This is the best Vietnamese food I have ever had and I have been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants. The atmosphere is very relaxed and staff is super friendly. The food is 10 stars. Everything is good here. Don’t be afraid to try anything on the menu. Delicious.

The best Vietnamese restaurant we have ever been to!! The food was absolutely delicious and authentic! The sweet old lady was so kind and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed! The food was soooo bloody good, I mean finger licking good! Definitely recommend and we will absolutely be back!

Vest pho in town!! Also like their fried rice.

We enjoyed a delightful weekday lunch after just arriving in town. The noodle bowls were generous and some of the best we have ever had at any Vietnamese restaurant - including Saigon. Service was prompt, and prices were very reasonable. If we lived closer we would eat here every week!

I ordered rare beef and brisket Pho, one of my favorite dishes. The broth was decent as were the beef portions. They did provide a surprising amount of the side options such as basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lemon wedges. I wasn't overwhelmed with the dish but was quite satisfied. Wife ordered Special Fried Noodle which had shrimp, chicken and roasted pork for proteins. She was satisfied with it but not overwhelmed. All portions were plentiful and with the prices. Service was quick and attentive.

I ate goi cuon, banh xeo, pho dac biet and com ga quay in one sitting by myself. Very delicious. First time coming back to visit Charleston in over 30 yrs. One of the best around town for vietnamese food.

Absolutely fantastic Pho, Spring Roll and friend dumplings

I’ve ordered to-go twice and both times I’ve had great experiences. My first time I had Pho Tom, it was good I just want more shrimp for the price. The day of this post I had Mi Roasted Pork Belly and again I wish I had more pork belly.

Comfortable dining area, quick staff. Very homey feeling, no big frills about the place. Food was great. Definitely going back.

Great Pho. After multiple failed attempts at finding decent Pho in SC i stumbled up with this place. It’s a small shop that opens for a few hours during lunch and a few hours during dinner. They have one guy running the whole floor, and taking all the orders. Despite this Service was great! And the Food was amazing. Soup was wonderful. Aroma and flavor was very pleasant, with the perfect meat/noodles ratio for my taste. I would be happy to come back any day.

My wife and I were in the area today, and since she'd heard from a former coworker that the food here was quite good, we decided to drop in for lunch. I'd developed a taste for good pho over 20 years ago, and I was definitely not disappointed with my pho with beef brisket. The sampler plate appetizer was also as tasty as it looked, and my wife - who's a shrimp lover - really enjoyed her shrimp fried egg noodles. The service couldn't have been more prompt and friendly, everything was spotlessly clean (even the menus), and it sounded like many of the other patrons were having a nice lunch and had been in before. Anyone looking for some well-prepared Vietnamese offerings should strongly consider stopping in...you'll get some really tasty food and certainly won't leave hungry!

I was really looking for an authentic pho joint where it looks like you might get stabbed in the parking lot. This did not disappoint! (JK nobody's getting stabbed, I brought my kids. This is Charleston not Detroit) Our waiter knew the menu cold, which is funny because he was white. Food was great! The lemonade is actually limeade but was GOOD. like, best fresh lemonade we didn't make ourselves. Food was tops also. And we came in shortly before the kitchen closed but they were vv cool about it, and offered a last call. 10/10, will definitely return

Order Bun Bo Hue noodle soup definitely not good at all it was more like hot water with hot sauce the meat had a smell. Definitely not recommend to get the noodle soups

Phở was good. Good broth, beef cuts were thin but overcooked, vegetables for phở were acceptable. One drawback is not enough meat. Kind of brought me back to eating phở in Vietnam where beef is a luxury. More meat and have the steak on the side would make this place perfect.

The most authentic Vietnamese food in the Charleston area hands down.

I love PHO, I’ve been to more than 100 Vietnamese restaurants and I usually get extra noodle on the side. This place charge $5 for the EXTRA NOODLE, noodle only.. I never seen the price before in my whole life. And the owner was really really rude about it. I won’t never visit this place. There are many other places. I recommend you to visit other restaurants

Very delicious noodle bowl and fresh rolls. Many people there for the pho which was probably amazing since it was so popular. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Even restrooms were spotless. GO!!

This was probably the worst food we have ever had. Tasted like they cooked everything in dirty dish water. If I could give it no stars, I would. Don't waste your hard earned money. Had to throw what we didn't choke down into the garbage. My husband threw up after eating.

Loved this place, and had gone here for years. Tried to go today. Tried to call, but their phone was off the hook. Arrived, and the guy at the front said it would be a while until he could take our order. Then when he asked what we wanted, he said he couldn't give us a time frame on when we'd get our food. We left.

The most terrible and unauthentic Vietnamese food that we have ever eaten in our lives! The Vietnamese egg rolls that we ordered, looked like pieces of crumpled paper with uncooked content! Unbelievable! How could they dare to open a restaurant with this kind of unskilled cooking ability?!? The Vietnamese rice dish tasted horribly! The Meatball Pho tasted decent. The food is not worth the prices that we paid!!! Being Vietnamese, we never recommend this place to anyone who would like authentic Vietnamese food!!! Shame on this restaurant for offering awful Vietnamese food which embarasses Vietnamese people like us!!!

Had dinner here tonight. Food and service are always great. Except tonight. Customer comes in with a dog. Dog and customer go walking in kitchen. Customer just let dog roam around like it's their own home. When I asked if it was Service dog was told, "no. But their family of owner." I'm sure DHEC wouldn't approve. Doubt I'll ever be returning.

Everyone travel to come SC who craving Vietnamese Food must come to Phuong , their Vietnamese Eggroll tastes so good (it's come with salad and herbs to eat with). Pho Dac Biet is so good as well. I definitely will be back again and again.

It is hard to find good authentic Asian food in Charleston, especially a place that serves pho 🍲. Phuong by far is my number one option when it comes to Vietnamese food, it is not the cheapest and portions are relatively small, but the food in here rarely disappoints me, service is great as well. Would highly recommend this place for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Phuong used to run the Vietnamese restaurant in the H&L Supermarket on Rivers before moving on and the food has improved now she is running her own show. 3 of us in for a quick lunch and all of us ended up having various types of Fried Noodles, and all were just great. They have a chili sambal/sauce in the condiments tray which is good and works well with your noodles. Pretty extensive menu and the portions are sizeable. Good friendly service. I will return!

Amazing. That is all that I have to say. I went with two coworkers, and we all had different meals. I had the Bun Cha. I will absolutely be back as soon as I can. As far as I can tell they serve no alcohol but that goes to the wayside once you dig into your meal. Zero complaints, amazing food. Update: Another visit, another stunning victory by these fine culinary masters. This time I had the Bun Dac Biet. Awesome, and I was totally expecting it. I'm going back tomorrow.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Charleston. We have eaten most items on the menu and they are all excellent. The Vietnamese spring rolls and coffee is a must order. Explore all the delights of their menu.

The prices are ridiculously pricey for just a small portion with couple (too) thin slices of rare beef and brisket, even feel like the briskets were cut in half to make it look like there are many of them in the bowl. The taste was just ok, not authentic Vietnamese pho

I was in high hopes this place would be as amazing as the reviews are. The food was okay at best, the chicken fried noodles had to much salt/pepper. The egg rolls were good however I feel like it was the reused ones I accidentally ordered. When I ordered I asked for spring rolls, I read on the googled reviews that the fried spring rolls are the best. The rice paper spring rolls came out and I kindly let the gentleman know that I did not mean to order them. He was kind about the interaction, I ordered the fried egg rolls. While I was waiting on my food I heard the gentleman and another co-worker very loudly talk about how when I ordered I should have said fried and how anyone who would know would have said ordered it correctly, this was repeated 2-3 times. After this interaction I immediately felt uncomfortable and requested my food to be togo and that I would pay for the spring rolls that were originally ordered as well. The gentleman stated that I did not have to leave and that I should not feel uncomfortable about their conversation since it was just work talk between them. Then goes forward saying that the young lady who took my food is never wrong when she takes orders. At this point I feel as if I am being called and liar. I work in the restaurant industry customer service is not this places strong suit. I pay and take my food togo, I still tipped 20% for the lady who did nothing wrong. I will never be returning to this establishment, please spend your money on a place who cares about their customers experience.

While the food is pretty tasty, the portion sizes and pricing is insane. $9 for a few tiny pieces of fried appetizers? $15 for an average sized bowl of pho? I thought pho was supposed to be on the cheaper side of things!

Crazy, crazy delicious. We had the spring rolls, fried duck noodles, and bon ba hue - like being transported back to Can Tho. Perfect delight on a rainy night. Very friendly service and blazing fast food. We’ll be back, often! Thank you so much.

Ordered a number 75 to go for my mom which is a vegetable egg roll plate. She got some mystery meat and hair instead. When we called to tell them what happened after driving 20 minutes home they said bring it back. We went all the way back for the owner to be rude and give us the choice of a new to go #75 or our money back. For the order to be completely wrong and have hair it in we should have gotten both money and new food.

As a Vietnamese-American, I will give my personal views based on food authencity and customer service. I ordered four dishes (two beef pho, special fried noodles, and bun bo hue). The beef pho broth tasted like beef bouillon cubes thrown in a bowl with hot water, two slices of rare beef, two beef balls, and a handful of rice noodles. The pho lacked the simmering of beef bones with original spices of Vietnamese cooking, such as star anise, cinnamon, ginger, toasted onion, cloves, and etc. The fried noodle dish contained too much oil, bean sprouts, and meat. Noodles and bean sprouts was not proportionately balanced; bean sprout was more of a filler rather than a requirement of the dish. Bun bo hue broth tasted salty due to too much of the fermented shrimp paste. As for customer service, if I could give a zero star for the owner's behavior, I would. The owner needs to obtain a training course in treating all customers equally, regardless of ethnicity. I would not go back to the restaurant.

This place is amazing. Don’t miss out on this location. Their Pad Thai and pork chop entrees are my favorite meals. Also try the spring rolls.

This is my go to spot for Pho in this area! Their food is fresh and delicious for a decent price, in my opinion. I’ve both dined in and gotten it to go, and the quality has remained impeccable. They have great service and it’s overall a cute little spot to support

Hands down one of my favorite spots.

Great Vietnamese food! The Vietnamese coffee is delicious and I love the Com Chien Dac Biet. Be sure to try the Pho Tái Chin Nam or any of their Pho dishes for some great 🍜. Try the sampler plate for the apps. They just don't have their excellent spring rolls on ut. They have every other app I enjoy on it however. You will not be disappointed with your meal.

Best pho places ever! First time trying it and I loved it ! WAYYY BETTER THAN LANNA THAI ON RIVERS !!! I just had tonsillitis surgery and I have not been able to eat anything and I remembered my Vietnamese uncle always saying that Pho Soup is really good for you especially when your super weak , so I called to pick up! The guy on the other end was super sweet and even gave me advice on how to eat em since I couldn’t really chew , usually I have beef pho but the vegan pho is just as good and flavorful! Thank you guys for this amazing dinner you guys made my first meal since surgery and absolutely KILLED IT!! Will be coming to eat soon ! 100% AMAZING
