We went to this place today for lunch since we hadn't been there in a while. As we remembered, the food, the atmosphere and service was great. Our server, Erica, was on the ball. She took care of us, checked on us frequently and made sure that our meal was up to snuff. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal and a good enjoyable dining experience with friends and family. We plan to go back soon.

It was busy but we still got in and enjoyed the food.

We ate here a week or so ago.We had a large party of 11 people.our waitress,Olivia was amazing! She was very friendly and very efficient. She took our orders promptly and took great care with the orders that were gluten free. We appreciate all her hard work that evening. She even separated all the checks out without being asked. There were 4 separate parties who were ordering.

We were fortunate to get there just before the rush. Service was great and the food was delicious. Generous portions meant we all had another meal to take home with us.

Every time we come here the staff is so helpful, and the food amazing with very large portions. If you leave here hungry, it’s your own fault!

Susanna was an incredible server! she noticed that my child was having a birthday and made sure he felt so special and cared for. she always made sure everyone was taken care of and our drinks were topped off. our food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. i would highly recommend coming here and sitting in her section. our meal and overs experience was fantastic because of her hard work.

POV you’re 10 years old: I love the service five out of five I would come here a thousand times definitely visit here! The firecracker shrimp has a good spice to it. All the food was amazing! There was nothing wrong here! If you don’t like it you’re a hater lol

The food this time was not great. None of the dishes tasted like they have before, we were disappointed because this was one of our favorite restaurants.

We gave this place a shot. But they tried to con us. We went there and ordered something called the Chef’s Feast For 2. Our bill came to $44.34 and offered tipping suggestions of 20%, 22%, and 25%, respectively. At 20%, it stated that our tip would be $14.37. How is $14.37 20% of $44.34? When I inquired about it, our server, whose name is Jack, stated that his tip was based on what we ordered had there been no discount. In other words, what was included with the Chef’s Feast For 2 would have normally costed more if it weren’t on special, and so we were expected to tip on what the meal would have otherwise costed. Oh really? You know, these double-dealing schemes amaze me. Even in light of the fact that people are becoming intolerant, these businesses persist with employing nonsensical ways of bilking customers out of their money. It will not end well for companies that continue to do this. We’re supposed to tip almost $15 dollars on a $44 dollar bill to a man who showed up once to pour water into our glasses? No, sir. My goodness, he wasn’t even the one who brought the food to our table. Step up your game, Jack. Maybe clean up your look too…try giving yourself a good shave. And stop expecting a generous tip without earning it. I will say that the food was good. But this tipping stunt they pulled is a distraction and we won’t ever go back. One way or another, these businesses will learn to respect their customers.

A little disappointed with the food and service

Mongolian beef was basically nothing but green onion! No joke and hardly no beef, maybe 1/2 cup , no sauce with it. Unfortunately all the food aside for dessert lacked flavor and quality.

Went for happy hour specials and drinks with my family and either the food, the drinks or the table ware must have been contaminated. We have been experiencing a war raging inside our intestines to rival a Mongolian invasion all weekend and are down several rolls of toilet paper... :(

The repetition girl with tattoo and ring on the lip is so rude. She is so mean to Asian people. Won’t be back if she is still there at the front desk .

i order appetizer steam dumpling pork,thai salad for main i order kung pao shrimp and chang spicy chicken but i complain with kung pao shrimp the sauce so salty but waitress said it was original sauce taste like that.i was eat in several restaurant but taste it's not like this. but the other food was good only chang spicy

was refused a table bc there was only two. two people walk in right behind me and got the table I asked for. will never go to a p.f. chang’s again after they way the hostess treated us tonight. sad too bc I liked the food. the vibe was definitely off and there were 3 hostess. poor management and unprofessional

We had a really nice time, I took my friend out for his birthday, they were so sweet there, we enjoyed our dinner and the service, the waitress was so kind, we will be back for sure!!!! 😃

I have been coming here since I was a kid. Today though, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with so much kindness!! Jenna, the hostess, immediately made us feel welcome and was super sweet!! She is such a great person to have at the front and she deserves a raise <3 Our waitresses were really sweet too and we had an all around good dinner.

PF Changs is always a great choice. Love their lettuce wraps and crab cheese wantons. Great entrees as well.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a 5.00 Happy hour menu until 7pm.

It was my first time back at P.F. Chang's in 20 years! My server was Steven, and he was awesome! Helped me out with suggestions for my dinner! He did lead me astray nor guided me towards just the most expensive items. He made the dinner experience better 10 fold! The food was cooked perfectly and seasoned great! My daughter and I were very happy with our choice of restaurants tonight!! The salt and pepper prawns were phenomenal!!

I used to eat there for many years. This time the chicken did not taste good. The beef broccoli did not taste the same. It look good tho.

It's been a while since my husband and I had a date night at PF Chang's and it wasn't what we remembered it being. The Atmosphere is incredible! The dark decor, high ceilings and matching plates and utensils are beautiful. This atmosphere is a great area for dates, get-togethers and other special occasions. Although the food is pretty reasonably priced, it was so overly salty! We ended up starting with the lettuce wraps and the Wongtong soup - which was by far our favorite! Our entrees were the beef ribs and the Mongolian beef - And both of these were extremely salty. The service is what surprised me, although our server was very nice, it felt as if our dinner was rushed. She definitely had her serving techniques down, but our food came out very quickly after we ordered it - Which makes you wonder how they're preparing it in the back. And our dinner entree came out maybe 10 minutes after our appetizer. Our total experience for the meal took maybe 30 minutes - which is not what I expect for a dinner date night , this is more like a casual lunch date for TimeWise. I do not think that me and my husband will be going back to p.f Chang's anytime soon.

Cleanest, fastest, and friendliest pf Chang's I've ever been to

The new $18.99 a person (2 or more) for soup/salad, appetizer, and entree is so fantastic I have been back 3 times this month alone! Food is so good and huge portions allow for a second meal for all involved! And amazingly enough we ended up with Erica as our server ALL THREE TIMES! She is truly a gem and has made every experience so delightful we keep coming back for more!

My wife and I made it out for a date night while someone watched our 5 children. Erika took such good care of us and made us feel like we were the most important customers of the day. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for our night out.

Here every Friday! It's the best.

Bartender and server was excellent. Completely welcoming to me as a newbie in town. You can't find service like this just anywhere.

Best service & Chinese food I have eaten in the springs.

I had lunch at the bar. When I walked up I noticed almost the entire bar had not been cleared or cleaned from previous guests. I finally asked to have an area cleaned to sit thinking he would clear an clean the areas where people had left. There is nobody at the bar now but me. There have people who left over an hour ago. He still has not cleared or cleaned their lunch dishes. The bar tender is spending all his time prepping. And cleaning behind the bar. When customers start coming in shortly is going to look awful. Either he needs help or training. I’ve been to this restaurant many times and never seen this before. Hopefully it gets fixed.

Let me start off by saying I attempted to let mgmt (Mike) know our experience and he acted as if I was in the wrong and wasting his time for my concerns. I've lived in Daytona Beach for 18 months and went to PF Changs twice a week with no issues. The food was always hot, the service was amazing, and they could accommodate if you wanted a booth. Perhaps after this review, Mike could go visit to see the differences. Regarding tonight, we requested a booth. We had a 6:30 reservation. When we arrived, the hostess said a booth was not available and we would need to wait 10 minutes. No worries. They called our name and we were taken to a table. I asked the hostess what about a booth and she said none are available. Fine, no biggie. Lol. Today is the 4th of July. My husband and I both had $20 "Changs cash" for today only. Before we ordered anything, I asked our waitress Tameika, if we could use both and we were planning to order the $18.99 feast and were going to have sangria. She said she would need to go ask the manager. She came back and said yes we can use both if we split the checks and that you could use it on the $18.99 feast. We both ordered salads, the pan fried pork dumplings, and the honey crispy chicken. I asked for the sesame dressing on the side. Salad arrives, dressing on it. Didn't complain. Pork fried dumplings arrived, warm, not hot and sizzling per usual at Daytona, again didn't complain. My sangria was empty at that point. Honey crispy chicken with fried rice came and I needed a side of honey crispy sauce. 25 mins go by and she still hasn't come back. Then when she did we asked for it and a refill of sangria. The sauce she brought was wrong and not the honey crispy sauce. She then said she'd ask the chef and he'd make some. When someone else brought it to the table, you could tell the visible difference of the 2 sauces. By that time, my food was cold. We'd been there almost 2 hours at this point and just wanted to leave. Then she brings the payment tablet to the table and said I'll have to login to redeem the $20 & leaves again. When she comes back she said we can't use both and that doesn't apply. By that time I asked for the manager. After he looked at our table a few times from the hostess stand and decided to go move some chairs at another table, you could tell he was irritated to have to come over. He was not pleasant or personable. He said he is not honoring what she told me and he couldn't do it. I told him about the sauce and the cold food, he didn't care. We still couldn't even get the $20 to work and had to call them back again. Save yourself time and money and never visit this place. Everyone needs retrained, including Mike the Mgr.

The 5 spice ribs were great but the beef broccoli was not, meat was very tough and dry like leftover from lunch and not hot

First time in and I was very impressed! The food was delicious, nice upscale atmosphere, and Kelsey, the bartender gave exceptional service!

$18.99 and I got- •Egg Drop Soup 4 minutes later I got •Chicken Lettuce Wrap 7 minutes later •Sesame Chicken Xtra Crispy & •Chicken Fried Rice I usually just get just the Chicken Lettuce Wraps & that is enough. So now I have 2 very well portioned leftovers. THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE COULDN'T OF BEEN BETTER 10****out-of******10 STARS 💯🌟

Went for lunch - a last eating out treat before surgery - I asked that a particular dish be made non-spicy. The waitress assured me this would be the case. When I got the meal, there were red pepper flakes all over it. I sent it back and asked for another dish instead., When we got home, we noticed that we were charged for that meal that I sent back. Our fault for not checking the receipt before we left. However, bad practice! We will not be going back.

I don’t know if it’s always the case, but our lunch visit was one of the best dining experiences we ever had. Interaction with hostess was easy & our waiter did an outstanding job. Pace of service was perfect & we received our egg rolls prior to our meals as we asked. We ordered lunch portions of chicken with broccoli & it was served hot & fresh. Waiter was knowledgeable about the menu, helpful & professional. It was a very pleasant lunch stop while shopping.

I got the food for takeout. The BBQ ribs (app) weren't bad, just a tad sweet for me. The slaw that comes with it though was legit good. The mains however were not good. We got Buddha's Feast, Kung Pao Chicken, and Fried Rice. The food had so little flavor that it was actually impressive. The rice was wildly overcooked and the chicken had no spice (despite being marked as spicy on the menu). Do yourself a favor, go to your local Chinese restaurant. Save money and get food with taste

Excellent wait staff. The food was made mild and bland. Doing label your "Kung poa chicken" hot when you're peppers taste like peanuts. Panda Express has more flavor, and that sentence makes me want to vomit. Go up the road to China Menu and enjoy your meal. Let's not forget the fruit fly that was served in my Sake. Or the other 2 I killed while waiting for our meal.

Worst experience at a P.F. Chang’s. They didn’t let us know there was a table ready, but kept seating others. Then we went to pay the bill and they charged my card someone else’s bill. Total mess!

We had Breezy as our waitress and she was hands down the best waitress we have had in a long time. She made sure our drinks were filled and check on us multiple times. Plus the food was amazing.

Hands down the worst dining experience during my visit to Colorado Springs. The food was terrible and terribly expensive. Service was good, but the lack of patrons should have alerted me to how bad it was really going to be.

I enjoyed my meal at PF Chang's! The Mongolian beef was delicious, and the honey chicken was flavorful. However, the waiter forgot the kids' ice cream, which was disappointing. Despite this, the food was tasty, and the ambiance was nice. I would recommend trying the Mongolian beef if you visit!

Sub par food, decently good experience

Just picked up takeout. The Mongolian beef is awful. Dry, chewy. The chicken fried rice is not cooked properly. Very disappointing.

This place always has great food but the service today was horrid! Why make me wait 10 minutes to sit down at 2pm. Open tables everywhere…. 3 people at the front but not a single person asked me how many or anything. They were too busy talking and I could see the manager giving an interview. Everyone else too busy taking to help me. I just left. If you guys don’t have time to talk or seat me. I will find somewhere that wants my business.

I went here for my graduation and our server was super nice, and we got our 6 platters within a great window of time, giving us enough time to eat and process our appetizers and not be super desperate or not hungry for our main meal.

Our server Sam blew us away with his incredible service and suggestions. We sat down and were immediately greeted with warm smiles and friendly assistance. My boyfriend flew through 6 waters in a matter of minutes and each time his water was filled immediately. We felt valued, respected and honestly blessed. The manager even came to thank us and gave us coupons. This experience left us feeling content and thankful. We fully recommend dining in at P.F Changs to experience the food, service and great time.

Ordered pick up and it was done fast and efficiently. However the food isn't that great for the price. Still worth checking them out! The real crab meat in the wantons is amazing!

Not the same as previous years!!

We were 22 of us for a group party. Servers Alex and Breece(spell?) Were top.of everything from appetizers to desserts without missing a beat. Food, ambience and service were great as usual. Would definitely go there again.

This is the only PF Chang’s I have been to that their food isn’t consistent. I’ve been eating PF Chang’s for about 15 years. Today was the first time I couldn’t finish my Kung pao chicken. It had so many pepper flakes that it wasn’t enjoyable. The kids noodle meal hardly had any flavor and my kids complained. We do eat at PF Chang’s a lot but sometimes this location makes me want to stop. Hopefully we have better luck in TN

I am on a business trip and have gone twice in two days to this establishment. I had service by Brock and he was amazing providing great service and great suggestions of what to eat. On a second trip I was racing to airport and mike at the front was able to expedite my order so fast. He was exceptional with great service. To have a great team and people that generally care about the customer is rare. Both of your team members were amazing! I will be visiting again and be sure to come there. Please share with both of them my gratitude.

I spent $9.75 without tax to have a bowl the hot sour soup!!!! The food is super expensive with a little amount food!!! I called to pf changes and they had horrible service!!!!!!

Had an amazing meal! The service by Brock was exceptional. He provided really great service guiding us on what to order. There should be more people like him who care for their customers. It made a great experience.

This would have been a much poorer review had the server and manager not figured out where the error was before they gave us our ticket. But the server was apologetic and thanked me for giving her a learning opportunity. The manager was also apologetic in words and in finances. These are top notch employees that are a five-star service. I wish the tables were spaced out a little more, more intimate but I get this is a bistro not the full-on restaurant.

My friend and I dined here last night (5/18/24) after being turned away from Biaggi’s. We were able to sit at the bar so we were sat immediately!! The Sangria and Rising Dragon were absolutely amazing. My food came out perfect and was delicious. My friend’s food was overcooked and had to be sent back, but the second time it came out it was cooked to perfection. Tyler was also amazing, very attentive. Overall, it was a great experience.

Use the google reservation tab for call ahead/on-your-way to restaurant reservations. Typical wait times when all OpenTable reservations are booked using on-your-way are 15-75 minutes. They will text or call upon reciept of booking request and send a second text with a 5 minute head's-up when table is ready. Do some shopping at Prominade while you wait. Every store is a minute walk, pkeny of time to get back for yoyr reservation when they text.

Made reservations and was seated immediately on Mother's Day. The food was delicious with large portion sizes. Hillary our server was attentive and conversational. It was worth the time and cost.

This P.F. Chang’s is solid! Super consistent in their quality of food and service. Our server tonight (Kyle) was particularly awesome. Very friendly and attentive, but allowed plenty of space for my husband and I to have conversation and enjoy the meal. We love it here!

I recently dined at P.F. Chang's and had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to our server, Kate. From the moment we were seated, Kate was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended some fantastic dishes that did not disappoint—each one was a hit! Kate's service was the cherry on top of a delicious meal. She was prompt with our orders and made sure our glasses were never empty. It's servers like Kate that make a dining experience memorable. We'll definitely be returning, and we hope to see Kate's smiling face again!

Tameika was fantastic. Quick service and recommended our new favorite drink the coconut mojito! Excellent choice! Chicken lettuce wraps were great too!
