtown. The downer though is they lock their exterior doors and legal Exits, which is terrifying. One is unable to exit except through the front doors, so if any emergency were to occur, nobody could get out without first unlocking the doors manually. I’ve mentioned it multiple times to the employees but they just shrug. It seems illegal to me, but I’m not familiar with local laws for providing egress points.

Ambiente: Es una cafetería moderna adornada con sacos y barriles de café, manejan colores neutros, música suave de fondo, lo cual ayuda a sentirse cómodo y conforme con el entorno, así pasar un rato, ya sea trabajando, estudiando o de ocio. Servicio: La modalidad es autoservicio, te acercas a la barra donde están exhibidos todos los productos, eliges, pagas y te lo llevas a la mesa. Comida: Los amantes del café (el cual no es mi caso) dicen que la calidad de acá es increíble. Yo puedo hablar del té, les falta variedad, pero los que tienen están ricos. La parte de panadería es deliciosa, tienen pudin de chía, banana bread <mi favorito>, croissant, entre otras. Me gusta mucho venir acá cuando necesito concentrarme en algo.

Cute coffee shop with great coffee selection. Wouldn’t recommend their matcha as they serve low culinary grade one (muddy green color) vs ceremonial grade (bright green) that’s special for drinks. Such a disappointment!

Price increase from 2.80 to 4.00 for a plain black… that’s just ripping off and taking advantage , not inflation

Best coffee of our trip! Recently, we were in town for a conference, and it was difficult to find a nice strong cup of coffee. I had the expresso and my daughter finally had a cappuccino that was not just a latte. SO GOOD, and the atmosphere was very nice as well.

Cute little café, coffee is great, much better than that coffee giant! Staff is super friendly, (the two guys who work during the weekday day shift are fantastic, one is the manager and the other is the barista), place is clean, and there are plenty of drinks to choose from and some sandwhiches/snacks. The music is great also! Fair prices. Everyone who comes in chit chats each other, very neighborly feel.

This place is awesome. Not sure why they closed the one at Dadeland down. Spent a nice relaxing time with friends here. Location is ideal when traveling around town from any direction. Store is kept very clean. Staff very polite and friendly.

The raspberry white mocha was fine, although the raspberry was a little too strong. The employee had a slight attitude when I realized my food hadn’t been ordered. But it was fine.

Pretty place, parking is expensive/ hard to come by so add that to equation. The food offering is very limited Coffee is pretty good but the wi-fi sucks BAD! so if you're planning to work this is not the place, maybe you'll have a better experience if you're just coming to chill with your friends

Mediocre coffee and service. I asked him what a cortadito is and he said “coffee with milk in it.” No ratio explanation or anything. That’s far from helpful and didn’t inspire confidence in his barista skills. I ordered one anyway and it turned out to be a poorly frothed cortado. Not sure what the hype around this coffee joint is about.

The ice coffee was sour and the empanada was raw. I don't recommend it

We had a quality Cuban coffee, but forgot to tell them No sugar. Normally they serve it with sugar as a tradition, though we prefer it without. Nice choices of pastries.

The place is great. Good coffee and ambience. I’m giving 4 starts because the floor and bathrooms were dirty.

Place was very dirty with empty cups and trash on almost every table, I got a caramel latte and it tasted like pure sugar free syrup, I couldn't drink it. Bathrooms were very dirty and no toilet paper.

My favorite coffee shop on Midtown. Staff is always patient and friendly. Amazing selection of coffee. I enjoy that I can choose the type of coffee beans I want each time I go in there. It just makes the experience of drinking their coffee better. I think it's the only coffee shop in Miami that serves up Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee Beans, and if you haven't had that before I suggest you run over and sip on some.

The place itself is pretty and calmed. However, if you are going during slow hours, it is not as clean as in the mornings. Service is slow and coffees are very overrated. I am a huge coffee lover and I’d say that for me to say that a simple cappuccino was not good, it means a lot. Only this location seems to have this problem

Pretty good coffee shop! Pretty open and a good place to get some work done. Very clean and modern too. Service was friendly and got my coffee quick. For the brews, you get to pick your base coffee bean which is nice. They have about 8-10 to choose from from around the world. For my drink, I got the Cinasugar Latte with a Colombian Brew. Pretty simple with a hint of cinnamon and easy to drink. It definitely gave me a good energy rush that helped me to complete work so mission accomplished!
