Eating here produced mixed reactions from our party. The environment was definitely tasteful and eye-catching. The food however ... for 3 of our party, they didn't care for theirs - mine in particular, was downright poor. 1 of our party found his "OK", and another one's was "awesome". I have a soybean allergy and my hamburger came burnt to a crisp with absolutely nothing else on it. No vegetables, nothing. Bread and burnt meat. No additional effort despite that it was midweek and not busy. The drinks, however, were good. We stayed long to visit with friends and ran up a $400 bill. I wasn't particularly comfortable with how the waitress hovered over my shoulder watching what additional percentage I'd add to the automatic 18% group gratuity. I did tip 25% to account for our lengthy time there. All in all, it didn't feel like the experience added up to the environment and presentation.

Our experience was exceptional thanks to Louisander and Andre’s . They greeted us warmly, they’re knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great recommendations. They were very attentive and friendly service made our meal enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Good experience, a pisco and Nazca Kendal, a group of 4 people guided perfectly by our server Manuela was very subtle and professional, she guided us and recommended starters and main dishes, desserts and drinks, the lomo saltado was exquisite, the ceviche was the starter, everything was spectacular a 10 out of 10, the professional service, many thanks to Manuela and all the staff…

Elmer our waiter was so nice and accommodating, we basically closed the place planning a wedding and they very sweetly let us stay and talk long after we paid our bill. Elmer checked on us regularly and was excellent. Food and atmosphere very good! Cocktails even better

From the moment we arrived, the delicious food, warm atmosphere, and exceptional service stood out. Evelyn, our server for the evening, truly made the night special with her attentive and friendly demeanor. The dishes were as exquisite as ever, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor. Every aspect of our visit, from the meal to the service, was perfect. Here for the Miami Spice menu, our server Eliyah (great service from him and everyone) recommend it because it was a great bang for our buck and it was! Tostones were crunchy, and beef was juicy. I got the classic Lomo saltado and it was generous and delicious. For dessert was the suspiro which is bless for a Dulce de leche lover like me.

Our server Luisander was great. The hostess was also super nice. Unfortunately it seemed they were short staffed at the bar. When I first arrived at 7:30 it seemed that there were a LOT of drink tickets coming in and only 2 hands getting them ready. I was sitting at the bar and I got little to no attention until after 45 mins had passed. Food wasnt memorable( we had the empanadas; who saved the day; la causa crocante and the very unmemorable cevichito. Again Luisander and the hostess will mKe me give this place another chance.

Manuela is a 🤩 joy! She is elegant —inside and out + attentive to the patrons’ needs! We will definitely be back because of her. She was very understanding of my sugar-free / oil-free vegan diet and didn’t get annoyed when I asked for the meat on the side for my friend in order to eat one of the bowls.
