Fried lobster bites, crunchy fish tenders with corn flakes crust, sweet potato fries, rice and beans were all great!! Service was pleasant and friendly.

We loved it!! Having passed it several times we decided to stop and glad we did. The place is a gem.

Enjoyed our lunch started with conch chowder and conch fritters. Very generous portions especially the fritters. Then had mahi mahi blackened with black beans and rice. We finished with the homemade key lime pie. Everything was delicious. The service was a little slow but they appeared to only have two waitresses that were busy but because of this and how pleasant they were they got five stars. Will be back. Please thank the cook as well top notch. 👍👍

Every time we have company come from out of town we take them to pineapple Joe’s. I have ordered everything on the menu, including the hotdog and nothing ever disappoints my favorite is the quesadilla and the buffalo chicken sandwich. Their homemade chips are amazing and my favorite dessert is the peanut butter pie. I highly recommend going here.

Hole in the wall place ,they will need to up grade there on there bathroom and acouple food items...but great place to go and chill

The food is always delicious I mean it's got a home gourmet taste to it they're doing a great job in that kitchen they're pineapple fritters are always a favorite and I usually go with the special they're serving that night

It’s far away for us to visit here but when we come this way we get the Jamaican jerk wings. A real treat to wing aficionados. The vibe is relaxed. Watch a game or play pool. Come alone or with a group. All welcome! pS the blue crab bites are spot on!

Been here a few times and the food is always good.. the burgers are incredible... I have noticed every time the tables are sticky... Not sure why but also the AC system doesn't keep up and it is a extremely sweaty experience... Brought my parents from out of town here today and left drenched.. I like the place and I like the food but it's too darn hot in there,, I'm sure the cook is real sweaty in kitchen and as far as the tables. This might be the reason the tables have always been sticky... Let me know when AC is working better.. I hope management is not 🚫 saving money by keep thermostat high... That would be instant ban with me....

The seafood choices have always been nice but you sometimes need to be sure your waitress understands what you need.. The waitresses are very nice but a little laid back and it may take awhile. The Lunch I ordered came to the table different than what I ordered but I wouldn't return it and it was still okay.

I got the Mussels in an Alfredo Sauce....Out of 5 Stars....This is 15+ Stars.....The Mussels and Alfredo Sauce is pass Superb!!! And the Sevice is even better!!!! Please ask for Ashley!!! If You follow me locally, I only comment on the Best. PineApple Joe's is by far among the best. I mean by far the best!!!

What a fun place to eat. There were 8 of us for dinner and they couldn’t have been nicer getting us seated on a very busy night. They had a wonderful band and everyone had such a good time. All the dishes came out exactly as we ordered them and the food was delicious. The prices are reasonable and the service excellent. We all saved room for pie! Everyone loved the famous peanut butter pie! We can’t wait to head down there again when we come back to town!

The Blackened Mahi was fantastic !! In fact all 3 meals were fantastic. The deserts were great also. The staff was excellent...knowledgeable and friendly

Very disappointing. Wait times are ridiculous for as small a place this is. Staff keeps apologizing instead of fixing the issues. Food was eh, not great not terrible. Don't recommend won't return.

So, we walked in on a Saturday at 6 pm and asked for a table for 6. We're told that they had no room. Period. No wait time. No, sorry, come again. Nothing, just No. It was not that they could not accommodate us, it more about how we were told No. So....we will go elsewhere ....no problem. Shame, as we heard good things about the place.

Great music, locals hangout, welcoming staff. A basic Florida menu at family friendly prices. Burgers, wings, fresh and fried fish sandwiches/platters, key lime pie. Always good. Drinks are reasonable too. It's a very popular place, meaning, expect a wait for seating if you want a table. So just chill, order a drink, relax and listen to the music while you wait. Or sit at the bar or the side rail. Something unique here, when you walk in, put your name on board to get on the wait list.

Older sports bar, food isn't that great. Ordered wings, severely overcooked when they came out.

We walked in on a Saturday night and the band was playing kind of loud for how close the tables are to the band but we love pineapple Joe's the food was awesome but the service was horrible the server had a very bad attitude she threw the boxes on the table when we asked her for a box she never checked up on us when our food came out not once did she walk over to the table to ask us how our food was had to get up to get my own refill from another server I don't know I just feel like she was very annoyed and she did not want to wait on us she was very rude but the food was great

Feels like home! When they have a country band playing on weekends it is extra special. And the food is delicious!

Dont attempt to call order. First call 9 minutes on hold then disconnected. Callback on hold 5 minutes rhen disconnected. Now, no answer Are people this incompetent or just do not care. Either way à reflection of your restaurant. Discourtesy and indifference to your patrons means we take our business elsewhere.

Nice atmosphere great staff we weren't thrilled with our food. My friend had the chicken Ceasar salad the dressing had a horrible after taste the salad was large portion just according to her not that fresh. I had the fried green tomatoes and they had no flavor and the onion straws were more batter then onions. Maybe it was just an off day

Old and dingy, yet having some charm from the past. The food was predictable large portions, but as in so many restaurants those days missing quality. Staff was friendly and made up some for the downsides, and beer is cheap, so if you're going to have a beer with friends, it could be your place.

Always excellent food! Doesn't look like much from outside, inside is quirky and always busy. Service can be a little slow, but given how busy they are that's no wonder and doesn't detract from the food. It's a long drive for us, but whenever we're in the area we stop by to eat.

Oh, we had a great time! I don't take photos of my food (I think it's ridiculous). I had the fried Mai Mai fish sandwich with those thinly peeled potato fries (I loved them ) and my friend had the best creamy conch chowder-best he's ever had Someone at the bar said to have the "Hawaiian Conch Fritters" and the whole restaurant heard and totally ooohed and ahhhhed. All this while Diane and Kyle of "Duke Chapel Duo" played for us and my roommate said she's nicknamed "Songbird"and she SO IS. If you hear anything about "Duke Chapel" playing anywhere, GO! They are just awesome. He's in an Eric Clapton cover band and he is EXCELLENT on his guitar. Diane sang "Valerie" by Amy Winehouse' and that's my name and she's got such a soulful, sexy voice I got chills. I don't think she said my name enough, though. Haha Just kidding, of course. (I'm being facetious). All this in an adorable little local bar. I hate to share because I don't want it to ever change. Never had to ask our waitress for ANYTHING...she was two steps ahead of us. Best waitress I ever had.

Nice little place to eat without it being too overburdened. Our waitress was friendly and helpful as we were from out of town for an automobile purchase. The food was great; I highly recommend the Buffalo chicken sandwich with the house chips. If this place wasn't nearly 800 miles away from my home, I would be a regular customer.

Got fired after 3 days of training with no explanation whatsoever, I had gotten sick with poisoning and was vomiting etc and still showed up to work and for whatever reason they fired me after 3 days on the job learning the million and one things they wanted me to do.

Fri. Night we had Cajun chicken pasta and fish fingers while listening to our favorite band “Hair Peace”.. we sat by the kitchen and all of the food coming out of there was amazing! We haven’t been there in a while and forgot how much we enjoy it.. Service was friendly and on point..

I absolutely love it here. Food is truly cooked to perfect. I had haw surgery, and I could not wait to eat their food it was the first place we stopped when I got my wires cut! The owner is so SO sweet which makes this place a Go To!

Everything about this place is great! If there is entertainment, just make sure to get there extra early for a seat.

We had a great meal here. Nondescript looking, It reminded us of one of our favorite local places. Unassuming, local folks, great food. Everything is made fresh down to the sauces and dressings. Desserts were fresh the fish sandwich I had was absolutely wonderful. My wife recommends the honey garlic chicken sandwich and states it's one of the best she's ever had. We will happily return here, our server was very friendly and attentive.

Great Atmosphere paired with Great Food! Our last weekend in Fort Pierce ended with a visit to Pineapple Joe’s on Highway 1 and without a doubt we’ll be starting our next visit to the area with a night out there. Can not begin to describe the menu choices, we went with the jerk wings, burgers and grilled chicken breast. Looking around at the other dishes being served, everything looked tasty. They do have a vast menu selection, from full plated & grilled entrees like pasta and salads; raw shrimp and oyster bar, to the regular bar food items. The night we were there, Flat National Band provided the atmosphere and kept the place lively with great music and song. Very talented group and from what we could tell from the audience, they have a loyal fan base. Overall, service was attentive and friendly.

This is a great little spot. The clam chowder is the best I’ve ever had and the wings are our favorite in town. I highly recommend. The place tends to get busy so be prepared to wait but please be patient it’s well worth it!

We walked in and sat for 10 minutes as we watched The One and only waitress run around the place serving the whole restaurant they need to hire more help and start being chintzy. We got up and left. Won't go back there again.

We ordered the 10 wings which would’ve been $15.95…they came out mushy skinned, not fried, they look like they had been baked. They barely had any flavor, and the waitress tried to tell us that that’s the way that they serve them when they’re double dipped???Well if that’s the way, you serve your wings I don’t want any, it’s like they think we were stupid and didn’t know what a fried wing is like? Okay try that on someone else, because this Ohio girl knows good wings, and these were not good wings don’t waste your time or money. They definitely cater to the locals, little do they know we’re local and not going back.

Saturday night had an excellent blues band, place was packed, everyone was enjoying themselves. Wait staff very friendly and accommodating.

Great place with a laid back atmosphere. Service was great & food came out quickly. Peel & eat shrimp are killer with the garlic butter & seasoning - skip the 1/4 lb & get the 1/2 lb you won't be sorry. Buffalo shrimp with hot sauce & onion straws were amazing & I'm a Buffalo shrimp connoisseur. Wife said the chicken parm was good but not great. Live music made the experience even better.

I'm afraid we had the worse waittress we've had in a long time. Wish we could have had the friendly waitress with lots of energy and a pony tail. My deep fried oysters weren't completely cooked and the fish was dry and over done.

As a first time visitor I must say atmosphere and service were a 10! I arrived at lunch time around noonish and the place was already filling up so you know the food was gonna be good! I got the pineapple fritters and a BLT with sweet potato fries. Pineapple fritters were a 10 and the fries were perfect, as for the BLT it was good but literally 4 slices of bacon and 2 thin slices of tomato. Had the sandwich had more substance it would have been 5 stars. I would definitely return and try something else because as I looked at other guests food I feel like I should have gotten a better sandwich. My aunt who was with me got the fried clam po boy and absolutely loved it! Also the drinks were moderately priced!

We love Mabel and Pineapple Joe's and have been dining here for years. Tonight's experience was subpar. Service was stretched very thinly. Our waitress was new and very frazzled. The waits were too long, some of our food arrived cold and I didn't get a refill. Not a common experience for Pineapple Joe's but I think we might wait a while before our next visit.

Great locals place. Our realtor showed it to us. The food is great but don't go if you are in a hurry. The food is worth the wait but they aren't a fast serving place. Try the onion straws!

This is our local spot! A little surprise tucked away place that has great food and live music. All the food is good ...I recommend the mahi-mahi. So many great appetizers!! Also have a full bar. Lots of great beer selections. Don't forget the pool tables!!

First time here and it was charming. Not in the typical way you think of charming, but in the, there are still taverns and pubs with real people way. Food was tasty, affordable and it was the kind of atmosphere that was more like "hey! How you been?" As opposed to being unapproachable at your table. We loved it and we will be back.

Good scallops at sky hi prices are VERY HARD to find. They're here! Waitstaff is like old friends. Generally very crowded in eve mealtimes so plan to WAIT. Worth it.

The fish dip I returned because it smelled so bad. She brought it back and said Maybel or whoever she was would not take it back. We were shocked. We ate a salad,a bowl of chowder and the dip was so bad I was gagging. The music was so loud even the server said it was ridiculous. I will not go back after how we or I was treated over that grossest smelling dip I ever had. I left it on table. Maybe she put it back in the stock. Very cheap bar lady. The people there are over 65 and maybe that's why the band was so loud because they couldn't hear. You Def do not want to bring your children here.

The food is good, there are pool tables and a bar and live music, but be aware, the service is about as fast an an iceberg. From the time of arrival, it took 30-40 minutes to eat. Not a work lunch or in-and-out spot. The fried shrimp and coleslaw was excellent.

Great little neighborhood bar. Live music on Friday night. Food is ok, not great. Service is slow because they are understaffed but the waitresses are very nice. Drinks are great! If your not in a hurry it's a good stop. I'll be going back!

I had to wait for my food 40mins when I got there, after being told it would be ready in 15mins over the phone. With a car of hungry kids, and getting cold pasta. It just makes no sense. Sorry but never again.

So we went to Pineapple Joe's on a weeknight about 630. The place was moderately packed and the atmosphere was incredible! All the collectibles on the walls and ceiling were a great touch. It was bustling but not too much, the wait staff got to us straight away and got our drinks going and food was ordered shortly after. The food and drinks were good, just short of great and the price was reasonable. All in all it was an excellent experience that I would recommend to everyone.

I'm rewriting my previously bad review. I said I probably wouldn't go back, but decided to give it one more chance. We had a wonderful experience at Pineapple Joe's the other night. The food is back up to its previously high quality. The waitress was attentive, friendly and very competent. There was live music that we really enjoyed (Juke Chapel Duo). All three of us ordered the seafood combo. It was a huge amount of food and all of it delicious. Each meal included salad, shrimp, oysters, rice and a huge piece of fish (mahi). I ended up taking more than half of my dinner home, and it was just as delicious heated up the next night. We also ordered the sampler plate appetizer, which lets you select three items. It was enough for three people. I highly recommend the conch fritters and fried mushrooms. Pineapple Joe's sauces are the best around. Their tartar sauce is fantastic, as is the sauce that comes with the conch fritters. I'm making myself hungry just writing this review. I'll go back soon.
