Nice quiet setting, friendly staff. Thought the prices were a little high but the food was amazing. Def worth a try if not second and third. *Note* parking and entrance are on backside of building (not facing street).

Anytime I take my mom to this area for the Vietnamese community my favorite place to get lunch is here. The won ton soup is better than any Chinese restaurant I've eaten and #144 Cơm Sườn Nướng is my favorite!!!! No other Vietnamese restaurants I have been to do as well as pho vinh! They will always be my go-to place for grilled pork. 😋

The restaurant is usually clean. It’s in a good location with decent parking. The menu offers a good variety of authentic dishes, and the service is usually friendly. My fav is bun rieu, canh chua cá kho to. If you're looking for a clean, reliable spot for pho.

I love the chicken curry soup! It is the best. Excellent amount, fresh vegetables and delicious flavor.

Went to Pho Vinh last night. Food and service was awesome!! Can't wait to go back!! Our guests from out of town loved it too!! Server was super nice!! Thanks for a great meal and experience!! Just went back today with my brother in law. We go here every time he visits. It is so damn good!! We keep saying we're going to try a different dish and always go with the large pho 🥣 bowl. I think #88. They give you a plate of thai basil, bean sprouts, coolantro and fresh jalapenos and lime wedges. Add some Schiracha, chili paste, housin and you're off to the races!! Amazing! Service is great!! Updated 7-6-2024 We've been here at least 6 times and it is always stellar!!🥣🥣👍👍🌶🌶

The food is excellent and the service is always top notch.

We have been getting take out for a long time from this place. Recently the quality has declined , more expensive and the food seems to have gotten very salty. Mostly likely will be finding another option.

Amaaziing food with lot’s of flavours. The Pork Chop was SUPERB! Also the pho had so much flavor and enjoyed every sip of it! The staff was very friendly and had good energy. The music was so relaxing and we felt so comfortable, we almost fell asleep because we were full and cozy. Thank you Pho Vinh!!

Very dishonest people! Undercooked our quail so we told them then they took the plate away and threw away the undercooked pieces and then brought back what was left and still insisted on making me pay full price for the dish. The grilled pork came out fridge cold. Terrible!!

Racist to people who are not Vietnamese! Waited so long only to have 3 other Vietnamese groups sat before us as they spoke to the hostess in Vietnamese. They did not make a reservation because they asked us where the line was to be seated and I understand a little Vietnamese. Never going to return! Every customer should be important not matter the race!

Fast, great service. Everyone very nice and attentive. Food delicious, we did the rice paper (roll your own)- also got hot tea and coffee. Highly recommend!

Good food but the decor could use an update

I love Pho Vinh, i used to go to "Vinh's" when it was on over by Mills n Colonial. Since they have moved, the menu is still delicious, service is so friendly, and the value of each dish is so nice. Their pho is wonderful, love the Ga, and my favorite is the Vietnamese char grilled pork and shrimp paste on sugar cane, served with the freshest of herbs, mint, thai basil, and pickled vegetables. The rice paper comes on side with the vessel to wet them, and your roll your own summer rolls. Love love love!

Always wonderful food and service.

I really love how courteous the staff are and the food is so good. The portions are perfect for the price. My favorite is the Bùn beef with spring roll. Not busy during lunch and just the perfect way to chill and fill.

Went here with 2 other people and once I went to pay for my food I was first asked if I was going to be tipping. I didn’t pay any mind to it..we had two separate payments, I tipped on my behalf and the others didn’t tip yet. The older man asked me are they tipping too? I asked “why, are they forced to tip?” He replied “yes, we work hard for our money”. While understanding that part, it’s very unprofessional to tell a customer they are forced to pay a tip. The people I was with was going to tip but didn’t because of his rudeness.

I was introduced to pho vinh by a youtube video from "phuc map vlog" he was going over pho in orlando and I had to try pho vinh after watching. The pho broth here is legendary. For a sit down pho resturant, Pho vinh is the best in orlando. The service is prompt and accommodating! Our server did alot of things that added a personal touch. Like seperating the summer rolls on two plates for my fiance and I. It was a small gesture, but it speaks volumes on their standard of service. 10/10 would recommend!

The food is pretty good but the staff is often unfriendly. I’ve been going there for years and giving 20% tips but I’m still treated like I’m not really welcome there. I’m tolerated. Just had an extremely rude, sort of embarrassing situation tonight, and I’ve decided never to go back. There are plenty of Vietnamese restaurants in the area, and I would like to be treated kindly.

The best Vietnamese restaurant I have been to and the best pho Thai I have ever had. Everything they make is healthy, tasty and good quality. Highly recommended.

We have now been here twice! I live in the area, and I always drive in front of this place, I have always notices the full parking lot, but never had stoped before. Finally on a cold night, I decided to stop in. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, not the friendliest, but at least we were greeted. They took a little bit of time to sit us, it was not very busy, and once we were sat, it took about 10-15 mins before someone came to our take to get our drink orders. After that, they were on top of everything. The waiter took his time as the kids asked questions and he was able to give us suggestions. We opted for number 88, and our daughter ate one of the noodle dishes. Everything came out very quickly, less than 10 minutes after we ordered it. The broth as very flavorful, and so was the steak. The dishes are big, so bring your appetite! We have been back since, and it has always been delish!

#73 Chicken Curry Pho Vinh Yesterday I asked for recommendations for Pho Vinh off of Colonial Drive. Dee Le-Smith recommended the Chicken Curry. At this point anything Dee recommends.. I will trust and try. The staff at Pho Vinh were incredible. Kind, chatty and informative. My chicken curry soup arrived to the table pipping hot. It was absolutely delicious. Sweet, creamy and loaded with lots of chicken and noodles. To my surprise there was several chuncks of sweet potatoes. Absolutely decadent. 11/10 I’m exited to try more!

$20 for bun. The taste was ok. It is a little pricy

Delicious, authentic pho spot! Feels very homey. I really enjoy their summer rolls and pho. If you're looking for a hue style soup, they've got the best in town! The broth is well balanced, full of spice, and brimming with herbs.

We had dinner here and it was delicious! We’re from the New York area and we’ve had pho from various Vietnamese restaurants up north. This was as good, if not better! The portions were large and there’s a nice amount of meats in the pho. My husband had the beef combo pho, I had the clear broth with thick rice noodles, with pork, seafood. I enjoyed the little fish balls in it. We agreed we’d definitely come back!

Broth flavor was amazing and so was the service.

We came in as a large group 20 people, and one person's meal was missed. I'm not sure if it was due to language barrier, but even after telling the waiter, the meal never came. The food itself was okay. Parking was sufficient.

Sketchy looking parking lot and entrance, but the restaurant itself was really nice. Service was exceptional and the food was amazing.

My #1 pick of any of the many pho places around. Incredible broth and flavor. Light and buttery fried rice. Get the spring rolls too, very similar to lumpia. Authentic cooking. Very nice and quiet atmosphere. Not the newest place, but that's a good thing. Other than some aging ceiling tiles, very, very clean.

If you want a good pho or some other Vietnamese dish in winter park near target it's a place worth trying. No waiting time . Good price and good service. Excellent summer rolls

The best pho I've ever had. After 25yrs of coming here and having pho in every country I've been to (where it's available) i can safely say that pho vihns is hands down the best. I come back to Florida maybe once or twice a year and will try to visit vihns at least twice each time. Thank you guys for sticking around and being the best, some of my best childhood memories are from vihns. You guys rocks

This place is really good. They make Authentic vietnamese food at a reasonable price and they know what they are doing. The staff here are extremely pleasant & friendly. If you're in Orlando definitely stop by for some tasty viet cuisine.

I was just thinking of filling myself on my way to airport and did not expect much from this "Pho's Place". However to my great surprises, the soups for both Chicken Pho and Sliced-Beef Pho were both super authentic and great for my personal likings. The only thing that I am not sure was that the "Pho" used were that kind of think rice vermicelli kind of noodle which were quite different from those that I have tried everywhere else including Vietnam. Nevertheless with that kind of great soups, it will suit any kind of noodles - even for fresh egg noodles if available I am sure !

The food was sooo delicious. I especially loved the large chunks of jalapeños and greens provided with pho. The lemon beef was the best I’ve ever had (my Vietnamese husband even said it was better than his moms! :D)

We stopped by the restaurant during lunch time and ordered combination broken rice, Pho, Fish noodle, and Grilled beef noodle…. Fish noodle was ok. Others were great. The staffs were friendly, but the service was a bit slow due to short of staffs. But it was good in general.

We love coming here. The pho broth is one of the best ones I have had in Orlando. The service has always been very nice.

My first date was here back in 2017. We are now married and this place has a very special place in our hearts. Food is still excellent. Rich broths and fresh foods.

Excellent broth in the Bun Bo Hue! Ingredients were very fresh. Brisket and pork were tender. We also had the charbroiled pork which was cooked to perfection and it was very tender and juicy. The summer rolls were light and flavorful and the basil gave it a nice fresh feel. Definitely a must try!!

Went for a casual lunch with a friend. Not familiar with Vietnamese cuisine, just ordered what sounded good. Our lunch was delicious! Fresh ingredients, generous portions, rich flavors! Friendly service. Look forward to my next visit!

The food and atmosphere is great. I tried Pho for the first time here long time ago and I haven’t been able to find a place this good. The service is good most of the time but sometimes you get servers that don’t check on you often, however overall super recommended.

Loved the Pho and The Pork chops were on point too! Will def be back!

The pho here is very good. Large portions came out steaming hot. I had a yellow curry chicken and the curry had more depth of flavor than I was expecting. This is probably the best pho I have had outside of California.

Best pho spot yet in my books! I’ve had authentic pho spots in Toronto where I live and this place eats their lunch! Huge portions and proper broth! Don’t ever change Pho Vinh! I’m coming back!

The PHO SOUP broth or liquid was not flavorful compared to other locations I’ve been to around the United States and around the world. Not impressed. The liquid in the soup just tasted like hot water with little to no flavor or seasoning. Pho Soup

Don't walk, run.....the grilled pork chop and the curry chicken soup were BANANAS! I picked up so not sure about the dine-in experience, but I received great service and I look forward to many happy returns 😁

Food: we order phở tái nạm gân and phở xe lửa. Great portion, we were super fill with plenty of meat. I love that they gave us lots of basil, cilantro for the pho (which is absolutely needed for authentic pho). Service: our food came out within 5 minutes of ordering. We were seated immediately when we came in. Phenomenal service. Atmosphere: clean and nice. I love the paintings of vietnamese women with different outfit through out our history. I would definitely come back if I wasn't only visiting. Highly recommend.

Foods are about 5/10. Gỏi ngó sen had little ngó sen and too many others veggie, pickled cabbage, carrots and daikons. Phở is about 7/10. But service lady was not polite. She didn’t even ask if we wanted our change back and kept it as tips. Though, we would not wanted it back and eventually would tip the change. But out of courtesy, she should ask.

First, the food is just ridiculously good. Every single thing on every plate we've ever had has been top notch! We've had the same waitress a few times, Jennifer, and she's just fabulous. The prices are good for the portion sizes and we almost always bring home leftovers. I have tried other Vietnamese restaurants in the area, and this is the best!

I ordered a Bun Thit Nuong. The waiter asked me if I wanted an eggroll which I said yes cuz I assumed they automatically came with them but he up charged me $2 which I do not like at all without them telling me that they are going to upcharge me. I have had the same dish many times at other Vietnamese restaurants and it always came with shrimp. I'm not Vietnamese but I assumed it would come with shrimp. When I asked the waiter about the price and the shrimp he just said oh I upgraded you to this dish because you wanted the egg roll and no we don't offer shrimp. Otherwise the dish was okay.

Love this place. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine, clean and a very pleasant atmosphere.

Overall, this place is one of our favorites in Orlando / or Fl in general. We have yet to come upon many good places but this place is one of the best. Flavors of everything we've had there so far such as Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Bun Mam (could use a bit more sauteed lemongras in the broth), Bo Loc Lac, Vietnamese Sour Soup and many other family-style dishes) are definitely on-point. If you're visiting from CA, PA, NJ, TX, WA or New England, check this place out before trying other places.

Best Vietnamese restaurant we’ve found so far! The marinade on the pork was so flavorful, you can tell the chef really cares, delicious peanut sauce and amazing iced coffee. Friendly staff, Dong was so nice and attentive, clean , cozy space, not with tons of parking, but trust me, so worth it!

Decided to eat here on New years day with family. The place is always really clean. Our server was amazing. There are a lot of options for Vietnamese food along colonial drive. I pass all of them by to go to Pho Vinh.

We did not expect much since it's obviously hard to find good, authentic food outside of the food's origin place, but this was worse than expected. The banh canh noodle soups we had did not taste like banh canh at all, and the soup was completely off. Most of it was beef soup but some had chicken, but the waiters did not specify until we had to ask them ourselves. There was also an inadequate amount of meat to noodles, as one of the dishes we ordered (rice noodles w/ shrimp and imitation crab meat) had such a generous portion of rice noodles but HARDLY any fried onions, only three small shrimp, and three sticks of imitation crab meat which would make out to be one full one you could get in the grocery store. Overall, the price is NOT worth it and this was worse than any local Vietnamese food we've ever had.

Not authentic Vietnamese food. All I could taste was MSG. Portion of the soup noodles looks big but in fact the noodles came in very small amount. These factors do not support the price tag this restaurant charges. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant.

I joked to my wife that they needed to hire a copywriter to “spice up” their descriptions of their meals. Mine was described as “white rice with chargrilled pork.” But I had seen other meals that looked good. So I ordered. The copywriting was actually perfect. I got white rice and a paper thin grilled piece of pork. Period. No sauce. No veggies. It was not a meal. Terrible.

First time at Pho Vinh. I would recommend this place as the service was great, I didn’t wait long for the food and the pricing is reasonable. However, the food is not as authentic as i would have liked. It is catered toward the Americans taste buds. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue soup and it didn’t have all the ingredients that goes into it For example, duck blood or pork shank. It was not as spicy as it should be. I do not recommend the wings as it was drench in sauce which makes it soggy. The summer rolls were small as they could be bigger. Don’t take this as a negative review as I love authentic Vietnamese food and this restaurant does a great job of catering the food towards non Vietnamese.
