Decent place to take out or dine in. Solid tasting pizza 😋🍕

Food was fresh and hot but greasy. The real problem is the prices, almost 1.50$ per wing??? Wow...

I made an order to go set the time and it was ready. Great food was made perfect and nice and hot.

We ordered a taco pizza (with chicken), excellent pizza except they forgot to add the chicken to it. Did not notice until we got home and started to eat, but it was good enough it wasn't worth taking it back. We understand that any place gets busy and accidents happen. Once again, would go back to the same place and order the same pizza, would just check before I left (there was such a overflow of other ingredients we wouldn't have been able to tell that there was no chicken, as it was.) Would recommend

I had pretty much given up on Pizza Hut but this is one of the last Pizza Huts that still makes great food (like you remember). If great food isn't enough they have great service as well, rare in today's world! Always consistently good food and great staff that are friendly and work hard.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza. Got it home and there were hardly any toppings, almost entirely sauce.

Fast delivery, pizza was hot still and our delivery driver was super nice.

Best. Pizza. EVER! Not your typical Pizza Hut! Everyone cared about the product they were putting out. The manager had a great sense of humor! They also have dine-in!

We are usually pretty happy with this place, but our experience tonight was less than stellar. They forgot part of our order - I called to tell them. The kid on the phone was pretty rude and said that they would make it and send it right out. That was over an hour ago...and they are closing in 5 minutes so looks like we won't get it. Edit: I called today and the gentleman I spoke to was so kind and so helpful. I totally get that this is a first world problem - but food is expensive so it meant a lot that he fixed the issue.

We stopped here to grab lunch because it was right across the street from the hotel. Very impressed with this Pizza Hut. It was clean, food was great and staff was friendly and courteous. We will be stopping here again.

Always easy to stop and get my pizza fix heading home. Glad they are out in our area.

Best Pizza Hut! The employees are always happy and helpful. The food is always exactly as ordered and is hot and delicious. Rusty goes above and beyond for the customer. I will definitely keep on returning.

We enjoy supporting a business that is locally owned, but they are always more than 20 minutes late on top of a 40-50 minute delivery time span expected.

Wings are the only good thing and that's if they don't mess it up or give them to someone else and make you wait 15 minutes for more.

Food was good, price was good, service was great. If you drive anything bigger than a Honda Accord I would skip the drive thru option. Update: got to talk to the owner tonight, great guy! Quickly becoming the only place I want to stop for dinner.

The pizza crust was terrible. Tasted like old old dough. Was very hard to choke down, the whole family noticed. Was disappointed as we usually get great food from there.

Bring back gluten free crust. If you still have it...make it easier to find. My husband always wants to order Puzza Hut. I want to go elsewhere since you took away gluten free option.

I use the online ordering option and then pick up via carryout at least twice a month. The staff there knows us by name and have always been very friendly.

Staff is very helpful & courteous! extremely easy to order online or in person. best pizza I have ate in my life. lol my husband is in the military & we have traveled a lot. Fresh ingredients & hot when delivered to our front door. when driver delivered our 2 pizzas & wings he forgot our two 2 liter drinks. it was late on a holiday weekend & we told the young man not to worry about it. he went back to the store, brought back our drinks & a big brownie cake for free. we tried to pay him. he refused. needles to say he rececived a large hug & a tip!! you just don't find ervice like this anymore. we will be repeat customers for life!!!

Simplemente una normal pizza hut pizza. El único inconveniente era que había sólo 4? Mesas para sentarse y todos estaban llenos. La habitación era muy pequeña y estaba lleno. No había sala de espera, así que se ven obligados a pararse junto a gente comiendo, mirando hacia abajo en ellos. Muy incómodo.

I have always had good luck at this location. Accurate and timely with orders. Even though you can dine in, this location is geared towards carry out and delivery so there isn't any wait staff. Order at the counter and find a table. Some outdoor seating.

Got to the Ramada on May 21. After being on the road for about 28 hours, was looking forward to some good pizza. Didn't happen. I walked in, no customers and no staff. I stood inside for about 5 minutes and waited. I even yelled, "Anyone here" to no results. I walked outside to my truck and pulled out of parking lot and went to store next door and got something else. As I was pulling out of parking lot, I saw about 5 people standing outside behind building around some cars. Stopped in there last year when I was staying at the hotel and had no problems.

Pizza is... well it's pizza hut. But the staff are great. Good location for the small city of summerset.

We were tired and decided to order. It is just across the street. In ten minutes you could pick up a pizza but we had delivered and in less than half an hours we had a delicious pizza and bread. Great meal!!!!

This store refused to honor the online prices and deals that the national chain would support, half of the time they get the order wrong and they skimp on toppings. The only reason I come back to this Pizza Hut is bc it's close to my house but most of the time I will travel to the west main location, I suggest you do the same, they know what they're doing.

The food was good and hot, the staff was helpful and accommodating. Being the only place within walking distance from out hotel we ate there a few times during the week and never had an issue..

They would not honor national coupons or any price posted on line for carry out, I drove two miles down the street and found papa johns at exit 46

The pizza was good: fresh & hot. The customer service is what really stands out. The counter person was quick and friendly and he offered us plates, napkins and condiments with our carryout order. Great job!

Pizza Hut at this location is excellent and much better than the Downtown Rapid City location. Management staff is focused on customer satisfaction, not just in making pizza.
