I haven't eaten in the restaurant, but the pizza is the best I've had and as good as my fav in Jersey. Kudos to y'all!

Love that they have a thinner crust! They recently changed their pepperonis and they're fantastic!! So much more flavor and spice - love getting a well done bake to get them extra crispy. This will definitely keep us coming back! Thank you Pine Island Pizza!!

Overall a really nice experience. Drinks and meatballs apps were very good! We tried 3 separate pizzas: Pepperoni: the meat was amazingly good. Little cups of pepperoni with just the right amount of grease. So good. And the flop on the slice was perfect. Only nitpick was I wanted just a tad bit more sauce. White: yummy but was missing a little salt and pepper. Once that’s added this turned out to be a really good pizza. Shrimp and bacon: the wildcard for the night that turned out to be good! Not overpowering on bacon or shrimp. Nice change of pace from the norm. Service was really good, attentive all around.

Nothing to write home about here. We went to Pine Island Pizza because a family member suggested it. The pizza was ok. The salad was ok. The fried calamari was ok.

I'll just let this photo do the talking. This is a medium Margherita pizza. I paid $23 for this and a soda. The crust was thin, there was no fresh basil, only dried, and the cheese was scarce. Hopefully you will have better luck!

If your from Jersey it’s the only pizza place that’ll remind you from back home.

I went in ordered 2 pies waited for it another person came in to pick up their food a little while earlier I had watched them make my pies put them in the oven . The lady took them out boxed them up I went to the counter she said they were not mine. the lady took them left mine were still not ready, the lady called she had the wrong order they obviously new them she called her by her first name said keep them she will make her new ones. Never said a word to me just put new pies in the lady came back to pick up her pies recieved 4 pies for the price of 2. I waited for over an hour never to ger mine full price no sorry or anything. will never go back there again.

Pine Island Pizza is serving to a captive audience. It doesn't have to be very good because it's the only pizza place for miles around. Service was good but pizzas over all we're mediocre at best. Honestly I've had better pizzas from Domino's. It is what it is if your stuck on the island wanting pizza unless you grab a couple frozen pies from publix...that would probably be better, and cheaper..

We stayed with my wife's Gramma on pine Island and went to this pizza shop. It was delectable! Absolutely delicious, best pizza we've ever had! Definitely, 10/10 recommend!

Ordered Large with everything on it. Pizza was ready when I arrived in 15 mins as promised! One of the best pies I have had in awhile 😋. Both team members I interacted with were very friendly and genuinely appreciated my business! Kudos to the owner, manager and the motivated staff. It's refreshing to experience this level of service. 🙏

Called for a large cheese pizza to pick up. First time there. Good pizza. Good taste, crunchy crust. Reasonable price.

you can get the same pizza in any gas station for less than half the price. the cheesesteak was absolutely the worst i have ever had, the roll was toasted like a crouton, the meat which was scarse was full of griscle and knots, will never visit again

The meatball appetizer was delicious along with the pizza. The cannoli was an added bonus. Service was also top notch. Will definitely take the drive back out there again

Some of the best pizza around. Good crust, good sauce, just a good pie. I like mine well done. The lunch special is a decent price too.

Staff struggles to correctly bake pies, I've ordered over 10 times, theres a number of factors at play: 1. Sauce retains too much liquid, this prevents the center of the pie from reaching the desired temp before the crust burns. The extra water content also reduces the flavor leading to a lackluster zest. 2.Dough is thin but raw, probably due to being wet, reference #1. Your pizza falls apart and cannot maintain structure to any degree. 3. There is too much cheese for how undercooked the pies are, I love hefty cheese but you need a correctly baked pie with structure. As is the cheese just slides off the top of the pizza completely leaving a garbage pile of watery mess. 4. Only one chef is good at their job and its not the large guy. Retrain your staff, the only respectable chef is the slightly older moderate build guy. Even the competent chef struggles due to 1/2/3. I reccomend you recalibrate your oven and baking process, bring in a pro or experiment yourself. You have a great business but your food quality and staff training are holding you back

Oh my goodness. This is now my new favorite pizza in town! We had 5 adults and 8 kids and the service was fast and friendly but the Pizza's and Stromboli we ordered was fantastic. I highly recommend you check this place out. We will definitely be back!! It was soooooo good!

Love this place. Amazing customer service. Owners are attentive and interactive with every customer that walks in the door. Pizzas awesome. Garlic knots are killer. Meatballs are better than grammas, shhh don't tell her. We'll be back for more!!!

Overall this is the best pizzeria food in the area! Had multiple types of pizza, wings, and Chicken Parm sub all was 20 out of 10 great, and everything is reasonably priced! Keep up the great work!!

Visiting Pine Island and ate here twice. Service was great and food even better. We had pizza calzone and Philly Bomb sandwich. Delicious and highly recommend.

A great small pizza place! We had a sausage and pepperoni pizza with some garlic knots. Both were excellent and would highly recommend it! Looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu items

Honestly, tonight was such a disappointment. In times like these, we try to support small businesses when we do go out and when we do go out, we want to have a great meal and great service. We are locals and live on the island and eat here quite often - both dine in and take out. Tonight, the food was 3/5 stars and the service was 0/5 stars. It was truly disappointing! We ordered calamari - no longer fresh, it is frozen rings and terrible flavor. It used to be great big rings and baked to a golden brown - ours were small, not sure you can even call them rings and the breading was white. Extremely fishy. Our pizzas were okay, good flavor but no longer the good thin crust. Wings were great per usual. Where the big problem was, was the service. We were the only people in the dining room and I’m not sure if they forgot that or what but we waited to be seen, our drinks sat empty on multiple occasions (and were refilled with flat soda - when we asked the girl about it, she said the root beer machine was “broken”). The conversations we heard from the staff was alarming (who’s dating who, who’s sleeping with who, and who’s bringing what drugs to the party after work). We thought the conversations were enough, but nope, someone in the kitchen was BELCHING!!! While we were eating, at a table, in THEIR restaurant. How appetizing! It was awful ambiance. Waited 15 minutes to have the food boxed and get check - once we got the check, took the girl 10 minutes to come back and ring the card. And mind you, it was not busy. We heard walk in customers come in telling them that their phone was “busy” when trying to call in to place a Togo order….. one of the kids in the kitchen said “they are manning two phone lines and doing the best we can.” Let me remind you, it was not busy. We have been here before when it’s busy… tonight was not it. Not sure if it is the new owners or an off night, but it will be hard to go back. Especially when going out is a treat for us. This was far from a treat.

Wow! We were surprised and happy we gave this a try. Drove from St. Augustine to St. James City, were tired and hungry. Stopped by right before closing time and ordered a sub. The staff were happy and professional. We asked if it was too late to place a To-Go order, they cheerfully said, NO, what would you like. The sub was excellent! While there we watched them make a few pizzas which look amazing. So the next night we ordered a two pizzas, and they were delicious. Will definitely be back. Thanks for accommodating our last-minute orders.

These guys are amazing. I called them with 4 minutes to closing & without hesitation took my order, it was hot and ready in 15 minutes just as they said. They are very accommodating, seen me in my work clothes and asked how many guys I have and gave me plates, cheese, and pepper flakes, for everyone. Will return every time I’m in town. Thank you!

Works in a pinch if you REALY want pizza on the island. But better be before 8pm. What kind of pizza place closes at 8 on a Friday or Saturday This was NOT out of anger , life as TOO short to be angry. This review is out of MY own opinion. You must know that I would give ANY food service /restaurants a sad review that closed its door at 8pm knowing that many to most hard working people (especially construction) work till things are done or at good stopping points. Witch makes them not off work till most times 6+pm and a lot of times 9-10pm. And pizza is THE party food. Parties dont start till well after 8pm. Again this MY opinion and experience

Thier Pizza lacks ingredients, sauce has no flavor! If you are a pizza connoisseur or you are from N.Y.or Chicago or just about anywhere else!you will not be pleased!

This has to be the be set pizza I’ve ever had. Didn’t expect much, but the restaurant carried and the margarita pizza took the W. Definitely going back when I’m in the area.

PineIsland Pizza is the absolute best!! Our family miss them so much and I am so glad that we were able to go have dinner there. The place is absolutely beautiful and the food is amazing! I will always recommend this restaurant, because they are always so kind and friendly and hard-working. It’s just a great place.

They were pretty busy so service was a little slow, but I can see why. Garlic cheesy knots were a great app, very tasty. The antipasto salad was very good. We got a buffalo chicken pizza and a pepperoni/sausage pizza. Both were top notch. Good heat on the buffalo chicken. Great crust and topping distribution. Small menu and good at what they do. Will definitely go back. One of the best pizza places in the area.

Today was my first time going to Pine Island Pizza. If you like a thin crust pizza, theirs was very good (we ordered the house pizza). I have been to several pizza places in Cape Coral and found this to be one of the better ones. It was worth the drive out to Pine Island. Our waitress was immediately at our table when we arrived and checked in several times before we left. The restaurant was very clean, as well. I will definitely go back!

Beware the bi-polar angry little waitress at this place. If her meds happen to wear off in the middle of your dinner, she might just go off on you with a tirade of nasty, unhinged, rude and disrespectful slurs hurled in your direction. I can't believe that the owners of this place, who seem to be trying their best to be successful there, choose to allow this kind of hate-the-customer behavior from this wack-job. I reckon it must be hard to find people to fill these positions these days, and as a business owner you might be forced to take what you can get, warts and all. PIzza is good, but I would highly recommend ordering for take-out, picking up your pizza at their counter and getting the hell out of there. Enter the dining room at your own risk. This mean, foul-mouthed ittle server can unexpectedly, and without provocation, ruin your night-out there. Also, be sure to examine your bill before paying. They slipped in an auto-added gratuity of 25% added to our bill without telling us; probably because they knew that I would not be tipping at all after the rude treatment that I was subjected to. That sneaky little trick is on the management; I understand the idea of adding a gratuity to large parties, but 25% ?!! That's a blatant rip-off. How about 18%, or 20%, as is normal ? In any case we won't be going back there, nor will any of the other 3 couples that were with us and made to witness this unfortunate and completely unnecessary gross display of ugliness. Never again.

Yummy! If you like homemade pasta, you need to try theirs. I almost didn't want to write this review because it's a fairly small establishment and want them to do well but still want to be able to get seated.

I just paid $30 for a large 1 topping pizza...I guess you have to pay $3 extra for extra cheese if you want your pizza to have cheese? I mean there was some on there, but it was scattered on like a topping, you could see sauce throughout the pizza. The 2 star is for being on pine island and convenient... Long story short, I believe if you're a known or repeat customer you probably get a different experience, like you know...like full cheese coverage without having to ask for "extra". But alas I was not that customer, and guess I wont become one either.. Luciano's in Cape Coral is worth the drive, and cheaper...to me.

** update *** the owner contacted me regarding the review. He made the issue right and refunded us our money. Thank you Pete. We have gotten the Sicilian pizza from here a lot. Today it was very disappointing. The pizza was not cooked all the way . We asked for , and paid for , extra cheese and the pizza barely had any cheese . The cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. Had to bring it home to try and bake it . Not worth the money at all . Definitely has gone downhill.

First time customer. The pizza was excellent. Call ahead, pick up order on the way to visit a friend on Bookelia. I wish I could say more but we got a menu and I'm not afraid to drive for good food.

Awesome pizza; super clean kitchen, and you can’t beat their lunch specials! When ever I’m on the island between 11-3 I will make sure to stop on by for a slice. $5 for two cheese $7 for two sausage/pepperoni. Truck parking in rear.
