Great food! We love their Steak Pho and the Spring Rolls!

I have been here many times. Very good, large portions and fresh.

This will be my go to place. The owner is really kind. Has lots of patience too bec even though it was there closing hours already they still waited(we're the last costumer left). Also the place is clean and well kept. I love the calming music and the pictures/paintings hanging on the wall. I also love their Pho soup which surprise me bec the sm size bowl is really a big one and also the platter of food that i ordered. Their price is fair for me.

I go there to eat pho,(brisket and tendon and sometimes all) it's not the best I had, that's because I have spent many years overseas (aka Asia). But it's good. I gave 4 stars because one day, the broth was really salty (one time in two years). They do have very good Singapore noodles. You should try their sandwich, Bahn me.

This is my go to pho place! The food is spot on every time. The service is fantastic. And the cabbage slaw they serve as a side makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

Food wasn't bad. It's not loud but if there are only 2 tables and that other table is loud it echoes and it's not comfortable. The food came out rather quickly, which was actually faster than fast food, so that made me a little uncomfortable. Their cabbage salad and dressing are super yummy.

Amazing food and friendly service. I've been looking for a good pho place ever since moving from seattle. I really liked the environment and the athestic of the restaurant, the staff was friendly and attentive. My gf got Pho and I got the Special Fried Rice, the broth is more on the lighter side but still good. The portions in the pho are amazing and so is the price, the large is so much pho that we both shared and had our fill. Will definitely continue to come here in the future for my pho desires. It's pho-king photastic.

A warm bowl of pho is always nice. Bubble tea is quite refreshing. We have seen this place change over the years and always enjoy going for lunch or dinner.

This place isnt very good at all. Small servings and tiny strange tasting chili oil. Will not come here again. They didnt even give me a wedge of a lime. They gave me a lime rind. Lol

Prices online are not accurate. Spring roll was nice though, however I was a dummy and forgot to ask for no shrimp.

Food was excellent. However we were never asked if we wanted to purchase drinks. Next time don't forget to ask. We would have ordered beverages given opportunity but then our food came and at that point we stuck with the water. Otherwise excellent food.

I decided to try all the Pho places in the Poulsbo area and this was one of my faves. Only weird thing was it seemed like they microwaved or heated my bean sprouts somehow?! Always had them cold and fresh which I prefer. But big chunks of meat and the broth tasted on point.

The stir-fried rice was solid choice but nothing to rave about. Bahmi was big but pork was dry. Nothing else open when we were looking for dinner on a Sunday so it had that going for it and the people seemed nice but didn't do much for us

The WORST restaurant meal I can remember! The Spring rolls were just iceberg lettuce with tough shrimp. No bean sprouts, shredded carrot or anything else. We both ordered the Pad Thai which came out in this glutinous mass that was inedible. We had to go look for the two wait staff (they were around the corner behind a plastic panel reading books). I saw a plate of fried rice with canned Peas and carrots that looked equally inedible. Definitely not a $50 lunch. Won't ever return.

I can't eat pho BUT this place makes great bubble tea, has a choice of tapioca or jello! Lots of flavors to choose from and great fun to stop in for one.

The Best! We love this place. Their pho is the best in Kitsap County! We have been several times and it I always consistent and a very comfortable restaurant. Excellent!

Only Pho place I will go in the area, period! The best broth compared to most places I've tried throughout the US! The quality doesn't change whether dining in or taking out, they are here to serve a great meal and experience!

BEST tempura shrimp ever!!! Egg roll good too. Definitely get the the shrimp. Many sauces on the table so I dunked in all of them.

Not very impressed. I just stopped in for pho. The service was pleasant and quick at first. However, I asked for extra bean sprouts and 1/2 the noodles, but I received the normal amount of both. It was a simple request that should have been done. The broth was a bit salty for my taste. Overall it was fine, but not much more. My biggest problem was when I asked to take the rest with me to go. I was brought a soup container and expected to safely dump hot soup from a large bowl into a small plastic container. One, it's completely unsafe! Second, that's not customer service! How hard is it to take the bowl back to the kitchen and do it there where there isn't a risk of spilling or splashing on the customer or any others at the table?

I hate to leave a negative review on any restaurant without trying it at least twice. It's kind of a rule with me. But this place was bad enough that I'm breaking that rule. Greasy pho. Greasy. There's no excuse for that. Friendly, though.

I hadn't been here in some time, but got invited back recently by some friends. WOW, This experience was much more memorable, the food we had was outstanding and the staff were really great.

Very slow service, two wrong orders and fairly bland food. It wasn't terrible but we'll pass next time.

I will likely dine here again, as this last visit was not my first time dining at this establishment, and my fiancée and parents seem to generally enjoy it. Unfortunately, I have yet to find *my dish* that I cannot wait to order again, nor just something on the menu that is always tasty to me(other than the steamed gyoza, which are *delicious*!, but I feel embarrassed always making a meal of *JUST* gyoza..! :^D ) Additionally, the service here last visit was a bit lackluster and they forgot to bring me my drink *entirely*... Again.. I will still likely eat here again, and may even improve my rating from a 3 to a 4, but presently Pho Kim Chi resides firmly in the "middle of the road" as far as dining establishments in Poulsbo go.

A favorite of our family. I’m partial to the spicy chicken mushroom dish and the Vietnamese noodles, but it’s all delicious with huge portions. With leftovers, we generally get two meals out of each serving.

Dined May 19, 2022. Great food, Pho broth is fantastic, the Pad Thai is really good. Our server was really good and knew the menu very well.

Delicious, fast, and reasonably priced. Everything tasted very fresh, not greasy. And flavored just right - not overbearing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend. Our kids, while not picky, don't usually like Vietnamese food - but this time there was something for everyone.

This place is big on portions, which is ok, but the flavors just aren’t there. I used 1/3 the rice noodles provided in my pho to go, and they still sucked up all the soup, which was just lacking so much flavor. Massive spring roll, mostly noodles, not much flavor.

Hands down a fantastic place to eat. Took 5 minutes to have 2 large meals brought out to us. Flavor was excellent. Portions enormous. Our server was absolutely amazing.. Ready for our next visit.

Everything was delicious! Really cute inside too. We ordered the tofu spring rolls, tofu Singapore noodles, and tofu and veggie pho. Huge portions so we have leftovers to enjoy later!

The food here is very good. I particularly enjoy their chicken teriyaki and my wife and daughter enjoy the sushi and their sweet and sour chicken.

This place is fire 🔥🔥🔥 the bones for the broth is cooked for 10 hours or more and you can tell it'sv made with care and concern for the end product. I highly recommend this place.

The pork rice dish was extraordinary! But strangely pricey. At other places, at least they include egg rolls or something. The pho was alright. They don't have any traditional boba flavors, mostly blended fruit ones.

I get the Vietnamese Spicy Noodles and taro boba tea almost every time I am in Poulsbo. They put so many fresh veggies and chicken in this dish, and you can really sink your teeth into these noodles. One order is enough for 2 meals for me. Everyone here is so sweet and friendly, and they are quite fast. I love this place so much.

It's a bit shocking how expensive Vietnamese food is in Kitsap, so it's hard to give a high rating if you consider what you're paying. The pho wasn't especially to our liking but the bun with egg rolls were pretty tasty. The service was nothing special. She took our order, brought our food, and never came back.

I had the chicken breast teriyaki. It was delicious and good customer service too.

This was our first time here. We were looking for another VN restaurant closer than Tacoma. We took a chance after searching the internet. It was absolutely great. Restaurant was very clean, service fast and polite. Now the food. We both were hungry for a dish called "bun" (cold noodle salad) with grilled pork and eggroll pieces. It was very fresh, eggrolls were large and flavourful, the amount of meat was overwhelming. The nuoc mam "fish sauce dressing" was seasoned perfectly. The prices were in line with other restaurants in the area and cheaper when size of serving is considered. I have lived in Vietnam. My wife and I prefer VN food and have tried it all over the world. If this salad was a typical indication of the food quality at Pho Kim Chi, I am sure our 40 mile drive will be made frequently.

Good food!! Fried tofu is amaze-balls, would recommend. Sometimes, there is a bit of hair in the food, though, like, most of the time, but still pretty good!
