Good amount of food for reasonable prices

The tabouleh salad was not cold and that makes a huge difference and the rice honestly tasted like a microwave pouch of Uncle Ben's. Kafta tasted like mini burger patties. I just do not recommend this place if you like this kind of food. Maybe I went on a bad night but I don't want to give it another try. I would never intentionally pay for that again.

Food is good, but they recently stopped serving all Zabihah halal meat. Only lamb is served Zabihah Halal.

Food is honestly so so delicious, it tastes home made somehow! Portions are BIG! It’s always a family favorite! Chicken is always well cooked, and they give you a lot. I ordered the shrimp and it was delicious!! Staff is very nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend placing an order on the phone if it’s busy, they had me waiting on hold for over 20 minutes… so I drove there, ordered and went back home lol

I don't care that this is a chain, I've had some of the best falafel ever from Pita Inn! I would definitely recommend trying the spicy chicken shawarma and make sure you get extra toum! Always great, fresh food and the service is quick and pleasant.

The food was ok. The chicken was really good, but the other meats were kinda dry they only offered 2. I wish they offered more

First time going to a Pita Inn and thought it was super good. We got the beef and chicken shawarma. Huge portions!! For a fast food type of place it’s definitely 5 stars. Will definitely go back and try something different next time.

Fries were trash and some fries tasted undercooked, I ordered the Beef Shawarma sandwich and the beef seasoning was off putting. The hot sauce in those cups I never did try. I tried 4 times but the tray was always empty and they weren't busy so it wasn't like people were coming up to grab them. My coworkers handcuff me, blindfold me and gag me to drag me here cause they love the food. Ive Been here 3 times with coworkers and its never a good experience with food taste.

We ordered 3 mealsa good 8-10 dol to be picked up and the order was wrong. It came out to be a good 8-10 dollars more expensive than my calculations according to the prices on the website. Worst of all, the quality was not the same as we are accustomed to.

I was there on Friday the 5th. The place was full of families. On a usual day it's all business people.

This is one of our favorite places for mediterranean food. We used to go to the one in Wheeling and were super psyched when they opened this location. Have never had a bad beef shwarma. Love the humus and jerusalem salad. Even tried a sampler plate once and it was great. I only wish they had better drink choices but that is a small thing. Price is very reasonable as well.

I mean I don't need to write much they are a staple in the Chicagoland area for a reason... GREAT FOOD GREAT PRICES GGGGRREEEEAAATTTT PORTIONS! Mediterranean food joints always pop up around here. Some are great but most either skimp on the portions or charge WAY TOO MUCH. Pita Inn does it all exceptionally, so yourself a favor and get the lunch special not only will you be filled up you'll have leftovers. I will make sure to take pictures next time I'm in, probably sometime this week lol.

This location pita In is close to my work, and it has recently become my go to spot for lunch. The spicy Shawarma is beyond amazing and the staff is always super nice. I love coming here and I highly recommend the Nutella Baklawa aswell.

We LOVE Pita Inn The food is consistently excellent. We all have allergies- gluten and dairy- so the vegan tahini is great I ask them to change their gloves because of cross contamination with the Pita for celiac- but they only do it about 50% of the time which is disappointing. And several times I have asked if they changed their gloves and they said yes- but I was watching the whole time and know for a fact they didn’t- again disappointing.

Pita Inn is one of our most favorite places! Everything is so good and I can never decide, so I usually get the Combination Feast and some Baklava and Mint Tea. The people are super nice too!

Employees are always great and welcoming! The food is always good. Unfortunately, they started putting shrimp on their menu 😒 I have an allergy, so now Pita will be just another restaurant I put on the list of where not to go.

We LOVE the food there! We tried almost everything, and it was all delicious. I didn't give 5 stars to the atmosphere because the place is too plain for the food they have there. They have, however, personnel for clean up the tables or/and provide additional help if one needs it. There is an older gentleman there, in particular, who is always very nice and helpful.

Food is great but it’s very annoying that they don’t give you fork or spoon when you order to go.. How do you expect you customers yo eat with hands??? Must be cultural tho g or something who knows… Very annoying!!

Me and my husband have been coming here on Saturday nights for takeout for a few years now. We go so often that some of the staff recognize us and say hello when we come in! The food is always delicious, and we are more than happy to keep coming back to say hi. Highly recommend!

This is my family's go-to for authentic Mediterranean food! We are vegan and LOVE the new Impossible Kebab! The portions are generous, and they now have VEGAN Tahini Sauce! Clean and spacious eat-in area as well as a nice outdoor patio for summer, the staff is always friendly too!!

Love the food at Pita Inn. Generous portions of food. Very consistent menu items. The Lentil soup is the best. Always fresh food. The staff is friendly and service fairly quick.

Used to come here regularly but last visit the pitas were hard and chewy and the baba ganouj was not fresh, like it’d been made days earlier and sat in the fridge. The staff used to seem cheerful and even acknowledged regulars but our last visit, while the service wasn’t bad in any way, the guys behind the line clearly looked unhappy. Running a restaurant in these times can’t be easy and it’s unfortunate the overall experience at this place has declined from where it was on previous visits. I will come back someday and if they turn it around I’ll edit this review to reflect.

Delicious! I was so pleased to find a Pita Inn so close to my new home. As good as the Pita Inns in Skokie and on Milwaukee Ave!!

It doesnot taste like Mediterranean/Middle East food anymore. Their sauce and salads have Mexican tastes now since the time it’s been brought by new owners. The authenticity of Mediterranean food has lost in the transition.

Good service, good atmosphere. The combination feast gives you a sample of a lot of things. Go with the shawarma, and avoid the Tabbouleh. The Hummus is a must.

2024: business special still best value there is in the area for around 10$. Old: Chicken shawarma sandwich roughly 8$. 16$ to fill me up kinda hurts but damn was it tasty.

Pita inn is the best place for fast Mediterranean (Arab Palestinian) food. Prices are the cheapest. Check out their linch specials. Big portions and very healthy also very cheap.
