Ordered to go always ready. Very polite, glad to add extra soy sauce. In and out quickly. It has such a calming atmosphere. Very clean. Love there food.

this is my second time and unfortunately i found a hair in the food. didn't make a big deal of it because service is.. odd and i didn't want to deal with it. food is good but definitely makes me feel bloated and lethargic but that's to be expected.

Love going to Peking! The food is always great and the staff is super friendly! I love the low lighting it really makes it feel so calming to me! Also you can’t eat there without getting the cream cheese wontons! My favorite ❤️

Still my go to place for Chinese in Columbus but sadly it just isn't what it use to be. Food seems to always be under or over seasoned.

If I could give this place a 1, it would be done. Stopped by to get food after 3p, manager lady had horrible attitude and wasn’t in the mood for appeasement to my long wait. When the food arrived, it was cold, both the rice and the entree. Will NEVER return! I brought this to the attention of the waitress and she did nothing. Eat At Your Own Risk.

I had a great time really good service and nice workers. I got the chicken and bubble tea the chicken was a nine out of ten but I don’t recommend the tea at all.

Dropped in for lunch on a Saturday around 1:30 pm. Only two cars in the parking lot, and one table was leaving as we were being seated. The hot tea was hit and well steeped, and the food temperature was hot. The server was good, though he wasn't sure what was in some of the dishes. Beyond that, the meal was not memorable. The Eight Happiness Chicken (eight diced vegetables and small chunks of bland chicken in a bland brown sauce) was maybe 5 on a scale of 10. The fried rice was gummy. Not bad, but should not be gummy. The fresh spring roll was fried. My dining partner has the same experience with her entree. I'm not sure how to review this. Several things were okay or good. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't good. Luckily there were bottles of hot mustard and sweet/sour on the table, which added some flavor to the dish. The only way I would go back would be if I was meeting some people there, and then I would eat before I went. I don't know exactly how to rate this. If the entrees

Good Chinese food. Quite. Medium price. Serves alcohol. Good place for a date or the family. Good sweet and sour chicken.

Good quality food and great service. I wish the spicy szechuan was spicy instead of just sweet but it was still good. My friend got the General Tso chicken and that had a slight spice on the back end, but nothing intense. I love spicy food, but the spicy dish had no spice at all. The staff was very friendly and quick and they had a lot of customers at lunch.

Best around Tri-State Area by far! Food is great every time we get it. Take out or in restaurant.

i will ALWAYS recommend Peking. their food is always insanely flavorful, the staff are attentive and kind, and the atmosphere is cozy and cool.

Never going back due to the fact that the last few times I went I was "giving them another chance". The problem is, everything that is fried taste like it is cooked in nearly rancid oil. The food has a old stale taste the makes me wish I never gave the my hard earned dollar to feed me and my loved ones. Disgusting!!

I ate my lunch here, and it was great. The lunch special combo menu has a great choice and options and comes within budget. I spent 9$ to eat my schezwan chicken with fried rice, and it came with soup and egg roll. Overall the food was good, tasty. And the portion size was decent too.

This place is DISGUSTING! Nastiest Chinese food I ever tasted in my life !! The egg rolls were so nasty! This is the Nastiest restaurant in Columbus ! I ordered $44 worth of stuff & took one bite of everything and spit all of it out !!! I promise I wouldn’t feed this to my dog and I don’t have one !

This is the best resturant in columbus ms. Hands down best food , best quality , always great food, , dine in or pick up . Food is always great. They care about there customers and there food. Best place in town to eat. I recently tried the pepper steak . It's so delicious. Best hidden secret dish. My son told me about this dish . Great with fried rice or steamed .

Ordered Egg Drop Soup, egg roll and Szechuan Chicken extra spicy. Checked silverware. Szechuan Chicken was sweet, all vegetables, 2 pieces of chicken. Fried rice was tiny box. Soup was not good and did not resemble any egg drop soup I have ever been served.

Fast hot and fresh chinese and other Asian foods

Good place to get lunch. Although not on the lunch menu, I suggest the Mongolian Beef. The service is much improved now that they've added a drive thru window.

Ordered 3 entrees for takeout. One of the entrees were inedible. I called the next day and explained the experience. She was very rude and even was upset with ME for not calling sooner. I was surprised at the complete lack of empathy. She finally said she would give me a store credit for our next order. I don't think I will ever order again. Bad experience.

Droped in for the Lunch time special. It's definitely worth the money. Crispy Noodle Soup was good , just wish there was more chicken. The only issue is there wait staff , they don't come but to ask how are you doing or how is the meal.

Wait staff very courteous. While I was there they recognized a frequent customer by name and face. Food was well cooked but the rice was cold and clumpy. Not as if it came straight from refrigerator yet it was not from a steam table either. Pricing was $11.00-15.00 per person plus cost of your drink.

Ordered Chicken with Brocolli today for lunch. It was perfect! The chicken was fresh; the sauce was blended harmoniously in texture and seasonings; and the brocolli, carrots and bamboo shoots were not over cooked. Peking is a wonderful restaurant to enjoy great Chinese food in quality ambience. Also excellent Egg Drop Soup and Spring Rolls.. This dish did not disappoint!

Their food is great, the portions are amazing and we love going there all the time! Their sizzling rice soup is my favorite thing on the menu and my husband loves their sesame chicken. Highly recommend!

Ordered dinner from here for my family earlier today. Loved the general tso's chicken and the cream cheese wontons. The coconut shrimp was not fresh or good quality. The fried dumplings where ok. The wrapper was very thick and did not hold together. Loved the sauce it came with though. Meat inside of the dumplings was also good. Fried rice was very dense and lacking in flavor for as many ingredients as are in it. Overall not satisfied but not completely disappointed.

I come here to eat anytime I can. I live in Cullman alabama but this is better by far than any Chinese restaurant we have in North Alabama. I live about 2 and a half hours away or I would eat here at least once a week.

Vegetarian egg foo young was the best I've ever had and I loved the light sauce with it. First time ever had that kind of sauce. Usually it's brown and salty. Fried rice was delicious. Looking forward to returning. Called the order in and used drive thru pickup.

An absolute must try, Peking has been a favorite of mine for years. They make Chinese Food right. I can barely remember a time I've gone there and was dissatisfied.

Pretty darn good General Tso chicken

Food is mostly great. Excellent egg rolls. Portions in combination is pretty small for price. Unfortunately the dumplings both fried and steamed are terrible. Taste gummy like they're old and microwaved.

Service is the best. So quick and not expensive for the amount of food you get.

Although the building is showing it's age this place is still the better Americanized Chinese food in the area.

We love this place. Everything we have ordered is delicious. If you order the fried rice you have to tell them to add the egg. Staff is friendly which is because more of a family feeling.

I grew up in Columbus, MS but currently reside in TX and hadn't been to this restaurant in more than 15 years before today. I have traveled all over the United States and a few countries but have never found better Chinese food than this place. Peking is the king of Chinese food and the sweet and sour chicken is my favorite. I could eat it for days from here. Everything they do is good but beef skewers, fried rice, Mongolian beef and s&s chicken are exceptional. I hope this place creates a chain that spreads across many states because what they do should go farther than Columbus. I'm just glad to see it still in business after 20+ years and grateful for having visited the finest establishment for Chinese food in the world.

Hey look, all the bad reviews for this place are just the few people who would rather see the world burn. This place is, to date.. as of 13 years ago (last time I ate there).. THE BEST MF Chinese food I have ever had. So much so, me and my wife are looking it up to see if it’s still open 13 years later where we are currently stationed, in MF Washington state. The steak place across the street also... OH MY GOD..
