I placed an order for cash delivery and realized later that I only had a large bill. I tried calling the store but the delivery person was already at my gate. I explained the issue and the delivery woman (who understood) tried to call the store and offer alternative options, she was met with an immediate "NO" to bring the order back. I've ordered countless times before which I'm sure can be viewed by this location. I called the store myself for clarification and kept getting the same response about the large bill issue (which was already understood.) I'm very disappointed in the lack of empathy, understanding, and customer service from "management" over something that could've been an easy fix, but it was not on their part. After they continuously denied the request to let me pay by phone while the delivery driver was in my presence. I ended up placing an order with Papa John soon after I got a call from Pizza Hut telling me I could pay by phone. Treat your customers better.

I have to update my review. Pizza hut is the bomb nowadays. Great pizza and wings. This time food came do fast!!! Whatever they did to change, made a difference , thank you! Better get a frozen pizza. It’ll be quicker.

Not the old pizza hut.... pure dough, short of toppins

The food is horrible. The crust is plain. No flavor. Even the bread sticks. No garlic or salt. Just dry bread. It almost looks like cornbread. Horrible service.

I am not a person who usually leaves bad reviews very often, I really tried to give this branch of Pizza Hut several opportunities but today was the last straw. It is the fifth time that they have done the same thing to me every time I call to order something... today I called to order and asked for prices for Alfredo pasta, while that was happening I could notice the lack of patience and good attention of the agent who answered on the phone, I asked if I was speaking directly with the branch and they told me yes just like the previous 4 times which shows that it is a branch issue and not Pizza Hut as a whole. The person put me on hold and told me I'll be right back, they didn't take the order, they left me on hold for about 6 minutes and then they hung up on me... no one called back... nor did they care about me as a customer... it's the fifth time I've called and Even with my advance menu to order quickly, they ignore me, leave me waiting, block me, etc... I have eaten at this branch at least 20 times before ordering in person but on the phone they are rude, apathetic, everything bad about service that can be Today this branch lost a customer who invested a lot of time, patience and at least ordered pizza many times before. With a large family of 4 hungry children and a wife, on Mother's Day I lost time and got upset. This is a serious matter for the manager of that branch. I am tired of this attention. As a business owner, I would not be happy at all with employees who let my clients go to other brands.

Upon receiving pizza, I recognized that the order was wrong, I ordered extra sauce, and it was very clear that the pizza was without sauce. Due to the restaurant not having an available driver, I decided to return the pizza myself. Upon arriving, I was met with one of the most rudest pizza hut employees that I have ever encountered. As shown in the photo, one slice of pizza was consumed along with a bite of another slice. Instead of acknowledging the problem, she continued arguing with me about the pizza not being intact, insinuating that I returned the pizza after consuming most of it. She did not offer a solution while continuing in a shouting match.

Gave my pizza to yo the wrong person the remade my pizza in 10 minutes and gave me the wrong pizza and it was under cook

I just came to this location and Customer service here is great! Kathy welcomed me with a smile and helped me so quickly and even brought my food to the car.

Ordered stuff crust first off it was thin crust and so hard to chew no fresh or appealing. I called the store to complain they told me the general manager just left I asked for another manager they told me they don't speak English so I ask for a number to corporate or customer service they told me it wasn't one then I ask for the managers name they told me they were too busy to assist me and hung up the in my face. 1 star is 2 much Orders delivered 1.30 hrs later, bad customer service Received a coupon for a large pizza. Tried to use it, but I had to spend more $ to get free delivery (which it was paid on the 1st order) Completely ridiculous

This place used to be great, but last year quality has gone way done while their prices have shot up. I no longer go here. Quality is not there for the price.

Usually the pizza is not hot when you get Delivery but I Was very satisfied because it was still very hot.

Our most current visit to Pizza Hut in Pembroke Pines was disappointing. The meatballs tasted funny and we ended up removing them from our pie but we did eat a few of them first. The next day, we had stomach problems. The garlic toast that we ordered was very dry and, after taking a bite, we ended up throwing them out.

Worst Pizza hut to place an order, I place an online order I was missing my wings in my order I have been calling the store several times and they just put me on hold and there is no refund or any solution, they are expert in robbed the people.

I order a pizza and after an hour of being “out for delivery” the manager told me that she sent it 20 minutes ago. An hour later I called to ask about the status and they cancelled my order and never sent me the pizza. When I tried calling again they just kept dropping my call. They didn’t even make the refund and I lost all my rewards on the app. Horrible management! And I can’t even order from another Pizza Hut around!

Pizza was 40 mins late, cold and rancid. Had to spit it out and throw it away. Never order from here. I wish i read the reviews first.

Pizza not well done soggy bottom and boneless chicken was not done. They could have done better maybe they were short staffed this night.

Worst PizzaHut in South Florida. Back in October I ordered a Large Supreme pizza with customer toppings of course they messed it up Royal. So I complained to the Manager at the time and I was told I would receive a full credited for the order. When I reached out to place an order tonight not only was the credit not on my account but the General Manager claimed I was making up the incident (even though I was able to accurately tell him the last time I ordered from there) and was only willing to credit me $5 for a $28 order 🥴. The Management staff there are liars, disrespectful and lack concern for customer satisfaction. Never gonna order from this trash location again

Went into the location to order a pizza. The pizza was 6 dollars more than the online price. I was told by the manager on duty she could not honor the online price because the store does not have sale prices. Yes, I was bewildered too. She said I could cancel my in-store order and place the order online to get the discount on the pizza. To add insult to injury the same manager and the delivery driver were having a disagreement right as I was standing there. They went back and forth as I stood watching in disbelief. I won't be ordering from here. I'll take my chances with the other pizza chains.

I placed an order via phone call and the rep told me my large pizza special would be 10 dollars and when I got to the store they charged me 17 dollars I asked them to honor the price and they refused I even spoke to theirs manager Serguey Galiano and told him the situation and he said he did not care and he would not honor the price. A couple weeks ago I ordered pizza from this location. It’s about 5-8 mins from my house. They said it was supposed to be delivered by 8:10 PM and at 8:15 I still had no updates on the pizza. At about 8:30 PM I opened the front door to check if they had left the pizza there. I found the pizza on the ground, I opened the box and it was filled with ants running up and down the box. NO ONE knocked on the door to let me know the pizza had arrived. The website still had the pizza in the baking process. I am disgusted with this Pizza Hut and their delivery. Who delivers something and doesn’t knock or ring the door bell?! I called all night long to get a hold of the Pizza Hut location I ordered from and no one answered the phone. I then called corporate the next day. They said someone else would reach out to me, weeks later and still no call back!!! I’ve stopped ordering from this location and Pizza Hut on a whole!! NO ONE ORDER FROM HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The staff here is absolutely the worst !!! This establishment is in need of some serious new management! Every time I come here the staff is rude. Not to mention the numerous times Ive encountered problems with my orders.

Quick service, polite employees and always get my order right. They also answer the phone which is very rare for a pizza place nowadays.

Worst place ever and the manager hang the phone up couple of times literally shoved me under the bus after one of his employees took my order I’m here sitting and waiting for an hour the order did not arrive so I made the phone call to find out what’s what Mr manager surgeo guilliano told me with a stink attitude if I paid for pizza I must go and call my bank because he doesn’t have an order for me not even to offer to reorder this place needs to be weeded out and staff new employees 10 years ago it was better .

Man in his 80’s no offence to how old he is couldn’t read the directions to my townhouse community and couldn’t call me cuz he speaks no English which isn’t a big deal but for a driver who has to communicate with people basic English should be required . The worse pizza hut on earth!! my pizza came smashed and i didnt even know what it was, ran outside to catch the driver and he didnt care one bit!! Requested curbside pickup for my order. Instructions in the email confirmation stated to park in the curbside parking spots and check in. When I arrived, there weren't any curbside parking spots. So I had to go inside to pickup my order. There were other customers inside ordering at the counter. There was a female employee at the register and another standing next to her. The female employee at the register had to keep asking for help and couldn't even count change for the customers in front of me. The second female employee didn't greet me or offer any assistance while I was standing there waiting. The second employee eventually had to take over the register. When it was my turn, I told her that I didn't see any curbside spots outside. She said they don't do that there. Very disappointed that the website gave false information about curbside pickup. The food was hot and tasted good though. Order was made correctly.

Surprised this store is not shut down. I placed an order for delivery over the phone, i paid with card and left tip ahead of time i was advised the order would be delivered in about 30 minutes… so i waited it was 45 minutes later and i said ok no biggie i will wait a little longer because anything can happen… then its officially been an hour and i still have not received my order so i called and was transferred to the store where nobody answered the phone. So at 12:40am i decided to drive to the store to see what happened to my order since no one answers. The lady looks up my order and tells me yes i sent it out with our driver and closed out the check and i said okay so can you call the driver and see where my food is because i never received it and she said theres nothing i can do and i said well then i would like a refund and she said she cant refund me that i have to go back tomorrow and speak to her manager. This is the worst experience i have ever had with this store. I’m very disappointed that i had nothing to serve my guests who were visiting from out of town. If you order from here i suggest you don't do delivery!

90 minutes late - can't be contacted by phone crazy hold time

Bad service. They charged for the ranch and added $2 tip without my consent. I dont care to pay extra for the ranch but don't scam your customers. Love the pizza hate the service.

Delivered 2 pizzas that weren’t fully cooked. One of the pizzas wasn’t even the correct pizza.

The worst!!! I live less than a mile away. It took my order over an hour to get there. I called the store. I was explaining why I called and they put me on hold before I finished talking. No one ever came back on the phone to answer my call. This has happened multiple times. Guess I haven’t learned my lesson. Last time!!! I wish I could give a zero star rating to tell how I really feel.

The best pizza I have received in a long time. Perfectly warm, cooked, the cheese well blend with the rest of the ingredients and delivered just in time.

Make sure that the bottom crust is brown and crispy.

The pizza was not cooked all the way. The dough still tasted raw. The cheese in the crust had hardened. It did not taste good at all.

I waited more than 3 hours for my food. I originally ordered delivery and after 2 hours I went to pick it up myself where I waited almost another hour. You are understaffed for the volume of customers at that store and should have shut own online ordering until they caught up.

Presentation, timely delivery, and very good taste, quality

delivery took very long; however, your website indicated the food had been delivered. Had to call the store and was told the food was still at the store and would take another 20 mins to deliver. I have no problems with waiting longer, my problem is when PH says it was delivered but in reality was not. Food was not hot by the time we got it.

The pizza was ready on time and made exactly as ordered. It was hot and delicious.

The pizza should be more cooked; the dough was a bit undercooked in the middle.

The personal pan pizzas were not baked properly. The pies were sunken in the middle with a thin brittle crust. I was very unsatisfied with the meal.

I do not understand why the app says that my pizza is ready and I get there and I still have to wait for it. This has happened two times already. Please check this out because I prefer an actual estimate of how long it will take to be ready and not be lied to and have to wait longer anyways.

The Pizza was cold by the time I got home and had to put it in the oven to reheat it. I was there only a few minutes after the app told me that it was ready. Once reheated it was very good.

There pizza is always the best! They dont skimp on their toppings , their customer service is splendid, and they get you in and out with hot pizza very quickly. The cashier Sarah is always so hospitable, and down to earth. Even if you dont know what you want, she knows what you want. She's so good at what she does because she prepares your food as if she was preparing it for herself. I've never had a bad pizza whenever she's at work.

I must say that my pizza was absolutely beautiful. Probably the best pizza that I have ever gotten from Pizza Hut ever. I got my usual large 3-topping carry out pizza special for $7.99. I paid for extra cheese and actually got extra cheese. In the past, I have actually had to return my pizza because extra cheese was not added to my pizza. The restaurant itself was clean and my pizza was already ready; winning! When I walked in the cashier was helping another customer. I'm listening to these two ladies explain to her what they want which was basically a medium supreme minus two of the meats. All together it came out to just 4 toppings and they were about to pay $14 until I told them about the carry out special; that they could add a topping and still come out cheaper. The reason for the 3 stars is because the lack of the cashier telling them that. She was really about to let those women pay all that money for a medium knowing they could get a whole large for cheaper. That is not good customer service to me. You are supposed to let your customers know about the best value; not rob them of money. How I found about the carry out special was because of a pizza hut cashier sometime ago after she saw that I was about to spend more money. That should be a practice at every location. She even seemed to have an attitude when the ladies canceled their order and went online to place their order to get the deal. Why who knows? To me that's one less customer you have to interact with unless paying with cash. Pizza Hut should really train their team members to ensure that customers know about ALL of their deals; online or not and allow the customer to decide.

I get food from this place regularly. Never had a problem with them and usually they have the food ready on time for carryout.
