This Pincho store should serve as an example of how the food should be prepared and how customer service should be done. I have eaten at many pincho locations in the past and this one is by far the best. I honestly think that corporate should use these employees to train new hires so that the food and service can be more consistent and to their standards. Thank you for an amazing experience

I love this place! Especially the Pincho plates. The steak kabob is my favorite! I love the cilantro sauce too! I also love that they offer queso frito as a side😋. The people working here are also sweet. And if you sign up for rewards you get a lot of good deals sent to your email👍🏻

Always a pleasant experience specially at this Pincho location on 127th & 88th. Staff is extremely friendly and service is fast. Food is undeniably delicious and fresh. Thanks to Jonathan for making our visit, definitely coming back soon!

One of my goto places for burgers. I always get the PIPO’S CHOICE burger because of the fusion of flavors. I like the sweet flavor of plantains and guava jelly with caramelized onions. My wife’s favorite is the VEGGIE BURGER. Vegetarian all her life. Not the best burgers in town but great flavor and the convenience of ordering on-line for pick up and dinner is ready. I have been coming to Pinchos for several years now. Thumbs up to Julio for his assistance with my physical impairments many times.

About five years ago I went to this restaurant the burger was thick, fat & big inside between two tostones. The burger had very good flavor to us it was so unique & delicious. We made sure we always put time aside & look forward on coming here each time we came to Miami. NOW we will never go back the burger itself had no flavor it was thin like a patty like a McDonald's burger. No longer thick, big or juicy the only thing that save the burger a little was the cilantro sauce so very disappointing 😒

I typically order for pickup every other week and have never had an issue. The food is always piping hot and the order is accurate. Will continue to come here for the specials of the month and the daily specials as well. Glad it's nearby.

Love these guys! I come pretty often and the food is always so good. Today I ordered a Vaca Frita Bowl to go and they had it ready in less than 5 minutes. It was super hot and fresh. Sometimes the vaca frita isn't crispy like I like it, but it’s not really a big deal. Good amount of food too. P.S. pls start selling the madurito bites on the side🙏🏼

I order online they a special for loyalty customers Burger& fries for $7 went pick it up was ready when I got their good friendly service.Fries where good tasting Burger a little to lean for my taste like it more juicier .

First and last time in this place! Although the food was not bad the portions specifically in the protein were very disproportionate and miserable! The chicken portion I am sure it was not even 5oz. I do meal prep in regular basis, weight the proteins and count macros. This was definitely not appropriate for the price.

I received a rewards offer for a free chicken pincho plate. I immediately ordered online for pickup. When I got there, it was ready for me. The gentleman that greeted me was welcoming and professional. The 4 other guys on the line were focused on their pending orders. The ambiant music was nice. It was a bit warm in the restaurant (I believe their ac wasn't working properly). When I got home, I immediately devoured the food. Let me tell you, the entire food plate was finger licking good!!!! 👍👍👍 Thank you.

First time in the place. Very nice and the food was fresh and very tasty.

Decent burgers. Decent service. Definitely not worth the $40 it cost for two burgers for myself and my girl. On top of the overpriced counter service, the billing interface asks for tips, to shame you into paying even more. The walls are lined with panels of fake boards to make it look rustic and real, but it just highlights the pervasiveness of the focus on image with little behind it in modern capitalism. We will not return.

The restaurant is a disaster and a chaos, they take too long to make an order, they provide a terrible customer service, they can make you wait even more time with the order done. They don’t care at all about the business reputation or customer’s satisfaction. The workers are with their phones and talking with each other.

Manager was so nice. My husband was suppose to get the order I made in advance but had to go to work and I couldn’t get it until almost 3 hour later. The manager was so kind of having the cooker redo the order. I’ve never seen this before so I am grateful for her at the west Kendall location. Sunday 3-24 @3pm

I went there with my mom for a late lunch. Julio took great care of us. The food was top tier. We will absolutely be repeat customers.

Bowl was prepared correctly with brown rice and the pineapple was removed. Wife was happy with her bowl. Food was ready by the estimated time stated on the app.

1st time ordering from here. Ordered the Vaca frita bowl and it was filling and delish!! The cilantro sauce had the perfect balance of flavor and texture, wasn't too saucy. Would definitely recommend the bowl. I can't to try some of their other food, especially the burgers.

OK I got to say the food and price was pretty good. I had the Vaca Frita bowl. The portion was plenty. Great flavor. I also had 1 steak pincho pretty good. Only down fall was the place is very busy so it was pretty noisy if you are wanting a quiet meal.

Will definitely recommend this restaurant. We just finishing dining and left happy that we came here. This is the first time I’ve eaten here and the food is delicious. The staff is super friendly and make sure that you are having a great time not like other restaurants where the people ignore you when you are standing waiting to order. Sadly, I couldn’t get the name of the girl who took our order but she was amazing. She was walking all over the restaurant cleaning the tables supporting her team even though looked like she had a long day, she still had a smile on her face. She was there this past Friday January 26th at 8pm

First time here. Pleasantly surprised. I got the Chicken Kabobs a side of Plantains, White Rice and Beans. Tasted pretty good! We’ll be back when we’re back in Miami, none where we live. Husband got Steak Kabobs, Salad and French Fries. Very good as well! Service was excellent, Thank you Jack! He took the time to walk us through the Menu when I told him it was our first time visiting PINCHO. We really appreciated that helpfulness. He was very kind.

I will probably go back? Maybe ? Service was okay. Kid at the register was too busy scrolling instagram to acknowledge us for a few minutes , which was fine since we needed time to look at the menu . I ordered the bacon Gouda burger … and it was .. okay . The meat was very overcooked and dry , but the sauce on the burger more or less made up for it . The Cajun fries were great . I would come back just to get the fries . My girl ordered the shredded steak plate , and for as seasoned as my burger was .. her steak was not .. but don’t worry they put all of the missing seasoning on the tostones… ( to be fair they needed it .) it came with green salsa ( cilantro I think ?) which made the plate palatable . The tvs are on a loop playing marketing for the restaurant … we don’t need to see a video about the restaurant we are already in and eating at . It felt a bit bizarre . Especially the 40 seconds of the kabobs zooming in and out of the frame . 40 bucks seems a bit steep for what we got , But the fries were crispy and I haven’t stopped thinking about them . 3.3/5

They were late in preparing my order but made up for it by providing 2 cookies and being extremely friendly. The chicken kabab is out of this world, However, the Pincho burger was a bit rubbery. Definitely will go back for the kabab and service.

I love Pincho, but this one was really bad, the burgers were disgusting. They tasted extremely wierd, frozen, with an odd flavor and consistency. From the 3 of us, none of us finished them. The fries were okay, nothing special. The customer service was the the only thing that was good.

I actually forgot how much I love PINCHO ! I had the Pan Con Pincho ! VERY MIAMI ! And it was so yummy ! The steak had great flavor but all the toppings really made it WOW ! I appreciated walking in and being greeted with such great Customer Service ! I think the server/cashiers name was Sabrina and she was so sweet ! Thank you Pincho for the great food and thank you Sabrina for your affability

Did not enjoy the food. Got 2 pipos burgers with fries , my bun was cold. The patty was thin didn’t taste like much. Got 2 kids cheeseburgers and some sweet potato tots. Sweet potato tots were inedible. Was excited about this place but not coming back. Oh and it was $70 down the drain. Left all fries half burger . There was a sweet lady that had great customer service! Service was good.

I bought lunch here today because I hade credit for a free pincho burger for my birthday through the app. When I started to eat the burger it reminded me of middle school it just was not good the meat had no taste and they went really little on the sauce. I don’t think I would come back it’s really expensive, even with a free burger credit I added queso frito and fries and it still came out to $9.
