Great place to eat in. We got the house special pho and the pork spring rolls. Both were delicious

I had a large bowl of pho it was really good the only thing it was served with cilantro I was used to having it served with fresh basil instead but it was still good

The best pho I’ve ever had outside of my mother’s house. It tastes just like hers and I adore the family that owns this shop. I’ll always recommend y’all and I’ll be back in soon enough for more pho 🍲

This is an excellent spot if you want some AMAZING pho! The recipe had been passed down and in the family for 80yrs and I gotta say it's definitely the BEST pho in town!! I definitely recommend to anyone that wants thier tastebuds blown away!

Just moved into town and wanted to eat pho. Spoons for our pho came out dirty, and big screen tv was playing Tom and jerry. Not sure if thats the norm but awkward. Egg rolls came out burnt and the extra large pho was by far a small bowl at all the pho places I've been to. My 10 and 13 year old was still hungry after having their own bowl. If that was their extra large (by the way $1.50 extra) pho just wondering what size bowl would it be for the regular or small. Broth was good but I think it was a little heavy on the 5 Vietnamese spice.

I heard about this place on Mahoning County Food Gurus fb page. Definitely NOT worth the hype. We got the Pho w steak and Vietnamese meatballs and an order of chicken fried rice. Pho broth itself was just OK(not the best or worst) but there was hardly anything in it. The noodles, meat and accouterments were lacking. Very small portion for what's called a "large". Chicken fried rice was bland, chicken itself was dry and tasteless and the veggies they used were not fresh, but frozen. It was also a small portion but it didn't matter because we threw what was left in the garbage. We usually go to Pho Saigon but didn't want to drive that far today. We will never deviate from Pho Saigon again because it is far superior in quality and portions. 27 bucks to still feel hungry has really left a bad taste in my mouth. 😕

Very welcoming and perfect food. You can taste just how much Nancy loves to cook! The fried rice even pleased my husband who is hard to get a reaction from when it comes to food. The Pho was a burst of flavor and not too spicy. Wonderful experience and friendly people. Lovely tea. Not a single complaint. This is a place that deserves far more publicity. 11/10!

Tasty Vietnamese food (delicious noodles & soups), vegetarian options, beautiful spring rolls! I hope I can pass this way again - owner Nancee's family has many restaurants in Eastern USA. YUM!

Great pho! Portion size is somewhat smaller than other places but it was good.

The best Pho I've had. Nancy knows what she is doing when making Pho. I haven't really had anything else on the menu, other than Pho. Because nothing else beats the Pho.

We enjoy going here the Pho is really good. The owner was very nice (Nancy ) and talked to us and asked us how the food was. Interestingly, LV is actually the initials of her children and not short for love. Will be back! Pro tip- upgrade the Pho to XL size.

음식 자체는 고수를 잘 먹는다면 괜찮은 편임. 쌀국수에 들어간 고기에서 약간 고기 누린내가 나지만 먹을만한 정도이고, 면과 국물은 맛있음. 반미 샌드위치는 고수를 좋아한다면 괜찮을듯. 서비스는 쏘쏘. 분위기는 약간은 오래된 식당 느낌임.

Best Pho broth I have ever had.

Disappointed at the food. Came here bc I was in the area and the reviews say superb things about this place. The food was overpriced, I had two pieces of meat in my pho and the flavor of the broth is meh…Please don’t waste your money here. I find better pho in Cleveland and for a better price. The service was great though, the waitress was kind. Also the restaurant is really dirty and the bathroom… you can imagine

If you like pho than search no further. The food is excellent here.

Can’t believe this is how much i got by paying extra for extra large pho, such a disappointment. I was a big fan since they opened, but they started to cutting the portion again and again, and i was willing to pay extra for a bigger portion, but now, I don’t think I will order again.

Excellent pho and nirvanas iced coffee, spring rolls I like a little more Thai Basil in it but the shrimp was plentiful and sauce awesome with a couple drops of chili oil.

Another fabulous and delicious Pho Ga soup this evening. Owner Nancy has created a wonderful local favorite with unique and always tasty Vietnamese specialties. It’s always fantastic, friendly, and consistently very good. Recommended!

Staff is friendly. Service was fast. I bought the xl pho p1 with extra tendon. Pho was ok. They don’t have thai basil here which is a bummer. The bean sprouts were not fresh. Don’t bother ordering an xl. The bowl is larger but you get more broth. The noodle proportion is not great. Basically just ate a bowl of broth and meat. The meat was good and they had good meatballs which is the only thing I liked about their pho. The broth was on the sweeter end but missing the complexity of spices. I’m traveling through and had high hopes based on the ratings. If this is their 4.8/5 then other places within an hour radius are not worth a visit.

Lets talk about a wonderful meal! Nancy and your crew are like a dear family to me she makes the best broth so rich and fulfilling so flavorful and robust. I absolutely love this place they are very welcoming and kind if you love Vietnamese food you will love this the pho chicken is my absolute favorite!!!!

Honest-to-god, this is consistently the best food I have ever eaten in my life. The freshest and most flavorful. Everything on their menu makes me feel so good, just puts me in a totally blissful state. Family-run operation, and they are the sweetest people. I am so grateful for Pho LV. 🥰

Good stuff. Ate here a couple times now and with Youngstown lacking on the Pho side of things this place is really my go to place. Service is good. A little slow but they are making it all as ordered so that's fine by me. Pho soup very good. Rice plates also delicious. Food nice and hot coming out. Prices are decent. Enjoy!

House special pho was incredible. Better than pho spots I’ve been in Pittsburgh. Will be repeat customer when I’m in this area.
