I have only done take out. Food is always hot and yummy. I typically get the vermicelli bowls with extra beef broth to mix together myself. Only thing is I wish the spring rolls were bigger for the price.

Upon arrival, my husband and I sat ourselves without a greeting for approximately 5 minutes. There were only 3 tables occupied including ourselves with one of the tables already finished with their dinner. There were two young female servers , one taking phone orders. We were provided the menus and told that "she" will be with us shortly, assuming it's the girl on the phone that would be serving us. Vanessa approached our table after a little under 10 mins. Vanessa was kind and knowledgeable of the menu. However, after taking our orders the service was non existent. I ordered the egg rolls and my husband ordered the garlic wings. When our order was ready Vanessa sat at the register eating and the other server hovered over her laughing while they scrolled on their phones. When our food arrived at the table, the food was still fresh however the egg rolls were displeasing to the eyes. I was provided two tiny egg rolls that was the size of miniature spring rolls for 7.75 absolutely not ! Vanessa kindly took them back. The wings were small and fried hard but the flavor was there. The Pho arrived at the same time as the appetizers. I ordered the chicken pho and my husband ordered the Pho creation. My chicken pho lacked flavor and meat. My husband enjoyed the quality of his Pho stating that it was meaty. We are huge thai tea fans however we weren't satisfied with the tea we recieved. It was watered down. Vanessa never returned back to the table after we recieved our food therefore we weren't able to order water nor recieve anymore napkins after my husband's soup spilled onto his pants. Due to lack of service, my husband stood up to get the to go bowls on his own while the servers played on their phones laughing. As my husband approached closer to the register , Vanessa asked him if he was ready to pay. He was provided the bowl and he paid. No assistance was offered to help pack the soup or anything. We werent provided an idomized reciept. After further addition we noticed that the egg rolls were still on the check. Vanessa issued a refund for the egg rolls once we noticed the error. We will not be returning , I will continue to drive to fairfax for Pho Towda.

Just had a fantastic experience with the pho at this restaurant. It was everything I expected – flavorful and comforting. They offer a variety of toppings, allowing you to customize the taste to your liking. The service was prompt and friendly, making the visit even better. The atmosphere was cozy and clean with pop tunes playing softly in the background. I'll definitely be back to try more items from their menu!

We love coming here for pho and the vermicelli bowls! Super delicious! Our waitress was kind and everyone delivered great service! The place was clean and comfortable and our food was great!

Pretty good. Honestly, I really have nothing bad to say. Basic bowl of goodness...when you add all the things. Nothing spectacular, but if you want a filling bowl of broth and noodles, this hits the spot! We'll come back.

I have been frequenting this spot for over a decade, thanks to my love of pho 😋. The pho ga is delicious, and the customer service is great!!

Go to CoCo Bay, it’s 2 minutes away!!!!!! REAL Vietnamese food, soooo good and flavorful.

Over cooked, unseasoned chicken, the whole dish lacking flavor, canned rubbery mushrooms. I told the attendant I couldn't have anything spicy or acidic... when I opened the box there was onions, lime, jalapeños and sriracha sauce. Noodles were one big ball stuck together. Giving the chicken to the cat, drinking the broth and throwing the rest in the garbage.

Mostly everything is ok here. But they have a terrible smell of fecal inside the whole restaurant. Thank goodness I was in and out. Would give more stars but the smell alone drops it badly.

The food here is FANTASTIC! Always fresh. Love the citrus dressing for the very fresh salad and the meat is so delicious. I consistently have had a good experience every time I go there.

The first time eating here and everything from the staff to the food was excellent. Didn't care for the spring shrump rolls ( personal preference). The pho had great flavor, and the rice dish was flavorful and filling. Will definitely be returning

This place charged me for onions and parsley that they did not give me in a vegetable chicken broth pho d’lite with no meat. What is going on here? A $1.55 wait what?

I always have a good experience when I eat here. The waitors and waitresses are very polite and efficient. Their crispy butter wings are my favorite!

Average at best. Not the freshest ingredients. The food came out randomly (mains after appetizers). The staff were very friendly. The place doesn’t seem to be managed that well. Visited on 12/14/19 around 11:30 am. Overall: pretty disappointing, unfortunately.

Went here around lunch time. At first it wasn't crowded but this place gets busy. If you are eating in you seat yourself and someone will come and take your order. I had been wanting some good pho for a while and they didn't disappoint. Good food that is tasty and they were able to accommodate my peanut allergy. That's a win.I also like how the chili and hoison sauce is on the table for your enjoyment. I like my food extra spicy so I piled on the chili sauce and went for it😋. I will definitely be back to get a good bowl of warmth that is fulfilling. Service is 4 because after I received my food noone checked on me and I had to ask for my check.

Some of the dishes here are great and some merely decent. All the pho bowls are tasty and the summer rolls have always been delicious. I had the Bankok Shrimp last time and it was fine although slightly bland. And yes, I know that's not how you spell Bangkok, but that's what it's called on the menu. The servers were friendly, the food arrived quickly and the overall dinner was nice. The decor in the dining area was a bit plain but for a quick meal, it's not a bad place.

This was my first time ordering other food outside of Pho. And to say disappointed is an understatement. Not sure if I ordered on a bad night or what but my hubby order the "Grilled Chicken Bowl (Com Ga Nuong)" and said it had no flavor at all. He added extra shrimp for $4.95 extra and they gave us 4 overcooked shrimp for $5 extra (see photo). On top of that I ordered egg rolls for $7.95 and I got two old overcooked eggrolls! Very disappointed in the food quality. If you eat here, the Pho is decent it just lacks depth of flavor and I always have to add additional seasoning to my broth. The decent Pho is the only reason I gave two stars, other than that I would give half a star. $51 wasted.

You have the worst practice on what you give people for what they pay for. Why is hoisin sauce 85 cents extra, when you place a VERY SMALL amount in the bag In the first place, then give a lager cup for the 85 cents one. You ppl barely gave me any bean sprouts so I had to pay EXTRA FOR that. The hostess is so ditzy, they charged me extra then started horsing and forget to give me what extra I paid for. WHEN I CLEARLY ASKED FOR EXTRA WHEN I PUT MY ONLINE ORDER IN. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO SPOT AGAIN. SMH. Im glad I checked my bag before leaving

The business/atmosphere is still a bit primitive in my opinion. But after all these years, the food is still really good.

I had lunch here with my friend, Megan this afternoon. She had the Pad Thai and I had an Asian salad with shrimp that came with a sweet/spicy chili dressing. Everything was delicious! The service was wonderful. We didn't have to wait long, were able to sit where we wanted, were checked on several times during our meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want to dine out while in Waldorf.

This is the second time I ordered summer rolls. The person preparing them clearly has trouble ensuring ot doesn't break. Both times, I have bite into the rolls and everything falls off from it. I went a second time just to give an opportunity, but unfortunately the same thing occurred. Disappointed because I had lettuce, noodles, and sauce on my clothes, and the tofu felt to the floor. Please train this person again. Last time I will come.

I am a Vietnamese and I never have enough Pho. During my trip to Pax river last June, I invited a coworker to this restaurant for some pho since I also like to support Vietnamese business in a bit rural area. Before our waiter brought out the noodle, he asked if we wanted vegetables (bean sprouts and basil leaves), I was a bit of surprise because it is like a must for this type of food. I said yes and later received a plate of vegetable with a single tip of basil and some bean sprouts. Finally the waiter brought out my bowl of pho and I asked for Sriracha source which is also like a must like vegetable and housin sauce but he said they didn't have Sriracha. It is understandable a bit due to the shortage of this sauce due to the supply at that time. I asked for any other types of chili sauce. He told me yes but with an extra charge. I was totally in shock. I've never experienced any restaurant anywhere and any cuisine that would charge customers for hot sauce. For Vietnamese culture in particular and Asian culture as more general, this is totally unacceptable. I've been in this restaurant 3 times now and this was my last time and will never come back again. The noodle taste average for a low density of Vietnamese population but service is terrible.

Food in here is not very authentic taste. We ordered pad thai, egg roll, chicken wings and the soup but everything was not good at all. Egg roll was crispy outside but very raw inside. Pad thai sauce was made out of fish sauce alone. I was like plain noodles. Chicken wings was frozen old. Plates are not that tidy as well as the ambience of the place. The only thing I enjoyed was the THAI ICED TEA! No asian worker at all for that asian cuisine 🙄

Unfortunately I’ve seen this establishment decline in overall performance since moving in the area 3 years ago. There’s never any consistency. The broth always tastes different, and I happen to notice the staff are always being changed therefore resulting in different experiences every time, I once waited for 35 minutes thinking my order was put in but the staff had a miscommunication issue and it was never done. I left the establishment immediately. The meat isn’t good. The noddles come over cooked every time. No sriracha substitutes are being offered right now. My standards are a bit high considering I’m a chef but This is the only pho spot in Waldorf so I’ve made exceptions every time I’ve ordered but honestly, it’ll only take 1 superior pho spot to open locally to completely drive the business to the ground. I highly recommend you all investing into your quality because I’m seriously considering opening a competitor nearby.

I took my God sister there and we had a wonderful time. The food was so yummy and the price was AOK. A nice cozy warm felt place. I can’t wait to go back. Yummy food. Pad Thai serving is a lot! Got to take them out coz I was too full just for these 2 dishes. The Thai Milk Tea is so refreshing.

I don’t remember the server is he new because HE IS AWESOME and the food was spot of much better then ever before another table was also talking to me about how delicious the food was and the service - this place has upgraded EVERYTHING was delicious, prepared perfectly and the garden rolls! YUM and fat with everything not a 1/2 inch roll like everywhere else they had Roman lettuce lots of basil and flavor very IMPRESSIVE. Server was really great and he smiles and is on his game ! I love this place so does my nephew. Offering us drinks to go just topped it. We also had to get carry out because it was that good.

Took about 30 minutes for my order but it was well worth the wait. The young man at front has such good customer service with everyone. The chicken pho with chicken broth was packaged well & so flavorful. Now I know to place my order by calling it in ahead of time.

Ordered chicken pad Thai and wings through food scooter and the 8p delivery estimate (1hr) arrived at 9:30 (1.5hr), wings were burned and noodles dry with no flavor or chicken. I want a refund. This was a horrible experience.

The food wasn't good. It tasted like food items are sitting in a refrigerator and everything takes on the taste of other foods. Not fresh tasting at all.

The best pho I’ve had in a while! The broth is rich, the veggies fresh and the meat abundant! They really don’t skimp on anything. The staff is super nice, courteous and professional.

My bf picked up an order for me last night. I had already paid and he gave them my name. Well when he got home with the order, it was the wrong thing. Looks like it was meant for someone else with the same first name. What this person ordered was not something I would eat and cost quite a bit less than what I had spent. We live 30 min away so I called to get a refund. The girl was very nice but her manager would not allow her to give us a refund without bringing the food back. My boyfriend and I had both worked very long shifts that day and driving 30 min away at 8pm is not feasible when we both get up very early in the morning. I told them I could send them a picture of the food and the wrong receipt but they would not accept that. Over all very bad customer service. What would be the point of me bringing the food back? For them to serve it to someone else?? That would be gross. I get needing to prove that I got the wrong oder, but we have technology now, I was more than willing and able to send a picture with proof. They had two online orders with the same name, they should have been more diligent in making sure they were giving people the right order. So now I am out of $20 and had to spend more money on something else that I did not want. I highly recommend working on your customer service.

The Atmosphere Is Very Nice Here! The Servers Are Helpful and Delightful! The Cashier Controlling The Take Out Orders Was Fantastic! The Pho Is Delicious and Flavorful! Large Portions Of The Pho. The Egg Rolls Are Tasty As Well. I Had A Huge Take Out Order, The Wait Wasn't Long. Also, The Waiters Helped To Bring My Order To The Car and Load It. Great Food & Customer Service!

Been going to the restaurant since it opened. Went downhill big time. Couldn’t find a clean table. Waited forever for the service. Pho was served. Had to wait for the side plate that comes with the pho. Pho was cold. Summer spring roll falling apart. And peanut sauce was so watery. Very bad experience.

Our experience was terrible. The owner put his hands on my friend. We normally go there all the time. Their pho soup is great and that's why we were repeat customers. This time the experience was terrible. We ordered at the same time. I got all my items while she had gotten none of her items. The waitress was amazing. She tried so hard to help us. Once the people that came after us recieved their whole order. Finally her food came. Once she took the first bite she found a hair in her soup. The hair was long and grey. We requested to speak with the manager. The owner came to the table. We told him our issues and complaints. He told us we were liars and that the hair was from my friend. And we planted it. Mind you my friends hair is a pixie cut and it's green. How are you going to confuse a long grey hair with short green hair? He then said I don't need to explain myself to little girls. I have owned a buisness 16 years. He then reached over the table grabbed her jacket and started pulling her jacket. We have dogs. So she had like 3 dog hairs on her jacket. Our dogs are black short hair labs. Still not the same description as the hair in her soup. Once he put his hand on her we asked for the check. We were so angry. He said if we didn't stop making a scene he'd call the police on us. We told him please do call the police. He put his hand on her. He came back to the table said the check was on him and that we were never allowed back at the restaurant. All we were looking for honestly was an I'm sorry or a new soup without the hair in it. Were not those kind of people that would ask for a refund. And we stated to him we didn't want a refund. But we were somehow still in the wrong. Please never go to this place. There's honestly no point to experience such unprofessionalism. I have owned a buisness multiple businesses and never in my life would I treat my customers or employees with such disrespect. I do wish I remembered the waitresses name. She was super amazing. She deserves better.

This place really is a delight! (Pun intended :) )The beef broth in their Pho is exceptional, I was pleasantly surprised, I just wished they had more locations in the PG COUNTY area. Currently the closest one to me is Waldorf which is still a bit far. Love the Pho! Will be coming back soon! I’m kinda upset I shared my pho with my dad because the broth soooo good I wanted it all to myself!

I would think twice, when going to this restaurant. Make sure and check if the vegetables they put is still fresh, specially when you want something quick to pick up for dinner.

Very underwhelming. The summer roll is 3 pieces of shrimp and all lettuce. The pad Thai had one single piece of shredded chicken in it and very minimal bean sprouts. Lacking in flavor on all food. The fried egg rolls are 7$ for 2 microwaved egg rolls that have been cut in half to make “4”. My wife ordered the spiciest meal on the menu and it had zero taste and no spice. In all skip this place and go somewhere else. They do have a big bottle of Siracha on the table and that’s the only way you’ll get any taste on your food.

The staff are not friendly or inviting. She just looked at me when I walked in and said nothing. I ask if I could place a carryout and she just shrugged her shoulders. Hopefully the food is better then the service.

I ordered to go and got home to realize my order was missing items. I called to explain it to them. I said I didn't mind coming back. But what irritated me is that they assumed I was lying. How much time do they think I have on my hands to get all the way home only to have to come back to get the same meal. It wasn't like anything was touched. All items were still in the bag. I got there and they proceeded to tell me how it was my fault that i didnt check the food before I left. Granted I should have checked, on this particular day I was in a rush and just wanted to get home. The fact that I had all the same contents in the package proved that it was more of an inconvenience for me than anything to come back and still I was understanding. I simply would have liked understanding on their part versus blame. I won't ever go back and told them they could keep the order.

They messed up my order(My order of double chicken came with chicken and beef)AND packed the bag in such a way that the broth leaked out into that bag.

My rating was 5 stars 3 years ago but I need to adjust it. Now it is 0 star!! My recent visit as 09/23/2022, I decided to stop visiting this place. Their server changes every time when I visited. Today's server is the worst I ever experienced. She treated customers as robbery or beggar. No greeting, no drink asked even I asked no response from her, ordered two spring rolls but never received the second onem I even asked twice!! Surprisingly, she still charged two rolls on the check. Owner, I know you're having an issue hiring server since COVID. You may want to reconsider about hiring "ANY" person. I'd like to hear your feedback if you're willing to.

Great pho at very good prices still after all these years. We've been doing take out since the pandemic started. They give a lot of foods in an order. Still delicious and hot even after a 20 min ride back home.

First time I came here was great. Food was delicious and came out quick. 2nd time though, sign on the door said their system was down, cash only or order online. Okay fine, ordered online, came in, and told them I'd like to dine in. They said no problem, food came out fast again in the dine-in bowls. There wasnt nearly as much meat this time though, and halfway through I found a quarter-sized piece of plastic in the broth. They apologized and offered me either a refund or a credit. I took the credit. Its the only pho place in town so ill for sure be back, but dang

Food is decent, service sucks! Knowing the difference between Soy and Hoisin sauce should be a requirement to work here. Also, don't expect fresh limes.

Only Pho spot in the area. Would say price is affordable and ample seating. That being said the pho itself is basic and not as Flavorful as other locations / other Pho restaurants but not bad. Solid 4 out of 5 stars for the area though.

First timer here. Went for dinner. The place was fairly empty, so there was no wait. The waitress was very involved, answering questions about the food and making recommendations, and happy to serve us This was a great first impression. The food was excellent and I like the prices.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this place wound up getting shut down. The service is so slow and bland. There’s no type of vibe. The food is mediocre. The prices are more expensive than a real Vietnamese restaurant and their portions are WAY smaller. The egg rolls are so tiny, like sheeeeesh!!!! People spend their hard earned money here and they can’t even provide free Wi-Fi for patrons. It’s crazy!

Decent pho noodle for decent price. Quick serving as the most pho restaurant does, authentic taste as the most expected.

So slow and they expect you to tip them when they're inefficient in doing their jobs, there's more people in the kitchen than out on the floor assisting and serving customers, if they have a manager I would be extremely surprised, revamp the whole restaurant from staff to the atmosphere!

I love this place. The cook has been here since they opened. Im sure the owners are wonderful people. The reason I give one star is because of the staff. Yes to one staff employee that thinks someone owes his something because his race! Nobody owes you anything boy besides a good backhand. You’re disrespectful. You are potentially ruining these people business with your poor Attitude boy. You’re XBOX will be home when you get off. Nobody owes you anything. If you apllied for the job then you should work! Man up Boy! Stop being a baby. Cant use the race card to get yourself through life. I hope the owners see this a fire you! Boy

Fresh ingredients (well, it's pho after all). Thought it came with broth. That would have been a lot better, I think. Servers didn't seem very interested in doing more than taking the order and bringing the check, occupied apparently with phone orders from what I could see. No real atmosphere. Easier to find an all around better experience elsewhere.

I got the Pho Creation the rib eye, flank, and brisket and it was delicious… didn’t eat in got it to go. Also got a fresh shrimp summer roll which was good as well with the peanut sauce get an extra sauce. There was a little bit of a wait….

Would have gotten 5 stars if the staff was not so slow. Only 1 guy was cooking, a black young man up front to take orders had to go to the back to help at some point bcs the line was getting long and some ppl were also waiting to be seated. Another young man was a server but didn't seem to care much about his job. The black kid had to go to the office and say something all of the sudden 3 Hispanic men came out and started putting gloves on to help. What were they doing this whole time? During peak hour of dinner it should be all hands on deck! My food was fine, I have had better pho honestly. Everything on my plate seemed old and dry.

Place has fallen off a lot Pho is hit and miss When the broth is dark, it delicious Check bag before they tie it up, they mess up orders sometimes. Need to hire more people. They take the phone off the hook when they don't want to do phone orders

I am only giving 2 stars because the only thing good about this place is their pho soup. Other than that, restaurant needs a lot of work. Limited staff so I understand why we would be waiting 35 minutes for food to be served. Pad Thai ordered last night was very wet and had no taste whatsoever, very bland flavor and not authentic Pad Thai. If you have have the time and money to be spending on take out, give your business to Thai Palace in Waldorf- their food is close the authentic. It’s a hit or miss with this place.

I've been going to this restaurant since it first open in Waldorf. Back then the food was good, service was good and overall atmosphere was on point. I don't know if the owners or management has change or what but it's awful now. I love my black and brown people God knows I do but when the Asians was running the place it was so much better. Sorry but I'm being honest. They mess up orders now, wrong charges, and the food went downhill.

The vibe of this place is way off. Too quiet, no atmosphere. Everyone is unhappy. Then they got this sign on the wall threatening employees in plain view of everyone. The summer rolls are all lettuce and the mostly thinly cut pieces of shrimp I have ever seen. Help wanted sign on the door is understandable because why would you want to work in a place with management like this.

Management treats their staff like trash. You will never catch me eating at an establishment that disrespects their workers this badly again. Other customers were also horrible, tapping their cards on the table to get server’s attention. Servers were fantastic. Everyone else (mgmt, customers) should be ashamed of themselves.

I love the food but the policy sucks. I bought $42.48 @ carry out which included 2 pho soups. However, I was required to pay $4.00 for twp (2) plastic pho spoons which I declined. Had I ordered dining in I would have gotten the spoons free with my order and I would have carried them out. I won't patronize them again. So dissappointed😳

My Sweetie and I go here periodically. We love Pho and this spot is one we frequent. It can be busy and staff is short so you may have to wait. Overall I'm pleased and we will be back oh we're going this evening 😊

A few words: DON’T DO IT! Don’t even think about eating here. I’ve eaten authentic and delicious pho, pad Thai, fresh rolls, etc. throughout my life and what I had here was the exact opposite. Just to give a sense of how bad it was: OUR PAD THAI WAS SOUPY! I was really excited to find a pho restaurant in Waldorf …only to be disappointed.

Placed an order for pickup young lady was very rude over the phone taking my order. After 20 minutes went to pick up my food, waited 10 minutes to find out she didn't put in my order. Poor service again.

Normally this place is amazing, when dining in. This was my first time ordering to-go. My order was pretty simple, egg rolls, shakin’ chicken, and chicken pho. Went to pick up my food, went home to no noodles for my pho. I called and talked to someone, they informed me they could redo my order and it would be done in 20 minutes. No problem. I head there about 10 minutes after the phone call since I live about 15 minutes away. I get there, my order was not ready, it had not even been started. The lady who I spoke to on the phone never acknowledged me and never informed the Kitchen of my refire. She had someone who did not talk to me or know what I was saying take care of me and provide him no information as to what my issue was. I waited and got the pho. But did not get the rest of my order. I informed the gentleman that I was still waiting on egg rolls and shakin; chicken, since I was promised a refire. I also had to pay an additional $3, when I asked why the guy said to give me extra stuff. I didn’t want extra stuff I wanted my order. I ended up paying the additional fee because I just wanted my food. I waited 15 minutes for the rest of my order, since the pho was made when I first got here. I did not end up getting my egg rolls when my chicken was ready. I was so frustrated after having to tell them my order multiple times, watching them write it down, and no one knowing what to do. I just left; it wasn’t worth about 20 of my life. I ended up heading home with some of my order. I get home to find out the Pho I got, was not the chicken. It was a special requested order for another customer. I paid the extra $3 due to the requests from the customer for that order. They did not give me a receipt upon payment, they gave to me with the order. The ordered ended up not being chicken, but brisket. The person who the meal was for only eats chicken. I am requesting my money back because I never did truly receive my order. I also called the restaurant again after the second mess up on1/27/2022, and the employee who helped me told me a manager would call. I never received a call. I also reached out via email, and never got a response. I will not be dining here unless it is in person, way too much of a headache and honestly it wasn’t worth it.

Unsatisfied Customer.. Carry out orders takes so long to make, you are literally Waiting 45 mins for your food. By the time you get your food, it's like pulling it out the fridge. It gets cold if you have multiple orders. This place is worse when it comes to customer service, and getting your food in a timely manner. Save yourself the drama.

The P1 soup was not as good this time. It doesn’t taste like the real Pho soup and they explained that it was fresh. Not buying their reason.

Love, love, LOVE their Pho Beef combination. I'm NOT a doctor, but Pho always makes me feel better. The fresh cilantro, bean sprouts, mint on the stem, etc, give me life. Don't forget your Jasmine tea!

Husband and I’s first time eating here and oh my goodness it was delicious! I’ve never had Thai Tea before and let me just say, it was very yummy! Found my new favorite beverage! Also the service was amazing ! Our servers name was Darius (I apologize if I spelled your name incorrectly!) he was very sweet and informed us ahead of time what beverages were currently unavailable. My husband and I were honestly too wrapped up in our conversation to notice or keep track of the wait time for our food to be brought to us, but honestly if it was a long wait we didn’t mind it because again the food made it worth the wait. Will definitely be dining here again! I also highly recommend this lovely establishment.

Always delicious and usually pretty fast. This place has always been busy when I've gone, it is our go to spot for pho in this area. even though they are always busy they have never messed up our order or ever taken too long to get our order to us. I do wish they cleaned quicker between guests. There is a good selection of things to try and so far it's all been good.

I usually come here after my classes..the food is always wonderful and hot, the cashier/waitress is very friendly and has excellent customer service. I look forward to each visit :D

After reading some of the more recent views for this place, my wife and I almost didn't eat here. We thought about it, and we considered the fact that a lot of restaurants are feeling the effects of covid with their business and struggling to find staff. We decided to go. They were busy, they seemed understaffed, and it may have taken a couple more minutes to clear out a table than usual but give them some slack, we're in a pandemic. The food was great, we didn't wait long at all, and our server did an outstanding job, especially considering that she was working with quite a few other tables. I am very happy that we decided to give this place a chance. We will most definitely be returning the next time we're craving pho.

Staff does they best they can despite being understaffed and over worked. They deserve hefty tips!

Pho D’lite is definitely one my favorites for Pho soup! The ingredients are always fresh, tasty and wholesome! I hadn’t eaten there since the pandemic and saw some not so good reviews on Yelp. Mostly it was about service complaints for those dining inside. I did carry out and was not disappointed at all. The soup maintained it’s high quality!! It’s was simply delicious and delightful as the name implies ‼️I’ve been to other Pho restaurants and been very disappointed!

The atmosphere was nice, but clearly the wait staff was overworked with in-house and carryout orders. Food was yummy! I'd probably come back at a less busy time, but overall very good!
