Walked in and waited 10 minutes just to order, they all made eye contact with me several times. No greeting when I walked in the door. They could’ve at least said “we will be right with you” but no one said anything at all. Won’t be coming back.

Their limited Teriyaki cheesesteak was phenomenal, and we love their fries

They boast for taste, and they mean it.

I love a good sub sandwich. I did not like this one. However, it's a matter of personal preference. I prefer shaved meats.

The food is always good. The staff is always friendly and even goes the extra step sometimes. The dining area is small, but it’s never crowded. Their fresh fries are the perfect crispiness every time.

This has become our favorite go to for subs whenever we go to Paducah. Their sub rolls are crispy, crunchy outside but soft inside, a wonderful balance. Ingredients inside are just right in proportions. No skimping here.

I have not been to a Penn Station in over 20 years... My memory was better than my reality... But still good food!

We ordered online, and it took 20 minutes to get through the drive up line. My family enjoyed their food. My Chicken Caesar wrap was the worst ever. The wrap was like cardboard. There was very little lettuce and very little dressing. I added dressing and lettuce, but the wrap itself was so bad I couldn't save it. I have enjoyed their subs in the past. I guess the message is: Don't try the wraps.

They good but definitely overpriced smh.. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

There were just little slivers of meat, they didn't put cheese as requested and I asked for a light drizzle of olive oil and vinegar but it was soaked in it. When I called there wasn't a manager on site to speak to me. We spent almost $70 for 4 sandwiches and 3 fries. The sandwiches were very skimpy on the toppings but mine basically had nothing on it besides the bath of oil. Highly upset with the situation. $70 is a lot of money for bread and old fries. I will never recommend this place. It's a huge rip off. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Spent almost $70 on 4 subs and 3 fries , I was fine with it until I got the food. So basically spent $70 on bread and fries! Disappointed is an understatement and it was my first time eating there. I will not go back. There's only slivers of meat on all of this bread, bread for dinner yum 🤬 I heard great things about the subs but I can honestly say it's not worth what I got tonight. Ripped off is what I got tonight. I have pictures of this bread sandwich 😔

First time here! Stopped in to take advantage of a $4.99 sandwich special. Had the cheesesteak and fries. I walked in right after a crowd of people so I had a little bit of a wait which was sooo worth it! The fries were fresh cut fries -these alone was worth the wait !!!! The sandwich was so delicious and so much better than the sandwich shops I have been going to. The small size sandwich was perfect for me. I had a chance to observe several of the sandwiches being made before mine and I know what sandwiches I want to try in future visits. The manager apologized for my wait which was no big deal and packed a fresh made chocolate chip cookie in my bag! I am so hooked on Penn Station-I can’t wait to take my husband to lunch there.

Bundle of long hairs in my sandwich. Absolutely disgusted.

We shared a medium chicken cordon Bleu and fries. It was all very good. It had been before covid since we'd been.

Stopped in at almost closing time on our way through town. The service was awesome and the food was exceptional! I got the Reuben and my husband got the Turkey and provolone. The bread was nice and crispy. The amount of toppings were perfect and the fresh squeezed lemonade was on point! So glad we we stopped here instead of jimmy john’s! We’ll definitely stop by again on our way back to KC!

Good place for hot subs and Fresh-Cut Fries. The Chocolate Chip Cookies make for a sweet finish.

Like this place a lot. The sandwich I had was big enough for 2 meals. My wife and I split a large fry and it was more than enough for both of us.

I haven't had the pleasure of trying their subs but others have told me they are really good.

Friendly, clean atmosphere. I ordered a ham and cheese but there was so much salt on the sandwich that it was inedible. The fries were soggy with grease.

Penn Station use to be 1 of my favorites. I moved out of the area but when I'm home visiting I always make a point to stop and get a Cheesesteak sandwich. The last few times, I have been very disappointed. Hardly any meat on the sandwich.

I pulled into the parking lot and began calling. No answer. I go to window and refuse to get my order there as well. The manager was rude and refused to give his name. Told me they were to busy to answer phone so I could come in. I won't be back and use to be a frequent stop. He wouldn't take my order when I walked in. He had his buddy next to him do it. But then has to step in and talk about He was the manager and this is how things are done. I work for customer service as well.

First time having these subs. Outstanding! The gentleman who took our order was so helpful. The gentleman who check us out was very polite. Said he had worked for the company 7 yrs. Will diffently be going there more often. Lot better than Subway.

Penn Station makes consistently decent food, the biggest issue would be the inconsistent employee experiences. Some days the wait is 7 minutes, some times it's 15. No consistency, needs some retraining.

It's a standard Pen Station sub shop. I really like the artichoke and mushroom sub. They have tasty fries and good cookies.

Food is good but the subs are SO thin.

When this restaurant first opened, they had massive servings and reasonable prices given the amount of food that you were purchasing. Tonight, I bought two 8-inch subs for just over $14. The bread is a much smaller loaf now and the sandwich is about half of what it used to be. I don't think that will be coming back to Penn Station East Coast Subs for a while. The food still tastes great, but there's not much food for the money you're paying.

Passing through town and parked overnight in a Walmart parking lot when my wife spots her favorite sub shop in the distance - Penn Station. Gets a sandwich and brings it back to the motor home. Says it's one of the tastiest she has ever had. Would give it five stars but the fries were overcooked. The sandwich, though - fantastic.

I ordered the pizza sub and a friend ordered the Reuben sub,I've never eaten here before till then and after he let me try his Reuben sub we swapped,that was by far the best sub I've ever eaten....goodbye subway and quiznos

Am usually not a big fan of sub type sandwich shops were the order process is sometimes confusing with so many options and fast-talking kids behind the counter with little regard for older folks who have trouble understanding them or deciding quickly what they want. I like the fact that this place was orderly, the sandwiches and options and simple to understand and the order taker.sandwich prep people were considerate and appreciative of their customers. Along with the more expensive Panera Bread company, this will be my go-to place for subs now in Paducah.

Penn Central is very consistent between locations. Once again, the grilled sandwich and the fresh cut fries were absolutely great.

My tuna sub was tasty, but had much less tuna than Subway. I also prefer being able to pick all my ingredients instead of having to choose just the sandwiches they offer. Plus, they're more expensive.
