- [x] I've been going to this place for a while but lately the service has been terrible. The Asian girl is very rude and she got upset when I reminded her of the order of egg rolls , the Spanic guy is extra rude, my mom asked an extra plate and he told her if she would have asked for it Before? And he roll his eyes, the spring rolls came with some dirt I showed the spanic guy and he just said oh is just lettuce dirt ..🙄🙄 - [x] TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The Hispanic staff are very welcoming, but unfortunately, the food was quite bland and lacked flavor. I paid $17 and some change for my order. The Asian lady at the front was rude and didn’t even check on me. I tip based on my experience, and I did not tip her. She started talking between her teeth to the guys and laughed, which was so unprofessional. I wouldn’t go back—don't waste your money.

Not a bad little place. Random try due to target restaurant being closed and few choices in immediate area. Quick business lunch with insufficient time to travel out of area for other options. Wouldn’t go back but not for reasons of food quality or service. Establishment does not take AmEx. Fully understand the business reasons for this. Amex is known for charging higher transaction rates. Nonetheless, had to pay on my tab and go through the efforts of company processing/reimbursement. Again, not bad food but like many people I’ll choose the path of least resistance in my business dining experiences.

I've almost tried them all and if you want to know where the best Vietnamese restaurant in Houston is, it's at my mother-in-law's house, but this place is a close 2nd!

so I normally come here, but today was the second time this incident happened. I normally order the pho, and I get one order of the egg rolls which comes with a plate size of carrots and lettuce. The first time I came there was a dead gnat on my lettuce today I literally just left and there was a fly that flew from under the lettuce, but I don’t know if the fly was half dead, or just full from eating the food because it was moving very slow so unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. The people in there are very nice. The restaurant seems clean but in the back when it comes to keeping the vegetables and the food being covered , I think this restaurant lacks sanitation , sadly, I will have to find another pho place in my area.

Great food. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu

Not once during my meal did anyone come check if all was ok, or did I need anything. Not even for drink refill.

This used to be my favorite pho place. Now it is run by Hispanic folks who don't know how to use Asian spices. Their stir fried chicken for the vermicelli bowl tasted very bland. They don't even have soy sauce on the table anymore. I'm pretty sure I won't be back.

Pho is very delicious, but the best part of this restaurant is that they serve you their coffee the traditional way! Awesome service and hopeful to try some more of their iced coffee soon!

I enjoy dinning in this place, the food is good and they’re usually pretty fast. The only thing is, in the summer it’s always hot in there.

Beef Pho broth was pretty oily or greasy. Not too sure what was up with that but decent!

been coming here ever since I was a kid and love bringing my boyfriend here every week or so. you can’t beat these amazing bowls of pho for the price. the rice dishes are amazing as well. the staff is so friendly and kind. come support them! you won’t regret it the food is delicious :)

We’ve been coming here for about 7 years now. The service is always good and the food always comes out rather quickly. I always get the BBQ pork spring rolls and the #47 with steamed rice. My husband always gets the Pho. This is a nice little place to come and eat. If you’re craving some good Pho, I’d give this place a try.

Have always like this place. They do have the absolute best spring roll peanut sauce. Good food but those are the best I’ve had .

Best beef stew, grilled chicken or pork and spring rolls anywhere. Everything else is great too. We eat there at least two to three times a month. We never get tired of it. Great new owners and the same great staff. They were previously staff and bought it when the original owners retired. They're doing a great job. The beef stew just got more tender and tastier.

My best friend introduced me to this place last year and their Pho was delish. At the top of my list is their Ca Phe (Vietnamese coffee) is bomb hot or cold, but my heart is closer to the cold brew. Definitely on the list of my forever places to eat at.

Always delicious and great service. You get the dive feel with truly home made Vietnamese cuisine. We are regulars and always get treated and served amazingly.

Good for a quick bite. The beef soup I got was a little strange, it was sweet. I wasn't expecting that.

The Phó was absolutely delicious. I had the Combo #1 with the spring rolls. The broth itself was piping hot and scrumptious. You can tell the noodles were slightly undercooked and then served to finish cooking in the serving bowl, because every bite was wholesome and filling, not chewy. One word: Slurptastic! 10/10 would eat here again!

Purchase Beef stew Pho no vegetables in soup. Meat was very fatty, could not eat. Broth great favor. If the quality of meat was better and vegetables were in the soup, no doubt I would have gave them 5 stars. Very nice customer service.

This place is literally a hole in the wall and you'll miss it if you don't look carefully. One of the best pho "mom and pop" shops around.The pho here is on point with it's very flavorful beef broth and the staff is great. The owners themselves have sat us before and always make sure my meal was great. Vietnamese egg rolls are absolutely delicious and the BBQ pork spring rolls with peanut sauce are super good. My whole family eats here and it has a nice cozy setting. Great eating especially during the cold months!

Just meh. Not much meat in beef pho. Coffee was super small, but tasted good. There are better options out there.

Terrific Pho, reasonable prices, great service. I only wish I could find an Asian restaurant that did not over rely on MSG! Other family members and I have tried other items, and enjoyed them - I now stick with Pho Chin - justbgreat!

I have been to a lot of pho restaurants and without a doubt, this is the best pho I've ever had. Great service, great food, and great atmosphere makes this a wonderful afternoon or evening spot.

Been eating here since kindergarten. At least 15 years. Food is good more than 9/10 times; all restaurants have their bad days. The pho dac biet and bun bo hue has generous portions of meat compared to many pho places I’ve tried. Food comes out fast, especially if you know what you want right off the bat. Service is what you should expect from more traditonal Asian servers; straight to the point, get out of your way when food is served so you can enjoy in peace. May come off rude to some but that’s just the way Non Americanized Asian servers do it. If you need something, ask for it. Don’t expect the server(s) to come around often or at all sometimes. It’s not like they ignore your request. You get what you need if it’s possible. Would recommend mend for affordable, delicious Vietnamese food.

Ordered too go and got a generous amount. We didn't even touch the second serving of pho! Will save for tomorrow. Pretty regular customer there and will continue to be.

I've been to quite a few Pho restaurants. This one is my favorite. Nice and clean. Their beef pho #13 is my favorite.

My favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Love the grill pork and chicken. The beef stew, sandwiches and spring rolls are great. Try the coffee made Vietnamese style.

Love the Chicken Pho Ga! They are pricey. Definitely do not want to give you any type of extra packets of sauce or condiments. The cooking section of the restaurant is not that's spectacular. It does suffice when I'm sick and want soup though. I definitely cannot speak on any of their menu items other than this.

Always hot and fresh Pho. Like all Pho restaurants, not too generous with the meats in the soup. Prices are average. I always go here and do recommend to anyone that wants some good Pho.

This place is amazing. They know me right when I walk in. The pho is delicious and I love it when I’m feeling a bit stuffy. Their banh mi is great too. All of the ingredients are fresh and you can really taste the difference. Prices are super cheap and portions are huge! I am here at least once a week!

One of the most cleanest and affordable places for pho. My wife and I ordered pho, and even though is only a .50 cent difference between the small and large bowls, it does make a difference. They both had lots of flavor that I had to almost lick the bowl. I highly recommend this place.
