I’ve never had a bad experience here but this took the cake, waitress brought out cold spaghetti plate, I sent back to get reheated and it came back even colder it took forever for her to return to our table as though she was avoiding us knowing we still weren’t satisfied with the meal or service please fix this as this is my wife’s favorite place to eat

The taste and amount was great. Delicious food. Service is questionable. Server got 2 out of 3 orders wrong. They did make it up. Need a bigger area maybe.

Not impressed pizza was too salty to eat and Italian beef sandwich was just a plain roast beef sandwich ( no onions and no peppers ) don't come around much but I have no plans to return here .

Great pizza to order. It reminds me of Chicago pizza. The crust is good and cooked upon ordering. The salad bar is okay because they did not have spinach or spring mix. The pizza is so good. 🙃😋

It was perfect they are kind and will help you find e perfect see for you to feel the most comfortable they will show you around to where the bathroom and salad bar is and if your in a wheelchair they will ask if you need help getting out to sit down or you want to stay in the wheelchair they will you give as much time as you need to choose your food they give out suckers to the little kids and will check if your doing ok or if you would like something else

Always great food and great staff.. so good you can always expect them to be busy.. they'd be great to open a second location

I ordered a small pizza with two toppings. It got busy after I ordered but for some reason, everybody was getting their orders before me. I waited for over an hour and got told it was only 5 more minutes for my food. Anytime I tried to ask when my food was coming out I had to sit at the counter when workers would just clance at me. It took over a hour an a half to get my food

Beautiful ladies and the food is good.

Always great! Always delicious food, since forever. My favorite is the sausage smokestack add pepperoni with a sweet tea. You also can’t go wrong with the lunch special (small pizza & salad).

Pizza Factory is a Baldwyn staple. The pizza is great and people travel from all over Northeast Mississippi for their pizza. Will update to 5 stars when hand tossed crust becomes an option.

This place had been recommended so we gave it a try. We got the all meat pizza. The crust was over cooked. The meat tasted old and there was little to no sauce. Service was fair but nothing special. Very disappointing visit

Haven't been in a few years. We stopped by, I will tell you, if your in Baldwyn, stop by and give the deep dish pizza a try, you won't be disappointed. Keep the great pizza coming.

This is by far the best pizza in the tri-county area. The slices are thick, loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly. Just go. Do it. You’ll be happy that you did.

It's Pizza Factory. It really can't be beat in the area. I recommend getting a large pan pepperoni. Go ahead and put a hurting on yourself with.

IDK WHY people love this place okay one you can't stuff all those toppings on a pizza it doesn't cook all the way through so you end up with a bland crust with absolutely not nothing on it just plain bland yeast bread with a half baked center and hard as rock crust that if it were a salt block at least it would have flavor

I love coming here with my friends. The food is amazing no matter what you are in the mood for, and they have the best sweet tea!! Service is great, they are polite, and always have a smile. Sometimes it may get a little crazy especially when there's a full house. You definitely won't regret coming to Pizza Factory. Oh and when you're done go to South Market Baldwyn and buy you a bottle of that amazing Pizza Factory ranch!!!

This place was awesome. Walked in for lunch ordered the spaghetti n meatballs with garlic bread. Hands down the best I’ve had in awhile. And their sweet tea was amazing. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Looking at other folks lunches I can’t wait to go back. You guys are awesome!!

Not a big fan of roaches crawling up wall beside me. I told the lady at register about it and she acted like it was normal. For the people that say I wanted a discount or a free meal. I told her after we paid.

I was passing through and stopped for some pizza. Once I entered into the parking lot, it was small and confusing. The place was packed so I take it the locals really like this place. The counter to order food was right next to the salad bar. So you had to make sure you didn't bump into anyone while trying to give your order. The service was fast, so that was a plus, and the pizza was good. I guess if you're passing through and want some pizza, this will be the go-to place.

Four starters let me say my server was excellent .salad bar was superb. But...... The pizza had much to be desired. I ordered Pan crust and got Thin and crispy, There was barely any sauce, And we did not get the extra cheese ordered.

Amazing every time! I believe I've had everything on the menu throughout the years and I've never been disappointed.

First off, we heard from a friend that this place was a must stop. Upon entering I thought and felt like I stepped into a pizza place of my childhood. There are booths, tables, two vintage arcade machines, of course only one works though. I was surprised at the foot traffic coming into this pizza place. Pleased to see it clean, and the service was super friendly and welcoming. As much as I would say they need to update it, really, I felt like a kid in the early 90s. Between my two kids, they devoured a medium pizza. I personally recommend the Stackhouse, it is their take on a calzone.

The service was so bad. My food was wrong both times. The salad bar was a mess and nothing was filled. The servers had bad attitudes. I will not get here again.

Great pizza joint. I love the salad bar with the pickled green tomatoes! Pizza and smoke stacks are exceptional.

We stumbled on this little place on a return trip to Tennessee from Tupelo. We were pleasantly surprised with the pizzas, the salad bar, the service, and the price. We'll be back for sure.

🗣🗣🗣 The Cook's name is Rodney Patterson and let me tell you I have been eating there for years and I can say this that out of all of the years I have been eating there I bit into my smoke stack and those Famous words came out Oh My God this is DELICIOUS I had for lunch the Smoke Stack call ( The Works) but they have a variety of great foods pizzas that is the service was great and friendly normally I name everyone this time to many people working to name atmosphere was Great and in all after 30 years it's still clean and nice in there plus for entertainment they have good old fashioned video games for you and the family to enjoy dont just take my word go for yourselves and see eat good be happy in this atmosphere.

I've been eating at The Pizza Factory for 25 years. I stop to have an Italian roast beef hoagie everytime I go through Baldwyn. It comes with chips and a spear pickle. It is very affordable and the staff is friendly and prompt. If you have never had a sandwich, spaghetti or pizza from here, a very much recommend going by there for a meal. You will be happy you did.

Still the best pizza within 100 miles of Baldwin. Absolute best. We all love to eat there even though it's almost a 30 ride. It's well worth it. They have an Aweaome salad bar too. Very fresh veggies.

When my husband and I arrived there were no guest in the parking lot or lobby we made our order for the 2 pizza's for take out and waited in the lobby. A party of 3 arrived and made their order and proceeded to the salad bar it appeared they were eating in, after about a 30 minute wait we noticed that their food was ready and was delivered to their table we still hadn't received our order which was ordered first. We were very disappointed we shortly saw that it wasn't a fair deal when the owner came out and spoke to them and didn't even acknowledge us with a hello. It wasn't hard to see that some things still haven't changed we just didn't have the right color on sad but true. My husband went to ask what happened with our order and it was ready just sitting back there getting cold. We won't go back.

Ordered pizza to go last evening. Was told one hour. Got there one hour later to pickup. Waited 15 minutes in line to do so. Got home with pizza and it was not ours. We were given someone else's pizza. The only excuse given is short staff. Sad because this used to be a good place. Not anymore.

I believe their pizza is the best in north mississippi and the salad bar runs right along with it. There are major issues such as the building is entirely to small to make carryout orders. I've called in a order and was told 30 min and my order would be ready. I pulled up 10 min early waited in line 30 mins just to find out my order wasnt taken. Fine i placed the order again waited in line 40 min just for the lady to tell me 30 more min. I sat in the car called and gave my name and number to cancel the order for them to say we dont have your order placed. I guess ill go to hometown pizza next time.

The pizza factory is second to none ... easily offering the best pizza ever. Also, the sandwiches that are known as "smokestacks" would be one of top 3 choices for my last meal. The pizza and salad for sure being the other two.
