i ordered from here occasionally during my lunch breaks for the past 3 years. every single time the food and service was great

they were busy! Which only means they must have excellent pizza everyone loves. I had the hand tossed Supreme, and was indeed excellent. The manager gave me a free large brownie dessert for waiting patiently in line. Hmm....I think I'll try that again. Thanks Pizza Hut Manager! I'll be back ! ! 0

Ordered close to $60 tonight. 3 pizzas that I requested extra sauce. Not only was there not extra sauce, there was practically no sauce!! And the pizzas were not even cut through. Had to tear pieces. What a disaster! Ordered on-line on my account. Do your employees even read the orders? Very disappointed 😥

It’s sad to say but I’d rather eat dominoes. Their pizza has more taste, cheese, and the garlic cheese sticks we got were missing the garlic and the cheese. It’s cheaper and tastier to go to dominoes

It’s always a problem every time we order. Pizza wrong, lost part of our order, lost the whole order, 20 extra minutes, EVERY SINGLE TIME! This time I thought they fixed their ways, wrong. Light sauce pepperoni. Extra sauce, that tasted old and vinegary. I don’t think I can stomach this place again.

Very good deep dish pizza. It reminded of when I used to get a deep dish pizza from Pizza Hut as a kid.

Have had nothing but problems from this location. Have had to drive to the store twice to pick up my “delivery” order. This past time after I hour I call to check the status to find out they canceled the order and didn’t notify me. They offered to deliver a new pizza in 45 minutes, no thanks, 2 hours with starving kids is too long.

It was like eating cardboard. Very little toppings very poor quality sausage and pepperoni.

Haven’t ordered PizzaHut in years, but had a slice at a party and wanted more. After 1hr and 46 min my pepperoni pan arrived at 7:30 on a Monday night. burned and cool to the touch. I called and got a $16 credit..what about the $5 delivery and $5 tip. The breadsticks were a solid B, I guess you have to order dip for them separate

First time ever the pizza did not taste as if it were from Pizza Hut. Meaning, Pizza Hut has a distinct taste that separates them from other chain restaurants. Last nights food tasted like they ran out of the typical ingredients and substituted with frozen reheated food. We ate a few slices and threw the rest away.

Pizza was room temperature, and the chicken Hawaiian had barely any sauce and no taste. Stopped going to pizza hut a long time ago for this reason and thought we'd give it another shot, still not very good!

Today I ordered online and after delivery I realized my order was incorrect so I contacted my local Pizza Hut to rectify the situation. I was told delivery would take 30 min or more so I opted to pick up my order. I enter the establishment to be greeted by Alex Sykes. Alex gave me my pizza and I asked if he could open the pie to check my order was correct and instead I received a reply that he doesn’t need to check. I felt it was necessary to check as I called earlier & the representative could not get my order straight. Alex then proceeded to speak to me in an elevated tone! He stated I had no right to be upset about my incorrect order or the inconvenience of having to pick it up after I paid for delivery! I asked if he spoke to customers in this manner and he began to point and yell that he is speaking to me in that manner! Alex continued yelling about how busy the store was & this is the reason for the wrong order! I am unhappy with the customer service I have received from the HUT! Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. Ricky the manager acted oblivious to the situation and was of no help!

The pricing was reasonable, and the quality of the food definitely matched the cost. It's these consistent positive experiences that make me a loyal customer of Pizza Hut.

Love the oregano on the Big New Yorker. The slices remind me of food truck pizza I got at college in early 70s in Philly. Great!

Only gave two stars because food was good. We ordered carry out and they only started making it when my boyfriend arrived to the store instead of when I ordered it. It was at least a 20 minute difference. We won’t be ordering from them again because they’ve done this before.

When I got home and opened my pizza it looked like they made my pizza out of 2 different pizzas and it was clearly not fresh at all it was cold and tasted old and not very good.

It would be nice if the app actually worked. The big box was suppose to be 23 bucks but it changed what pizzas you order when you go to checkout. Employees couldn't figure it out and charges us their price instead of the app price, so 5 bucks more. Will do papa johns next time, at least their app works.

Manager is condescending, rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory when interviewing! Was 15 mins late to interview my daughter and screamed at her about entitled teens the whole time! Was demeaning and verbally abusive without even getting to know her!

A more accurate assessment of when my order will be ready... the last 2 times i have showed up 5-10 minutes after when i was told it would be ready only to find out I have to sit in the parking lot another 30 minutes with starving kids asking for their dinner.. I will not be returning to this pizza hut for that reason

I ordered ahead and came to pick up. Pizza was ready on time and service was friendly. Plus, the pizza was pretty good! I was disappointed to find out that pizza hut charges $0.99 for crushed pepper packets now.

I arrived on time, as the app says, and the pizza came out of the oven 12 minutes late. Imagine just sitting down there in the pizza place waiting for pizza to come out of the oven! Otherwise, Pizza Hut is just Pizza Hut.

Put some pride in your product. My order was missing black olives, meat and the cheese was barely noticeable. I will not be ordering any Pizza from Pizza Hut.

You need to honor request: cut in squares. And please deliver pizza at reasonable temperature.

Great service and food here. Contacted the store for a special request after ordering online and Kelly got everything sorted out, and shared that she was timing the pizza perfectly so it comes out the oven right when the driver returns. You could tell she has a strong work ethic, great customer service, and drive for quality through the interaction.

The pizza was great however every order I have received from this location has had an issue with the cutting of the pizza. The pizza is not cut entirely thru and I have to recut it to ensure the pieces are not attached to other pieces

Typically, I am very pleased with Pizza Hut but this last time was really expensive. I spent $34 for two large pizza's and a cookie!

Make sure the pizza is cut it was very hard trying to separate it just make sure that the toppings are adequate for the pizza other than that it was good

UPDATE: They brought back their marinara sauce (or something very similar) and the food has been very good lately. I still don't recommend their wings, but the pizza and breadsticks are much improved.

Please remember to finish the pizza from start to finish. Ordered a stuffed crust and the crust was dry, it was like eating cardboard. I worked for Pizza Hut and know the crust is not meant to be like that.

Store exterior not up to par - cleaning, and refresh. Food was great, again.

TERRIBLE customer service. Totally unimpressed that they did not come out with my curbside pickup until I called twice (after alerting them using app). And then they refused to refund the tip unless I came in the store. Pizza was mediocre, and boneless wings a disappointment. I am unlikely to return to Pizza Hut after this experience.

Please tell the manager that there is a need for consistency in the toppings. I ordered two pizzas and both with extra pepperoni (and paid the upcharge) One pizza had extra pepperoni and the other had very little toppings at all. That one was the special one I ordered for myself... extra pepperoni extra sauce extra cheese on the whole pizza then pineapple and banana pepper on on half-which I was happy to pay additional for. But all I got was a extra cheese pizza with a pinch of toppings . I will try another store next time I crave the Hut...

My order was ready for pickup when I arrived and the person at the counter even asked if I needed plates or utensils.

It took 2 hours to get my pizza. And 40 mins from the time it said it was out for delivery. By the time the pizza got here, it was barely warm. Usually it’s fresh and awesome but this time was a huge disappointment

Manager was super nice gave me a discount because delivery driver called out and I had to come pick up pizzas however, they cooked pizzas perfectly! Well done.

My pizza was luke warm, I live <3 miles from the pizza hut so it should not have cooled off that much during my drive.

- Cut the slices all the way through. I have to re-cut the pizza because it is not cut completely through the dough on any of the slices. - Don't be so skimpy on the sauce.
