Austin is a master mixologist whose drinks truly elevated my experience. Her friendly demeanor and hilarious personality made the evening unforgettable. I'll definitely be returning and requesting Austin's exceptional cocktails by name!

Overall this place is good and the fish is fresh. One weird thing is they seem to mostly focus on rolls. Many of the rolls are really for people that don't like sushi and have things like cream cheese and avocado. The sashimi is good but limited. I would prefer a larger selection of traditional sushi and sashimi. That said, it's a fun place to go and share plates with friends. Great location to people watch in the heart of Main Street.

Every time I go to Florida I come here and it never disappoints, the sushi is amazing, the edamame is the best appetizer, the drinks are STRONG and the environment is perfect. Highly recommend to anyone going to the beautiful town.

Heard this place was good and did they not disappoint. I got a large sushi role and it was so good! My sister tried tow off the lunch menu which were also good. We tried the lobster ragoons which were small but good to.

Extremely friendly staff and tasty food!

My husband and I sat at the bar and the bartender, Drew, recommended a great saki and we asked for his food favorites. One was the jaloscream sushi roll (subbed avocado for cream cheese), bao bun was sliders (think hamburger on bao buns), and Spanish blue fin sashimi. We got the homemade lychee spicy sauce, which paired well with the buns and sweet potato fries. They had a section on the menu named The Next Level, which looked to be sushi with either sesame seeds or quinoa for the rice. We may try that next time. They have a lot of vegetarian options too (see Vegetarian section in the menu photo). Seating is available at the bar or table style inside or outside. Everything was absolutely delicious and Drew was awesome! Pisces is on Main Street in Dunedin and parking was easy on a Thursday night. We will definitely be returning!

My boyfriend and I were first timers here. Ashley was our server and she was amazing. She gave great recommendations on the sushi (which is amazing!!!) She was also very knowledgeable. We ended up choosing the jaloscream, Tampa, Cali, and Aztec rolls. We will definitely be back!!

Our first experience here will definitely bring us back for more, hospitality is everything and Tiff made sure everything was top notch! She was super accommodating to my wife and I plus our precious pup who had an incident which the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure all was well! Our server Desiree was great and the sushi and drinks were on point! If you love sushi you can’t miss out on this gem in Dunedin!

We went to Pisces tonight for dinner as a recommendation from some locals. I see their point! The food was fantastic (pineapple salsa yummmm) and our server was even better. Jake made our experience!! They are a match made in heaven! We will be back and recommend to others.

Absolutely wonderful. Food was delicious, service was amazing.

I used to recommend this place to everyone now not so much. Quality of food has gone downhill and the prices have gone up. They don’t even give you wasabi and ginger unless you ask for it with your meal which is ridiculous. All three of us are sicker than a dog today and I was there yesterday so I can tell you all three of us will , not be back. Sad it seems every place is doing the same thing. It’s not even worth going out to dinner anymore. Don’t assume that another review has to do with my party. You need to check all your food. There is no reason for me to call you.

This review hurts me to make (literally and figuratively) as I had gone to Pisces for dinner yesterday and spent over $100. Today I have been very sick and believe the sushi was bad. This place was always my favorite sushi spot ever since they were at the old location on 580 and gave out free appetizers. Now the only thing you receive is bad sushi, no ginger or wasabi, and leaving feeling like you got ripped off. After eating here for many years yesterday will be my last time.

The best! Seriously, over the last 3 years Ive been trying to find another favorite sushi place around Tampa but I keep coming back here. The sushi is always fresh and packed with flavor but if your reading this please try the mushroom bisque. Its the most amazing thing.

Fantastic cocktails and mostly good food. I really wanted to love the lobster ragoon. The filling was delicious, but the breading and dipping sauce can use some work. Their Tampa roll (made with fried grouper) could also stand some improvement. More fish and less breading would turn this dish around. Presentation was beautiful and service was excellent. The other rolls and sushi we ordered (spicy tuna, papa smurf, and eel) were all delicious. We will be returning to try some other dishes.

Their chicken fried rice is on another level. Best I’ve had. I’m not a sushi person but my wife is and she won’t eat at any other sushi place now. This is her favorite spot.

Best trading sushi in Tampa Bay!

Local Native not on vacation , After several failed attempts to dine at this establishment, I’m again severely disappointed there were at least two managers on duty, two hostesses and a slew of servers, ready to serve us, but had no idea we were even sitting at the sushi bar where the hostess with a horrible attitude seated us because she said there wasn’t any other tables available, but they were obviously quite a few inside and outside. Ruined my Father’s Day with my wife . Manager gentleman clamored to try to fix the situation after we were sitting there for 15 minutes when one of the sushi chefs out of the 4 looked up at us confused and said have you been helped yet? It was almost like a joke. It wasn’t even busy at all what a shame it is to have such a great location and a great idea to serve sushi in downtown Dunedin but you failed miserably. I do not know how you get any reviews above one star amazes me. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at an overpriced establishment with the sushi is not even that good. The last time I did eat their service was terrible along with the food ,but however, they were taking phone calls and catering to those situations. I do not normally leave reviews like this, but again this has been several occasions when I’ve tried to frequent this establishment that I will never ever and highly recommend that no one go to this so-called restaurant sushi bar.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST CHICKEN FRIED RICE!! The coconut shrimp is to die for and the sushi out of this world. I don’t remember my waiters name but he was incredible and everyone was so nice. If you’re thinking about eating here just do it!!!

I've been to a lot of sushi bars and this place is really great. There was a lot of variety of sushi and other dishes to eat. There were even vegetarian sushi rolls that were just as good as the meat sushi rolls. The pricing was fair compared to other sushi restaurants. I would definitely come back. Really enjoyed the food and service.

Sushi was excellent. We tried the gyoza, the chefs special roll (my favourite), and sushi.

I want to thank James and Lizzie for taking care of my catering event last Friday. Everything went fantastic. The food was fantastic. Sushi rolls seemed to be smaller, with not much fish in the rolls on our last visit.

Food was good. A single beer was $15, which was more than one of our rolls. Owners are literally stealing from their staff.

Absolutely everything I ordered came out wrong. I always bring my friends here when they come to visit me.. I am a local resident here in Dunedin, I keep being disappointed by this local sushi establishment ( which I really try to give my business to.) I don’t think I will be back this time, you know the old saying third times a charm the past three times I’ve been here, Everything has been off.

FINALLY, I made it to Pisces after living in Dunedin nearly a year. I feel like I've missed so many opportunities to have an amazing meal. Went for lunch today with a friend and couldn't have been more happy with the all of the above. Millie, our server, was perfect and checked on us several times. The food looked and tasted amazing. I can't wait to get back there!

Great experience with dine-in and relaxed atmosphere. The menu has clearly labeled gluten free options. However, gluten free options are very limited and mainly consist of raw fish. I ordered the gluten free tuna roll and asked for the salmon roll to be made gluten free - with no fried crust. They were both very fresh rolls and had little seasoning to enhance the fish. The restaurant does have gluten free soy sauce upon request.

This place has been on my list for years. Nice place. Servers/bartender were great. The sushi I ordered was not. Really had no flavor to speak of and the crab was over cooked. Clearly others enjoy it. Perhaps I chose poorly UPDATE. THANK YOU Pisces Mgmt. I didn't even have to call :) Good customer service goes a crazy long way in my book :)

I had a horrible experience. I believe they treated me HORRIBLE because I was an older white man, And didn't fit in with their "Woke" agenda. I felt like a second class citizen. It was also VERY EXPENSIVE and Extremely hot with the door constantly opening!! Don't waste your time!!

Pre-Covid this was my absolute favorite sushi restaurant. They offered cajun fusion sushi rolls with gator meat and other similar rolls. This was my first time back since Covid and they changed their menu. The specials looked amazing but now they are missing that Cajun element so I was disappointed. They have good food I was just expecting that element. The food is great the drinks are great! Atmosphere is awesome. Definitely recommend if you're in the Dunedin area.

I have never been to Pisces so I want to give them a try. We made reservations and we were seated immediately to our table! I give them a five star as most places make us wait. The hostesses were nice. The menu was actually perfect as they had the right amount of selection. Not to much and not to little. The sushi selection has a variety of different types of rolls. They had some unique dishes along with unique names. I give them 5 star for a well thought out menu. The server wasn’t bad as he was quick to response but he did forget a couple of things. Now onto the value for the price of the food. I know that the location is in Dunedin and therefore everything is very expensive in this little town. And like all sushi places, they charge very high prices. However this place is about 20% higher but I know you are paying higher prices to have the ambience of being downtown Dunedin. We ordered the Caesar salad which is $10 for a very small plate of salad with just dressing. This was very disappointing! We ordered three rolls and the average prices for their rolls is between $16 to $24. We ordered the firecracker roll, alcohol boho, and Mexican roll. When the sushi came out, I was kind of disappointed as they were pretty small rolls compared to some high end sushi places I have gone to when compared to the price. The rice was still moist and soft but they lack favor. All the rolls tasted the same. Overall, I did enjoy sitting on their patio and enjoying a relaxing dinner while people watching as they all walk by. I would come back for the ambience but expect average Japanese food and paying a little more.

Pictures below is 10 rolls ranging in price of 15 -18 dollars, perfect for the party of 5. 2 rolls per person. The quality of fish is excellent, each roll has a distinct taste.

Good place to get some yummy sushi. - Veggie Roll is amazing and priced well. The sweet potatoes in it were delicious! - Firecracker Roll wasn’t spicy enough but still good - Nigiri Sampler was clean and fresh - White Ninja Roll was yummy Looking forward to going back and trying some of their other veggie and fish rolls!

Every roll I’ve ever had here is so delicious. I often get the salon crunch with any roll or for takeaway. I love to get the avocado fries so delicious! Can’t go wrong with anything for real! They have a small dog menu too but never got anything from it.

The food at Pisces is excellent and fresh. Pisces is one of our favorite sushi restaurants in the area. They are on the more expensive side but the restaurant serves quality foods in a nice restaurant. They are in a great location that has a large parking lot right behind the restaurant. You should make reservations especially during peak snowbird season!!

"Stumbling upon this hidden sushi gem around Clearwater Beach was such a treat, all thanks to the great reviews on Google. The place has a laid-back vibe with indoor and outdoor seating options, but just a heads up, parking can be a bit tricky as there's no onsite parking. But don't let that deter you because the sushi here is top-notch! We're pretty picky about our sushi, but we were pleasantly surprised by the freshness and generous portions. We couldn't resist trying the rainbow roll, sweet potato/avocado roll, and salmon nigiri and sashimi—each bite was a delight. To round off our meal, we also ordered the sesame salad, miso soup, and vegetable fried rice, and everything was delivered promptly. This spot is definitely going to be our sushi fix whenever we're in Clearwater. Shoutout to Vincent, our server, who not only kept things running smoothly but also had us chuckling throughout our meal. He made sure we never went thirsty with those water and soda refills!"

The Dudedin Dream roll is literally in my dreams. It's my favorite sushi spot in the area. Usually, it's my birthday request.

This is on par for some of the best sushi I've ever had. Can't speak much locally, but from a landlocked state where I eat sushi on average once a week, this was absolutely delicious. Bartenders were fabulous. Super knowledgeable and very helpful. Service was excellent. And no issues. I was actually sad to leave. Rolls were a little pricey. But I definitely think it was worth it.

My hubby and I just had a wonderful dinner here. Our server, Vincent, was super helpful and every suggestion he made was on point! The Bluefin Chutoro Sashimi was delicious and so was the lychee vodka cocktail. We also had the spring rolls, Mexican roll, spicy tuna roll and ended with the churro cheesecake wontons...all of which were amazing. I'm definitely coming back here!

Food was amazing. Better than Raw Sushi in Baltimore for sure and that's hard to do! Amazing wait staff and the chef gave us a free app he was testing. Please sell the tuna balls!!!!! Ample public parking nextdoor and great location.

Great sushi and great service! The waitress made some wonderful suggestions including a surf and turf roll with lobster meat inside and seared Wagyu beef on top, fabulous! Overhead heating lamps made the outside very comfortable and the downtown vibe with nearby Music was great.

They have the most amazing sushi! I have never been able to get a picture of my food since I eat it too fast! The chocolate torte is delicious 😋

I am never disappointed. I have lived and visited a lot of major cities and this is some of the best Sushi I have ever had!! Cam the bartender is a great guy always making sure your taken care of and he knows his wine!! He also has not steered me wrong with recommendations on the menu!! 5 stars!! Also Monday night has a good 1/2 price menu.

Always love coming to Pisces and we love the bar manager Drew. He was very professional and sharp with every drink he made, also our food came out at a decent time considering all of what we ordered. I highly recommend Pisces. (I do wish they would bring back their Blueberry Tiramisu though, that was the best dessert ever!) 🫐☕️

Oml that mushroom bisque was to die for, the Bubba Gump and the Everything Bagel rolls were fresh and delicious... our server Vinny was friendly and attentive, and his suggestions were on-point! I'm definitely coming back for that bisque one more time, tho!

The salmon nigiri and the pink panther roll was delicious. The volcano roll itself was good but I don’t understand the point of the mountain of crab meat in the middle. It didn’t taste all too great to me. Had a “Passon furu tsu” cocktail and it was okay. Cucumber was too overpowering, took away from the gin and passion fruit flavor. The lobster rangoons were AMAZING and the edamame had a great flavor. Highly recommend them as a starter. Service was great too. Refilled our waters often. I look forward to eating here again.
