Good late night pizza option. It’s right near all the clubs and the line gets long when the clubs let out. But the food is good. The pizza tastes nice and hot. It’s premade so you can’t customize it at all We got the pepperoni, jalapeño veggie and potato bacon. Everyone raved about the potato bacon but my favorite was the jalapeño veggie with spicy ranch dipping sauce.

Big pizza by the slice or a 19” pizza. Perfect for the pierced and tattooed crowd and those who like slightly different music. Great pizza ingredients. Very friendly service. Thin, soggy crust and the grease drips off. Paper plates (they even give you three or four in a stack knowing one won’t make it) and plastic utensils. We enjoyed but won’t be back. Personal preference, we like crispy crust. Oh, and they don’t serve alcohol anymore so if you want pizza and beer, get it to go. Good vegetarian options. The atmosphere is probably good for the younger scene, we are old. It looked like most people ordered pizza by the slice. 1 or 2 slices is more than enough.

Best place to grab a quick bite after a concert- or anytime, really. Everything they make is delicious!

The pizza is ready within minutes and completely delicious. A new favorite place has officially been unlocked.

I happened to be in salt lake and starving when I walked past this place, so I popped in. The pizza was great and reasonably priced, and I totally dug the ambiance. I really miss places like this - it reminded me of being a kid again. I'm definitely going again next time I'm in the area.

The prices here are actually insane as the slices are only HALF the size a standard slice. So double whatever you’re paying. $9 for a single slice of pepperoni, plus tip. I’m from Denver and stopped supporting this pizza establishment due to this blatant greed once they tried pulling this one over on customers after Covid. There’s much better pizza options around.

Pie hole is typically the best slice in slc imo. Unfortunately I just had a cold to the touch, floppy and undercooked slice of roasted red pepper and basil... For7 years this has been 13/10 pizza but being served a cold slice is a tragedy. Thankfully the pepperoni was solid enough to uphold some reputation after asking them to cook the slice again!! I love pie hole to Death but a cold, floppy slice is just heartbreaking even on the best of nights :(

Would not order from here again. Pizza is good but I paid extra for Alfredo sauce and got a red sauce pizza. Why pay extra for something you don’t get. Didn’t bother to call and complain because in today’s society all you will get is why I shouldn’t have ordered a white sauce pizza. So if you want it as is it’s a good pizza if you can eat it but if you need to alter it even if you pay extra you don’t get it. Unhappy customer.

quality went WAY down recently, not sure if it's a new crew or what but the pizza last two times I've gone has been under-cooked, then over-reheated, resulting in half being doughy and the other half being burnt to a char. Used to be a lot better

Looking for something near our downtown Salt Lake City hotel that was open late and landed at the Pie Hole. Funking, edgy, and youthful artistic vibe and atmosphere. Fresh made dough. Regular thin slice menu and specials by the slice (thin). Vegetarian options too. The "Captain Cold" was amazing with chorizo, candied jalapeños and cherry peppers.

Literally they don’t let customers use the bathroom but it probably works for employees.It was “locked”. Employees were not happy to help. More like being forced to work. Not worth it. Okay pizza but lacking in service…

They never have delivery orders ready and they are always rude to the delivery people. If you are not going to give a good service, it is better not to offer it.

Lady with the nose ring and glasses was very rude and had a very poor attitude not professional at all.

The pizza was just okay but I liked their inventive toppings. This was the first time I ever had a potato and bacon pizza and I liked it! Not much seating inside, though there is a rail for you to stand and eat.

The pizza gave me food poisoning, they leave the pizza out after cooking and heat it up after someone buys it. I ending up with diarrhea, severe body aches and a headache the next day. Probably won’t be back

Super fun place. Fun people behind, and in front of, the counter. The pizza is excellent, and always hot and ready to eat.

I asked the big guy behind the Pizza Counter what kind of slices of pizza do they have. Rather than answer he told me to read the menu and walked away. If it wasn't for a second guy who asked me if I had any questions, I would have left. The pizza it was good enough that I will go back. But, I will walk out if I see that guy behind the counter. He's a total jerk!

Best pizza in Utah! Hands down. If you want authentic New York style pizza, this is the place. They are fast and delicious. Parking sucks, but it's downtown, what do you expect?

My husband loves their potato, bacon pizza. This was my first time there, so naturally, I had to try it. 100% holds up to the hype! Staff was friendly and welcoming, which os always a plus.

The staff are friendly and good to work with, but the pizza is overpriced and greasy as can be. Not a bad place if you've got money, but if you're broke, don't go here.

This might be my favorite pizza in all of Utah. I love pizza. I don't discriminate, typically. If there's Cheese, Sauce, and Crust... Sign me up. However, Pie Hole seems to have discovered the magic formula for just how much of each ingredient you need for the perfect bite. Every slice I've tried is just stellar from start to finish. Heck, I thought I preferred deep dish to New York style before I tried this place. Go get some. 😁

Really solid pizza and one of my favorites I always come here after concerts but its getting hard to support it when it has dogsh1t service. My pizza was done for almost 15 minutes sitting on top of the oven and i had to tell multiple employees i was picking up my order but was getting no help $50 for 2 pizzas i want them at least slightly warm.

I wanted a vegan pizza so I asked for recommendations and was told to try Pie Hole. I called before ordering online and was hung up on before being able to speak. Having worked in restaurants for 25 years I assumed they were busy so I didn't press it. I ordered a vegan pizza and through GrubHub paid $44 for my dinner. When it arrives not only was it COLD but it had NO VEGAN CHEESE. it was crust and three toppings. Hardly any sauce. So of course it was cold, what could've kept the heat in? Olives and mushrooms? Not likely. So I called. Was hung up on again. I messaged on Facebook and Instagram to no avail. I called one more time. Hung up on. Piss poor service and piss poor dinner. Thanks Pie Hole.

This isn’t New York pizza but damn if it’s not close. The staff was nice, pizza is good and the place is pretty neat inside. Country wide I’d say a 4.4 is fair. Locally. Idk, seems like a 5 for slc

Best pie in slc, best place to go after bars. Anyone who complains about the pizza being too thin and greasy is a fool. No one is making pies like these guys in the state of Utah

Good hole in the wall pizza. Pre-baked and heated up. Thin crust pizza with various topping options available at different times of the week. Seems to appeal to a trendy crowd. Street parking is nearly impossible during busy times, so good luck with that. You may have to circle the block or just pony up for paid parking and a garage nearby. Slices are about five bucks each. There are about a half dozen tables of people don't tend to stick around too long so it's not usually hard to find a place to sit.

Reheated pizza late at night. Not bad for what it is. 30min sit limit if you can find a seat. Good luck!

We had some time to kill on the way to the airport from skiing in Park City. We had THE WORST pizza we’ve ever had in Park City (I’ll refrain from saying the name of the place), so we were trying to redeem that bad experience. Pie Hole was SO GOOD! Loved it. We tried three different slices and all were excellent. They do have an attitude though, and as a southerner I didn’t appreciate that, but the pizza is excellent :)

I’m hard to please as I am from the East Coast, so by rating this a four is a pretty decent rating.

Small place, sit inside. Used to be great outside spot in spring and summer. Love their rotation of pizzas. By slice options. The Downside is that you constantly get approached by homeless and pigeons.

Was a little bit confused here. Absolutely nothing was stuffed into any of my holes. Not what I was expecting, but still very good. To be clear, they sell pizza. Again, nothing will be stuffed into any holes.

I love going to the Pie Hole. The food is great, and the place is a bit of a dive, which I like because it reminds me of my college days. I don't go there very often anymore, though, because the prices have gone through the roof since the pandemic. The average cost of a slice used to be around $3.50. Last time I went in, though, it came to just over $7 for one vegetarian slice with no drink, which no longer seems like much of a bargain. Another thing I find annoying is that they virtually always forget to charge you the discounted Happy Hour price if you go in between 3 and 4 in the afternoon. And it's annoying to have to remind them. Makes me feel like a cheapskate. So I think I'm just not gonna even bother anymore. Which is too bad because there's so much I like about the place.

This place rocks! I love going here for a couple slices late at night with friends, normally right after a concert. Awesome variety of toppings to choose from and great atmosphere. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out.

Pretty good pizza for decent price especially when you're in a pinch or it's super late. Atmosphere can be very overcrowded and overwhelming especially at their peak, but it's easy to grab a slice & go. Staff is always super friendly!

The vegan pizza option I had was great! It’s convenient, because it’s open late and not too too far from the airport. The place was a little grimy and some of the servers had a bad attitude. Wouldn’t return, but not a bad place.

The decor is eclectic and makes the restaurant feel like a hole in wall place, but that’s what I love about it. The late night hours make it easy to grab a slice after the bar and pizza is constantly being made fresh. We got the: Potato Bacon - Potatoes, Bacon, Alfredo sauce - hands down, my favorite. Inka - pickles, roasted garlic, mozzarella, Alfredo sauce Delfia - Chorizo, onion, candied jalapeño, red sauce Staff was super nice and welcoming and I always look forward to going back.

Pizza was fantastic...we had just played a show next door at The International and they were still open at 2am! The service was amazing, staff were super friendly and the pizza is some of the best I've had in the valley. Lots of unique flavor combination plus all the classics...you have to try this place out!

It felt like your eating in a barn. A worker insisted that the front door stay open and let the cold air come in and make it very uncomfortable for the customers

walked in and waited at register to be helped. a bunch of about 7 people came in after me and they helped them first. i waited patiently to order and because they only sell 1 size of pizza was planning to order 2 very large pizzas as take out. I asked for their most popular veggie and supreme. the girl said she didn’t understand what i meant by supreme pizza. Then she said it would be 35 minutes to cook after I already had to wait for her to help the large group that came in after me. I said I would get a beer while I waited and she wouldn’t sell me one to drink while I waited the 35 minutes because I wasn’t going to be actively eating during. Between being ignored, the rude service, having to order more food than I actually wanted, and the long wait I said forget the order. Went to snowmobile pizza instead where they had 1000% kinder friendlier service and a much shorter wait.

The pizza is good but the short, heavily tattooed girl, black hair, is a nasty human. She yelled at several customers while I was there, told her coworker she was going to wait an hour to start an hour because she didn't get a tip and was hostile.

If you can't handle a fast paced service environment THEN DONT WORK IN ONE. Screaming at confused customers is unacceptable.

Great pizza but don’t get takeout! Tried to order a pizza but it goes straight to door dash which gives you no options. Tried to call the restaurant but they NEVER answer the phone. Ended up paying 50.00 for 2 pizzas we couldn’t eat.

Pizza was pretty good, prices were ok but the service is terrible. The girl they have at the front has terrible people skills. It was our first time going there and she kept making fun for not “knowing” what we wanted to order and kept rushing us. I wasn’t like the place was even that busy. Parmesan cheese containers all empty but she had “over 100 things to do” to even give us cheese packets. Get rid of her and your place will be a lot better.

Place is awesome, ultra low key, food quality and price is on point. If you're looking for a quick, easy and solid pizza spot this seems like it, no frills, just good pizza.

I tried a pepperoni pizza slice. After it warmed up it was really good. The crust is amazing and I like that the toppings go almost to the edge of the crust.

Denying access to anyone with a service dog (even without a vest on) is against state and federal law. Telling someone with a disability that they have to show you paperwork proving said service dog is a service dog is against the law. The staff here, specifically "apple jam" and the kid from the back should be taking some training for ADA rights, and learn what they can and cannot request from someone with a disability... 2 questions, is it a service animal? And what service does it provide?

One bite everyone knows the rules. This may in fact be the best or top 2 in utah. It’s a race with them and villagio and both are good not just from utahs standards but they would hold their own in New York or New Jersey where I grew up. Very solid pizza very consistent they don’t have off days and they make the pizzas pretty quick. Love their online ordering. You can’t go wrong. Spoiler alert they are in no way affiliated with “the pie” I always assumed that so figured it wouldn’t be anything special. Boy was I wrong CZEK THEM OUT

This totally is a hole in the wall buy the food is amazing!! It was our first go around and would most likely come back. A great place to eat pizza if you are looking for something authentic. A great go to during the week if you need a quick bite to eat.

Wish I could give negative 5.. no way never again. Salad was not even close to fresh, I had to throw it away. The Marinara sauce was watery. Never Again!!!
