I ordered a chicken mozz grinder. It looked great and was toasted perfectly. But the chicken was bland and I was disappointed, not a lick of flavor. Willing to try other items

Picked this out as a place to get Pizza on the way to some music in a park - shear convieince - was elated with how great the pizza turned out to be - will definitely visit again!

First time there, ordered a small pepperoni and a small onion pizza today. Pepperoni was fine, normal, probably 10 to 15 pepperoni on it. What I don`t get is the onion pizza. there was barely no onions on it. When an onion pizza is ordered why would you barely put onions on it? I think there is a stigma that onions are bad as I`ve had this happen to me before. IF I ORDER ONIONS ON A PIZZA PUT ONIONS ON IT!! Please, there is a reason I want onions! When done correctly the caramelize and are still crunchy and they turn sweet!! Plus onions are probably the cheapest topping that could be put on a pizza. If I ordered a mushroom pizza the would be probably 20 mushrooms at least! I don't want to have to order triple onion and get charged for 3 toppings!

Food is always amazing. The pizza has a nice airy crust, and the sauce is perfect

Pizza Heaven SMH... Checked out their menu while searching for a number and saw they had a $10 large with one topping special on Tuesdays so I ordered one with pepperoni and one just cheese. She told me $24.69 and I questioned the amount as it didn't add up and asked her if that included tax which she replied yes. She tells me the *** cheese is $12.50? I said you're going to charge more for less. I'm getting meat on one that's $10 and 1 just cheese that is $12.50... doesn't make sense. She explained that the special doesn't come with cheese or something pretty close to that along with they just do it so people can get meat. I thought that was pretty cheesy I was starving and just wanted something to eat at this point and order it. On the way back it dawned on me that she charged me $26 change. lol Now for my unbiased opinion...The crust underneath was undercooked as it was very doughy. The outside crust had no crunch to it. The sauce was dull. Pepperoni wasn't bad but the cheese was paper thin. I have to say it was better than school and Ellios pizza. I give it a score of 6, That flop tho Also 16 health violations just this year including having to throw away food that was being put on orders.

Good pizza, a little on the heavy side. Now take out only, no dine in. For pick up, just pull in to lot and they bring it out to your car, which is kind of nice.

Great pizza. Great service. Delicious make it anyway you want Pizza!!! A bit of a drive from South Kingstown but worth it.

My go to for a vegan cheese calzone

First time today trying Pizza Heaven and loved it! I ordered a Thin Crust Cheese Pizza and an order of Teriyaki Chicken wings. I placed a pickup order and my order was taken with patience and a very friendly and professional manner. My order was ready and brought out to me at my arrival! The pizza and wings were fantastic and cooked to perfection! Pizza Heaven- Thank You!! I will definitely be back! - Toni ☺️

Growing up Italian my whole life I always have struggled in the Kent County area to find good food. I had a take out delivery from PIzza Heaven , and it was excellent . Ironically I had a Greek salad and a gyro . I plan on making this place my go to for great food.

Got Tuesday large 1 topping pizza special for just under $11. The pizza was really good and you can’t beat that price.

Small and cozy place. Nothing special in terms of space design. But pizza is superior. Very tasty, fresh, and even some leftovers put in the fridge later warmed up - tasted almost like fresh - kids loved it. Highly recommend. Nice touch that one pizza was ready. Employee brought it right outside to my car.

Gluten Free Pizza is amazing!!! I, having Celiac disease, can tell you it is incredibly hard to find a good gluten free pizza, however, Pizza Heaven's gluten free pizza crust is delicious, easy to hold (very hard to find in a gluten free pizza, they usually fall apart) and doesn't get soggy as quickly as others that I've tried. Thank you Pizza Heaven for bringing pizza back into my life!!!

Not a bad sandwich, atmosphere is actually kinda ghetto. Nice young lady gave friendly service. Definitely not a dine in kinda place

Our family loves Pizza Heaven! The kids always go for the traditional cheese pizza while my wife needs the gluten & dairy free cheese pizza with added topping! The salads are always fresh and make take out Sundays a heavenly treat!

Great pizza. Crust is not chewy but light and crisp. Quality ingredients as well. Be advised you'll save money picking it up yourself as they charge a delivery fee of four dollars and then tip on top of that. I'll try and pick it up myself when possible.

During a pickup order, the person on the phone was very courteous and insisted on curbside service. We didn't open the box til we got home and realized they gave us someone else's pizza. Oh well. Once, our delivery order was completely forgotten, so we ended up picking up and it was comped. Another delivery order arrived looking like photo attached. I usually like their pizza, but this was a really big letdown after a series of unfortunate events....

My family and I had pepperoni and cheese pizza tonight and it was excellent! We moved to North Kingstown 6 years ago always drove by .Wish we came sooner.. we will definitely be back! They also gave my husband a military discount. I definitely recommend to give them a try!

So thankful for the gluten free pizza. It's incredibly tasty and safely prepared.

The pizza is ok, but don’t get delivery unless you want to wait 90 min for a cold pie. If you are overwhelmed, which was the claim, then stop taking delivery orders instead of delivering a garbage product 45 min after you said you would. Complaints were met with a shrug. We literally ordered a new pizza from another place and had it in 15 min. [Response] I was told an hour and simply called at an hour to get an update because I had two hungry kids asking. I was told it was already out with the driver. So I waited. And waited. Knew where it was headed and quickly called a different place to order for pick up. When the driver arrived the pizza was stone cold and I did express the fact that no one likes delivered leftovers. The driver had the sense to (apparently) not charge for cold food. When I called PH, I was told it was my fault that they took too may orders and I should have expected cold pizza. As you can see from the response below, this is the business tactic: Answer any legit complaints with accusations and "banning" (lol). There's a million pizza places in the area, so decide whether you want to be blamed when they mess up and order accordingly. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Pizza is good and some unique offerings. I like the "300 pizza". However. This was one of the last old style pizza restaurants in the area before Covid. During the time restaurants weren't allowed to have inside guests for a while they completely MANGLED the place inside. They have since opened it up again but it looks different, like more closed off. I'll never forget going there and seeing what was a nice small pizza place reduced to a 6x6 takeout booth for a long time.

We have had pizza and appetizers from this restaurant many times; it is always excellent! We like our pizza well done and they never disappoint us. The price is fair enough and the variety of pizzas and other foods is pretty impressive. The staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

Pizza heaven has been our favorite pizza place in East Greenwich for YEARS. There are many great pizza places in the area, but this one sets itself apart with a great staff who have NEVER gotten an order wrong. You ask for no cheese?… you got it… sauce on the side?… you got it. They are very accurate with the delivery times and the drivers are so friendly. Everything on the menu is great here, not just the pizza. We keep trying different items on the menu just to see if we can find that one mediocre item, but still haven’t been successful. A few must haves would be the Italian grinder, steak and cheeses and their wings!!

No frills but a top-notch sandwich

i really love the food from pizza heaven, my only issue is that when we order delivery, it takes sometimes a really long time to come to our house. we live about 5 minutes away. it doesn’t bother me that much though. other than that, scrumptious 😺

Food was good. They were super convenient bringing the order right out to my after I arrived. They even put it in my back seat per my request. Went here on a recommendation and would definitely check them out again.

Pretty decent pizza, crust maybe not as crispy as I prefer. Curbside was very convenient.

Ordered pizza for curbside pickup and I was very impressed with the accuracy of the time given for pickup and the fact that our food was available when we arrived. The pizza was cooked to perfection with a slight crunch to the crust, the cheese was golden brown, and the pepperoni was great!

It's was pretty good. I would go here again but want to try some other places first. Edit: went back and got the chicken parm pizza and it was awesome

We moved down the road a month ago and have ordered from here at least 6 times already. Pizza is great, sandwiches are great, really can't go wrong. You can order online and right now it's curbside pickup only, which is super easy. This is definitely our go-to place. The Monday pizza special is nice too.

Pizza Heaven is the best pizza place in South County. The food is consistently great - not just their pizzas, but also their sandwiches, appetizers, etc., and the customer service is fantastic. They've done an awesome job adapting during COVID, have an online ordering app, and will do curbside service. They also have gluten free crusts and my husband, who has celiac, has never had a problem and says it's among the best GF pizza he's ever had.

Fantastic spot and highly recommended! Takeout only currently. But, it doesn't change the quality when getting it home. GF/vegan options a huge plus

Ordered the New York system Pizza. My boyfriend had mentioned it so I picked one up one night to surprise him. I have never had a pizza that was more overdone. I had never had it before but he had and he said that it was way too overcooked.

Ordering was simple and a breeze. Server was kind and helpful. Pizza was the best pizza we have had since moving here last year and can't believe we are just ordering for the first time! Our family absolutely loved it and we will be regulars in no time. Steak and cheese was amazing as well. Do Not pass this up! Best pizza you will have!!

Waitress/Bartender was super sweet when I ordered on the phone and also when I picked up. Saturday night at 7:30 and wait time for pick up was wicked short, about 25 minutes. Great location on Rt. 2 EG/NK line. Comfort food and no hassle. Thanks!

Pizza Heaven really is just that! A Slice of Heaven... While their pizzas are amazing, so are their sandwiches, which makes me beg the question why they aren't named "Pizza & Sandwich Heaven"?! From the outside, this place is easy to miss and seems nondescript, but inside it's super cozy and screams "Italian Pizzeria". The friendly staff work in an open kitchen and even serve beer and wine as well! And last, but certainly not least, they make an incredible signature dessert... It's called a Reese's Peanut Butter Cookie and it's shaped it's like a thick slice of deep dish pizza. It's their own homemade concoction of brownie and cookie mix and it's loaded with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups! Long story short, if their pizza and sandwiches don't offer you a glimpse of Heaven, then this desert most certainly will!!

Hands down the best pizza. It isn't quick, but it is worth the wait. And the drive. Thank goodness they don't deliver to my town or I would never eat anything else. (I house sat for someone last summer and got pizza 4 out of 7 nights. I couldn't believe how awesome it was.) Our favorites are the pepperoni & cheese (classic) and the barbecue chicken pizza. If we ever get tired of eating those, we'll try something else. For now, we will continue to order twice as much as we need and live on the leftovers, which are just as good as fresh.

Great service. Despite it being small you immediately feel welcomed. I was told the fries aren’t frozen, and they were not lying. They were hot and fresh! The pizza was really filling and the toppings were to quality. If I could give this a 6/5 I would!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and even though the food is food is good. The past year the service has suffered. Last Friday was the last time I will be going for a long time. I was told 30 minutes to come pick up my food and when I arrived probably 35 minutes after order I waited for another 50 minutes to actually get it. When I arrived home some of the order was missing. After calling to let the staff know I was told to come pick it up and I had to get it. Also the other food was all cold when I arrived home obviously cause some was done sooner than later in that hour and twenty five minutes from when I originally ordered it. Not sure if it’s a kitchen issue only having so much room to prepare or a staff issue not putting order together properly or telling me 30 minutes. Kinda sad Chris but I will not be coming back anytime soon.
