Food was great, but the guys working there were SO nice. So friendly and awesome.

Probably one the best places to eat in Provo. The food is made fresh right in front of you and it tastes incredible every single time. The Pesto Chicken Pita is a first timers sure success if you are worried about whether or not you will enjoy the food.

Amy (the manager) went above and beyond to help with a catering order! She was very responsive, kind, and even hand delivered the items that we left behind at the store to our event! Amy- you are the best!!! And of course the food was delicious!

My 14-year-old son loves this place. And they have some good gluten-free wrap options.

We’ve been ticketed and towed in this parking lot. Ticketed while eating at Panda, towed during the freedom festival while both restaurants were closed. I’m not sure if Panda or Pita Pit manages parking enforcement, but the whole situation of this area is sadly confusing. Even if we wanted to eat at Panda or Pita.. I wouldn’t trust the establishment(s) to not ticket our parking... since that literally happened while we were eating at Panda. I’d love to see BYU purchase this lot and replace this odd situation with something productive.

I have been going to pita pit for years, and it's been one of my favorite restaurants. A great healthy and quick option. However, recently the quality has fallen off a cliff. They've rebranded with a bunch of tacky AI generated imagery (which I get is probably a corporate decision this location has little control over). The biggest loss is build your own pita! You used to tell them what ingredients you wanted right at the counter and watch them build it. Now you have to order them in advance and both times I've gotten pitas they've left off about half of the ingredients I ordered. It seems like they're taking a page out of Chipotle's book as far as portion sizes are confirmed. Each pita used to be almost bursting, laden with healthy and fresh ingredients. Now they seem deflated and sad. The quality of the lettuce was about taco bell level for my pita today. Incredibly disappointing!! I used to love this place. Also it's disappointing how early they close now. I used to always get this after 9pm when I wanted a late but healthy dinner. Now they close so early.

Make sure you read the pin pad SO carefully or the employee taking your order will complain about you accidentally tipping them 80+% (not in this economy :( ) while you’re still in the store. Thanks for offering a refund, but also sorry Karen, people make mistakes.

I love this location!! They care so much about the quality of your food which makes sure every time you come it’s delicious. I recommend the Thai Chicken wrap!

Very fresh, good quality. When everything is expense these days it's hard to complain about prices. It's kinda like a Greek subway vibe.

I usually think the "wrap" options on most menus seem pretentious, but these were delicious.

One of the rare fast food places where regret isn't at the end of your meal, if you're looking for good filing options with more balanced nutrition, you'll find lots of great options here.

The food is good, nothing crazy though. It took a while to get our food and it didn't appear super busy. The staff was friendly and helpful, just took a lot longer than expected. It wasn't the cleanest restaurant and the space feels cramped.

The food was great! They were little busy and only two people were working and we had to wait 10-15 mins just to wait to place the order and then another 10 mins for the food! There wasn’t really any sitting much indoor due to them being busy but we did eat in the car! The food was good

Every time I come they are SO nice. Last time I got the gluten free pita and it was super good. I was worried she had given me the regular pita for a sec. And where else can you get a ton of fresh veggies as fast food?

Generous portions, so friendly, so yummy! We will drive down to this often and we live up in AF. SO glad they’re here!

Went and got a quesa-pita here. It was good, nothing to blow you out of the water but good enough to go try it again. Parking here is the worst parking lot in the area though, so be ready for that. It's also a little small on the inside.

This is such a hidden gem! When you walk in you wouldn't expect the food to be so fresh and good but it was amazing! I ordered the classic pita and it was delicious. The veggies were fresh and the chicken was super flavorful. Definitely recommend.

This place is kind of magical. The employees are always cool, the food is great and the vibes are right. It sort of feels like you’ve time-traveled back to 2003 in the best way possible, and I don’t know if that makes sense but that’s how I feel.

Very very good food. Reminds me of a Greek version of Chipotle. We got the build your own gyro pita and ranch chicken bacon specialty pita. Both were great!! The guys working there were super friendly and suggested different ingredients for the build your own gyro. Would definitely come back.

While we were waiting for our food after we checked out. The staff were kind enough to go ahead and give us the daily deal that we didn't even know about or ask for once they realized they could. It was really awesome!

First time having food from there. Here visiting friends and one mentions having food so we go and it was great. I honestly think the employees were my favorite part. They were nice and helpful and very cool people. 10 out of 10.

We’ve been to this location quite a few times. The food is always sooo tasty & fresh. Service is on point, too. The employees are quick & helpful. My only complaints: not much parking or dine-in seating; kinda pricy (the smaller pitas just don’t fill you up!) I keep going anyway though cuz I crave it! 😂

Cute little spot close to Helaman Halls (BYU). The food was good but not my favorite Greek. The pita was thin and felt more like a wrap of some sort. But the food tasted good and the service was fabulous!

Heck of a healthy food place! Reasonable prices, good, healthy food, and a well-mannered team of people. Definitely a new favorite for eating out.

This place has been one of my Provo staples for YEARS. DELICIOUS and filling for a good price. Staff is incredibly friendly. The Chicken Souvlaki is my go-to but so many of them are just so good. I love adding lots of veggies... add a Vitamin Water and some Miss Vickie's Salt & Vinegar chips and it's 👌🏼.

I got that brisket pita, and it was absolutely disgusting. They doused it in a very sweet sauce that overpowered everything. The other stuff wasn’t bad, but that brisket one was inedible.

I have been here twice now. The first time I came I got the chicken bacon ranch and it was delicious. I really enjoyed it. The second time I came I got a Quesapita because there is a free one on the starving student card. It was also yummy. You get to pick the kind of cheese you want. I chose pepper jack cheese. You also get a dipping sauce, the employee helping me recommended the jalapeño ranch. She said it goes really well with the pepper jack and she was right. So good.

Awesome place,been coming here since they opened. Came in today since I'm back in town and Anna the cashier was very pleasant and nice and made the experience so much better. Elliot also did a great job and was very quick and efficient. Food is still delicious and love that they have smoothies now! Smoothie was yummy as well

Vanquisher of pregnancy cravings, Pita Pit kicks some nausea hiney! Food is fresh, scrummy and healthy feeling as opposed to other day for options. All of the staff are always top-tier friendly with surprising consistency! Thanks for helping my wife's tummy feel happy!

Pita Pit is always a solid alternative to any of the local sandwich shops. Great customer service. The Club is always a classic, but the Fajita and Chicken Bacon Ranch are pretty tasty too! Don't sleep on their Smoothies.

Really good freshly made food, friendly staff

I've always loved Pita pit, and this is the only one for miles around. We drive out from Salt Lake a couple times a year just for this reason. The pitas are amazing, customisable, and overall, can be one of the healthier "on the go" meals. They are a little pricey, but I find it worth the moolah.

The service was PHENOMENAL! Amy was super helpful in giving some suggestions and went out of her way to make it a great experience. The food itself was lovely—I had the quesapita with pesto sauce and the gyro with Super Greek ingredients. Both were great. The pita itself was big! Will definitely be back.

The Pita Pit is awesome!!! The falafel was super delicious. Honestly, if people give this place a bad review it’s probably because they chose to build their own pita and it ended up being bad because they chose the wrong things.

I loved going to the Pita Pit in Provo today! The staff members were so friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions very effectively and were very kind about our request to cut our Pita in half (so that we could share it). The food tasted delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and location.

I went here with my college-age daughter and thought I had reviewed it, but I guess not. I had a Thai-themed pita. It was ok. My daughter liked hers more than I liked mine. I might go back at some point simply because it's a fresh alternative to most other fast food options, but it wasn't good enough to crave a return visit. Service was friendly. And the restaurant is very small with limited seating, so if you go at a busy time expect to eat in your car. And since they share a VERY small parking lot with Panda Express, you might spend more time waiting for a place to park than eating your meal.

This is a great semi-healthy option (depending on what you order) close to BYU. Hearty portions that will fill you for lunch. However, I've quit going there for lunch because there are only a few parking spots and they are usually taken by the Panda Express next door. Kind of a pain that costs them (my) business. Still, if you can manage to find a spot, the food is good.
