I'm 6 hours away from Denver, and this restaurant always is our first stop when we make to Denver. THE BEST VIETNAMESE RES IN MY HEART ❤️

I was immediately berated by a server for using the self help terminal (like a McDonald order screen) and choosing the dine in option. The young and stressed out server told me to “sit down” and was silent through the rest of service. I ordered from the screen thinking that was the main way of ordering as no other signage told otherwise. I don’t know about you but being spoken to poorly by a 18 year old kid doesn’t sit well with me. Why would management have a done in option for the self help screen if the servers didn’t want it?! Rude and unprofessional.

I ordered here for the first time a few days ago on a whim. I was super hungry with my husband and it was getting late and I found this beautiful pho place. I ordered just a broth, rare steak pho with spring rolls and a boba and let me say the broth was amazing and tasted clean and authentic. Spring rolls were fresh and cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, my boba was not added to my order but when I called the next day, the owner made it right, right away and even brought the order out to my car because I was with my kids. Great service and great food! I would highly recommend.

Our first experience at Now Pho was incredible! We tried an array of their new menu items and we were impressed! It was our first time having a Vietnamese giant pancake and the Trieu Chau dry style egg noodle and it was packed with flavor and texture! Definitely our new go to spot for authentic Vietnamese dishes in Denver! And have to mention the service was great! Very attentive staff.

This was such good food. I had the pho with rare steak and brisket. The brisket was so tender and delicious. I’ll probably go with the straight brisket pho option next time. I also had a boba tea, it was delightful. we’ll be back.

Edit: this place has gone down hill from 6 months ago. Must have changed the cook. The food was terrible, especially the pho soup, so sweet and not flavorful. They were so cheap and gave us little meat/noodles and charged us $20 for a bowl. I don’t mind if you charge more but don’t be cheap like that. The service was terrible, never checked on us. This is truly sad since this was my favorite place. Won’t ever come back again (used to come once a week) Review 6 months ago: I’m a Vietnamese and I have to attest that these guys have one of the best Pho in town. The broth is so flavorful and the meat is fresh. I would highly recommend it.

My husband & I came here in early November 2023, when it was cold and snowy. The broth is what keeps brining us back. We’ve told everyone we know and bring friends who visit from out of town here. We love all the Pho on the menu. Hubby loves the Bahn Mi . Crazy about the pork spring rolls. We’ve tried a few other places but have been disappointed. Will keep coming back! Great variety and open late in a city where everything closes at 8 pm

We usually ate here on Saturday night. It is a busy night. But the service here are horrible. The young guy with a mustache does not hesitate to kick us out because they are busy. There are multiple tables available, but not clean from previous customers yet. Instead of asking us to wait for them to clean, we were asked to leave. We’ve also experienced serviced from this specific guy before and I assume the manager are not there to witness it or he would be fire. My recommendation are: if you are looking to enjoy your dinner, DO NOT GO HERE.

First time here and service/speed of service was amazing!

Denver has a lot of great pho options, but this has became my husband and I’s favorite spot! They are open very late (2 am last time I checked) which is perfect for late night cravings. Their staff is great and food is delicious! The pho broth is always clear and flavorful. Only thing that I’m not crazy about is that they only have 1 size for their pho, so my husband and I end up sharing it most of the time .

One of the best Pho broth and Vietnamese cuisine in town. I have tried so many pho restaurants and Now Pho beat them all - rich, beefy and full of flavor. Best of all, they are open late. You know where to be at on the weekend for some real bomb food. Look no further.

My boyfriend and I went to dinner here together last night. Pho is one of his go too’s and favorites! We were SUPER disappointed when our food came out and all our pork and chicken was raw. Now yes the meat in the pho comes raw and cooks itself within the broth but the meat in a spring noodle bowl should and is expected to be cooked fully. Mine was not. Everything else was beautiful! There presentation, there set up, there servers, but I think there chef might have been moving a little to quickly and serving things to early. There menus are also a little pricey for the quality food they served us.

we paid for my food which was a kids sized pho and eggrolls, we had no idea the eggrolls were 12 dollars, so before they came to the table i requested to remove the item from our bill. i also wanted to pay for the whole thing while i was at it. but apparently its an inconvenience to take overpriced eggrolls off the tab before they get to the table. i was arroganlty reminded by the boy ringing me out that they were 12 dollars by picking up a menu and pointing at the price, on the menu like i didnt just finish asking him to take them off because i would not be consuming it. he was hesitant to remove it, as if it was coming out of his paycheck or something. the food here is great. but the customer service is always insincere and sticky, like an awkward feeling that makes you want to leave.

I love Now Pho! First we had a classic appetizer combo which was so good, really can’t go wrong with dumplings, spring rolls and pork skewers! For my main I had the stone pot which comes boiling hot with SEVEN different meat cuts!!! It was nice having such a variety of textures! Not only were the meats great but the broth itself was super flavorful! I usually want to pour in the spicy stuff and sauces but this broth was seasoned so well that it tasted perfect just the way it came! My friend had the free range chicken rice plate and that was so delicious as well! Both our dishes also came with egg yolk soup that was different than the pho broth, a little sweeter! We had just stopped in after a rush so they were sold out of their teas at that moment 😭 (which tells you how good they are) So instead we had some boba slushes that absolutely did not disappoint! I’m so excited to come back and try more of their menu soon!

You can't have a late night restaurant if you don't wanna be open late. All the signs say Open, the hours say until midnight, but they close at 1130, 1140. If the hours didn't say open until midnight i wouldn't have drove a half hour to eat there and I'll be honest, I've been here so many times at this hour because i work nights and they are the only ones open, but I'll never go back.

Been to this location a few different times and it's always been very consistently amazing!

I order from this restaurant weekly. I have rated it 3 stars today because the majority of the time I get amazing and flavorful pho paired with the perfect noodles. The last 2 times I have ordered it, I have received a watery broth with little flavor and weird noodles. Today's order was not great and for someone who is so sensitive to the texture of noodles it was a disappointment. I received a mix of noodle types both small and wide and they seemed very over cooked like mushy texture. The broth was pretty watery with very little flavor. If you have changed something I hope you put it back like it was. This being said, I hope it doesn't become consistent as I normally love their Pho. I will continue to order it and hope this doesn't happen anymore. Nothing worse than craving something and getting something that isn't satisfying.

First time here and I ordered: Grilled beef spring rolls- $8 2 Phos + Extra Meatball - $35 Crab cheese wontons- $13 TOTAL WAS $60 The spring rolls were plain and soggy, the peanut sauce was also plain. The pho was ok, broth was watered down and PLAIN. The only amazing thing were the wontons. The service was bad, no response after thanking them and barely any check ups… If you want a cheap and tasty alternative I recommend Pho 96 right across the street!!

This place is a hidden gem. Discovered at Brunch Fest, with the best eggrolls of my life, and they lived up in house even more so. Now Pho is the best Vietnamese food in Denver! I have eaten here several times and recently did a large catering order from them. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Everything was prepared and packaged well and it was a great hit with our event. They have great options for a variety of dietary preferences as well, like vegetarian and gluten free. While the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was good, it was the food that really rocked my world! Everything we tried on the appetizer sampler platter was delicions! But their shrimp Bánh Mì sandwich was by far the best I've ever had, which says a lot because it used to be my go-to item when I wasn't in the mood for Phở. I can quite honestly say that no other Bánh Mì sandwich anywhere else compares!

Love that they are open late. Customer service was amazing when I called in my order and picked it up. The pho and fresh rolls were delicious. Also, loved that side order of veggies was a good of carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and bok choi. Other places don't give as much or as good of a mix for a side of veggies. Will order again!

We order chicken banh mi, mi Quan, bun bo hue, and build your own spring roll platter for 4, and vietnamese coffee. The Mi Quan was OK, but the rest were really good.

The only spot that open late night, so good. Will definitely come back

This spot needs to be added to you list of places to go!! They’ve got everything from outstanding Pho to some life changing chicken wings!! House made sauces too! Service is amazing and all of the items are SO authentic! Service is a 10 the moment you walk in. Food also comes out super fast. They are also an award winning restaurant with late night take out! You won’t regret a thing.

Great selection of delicious plates and top notch service! Ordered the Crab Cheese Wontons, Grilled meat pho, and Beef ribs pho. All three plates were delicious and well portioned. Definitely coming back for more!

Looked up Late Night Pho and this place did not disappoint! Food was delicious! Spring Rolls are huge... Pork skewers were fantastic. Sheesh. They were a little busy when we got there, but wasn't an outrages wait time at all, very managable and worth the wait. Atmosphere was okay, happy we found a late night Pho joint. Hit the spot! I've had a lot of different Pho in the area and to be honest most of it has been pretty disappointing until I found now Pho. Their broth is super flavorful and the ingredients are fresh and super tasty. I'm really picky and this is my favorite in the area by far. The fact that they are open late for delivery is a huge bonus! Last time I got rare steak and brisket and I look forward to trying the Kobe beef next time!

Had lunch with one of my coworkers today and I was really impressed with the extensive menu which differs from most of the other Pho restaurants up and down Federal Blvd. The food was amazing and my friend who is Vietnamese said it was the best Pho he’s had. The restaurant was tastefully decorated, clean and the staff was friendly. We got a new favorite Pho spot and would definitely recommend it!

This place is an original pho restaurant where the portions and the favor are great. Everything I try and taste was beautiful. They serviced so much soup with their pho that I took home and cook it with some noodles.

I love ordering food from Now Pho! It's so convenient that they are open late when the pho craving hits me. Their rare steak pho is so flavorful and filling. The ingredients are always fresh and divine. Highly recommend this establishment to all the pho lovers!

Okay this place is absolutely amazing. Found it one night looking for some late night pho. We came in about 30 minutes before close. We sat down and we noticed a man behind the register, who looked like the manager; quickly start to look around to make sure one of the servers saw us. When he saw that we hadn’t been greeted yet, which was maybe a minute max that had gone by, he quickly came out from behind the counter and came to greet us and got us some water. We ordered some juices, a couple appetizers and some pho. Everything from the drinks to the broth of the pho was absolutely outstanding. I later asked our server if the owner happened to be around, she said yes and quickly went to go grab him for us. Turns out the owner is the same guy who greeted us. We expressed to him how amazing everything was. My boyfriend and I work in the industry so we notice everything when we go dine somewhere ourselves. Exceeded our expectations for sure. Place is remodeled and service is great! This has been our go to late night snack place ever since.

The food is delicious. I came here with my family to eat Spring Rolls, Cheese Wontons, Shrimp Rolls, Crab Cakes, Hue Beef Noodles and spicy beef noodles. The Crab Soup is delicious, rich and delicious, with very fresh shrimp. The Bun Bo Hue dish is very unique, the Hue sate is very delicious and irresistible. The spring rolls are delicious and greasy mixed with a very delicious fish sauce. Polite staff and very attentive customer service. I will recommend the restaurant to all my friends and family who come to eat regularly

This place is our favorite pho place in Denver and for good reason. We come here practically every week and have never had a bad meal here. When we first came here, it was the only place open this late at night and I wasn’t expecting the food to be so good! The pho broth is honestly the best I’ve ever had, and to me that is really what makes a good bowl of pho. It’s heavenly — beefy, clear, and aromatic with spices. The veggies are always fresh as well. I usually get the Brisket, Tendon, and Rare Steak pho and it comes with the perfect ratio of meat, noodles, and broth that I get a delicious combo in every bite. The food is fresh and the pho feels like a healthy, delicious, hearty meal that you can come back to week after week without guilt. I’ve tried the beef stew noodles, mi quang, egg with rice cakes, and other dishes here as well and they’ve all been excellent too, but the pho is just so darn good that I have a hard time branching out to try everything else I want to try on the menu! I used to always go for pho when I went to Houston because it has such a large Vietnamese community that I was sure the Vietnamese food must be better there than in Denver, but the last time I went to Houston and got pho, it didn’t hold a candle to Now Pho!

The food is amazing. The service is OK. I have come to this location a handful of times and they’ve always treated me fairly for what I pay. The issue with their service is that they refused to serve me a kid size pho bowl. I’ve been a regular customer for weeks on end, and they treat me like they couldn’t make the exception. I went to Tony pho and pho 96 and they will gladly serve you a kit size Pho. Edit: I guess they don’t like money since they don’t like serving smaller portions for people who can only afford a smaller portion. How do you refuse to make money based on the principal that you could only give small portions to kids? That’s ridiculous. What if I’m on a diet this week? What if I’m not made of money every day? On average, a bowl of Pho will run someone $17. That’s more than $100 if you eat pho five times a month. Super inconsiderate. I have gladly taken my business to other pho places on federal that will gladly serve kids size portions to people willing to pay the same green dollar. Eat Tony pho and pho 96 and pho 555

This is some of the best pho I’ve ever had. I’ve been to a lot of different restaurants but now pho has me coming back over and over. 10/10 definitely recommend it

Okay so wow! My first time having PHO & amazing not sure why I never have had it before but I’m glad my first time was here at NOW PHO. The service was top notch, the atmosphere, the food and drinks all awesome so much great things to say! I’m a picky eater and everything I had here was great! My favorite tho were the fried pork egg rolls!
