Food was so soggy. I asked for little lettuce and it was loaded. I asked for mayonnaise and it had very little. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away. Not impressed with the food.

Love their food. The people working here are nice but every time we come they have 1 person working. It's to hard for them to keep up with the demand. I have seen several customers walk out because the wait time is long. This time they just happened to be out of several things.

This place is ran by kids who don't have a sense of urgency when it comes to making your food. They never have other staff available to help. Don't go here unless you can wait for 30minutes.

Like so many of the reviews written before, the young employee is working alone because his co-workers called out sick. Again, like other reviews have stated, this pita pit was out of rice. Hey management, This seems to be a recurring theme in these reviews. I saw 3 potential customers deciding to not order due to the insane wait and walk out. Your losing business. Took us an hour to receive our food. The employee was nice, but seemed stressed out, new and over worked.

Some of my favorite food, always delicious, interesting options. But this poor location could use some help. Only one person working (poor guy seemed new too, had to read the order probably 20 times to do my order), it took over 40 minutes to get my food, they were out of rice, out of bacon, out of lettuce. Now I remember why I don't come here more often. Wish it were better.

Management here must be terrible. They are out of half their ingredients and there is one kid making all the orders and forced to prioritize online orders over people who are physically in the store waiting to order. One person waited in line so long he ordered online and got his food before everyone else even had a chance to order. What has happened to customer service?

I love the food,but they were out of almost everything

Love the food, loved the two young front employees, but the supervisor/manager/owner/boss in the back that didn't lift a hand to help, even had an employee take a break during lunch rush should be fired.

Don't like it as much as I used to. The new app is horrible. I had two coupons that I could not use and the girl at the counter didn't know what to do about it. And now it is less food and it wasn't even made right. So probably will never be back.

I had the super Greek pita and it was exceptional. Fast and friendly service. Mango smoothie was good also.

Wasn't impressed at all, only 2 fountains out of 6 worked, employees not very friendly. Pitas were smaller than the size of my hand so 30$ for very limited drink choice with 2 pitas that were smaller than my hand Definitely won't be coming back. They added extra meat to the wrong pita.

picked up some sandwiches for a work meeting and it was a big hit. I was able to call them a few hours before the meeting and they were able to throw it all together.

It seems that with update to their menu, their staff forgot how to make pita's properly. I ended up throwing the majority of my food in the trash after taking a handful of bites. All the ingredients were clumped together in the worst fashion possible. The first bite was nothing but the liquid that passes for avocado. Finally getting past ALL the avocado which was the only thing at the top of the pita, I found that each layer was the same in that they completely separated ingredients (I found the jalapenos in a clumped ball at the bottom of the pita). When I finally got to where the falafel (which was also all by itself), it was so dry I couldn't get any further as the vinegar and pesto was no where to be found. I guess the small flecks of green on the pita itself were where the pesto was spread? Overall it was the single worst pita I have ever had and to top it all off, it was more expensive than it has ever been due to their price increases with the new menu. Prices up, quality and portions down. Seems like they are following the corporate greed train. I will not be returning.

Mis-managed. Not enough employees. Stood for 20 minutes waiting to order. The one employee was filling pick up orders one after another. He was finally able to take our order and still worked on more pck up orders. I love the food, buy we won't be back.

Last 3 times I have been in there.I can't get served or even waited on.There's one Person only in there doing everything alone one time I went in and ordered something off the menu I could not even get it because they didn't know how to ring it up. I'm never going back in there. I like the food but I have not been served. The last 3 times I've gone and I waited 15 minutes and no one helped me.

The poor assistant manager was all alone doing all the prep the door dash orders and the walk ins by her self. She was smiling, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. My order was correct and would have been faster if she could have helped it. I always pick pita pit, before my daughter was killed we would always pick this for lunch. My oldest and I still frequent this establishment the food is amazing. The new change of ordering your toppings at the register is understandable with the current inflation. Where was her manager?

We enjoyed lunch there. I had the humus pita it was very good. They have a large selection, and the service was prompt

I came in today for my usual Chicken Caesar Pita and decided to try the new Greek grilled cheese chicken club. Delicious! I love all the options to customize my pita!

Wow this is bad since new ownership, I heard it was bad (I ate here for years since they put it in roseburg) but I wasn't expecting this bad thankfully Topp It is now an option in roseburg. If you customize anything now, you have to tell them at the register very annoying, where they make the food is completely blocked off you cant see them making the food. For that reason alone I'd rather eat at subway or somewhere else. They don't have half the toppings they used to or they're out of it. I've tried twice and they have been out of multiple things, and since they don't even have a lot of the toppings I want at all, when they're out of what I do want I get nothing. Like lettuce and tomato are your only options. I'd never order online because they're always out of things youd get there and get maybe half of what you paid for on the wrap. I'd give the atmosphere negative stars if I could it's very dirty and workers look dirty as well. By the way I was in there and saw the toppings list I'm not blind, yeah i can see how short the topping list is, and I should have taken pictures of how filthy it was.

Get Shilo a medal she is by far the fastest and kindest employee I have came into contact with here. Even when they are super busy!

8/10 times I go there, they are never open and when they are they are out of things or they “forgot” to make something. Done trying.

I absolutely love the pitas, but the lack of employee's really sucks and the owner is definitely not proactive. I have watched him stand around and even leave with long lines of customers having long wait time's. He should be helping his employees when they need it if he's not going to staff his business appropriately. People just don't seem to care about good customer service. They seem to act like they are doing us a favor when actually it's the other way around.

Very kind people, though the one taking our order had some strange piercings on his face. Ones I had never seen on anyone before, (he had fangs pierced to his gums). There food is good, not my personal favorite but my fiance, kids, and friends all love eating here.

The door was broken and the place seems like it may be on the way out, however the Chicken Caesar Pita is still delicious.

First time at pita pit. It's not full real pita bread, they cut it in half. Much thinner than photos. Food would have been good but it's more like a tortilla than pita bread. It's fine if you're expecting just a wrap. Would not come again.

This was our second visit here and it was just as good as the first time. So far I've had the Super Greek chicken pita and the Chicken Pesto pita just as they advertised them and hubby had the Fajita pita with steak this time and a rice bowl with steak the first time, but I can’t remember the flavor profile--it was really good though. My 4 stars for service was only because the young man didn't roll the pitas up as well as the first time so they were in danger of falling apart. We'll definitely be going back.

treat their employees is terrible. I’d never work for this company. I’ve seen staff with no days off and totally exhausted. But still making minimum wage. This is absolutely rediculous. I’m so glad the whole staff up and left this place and moved on to bigger and better opportunities. Shame on the owners. And I ONLY GIVE 5 STARS TO THE PEOPLE WHO WERE WORKING AT THE TIME WHO HAVE MOVED ON

Poor service, uncaring staff, dirty bathroom with no toilet paper and a soda fountain that is nonexistent. Not sure what is happening with this franchise, but it could use an owner to grace it with their presence now and again. Will not be back! So disappointed!

Always a good meal when I stop in here. The people are friendly and, because it's pita pit, it's always exactly what I want. It's not usually crowded, so I've never had a long wait when I've popped in. It's always a top stop whenever we come into town.

Great! Employee was friendly, helpful, and had great hand hygiene! She washed and put on fresh gloves before making the food. Yes!!!

The food here has dropped off significantly. Warm soda's, when I asked for ice for granddaughter's drink, I got excuses and then she went and got another drink from the back of the refrigerator that was ice cold. I ask you, why not start with a cold drink?! Another fun fact, if you ask for hummus and pita and that's all your ordering I'd think it'd be in a bowl, with pita on the side. Nope the hummus was spread inside the pita, so we had to explain it. Then we were given a condiment tub with about 2.2 ounces of hummus. Definitely, my last visit.

A new favorite! You gotta give them a try. I just wish there was one near my town!

It seems like it has gone really downhill, and the staff never seem to want to be there or help. It feels 😢 in there. The last couple of experiences were not great. Hopefully something changes.

I have been here twice in the last week, prior to this I had never tried it. I am hooked! And the ladies working, you rock! I get the gluten free wrap and it is phenomenal.

I just had a fantastic experience at the Roseburg Pita Pit tonight. The two ladies working were very welcoming, personable and hardworking. The store was clean and there were so many fresh toppings for my wrap. It had been several years since I had been to this location, but I was very impressed! And, my food tastes wonderful! Thank you!

Stopped by yesterday for the first time, the food was fresh and very delicious, the customer service was exceptional. This is a great place to enjoy healthy and nutritious food at a great price. The staff here are very kind, gracious and friendly. The restaurant was clean top to bottom and the ambiance is warm and inviting, it was a wonderful experience, looking forward to trying their other menu items.

The girls were very friendly and having a good time at work, dancing and enjoying themselves

This Pita Pit was so helpful in getting my large group fed. Great food, good options, excellent communication. Would highly recommend them for everything from individual orders to large groups.

Smaller pitas and new type of bread

Great place and people. Only 3 people working and They were busy with a few pick-up orders and training someone (1 of the 3) and yet they were friendly and we felt as if we were their only focus.

Ever since they discontinued the beyond meat at this location, my man and I have stopped coming here. Roseburg is infamous for their food chains not prioritizing good plant based options. We now get lunch at other places that provide better options and only go to pita pit in other locations.

Sorry its a late note but these two girls was amazing made me feel like i was incontroll an they made me wanna come in an take my time so thank u to kayla an holmgren. You two was awsome an need to be promoted. Or just a raise.

1/11/22 I came in for lunch. The two girls, Kayla on my receipt, and a young man worked quickly and efficiently. My chicken crave was delicious and they were all super friendly during a busy time. I will be back :)

Fantastic service and really pretty good food too! Wish the chipotle was a little bit spicier but it’s good overall 👍🏼

We arrived an hour before closing, and they acted like it was an inconvenience for use to be in there. Of all the items we ordered, 90% of everything was lettuce. Don't waste your time or money here.

The middle eastern burrito 🌯 👌. I'm not om this side of town at kunch often but when I am I go to pita pit. There are so many great options and I love that you get to customize it and add as many toppings and sauces as you want. Plus there is no up charge for avocado! If you don't like it you only have yourself to blame try different to]ones next time. The staff are always friendly and professional.

First time I tried Pita.. so glad it was here in this one, service was amazing and the Pita delicious! My Gf got the rice bowl, it was packed and sooo tasty!

The last few times I’ve been in I’ve seen a lot of new faces and everyone is so happy and nice. There used to be some very rude girls that worked there but I haven’t seen them in awhile thankfully. i love that they help me with suggestions on sauces. Made me feel very welcome. Manager is really nice and helpful and the new crew is awesome. I’ll definitely be back

Website and door says open Sunday 11-6. Here at 1:30 and the building is closed up. 3 different trips through Roseburg and this has been the same issue. Likely staffing issues.

Pita Pit has been on our lunch list for our lunches that our Drug Representatives bring as I work in a Mental Health Clinic (not a very big one 12 people at max when everyone is in office and that is rare, today is also not one of those days that the office is full either) not every time we have someone for lunch but occasionally we will want too order from Pita Pit, did not even get a chance too place the order, called at 11:02 (always call at 11 to place orders for lunches whenever we have them) talked too the worker about placing a to go order for 9 people, she asked me a time frame I told the worker 11:45 - 12 ish, we have lunch blocked out at 12 for over an hour so was not concerned about it being done super quickly because I know it was a lot of orders and it was getting close too their lunch rush time, and she handed me too another employee that did not give me her name and refused service and was basically lecturing me about placing orders. Understandable for lunch rushes with bigger to go orders I never want too cause the employees to be rushed or anything I know it gets busy, I wasn't asking it for it to be a priority over the other stuff they had going on, most of our orders today were just the normal pitas with suggested toppings so nothing crazy I was trying too order either (not that I had the chance too tell them,) but the attitude I was given was actually insane for a fast food restaurant trying too place an order. Have had no problems with this before when I have called to order from them in the past as I have been doing this for over two years now and they have been wonderful until today, have never gotten lectured from an employee of a fast food place. Doesn't look good to any of the patients or providers here at my office that overheard the phone call. Got lunch from elsewhere.

They have amazing food, however it’s the lady’s that work there are EXTREMELY rude. The short haired lady and the one with the lip piercing are the absolute worse!!! The way they treat customers should aloud. Rolling their eyes because I ask a question. Seriously?! I love their pitas but I can’t go somewhere with terrible workers. This isn’t the first time they have treated me and my family this way.

The cashier was polite, but the girl with the septum piercing making our food was incredibly rude and was literally throwing ingredients in the pitas and then flung the bag at us.

The hula teriyaki quinoa bowl was pretty delicious the service wasn't terrible I had a decent visit.

Great pitas wrapped like a burrito. I love the red hummus and the cucumber yogurt spread. I highly recommend their tamari pitas. Great for vegetarian lunch❤.

Everytime I've visited roseburg pita pit the service has been prompt, and the pitas were delicious. Shop is always clean, and the staff gets people through nice and quick!

A very healthy option, considering the large quantity of vegetables you can have. However I feel the price can be excessive. Perhaps an issue of the niche nature of the food?

Pretty good. Got it on way home and better than stuff like McDs or other fast food. The workers were a bit slow but they had a bunch of call in orders from a group so they were busy, other than that good place to eat.

Good alternative for all the regular fast food. I recommend double meat to make it a better pita. Young fast people working here.

Pita Pitt is great but in this lousy age of covid food preparers need to be wearing masks; vaccinated or not.

The service was just as good as the food. 2nd time eating a Pita Pit and the 1st time at this location. I'll definitely be back when I'm in Roseburg.

I have had thphilly steak other times and it was so good. This time it was too spicy to eat.

Always has excellent service, me and my husband go there all the time and the two ladies that are always working there are always working hard, and always friendly with a smile on their face and deliver excellent service as well as excellent meal. Keep it up ladies! Your awesome!

Was just in there today and there is a girl that me and my family love that works there. She’s always so bubbly and crazy always making us laugh. She’s the short girl with the tattoos up her arm. One of the most friendly food workers we’ve ever come across. We just went in there and tried the chicken pesto for the first time which she suggested and it was on point. We will definitely be continuing customers as we have been for over a year now. Such a great crew and fun environment and yummy food!

Clean and friendly, good location. I had the chicken fajita pita. It was bland. Large portion though. My friend had the gyro. Taziki sauce was also bland. Not super impressed.

Great for vegans and family friendly

I was able to get a salad made just as I wanted. They have quite a plethora of sauces for toppings/seasonings.

Quite a variety at this "fast food" restaurant! Choose from not only pitas, but also salads and rice bowls. You can order any pita made into a salad or rice bowl. If your goal is to eat light, I suggest a small salad with gyro meat, feta cheese, olives, and veggies. By my estimation, only about 170 calories! That's without any high calorie dressing. The servers today were friendly, moving fast, and operating as a team. They moved multiple orders along quickly. Kudos to them and management!

Expensive for fast food. It was all right food. My wrap just fell apart.

They have this barbecue bowl this rice and quinoa it is so amazing can't stop eating it

Ordered online, it is quicker to go in the store. The order was not done correctly. When I placed my order I specified changes to the original. Mainly to hold the Sriracha sauce. The order still had this and grandma and I couldn't eat them. We could have brought it back to the store to fix but after waiting 30 minutes for my order then driving to lookingglass to find the order wrong I didn't feel like fighting Christmas traffic to get it fixed.
