Not sure what happened from last time we were here but lots of changes. They don’t carry my fave oolong sea bass anymore. And other stuff we used to like. Menu is new and bad. Service is meh. Waitress Guinevere is amazing. She went above and beyond to take care of us. You’re lucky to have her. As for menu and food “I felt like we were at “Pei Wei” Wonton strips 99cents are you kidding me.

I guess they could care less about anyone trying to place an order over the phone. I called multiple times and sat on the phone for like 15 minutes being ignored by the staff.

Won-Ton Soup and Mongolian Beef were very well prepared

Amazing food. Dominic was our amazing waiter. Great service. Lettuce wraps and fried rice is amazing. Enjoy food here all the time. Dont forget to drink dragon tea afterwards.

I would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order online. Said it would be ready at 4:01 and since this was our first order we get a $15 credit. Order came to 88 dollars No $15 discount. Got to the restaurant I said pick up order. She said not ready yet sit over there. ( very rudly) Long story short they gave my order to Door Dash and they will remake it. I asked for the manager. He came up to talk to me. He said they would redo my order and he gave me $25 discount which was really only 10 since the website said I got $15 for placing my first order. No one could figure out how to redo the order on the computer. An hour later I finally got my order. I was not the only on there who didn't get their order in a timely manner.

Horrible experience: their staff were extremely rude to my wife when she went to pick up our takeout order, then stated they never received the order - they treated her as if she was a Door Dash runner when we had placed the order directly from PF Chang's website. We will not be eating at this establishment again!!!

Personally not a big fan of Chinese, but the food was good, service was really good and it was very clean, so to be fair I give it 5 stars.

Tried P.F Chang's for first time and food was quite mediocre. I liked the pork dumpling but the dipping sauce was too sweet and not spicy enough. Broccoli beef flavor was nice but unfortunately it was mostly broccoli and very little beef. Chicken lo mein was mediocre.

The restaurant was super crowded because of some event in town. The staff was super friendly and service and food delivery was excellent. Our server, Guinevere, was attentive. Kudos to the improvement in management.

Haven't been to PF Chang's in over 10 years. We were in the area and remember they had great food. We were very disappointed with the service and value. Our server was attentive when we first sat down. Brought beverages right away and asked for our order. We were still deciding. Waited, I finally stood up and another server came to help. Hot and Sour soup ($7.00/cup) wasn't spicy or sour. There was lots of bamboo shoots and tofu, but not much flavor difference from a chicken soup. I had the Eggplant Eggplant ($15.50) which was a little bland for me and my husband had the Chang's Chicken ($15.25). Be careful, just know if you order a little bowl of Fried Rice is $4.50.

Guinevere was a great server for our first dining experience. She is friendly, fast, and very accommodating.

We have recently moved to Dallas and looking for good reviewed P.F.Changs and found this one and we went last night for the Birthday, but we are very disappointed initially we got a soups and hot and sour is tasting something different here and egg drop soup is really good , secondly we got a veggie lettuce wraps which are consisting of chunks of tofu and looks weird but tastes okay. Thirdly the changs spicy chicken is very very sweet that we didn’t expect and thinking of spicy food, finally we got a peach boba for takeout and they are out of boba straws and tastes like lemonade. My overall experience was very disappointing and I don’t recommend this restaurant for dining in.

Enjoyed the pepper steak. Was an enjoyable evening.

First time at this PF changs; other locations even in different states are fantastic and have has great servers. A waitress named Mandy was so rude that when I or my family asked for anything plates or a fork it was if we were bothering her. she was extremely rude. She needs to put a smile on her face and pretend she likes her job and people. She’s in the wrong business. The waitress ruined our experience and made our food taste awful because we wanted to get out of there as fast as we could. Slow service. Everything took 20-30-need a plate 10-15 min. Need a drink another 10-25 minutes. I won’t be going back to PF Chang’s in Grapevine, Texas!

It's still a nice place, but since 2020, the prices have increased, and the portions of food that you get are smaller. In addition the quality is not the same.

We had a pretty mediocre experience here. Saturday night went for my MIL's birthday. The waitress didn't come for quite sometime, as she walked over she was on the phone and stood behind a pillar to finish a call. She did apologize profusely saying she didn't know she had a table. So we let it go. She took care of us thereafter until the end when we couldn't find her. She forgot the dessert we ordered for MIL's birthday celebration. Another server brought us to go boxes and our check. We only left a tip because the waiter's assistant was AMAZING! We made sure to tell the manager how much we appreciated his energy. Apparently the gentleman only speaks Farsi but his energy was impeccable! We wanted to express our gratitude to him so we left a tip. Honestly I'd never go here again.

Not a fan. There were 11 of us, so a mandatory 18% tip was added. Orders were wrong for food one person and took a very long time to bring out the correct meal. We didn’t want to eat in front of him, but our meals were getting cold. Beverages were swapped (bad for a diabetic). Green onion was not listed as a topper for orange chicken (I’m allergic), and it wasn’t marked as spicy, but it was to me. Very little ice in beverages, to the point we were joking about them having a shortage. The service left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere was loud and echoing, so very hard to talk. I was hoping for a great experience, so it was disappointing.

We had a terrible server experience at this P F Chang location. We are loyal P F Chang customers and while visiting from Houston, of course we had to eat here. We got there about 6pm on a Tuesday. Not bust at all.Our server (Jadon) completely ignored us. We were ready to order when he brought our appetizer but he was in a great rush. He set the plate down and took off despite efforts to call him/ get his attention.He spent more time attending to customers at the next table. Several times he would go chat with them and walk right past us. As soon as we got our food (of which he got one of our orders wrong) we ceased to exist. We ran out of drinks and had our cups removed by some guy even before our food arrived. Our food was bright by another waitress( nothing odd about that. Waiters help each other out) We started eating hoping he would come by our table. Eventually he did( to apologize for the order mix up) and was ready to leave when we pointed out that we had no drinks. Eventually brought the correct order, all spiced wrong. I’m not one to complain about service in restaurants but this one was definitely below average. I will not be visiting this location in future.

They got rid of all of the sushi rolls except for 2, they were out of the Great Wall Chocolate Cake. The food we ordered was good. The server was distracted or just uninterested, we had to ask for refills, remind him of our bar drink order and ask for plates for our apps multiple times. Very disappointed and we won't be back, at least to this location.

Guinevere offered us excellent service and dining experience at PF Changs.

I knew better but was hoping the nostalgia from going to pf changs as a child and thinking it was the coolest place ever. Instead the dining room was filled with elderly people that loudly complained. The food was just bad. Over fried. No seasoning. No care at all went into our dishes. Sever was very nice. Now I know to trust myself with chain restaurants

Everything was delicious but then the bill came. The suggested tip amounts were $3+ too high. Spoke to the server and manager who said they were calculated by corporate. I was NOT happy with this deliberate falsification of the amount. After leaving, we determined that the wrong appetizer (server's error was more expensive than the one we ordered) was deducted but the tip was calculated including it. So if a manager takes something off the bill, the server doesn't get stiffed. However, in our case, it resulted in an inflated amount. Just FYI to verify the amounts yourself at all restaurants. I guess they think because the restaurant is dark, you can’t see how dirty things really are under the surface. As a regular customer, I’ve continually noticed “sticky” plates and counters in the bar area. They have fruit flies swarming around the bar daily. It is the most unappetizing thing you can think to have little bugs flying around right where you’re eating…I’ve told mgmt and corporate and they admitted they have them and basically said there’s nothing they can do. Last straw was contacting customer service asking why their rewards program was misleading with a recent promotion thinking they might be able to credit me points for the misunderstanding. All they said was they’d pass the suggestion to their marketing dept. there’s clearly no regard for customers at the local or corporate level, will likely choose another restaurant to spend my money at moving forward!

Shrimp was overcooked and the dish had a odd taste

I wish the dish I ordered had more vegetables. We had an attentive and polite server.

We visited the Grapevine location tonight, 5/25/2024. As always, the food was delicious. Our sever, Lucky, was great - very personable and attentive. Our only negative experience involved the manager on duty. Not only was she very short-tempered with us when we simply asked for some small plates, she was downright aggressively rude. I wondered at the time if that was why there were so many empty tables - poor customer service from management.

Spring rolls were bland with no taste at all. Lo mein didn’t have salt or flavor. Only dessert was good. Very disappointed with PF chang’s grapevine.

When we walked in no smiles and asked for booster chair and it 2as dirty, when gor wine Glass was sticky and dirty, wine putcher was the same, asked for small plate came dirty and Flies flying over food. Not sure how high end restaurant can survive like this in today's market!

We had a great snack & glass of wine with Mandy at the bar! She was welcoming, the apps were delish and the 9oz pour of sauvignon blanc was just what we needed to wrap up the day! The steamed shrimp dumplings are always a favorite and the chicken lettuce wraps of course!

Fast and friendly service, amazing food, and by far the BEST P.F. Chang’s we’ve ever been to! Dined in on 5/5/24 and our server Braydon knocked it out of the park! Made us feel like VIPs and made our daughter’s birthday dinner extra special.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this weekly standby! I’ve had several of their dishes and have enjoyed them all. I especially love the chili-garlic green beans appetizer, the veggie spring rolls, and kung pao shrimp. Extra heat please, which they’re always glad to provide. We prefer to dine at the bar and always receive excellent service from JP and the other bartenders as well. Speaking of the bar, they’ve got a great HH, both food and drink specials.

If we hadn't been to one of the best PF Chang's in Scottsdale, I would never return after our experience tonight. Lettuce wraps tasted burnt, rice, both brown and white was crunchy. The honey chicken was very vinegary. Not the experience expected 😕

Had a taste for Chinese. Didn't want to travel to my usual haunt, so I decided on Chang:s. I should have went to my usual haunt. I got the sweet and sour chicken which was barely covered in sauce. I also got the combo rice which was not very good. I think I will stick with my usual haunt

I frequently visit the restaurant. The food is awesome. But there is always space for improvement.

Worst experience my wife and I have had in a while! My wife got her entree salad and them 20 minutes later my food came. Then the table next to us was offered free lettuce wraps.

Restaurant is DIRTY! When we sat down at our table, we had to ask for it to be cleaned off! Floors-Dirty! Bathrooms - Dirty! When you walked past the bar area to and from the bathrooms, the floor was dirty behind the bar and smelled of old spilt liquor! Food was ok! If we hadn't had a coupon for a free Lettuce Wrap- (which they charged us 99 cents for more lettuce...without informing us ahead of time), and a gift card we wanted to use, we would of left! When I informed the manager about how dirty his restaurant was, he acted very indifferent! When I told him that I wouldn't be returning....he never apologized or asked for us to try them again! Don't waste your time or your money here!!

We’ve always had delicious food here. The lettuce wraps are amazing, Prawns and Bhuda’s feast also wonderful. The staff at the restaurant are always attentive and courteous. My husband and I have eaten here over the years and have never failed to be impressed. Five star for sure!

I always love going to any PF Chang's, but this one was great. I used to wait tables and hated when people came minutes before closing time - we didn't come minutes before but we got there about 30 mins before they closed. I said at the beginning I didn't want to be "that guy" and the waiter could not have been friendlier. We still got in and out before they closed technically, but they didn't make us feel hurried or rushed at all, and food is always amazing. Thanks guys!

We love coming here when we can. This last visit was the best ever. I love Sesame Chicken and always ask for it spicy. Most of the time, they add a pepper or two. But this last time, they made it right! The server was quick and helpful. We will definitely be back, we like this location much better than Downtown Fort Worth.

The food is just regular, but a place to go with friends that don't like mom and pop Asian restaurants. They have a known sewer problem in the men's room
