Menu did not indicate onions was in the food. Asked for my broccoli soft. It was so hard you couldn't get fork in. Asked for something different and cook refused to cook anything else for me.

Horrible customer service, the manager came out to tell me that I am trying to cause problems in their restaurant because I ordered 2 sides a fried rice with extra egg for my kids and they told me they only do one order of fried rice per customer. I didn’t understand and read it no where on their menu. Quality of pho and food was very poor I will continue to drive to the south side for my pho.

For Mothers Day at PHO 99on Lane Ave. my daughter was served under cooked chicken Satay. We informed the staff and the food was removed. At this point there’s been no service recovery. We understand issues with staffing, but after the report of the under cooked chicken our server and other staff members seemed to be ignoring our table. They were avoiding eye contact and actively not coming near our table. There were two people who were actually working and moving with purpose, who have helped us since and explained the staffing issue, our issue is not with them. But with the others who have refused to see us or who would help the other tables that’s where our issue lies. P

Nothing is 4.99. food had a lot of flavor though. Large portions

I’ve been here a few times now and I’m confident in saying that they have the best pho and service around! The owners are considerate and personable. For dinning in, our service was speedy and polite. Our food was perfect and they even provided a moist towelette after for our hands. For takeout, they are quick and my order is always right! Even when I was the one who made the mistake of ordering the wrong meat for my pho, they were accommodating to helping me fix it. Love it!

I will never eat pho anywhere else again. The broth is perfect, the portions are generous, and the people are so nice.

I ordered a fish pho bowl and asked about beer, waiter Adam helped me pick out lucky Buddha , it’s a nice full bodied Lager beer with great flavor from hops and rice . Went therewith my wife today. I wasn’t impressed. Garnishes for the pho were lacking to say the least and broth is not even average for my taste. I still think Bowl of Pho is the best in Jacksonville. And I been to every pho restaurant from Florida to Georgia. I was hoping this would be my go Viet restaurant to replace Bowl of Pho. Oh well, I’ll keep trying.

Food was bland. Servers were pleasant, but didn't come by and refill my drinks or anything. Also, they didn't have kids options.

The food was yummy, hot, and affordable. What really sold me was the young men working here. All of them were very respectful and well mannered. The coconut boba a must have!!! The staff was really nice and friendly. Everything was so fresh and delicious!!! Only negative comment I will leave is that I wished the pho broth had just a little bit more flavor!!! I also loved the way they packed my food to go it was very neat and organized. I reeeeally enjoyed that fresh shrimp roll it was so good!!!!! And that peanut sauce oh boy so delicious!!! I also the shrimp pho and it tasted fresh all the way!!!!! The food is delicious! I have been there for 3 visits, thus far, and ordered different meals and have been very pleased with the food and service. This is definitely going to be a place where I dine often. At my most recent visit, I was disappointed that the take-out menu here on Google did not match the online menu on their website, so I ended up with a porkchop instead of short ribs. And, what was supposed to be caramelized sugar in the flan was a liquid that tasted like coffee.

I eat here at least once a week. The food is incredible. The staff is friendly and very attentive.

When I say I use to love eating at Pho 99 all the time this was my go to spot in Jacksonville. Not to long ago I stop going on blanding, because the servers were rude and I wouldn't get my food on time. I ended up going to another location, which was my favorite spot, but it got to hectic on the gas tank. Recently, I found this spot on Lane which was perfect, because this is my gem spot to go to. I was so excited to see the owner again. I really missed her and her staff because they do an amazing job everytime. The food for me was a 10/10, the quality and presentation was excellent, the bathrooms were clean, my coconut boba was perfection, and my pho was definitely seasoned in broth. I look forward to more service from my friend. Update as of 1/29/24 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 So usually this is my go to spot but today I decide to come in my natural form and comfortable out of work clothes..my girl was having some pains today so I didn't try to disturb her; nether less, I didn't like how I was treated today. When I came in it took 7mins for someone to bring me a menu. I get the team was a lot younger today but I didn't like the way the young lady saw me come in and didn't care to even ask if I needed a menu. I tried to brush it off but then other people got service before me and I prayed on it because I believe the best is always last but when the cook came out he skipped right pass me and introduced himself to everyone else. I nodded because whatever difference we have doesn't need to affect the kind of services received outside of nationality. Needless to say I ate enough of my food to get me by as I return to work on my new home but I don't think I will be returning. I wish my friend and her business the best and I'm praying others like myself have a better experience from here out. P.s. To the younger gentleman that served me (Matty) is what I will call him and that gentleman that brought out my food thank you for being nice to me you never know what kind of day a person is having especially a person who battles with suicidal thoughts. The rest can use a lesson professional customer service. Sorry I had to update my stars.

The food was great and the service was top notch. I stopped by for lunch, around noon, and was surprised at how attentive and quick my experience was. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town again. I enjoyed beef pho and Vietnamese eggrolls. They were both terrific.

Location is awful and the atmosphere inside is not very comforting. The broth was very watery, and the meatballs were not very appetizing. Service was beyond awful , overwhelmed is an understatement.

In the mood for casual dining? My first time here and will be back. Plenty of parking sharing a lot with eatery near plaza, spacious seating and floor plan with tables, booths and bar seating, wood floors and low music in the air playing. The lunch rush was semi full but it is a work week and more then I thought. I ordered hot Jasmine Tea and the streak, brisket, flank Pho soup. The menu is large so I look forward to traveling the menu! They were kind to let me hold two cold products I had picked up on my errands yet wanted to sit and eat. Thank you. Staff is friendly and diverse. Interior was clean and check out easy. I agree with another reviewer that there is a credit cards processing fee passed onto the customer. On top of a tip, it made my meal for 1 higher then typical. Just be aware! Still, a nice treat when you get tired of the same old stuff.

We had pho and bun bo hue. Pho broth definitely not made with beef bones, definitely made with powder spices. Bun bo hue did not come with meat as advertised in the menu. Fresh bean sprouts and veggies. Clean bathroom, nice atmosphere.

We just so happen to come across this restaurant hoping to get bahn mi, but we got something better. The crispy spring rolls were good, super fresh my daughter wanted more. We ordered a marinated steak salad it was so good, it reminded me of like a Vietnamese ceviche. The beef pho was good, the chicken pho was a bit bland which is the only reason i gave the food a 4. They ended our dining service with hot towels. Coming back tomorrow to try something new.

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times and those couple of times made my day 100% better. The food is full of flavor and the boba is extremely good (I recommend the mango). I was really in the mood for hot pot on a chilly Sunday and after going to another place they told me hot pot required 2 people so I came here to my favorite place. Everyone was so nice especially Vivian helping me get set up and explaining everything. Food was great had plenty of leftovers too

I agree with all the 5 star reviews This is not your average Pho place. This is Vietnamese comfort food. There are dishes that truly taste homemade. Starting with the spicy beef noodle soup(bun Bo hue) really well done home recipe, not that red grease you see every where else. The crab noodle(bun rieu) is a light tomato broth and fantastic. Had all 3 different summer rolls, beef, chicken and shrimp. Wife is Vegan and loved the curry. also a very hard to find dish and done like at home.
