The pizza we received on pick up was stale - SO BAD!

Sauce and toppings were great. Dough, on the other hand, was not crispy and was like cardboard. Having worked making pizzas I would guess that the dough wasn't fresh.

Best pizza hut I've ever had. Something special about the pan pizza here. Crust has a funle cake like taste/texture. It's everything. Hot, cold, heated up 3 days later that pan pizza is 🔥🔥🔥 (pepperoni black olives)

So many pizza places. The crew @ this little pizza hut did right by me tonight. Delicious pizza and top notch customer service. Worth the trip across town from Dunedin.

Ordered from them through DoorDash. Gave me an overcooked cheese bread to where it’s completely burnt. It barely had any cheese, it was basically just burnt bread. Immediately threw it in the trash. Didn’t even get a full refund on the item which is doordashes fault but come on, if it looks burnt then why did you send it out? I’m done getting food from this location. I recommend going to any other pizza place.

Nicely dressed pizza. I live 10 minutes away .wasn't even warm when I got home?? It was lacking sauce and bland to the taste .

I stopped ordering from you guys when you got rid of the pazone (still heartbreaking) but decided to order late last night around 1030. It was awesome. Food was fresh and super hot. Everything was cooked perfect. Wings were great. It was quick as hell and just all around great. I really hope they keep this up because I'll order again.

I ordered 18 traditional wings, 15 of them were drums and only 3 flats! And the pizza was cold!

I hadn't had Pizza Hut pizza in years, though I always considered it some of the best. I was so disappointed. Nothing special taste. I wonder if it was because I ordered the $7 medium special.

Last night I had a pizza delivered and after tip I paid $30 and it was sad how big it was and the sauce was not cooked it was very undone and nowadays that's sad for one pizza

I highly recommend never ordering from this establishment! Manager is rude and hung up on me seems to be his thing considering a review in June states the same manager hung up on them. Not sure how he still has a job. Website is horrible and if it does it work they will not honor deals by phone. There are much better pizza places surrounding them and better priced. I suggest you visiting Boardwalk pizza or Infinity Pizza right by them better customer service.

The 3 piece deal was perfect for our family, enjoyed the cheese bread sticks and the 2 pizzas came out perfect and hot. And what better way for my kids to enjoy a chocolate cookie hot and servable after our meal. Great job Pizza Hut.

Not sure what it is but I always somehow find myself going back to Pizza Hut after trying other pizza food chains. Definitely my favorite.

Was sent a coupon in my email but I could not get the website to take the discount. I would not have ordered. If I had known the coupon was not working

We've been ordering pizza from here for years but our recent experience made that very unlikely. I ordered a pizza for delivery and when it didn't arrive, I tried calling the store. No answer. I then called customer service who said they "would pass my feedback along to the store." I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back! After a week, I got an email from a general manager who apologized for my wait. I replied to his email starting that this was not the case and letting him know what happened but I received no response.

JC and Joe gave my family and I the best service. They make my Pizza Hut experience extra special. Good customer service and fresh hot pizza!

Want to give JC a shout out, we reached out for help getting a tall order of pizzas together for a volunteer project. JC went over and beyond to help us make sure everything went off without a hitch. It’s not as common now a days to have managers who want to help to take care of the community, but JC is stellar example someone willing to help out a good cause

This Pizza Hut is the best! Every time I go there the pizza is always hot and ready! The very nice gentleman that runs the front counter every-time I go in is so very nice. I will go out of my way to go to this location every time! Perfection everytime! I love the extra cheese!

They have just fallen so far. Their lunch combo consist of a drink and a personal pizza the size of an adult hand. It's bizarre to look at.

Pizza Hut is one of the biggest pizza joint chains around because they do it right at a good price. It's what we grew up with. And it's comfort food.

I just got my order. I barely tasted any Alfredo sauce. Plus my cheese sticks were burnt on the sides. This is the first time I had to complain at this store. My bill was $38.00 with tip. Not happy

Added toppings on pizz that was not asked for. Delivery fee plus to high! Added with a tip is absurd when you still got to wait over an hour for food. I don't believe in paying high delivery fees and tipping drivers. It should be one or the other.

Troy, who answered your phone tonight 10/13/22 was friendly, helpful, and polite. He is absolutely, an asset to your establishment. However, I don't even really know what to say about the Detroit Pizza that we ordered. I mean, it's pizza, so it still tasted ok; but whoever made this should be ashamed of themselves and should really be made to attend all grades of pizza school over again for both punishment and educational purposes. I'm let this picture say the rest....

I never leave a complaint, but I ordered my pizza about an hour before the location closed...not only did it arrive 30+ min later than the scheduled delivery time, it was cold and the pizza itself looked thrown together. Not the way to do business.

Worst pizz hut ever... the supervisor is rude and unprofessional when a problem is brought not once but twice because of their employees who are not doing their job correctly

There have been multiple occasions I went to pick-up pies at this location, and the employees couldn't be bothered to take out their earbuds or even acknowledge my presence in the store. More than one occasion of just standing in front of the register for more than 5 mins, looking at my pies dying in the warming oven, whilst the employees just engaged in casual banter back and forth.

The pizzas were cooked fine. The order was accurate and tasty. I wasn't happy that all four pizzas weren't cut into slices. There was an obvious indentation where there was an attempt to cut the pizza. Just no slices were actually cut all the way through the crust. Luckily I have a pizza cutter and was able slice them myself. Hopefully next time the employee that in charge of slicing will take the time to ensure it's actually sliced.

The pizza order was perfectly executed, delivery was quick, and it was the best pizza I've enjoyed in a very long time.

We normally have a really good experience ordering delivery from here, it’s usually our go-to on the weekends, however, we will not be ordering from here anymore. The gentleman on the phone told me it would be 20-30 minutes ETA… a whole hour had passed and I called back and a gentleman on the phone informed me that he was short staffed and that my pizza was in the oven and told me he was going to give me a better ETA then hung the phone up and when I tried to call back to cancel my order and get my refund he did not answer. My pizza finally did arrive but when it arrived it was ICE COLD. I’m still waiting for them to answer their phone and I will be expecting a refund

Super disappointing in the quality of pizza huts pizzas they are not the same anymore. The quality from taste to quantity was horrible. The last few times I ordered from them was the same I just thought it was that specific pizza hut. No it's all around. The amount of cheese in the stuffed crust is ridiculous. It's not stuffed. However I am not sure if we will use pizza hut after this last experience and they forgot our garlic sauce we ordered. They were out of large boxes so our pizza came in two medium boxes cut in half. Lol!!!!

The pizza had very little sauce, the crust was very dry and full of huge bubbles and the very few toppings were placed in the center only. Pizza hut has always been our favorite for our family. The location on 2519 Mcmullen Booth Rd.#501 in Clearwater,FL is not making pizzas like they used to be. The last 4 times we have had dry and poorly made pizzas. Yesterday , when I placed my order, I expressed my concerns. Sadly, I received the same louzy made pizzas again. I took them back and asked the front desk gentleman: "Would you eat this?" He replied :"No" So sad!

Pizza was under-cooked and the specialty pizza with the chicken had so little on it that two of the pieces only had one piece!! The most any piece had was three, and almost no sauce. The crust on both pizzas was pale and doughy, definitely not done.

good pizza! I strongly suggest you educate your delivery people with the use of a door bell. The pizza was cold by the time I "checked on more time" to see if it was delivered. It was sitting on the chair........... this has never happened before and probably will never happen again.

Jeremy took my order over the phone and was soooo helpful! Helping me decide on toppings and I even called back and changed it but he was still very patient! They were steaming hot at the exact time I ordered and the thin crust extra bacon and banana peppers pizza was EXCELLENT!! Best ever!! We will be back!! 🍕

I accidentally put my order in wrong. Wanting it to be delivered but I somehow got it to pick up. The Mcmullen booth Pizza hut helped me w/o questions and was so nice about it.

Easy online ordering, lots of choices of food items, easy delivery service. The driver did not follow instructions to ring the bell when leaving food on the porch, so it sat out there for a while before we knew. Some improvements could be made to the delivery communication, such as a text alert when the order is on its way and/or delivered.

I ordered online, for contact-less delivery, and the food was here 5 minutes before it was expected. The delivery person knocked on the door, and left the food outside my door, exactly as I had requested. This was a very easy transaction, and would recommend it to any of my friends, family, or neighbors.

Pizza needs to be delivered when stated it would be delivered . It was 15 minutes late

Why was the pizza cut into tiny pieces rather than slices as we have always received in the past. We do not like this being done at all and were not happy with it.
