Hard to believe I have missed posting my review for these guys. From Kissimmee thru to St Cloud this is hands down the best sandwich shop around. And it isn't close either from the quality of ingredients to the awesome staff. My comment stands against my eating sandwiches there the last 3 years at least, they have never had a bump in the road either, great track record.

Ate here today and it was as good as the other reviews claim. The bread was soft and not overpowering the foods in it. I ordered the Soprano and asked for extra meat. I will say, it is not necessary. I honestly had a tough time trying to finish it and that is not a problem I typically have. The prices are better than fair, they are downright cheap. The meats are priced per pound and they are as good as the common grocery stores yet they are making a sandwich for you. Lots of people mention how friendly they are and I will agree but add this. They all are listening to the customers while working on other customers sandwiches. This is super helpful when there is a rush like I would say i was part of. Not a crazy rush but at 12:25pm probably more busy that say, after 1pm. They are building the sandwiches before the order is complete. One great example was I went to the counter to ask for extra onions, which he kindly obliged and reached down grabbed a small condiment cup sat it on the prep counter behind him. The gentleman that was building sandwiches reached over without saying a word or turning around, reached over picked up the cup, filled it with sliced onions and set it beside him so the gentleman I asked reached over and picked it up and handed to me. When I saw this exchange I was impressed how well they work together and efficiently. This may not seem like much but that teamwork flows like melted butter and helps the customers experience without most customers even noticing how much quicker they get things done. Also fun to notice is them slicing the meat and calling out the weight to the other guy so they can get the billing correct I assume. It really is fun to watch this team. Great job!

My go to family-owned sub shop in Kissimmee! The whole family works at Paul’s Deli, including the brothers who fix up the delicious subs daily, and the grandmother/nonna on cash. They’ve been in business for decades and one taste of one of their subs and you will know why. Boar’s Head deli meat, shaved to perfection. Get your sub toasted. Just delicious!

The staff treated me kindly, as it was my first time ordering and I really didn’t know what to do. The food itself was by far one of the best subs I’ve ever eaten. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwhich and couldn’t even save the other half for dinner. Definitely will be coming back

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is friendly and their sandwiches are amazing! Paul's is a staple for me when I get lunch out of the office and I almost always have requests to bring sandwiches back when my coworkers find out I'm heading there for lunch.

We go here after skating and lemme tell y’all these subs are on a whole different wavelength of delicious. My favorite sub to get here is the roast beef sub, also all the staff are super friendly and nice. If y'all in Kissimmee I’d definitely check them out.

I found this place by accident. I’ve tried 4-5 different subs since. The Soprano sub is my favorite.

My daughter & I stopped here because of All the hype of their sandwiches. We’d heard that their steak & cheese was great, so we went with that choice. We were so very disappointed when we got home. The bread was soggy and the taste just plain terrible. She took 2 bites and said “I can’t” so I tried, I couldn’t either! Not trying to bash them because in all honesty their customer service was top notch! But Steak & cheese is not their forte. Unfortunately we just “couldn’t do it” and had to throw out the sandwiches. Such a waste of money but you can’t eat something that’s not enjoyable to one’s taste buds 😔😔…

WOW REMINDS ME OF HOME. The service was great!, and the recommendations s were fire! Idk how they get the bread to be so soft… My sandwich was so flavorful! Though I have to say. They have a COFFEE SODA! JUST TRY IT. You won’t be disappointed. I’ll absolutely be back if I’m in the area. They also have a really cozy seating area, and the price is def right! Don’t think about to eat there. They make the most delicious steak or Philly sandwich ever. And the attention 5 more stars. Our number one place to eat panini or sandwich. I ate one today and I want to go back for another. Good I live far away because if not probably I’ll be ruined hahaha

Wow!! Best sub I've ever had. I got the turkey, and it sounds basic, but it was perfection. My husband got the Italian, and it was the best Italian ever! We also loved the NY potato salad. Delicious Italian Hero that was inexpensive and delivered to the table by a very nice guy who made sure my colleague, who is retirement age, did not fall when exiting the raised dining area. They do prefer cash, and they make that know , perhaps too aggressively, though.

Paul's has always had the best food and tge family is always super nice.

Came here for the first time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Reuben and it was absolutely amazing! I must of passed by it at least 100 times. And decided to finally stop, sure glad I did!

This place doesn't look much on the outside, especially since it's part of a strip mall and a kind of run-down area of Kissimmee. However the staff is friendly the food is delicious and it's a decent price as well. Consistently outstanding!

Got the meatball parm hero, chicken parm hero and tuna hero. All were delicious. The staff were very gracious too. I did take out and would recommend it. I don't have photos because my spouse and I ate it all before thinking to take a photo.

Mama Mia!!! This place is a NY style deli smack dab in the middle of FL. Tried it on a whim, and the whole family was thrilled we did!!! We had a Pizza, Pastrami with the works, and a Meatball subs. They were all great!! Plus, they used Boars Head meats!!! We will be back!!

Joe and the staff made us feel so welcomed, and ensured the whole fam had great recommendations, including our little one. The subs were amazing, loaded with flavor. They really hit the spot. There's a cozy seating area in the back as well.

This is the Best Sub Shop I have ever been to! And I have eaten there for years. Now I have moved 200 miles away and yes I will still drive there to eat and get subs to go home with me. The people working there are the best , I just like to see them, great people!

Brought me back to Jersey. Very pleasant greeting, they could tell it was my first visit. Suggested the lunch special, half meatball sub, chips and drink and only $7.50, great value. The bread was crisp and melted in my mouth. The homemade meatballs, OMG! Great sauce and very melty cheesy I'll be baaack😃

My co worker had the Cuban and he said the same thing. Greeted by the owner and his mother as soon as you walk in the door and the employees are just as friendly. My first time there and it did not disappoint. From the guy taking your order, to the one making your sandwich to the beautiful mom at the register super sweet people. Now to the sandwich they didn't have rye for my reuben sandwich (I was not mad at that), it was amazing the kraut and the thousands island was not overwhelming or balanced beautifully. I am not even going to finish my sandwich before I give 5 Stars! Googled sandwiches near me, found Paul's, the only non-chain listed. It was 1230 pm, lunch time. I knew they would be crowded, but it was only a mile away. I waited only a minute for a parking spot. It was packed, but I didn't even need to wait to order. The gentleman taking orders gave me a few of the favorites options. I ordered the Lumberjack (RB and Ham) grabbed a bottled drink and chips, checked out with "Mom", sat down and had my delicious sandwich in like what seemed to be only 1 minute. The bread (white sub) was sooo soft. The sandwich was perfection! The service was beyond perfection! I now have a favorite place. Thank you, Paul's! I miss a good family style deli and you hit the spot. I will definitely stop by whenever I'm in the area.
