They loss my order...whe whitening for 45 minutes...so ridiculous 😒 myself driving for 30 minutes

This place is ran down. I have never seen a Pizza Hut look so dismantled. Just look at the sign on the outside. These is no AC on the unit. It look like a zombie post apocalypse movie scene.

Wish I'd read the reviews first, sent the bf in to grab it so I can't attest to the cleanliness.. but I regret encouraging him to tip before seeing the food. We paid 50nfor a pizza and some wings, it all looks sad af and they couldn't even throw in the Roma parm sprinkle cheese. It's scary they can employ people who aren't capable of reading a label as we got the chili flakes.. I guess they figure if we throw extra spices on it we won't notice how much worse it tastes than a normal pizza hut. Starting to think all of destin is nothing but sorry excuses for eating out or getting takeout.

This place is an absolute dumpster fire… absolutely filthy… walked out didn’t even eat

Our delivery driver demanded we tip him even though we couldn’t, we told him that and gave him the correct amount of money and he still wouldn’t give us our pizza neither our money as he was holding it in his hand. We didn’t get our food until we demanded he either give us our food or our money.

I sure hope you read these reviews before you come here. Unfortunately I did not. First of all the place looks like they are closing and it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Secondly I was told the soda fountain machine and the air conditioning just broke. If you read other reviews they have been broken for months, "keep in mind this is in Destin Florida in July". I also used the restroom while I was there and now feel as though I need a shower and a tetanus shot. Myself my wife and two adult children waited patiently in an empty restaurant for about an hour until our food came out. Once it did it was, "to go", so we went. Apparently their dishwasher was broken too. The pizza wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. This is a prime example of why Pizza Huts are in decline.

STOP USING DOOR DADH FOR DELIVERY!!!!!

This was a good late night opportunity to grab something to eat. I was grateful that I was told the store was behind the CVS as it isn't visible from the street if you didn't know where to be looking.

Bad service, very slow, I waited more than 40 minutes for my order and when they gave it to me, it was terrible.

I just ordered pizza there. It was delicious. The guy who works front was so kind and hardworking. He was trying to run for everything by himself. Thank you bro for your service!

Worst experience with a pizza hut EVER. placed order @ 7:45 and didn't arrive till after 10:35. Almost 3 hrs. Pizza was cold and boxes were wet and soggy from the condensation. Wings were cold and hard as rocks. Door dash driver did not speak English. Tried calling store and no answer. Called 5 times and would get hung up on after ringing for over 20 times. Tried calling the door dash driver and also no answer. Will definitely NEVER use this pizza hut again and will tell anyone looking to order to find another pizza place. I warned you, please don't make my mistake and find another place..absolutely awful experience

Bad experience I ordered a large peperoni pizza I waited more than 2 hours and ended up calling them and they told me they didn't have my order. I went to them for carry out and they told me they were no longer accepting orders. I got there at 10:45 pm and they close at 12:00, terrible service and also they charge on my credit card

Took my order over the phone and she forgot to add my 2nd pizza. The server tried to pay for my pizza bit I wouldn't let her. It was the kind gesture that counted though. Great food. Great service.

Customer service was great. Me and my girlfriend were on vacation and accidentally placed our online order at the closest location to our house rather than in Destin. We explained the situation to Dakotuh in the front and he not only remade our order but gave us a discount for our troubles :) Great experience and the food was delicious. I hope Dakotuh’s chargers always work and his pillow is always cold

This place looks terrible. They also didn’t have air conditioning on and it was so hot. Also 20 minutes late in getting the carry out on time and then missed some items. Don’t go here

No A/C, drink machine out of order, and we waited at our table for 20 minutes to get the food when there were no other customers.

Ordered online for delivery. On the app status showed pizza was on the way. After a long while, Thought mayb driver got lost. Called Pizza Hut. Right off the bat, I was being lied to. They had no delivery drivers so they door dashed it. The guy several times stated to me “hopefully you get your pizza” and “it might get there” what?!?! Why??? He said there is no way to call the door dasher to see where he is at because he doesn’t speak English only Russian. So i asked for him to give me the door dashers number. The number given to me was out of service. Then I asked for DoorDash customer service number and the number given to me was out of service. I went ahead and googled it now called DoorDash. (Of course I could of done that from the beginning but I felt i was being lied to and thats why I asked the guy to gv me the number). DoorDash showed no order going to my address. DoorDash asked for the order number given. So I called pizza hut on my husbands phone while i had DoorDash on speaker. The guy from pizza hut said he had no DoorDash order number and that he is not able to look it up anymore since he canceled my order. He said why am i worried about the door dasher. I told him, im not worried about the DoorDasher, I want the truth and thats what im going to find out. While im talking to the Pizza Hut guy, the DoorDash representative said he can look up the order number even if he canceled the order. So I told that to the guy from PH and he hung up on me. Wow!! Shady from the beginning. I always loved ordering from there never had an issue w my pizzas. Now, I couldn’t see myself ordering from them anymore because they know who I am and if I order again….guess what will happen to my pizza…. I just wanted the truth. Who knows who is eating the pizza i ordered.. the lady from DoorDash said I should call PizzaHuts customer service and put a complaint with them. So I did! Never again.

People were friendly and food was good the place was disgusting though, didn't have AC and the fountain drink machine was down.

Okay im prefacing this with saying that pizza hut is my GO TO pizza. IDK why but the thin crust is just spectacular. Went on spring break vacation to destin and this has got to be the worst customer service i've experienced in a while. Im not easily bothered, but it mainly boils down to their "drive thru". I ordered twice with them. First time i pulled into the drive thru it took someone 5 minutes to come ask my name and tell me they had to remake my pizzas because they werent cooked through, perfectly okay. I ordered again the next day and i sat at the window for a total of almost 20 minutes. They have one of those devices that makes a noise when you drive over it(you can hear it from outside). I reversed and drove back over it 3 times before parking and going inside, only to see a long line and waiting 8-10 minutes for ANYONE to come to the front to help any customers. My review was lower than it currently is, but im throwing in the benifit of the doubt that they were short staffed both days and/or just busy being spring break in a vacation city. But even with that someone couldve at least come to the window/counter and apologized for the wait, even if they had to go right back to helping in the back.

While the other reviews are quite negative, my experience was great here. Got pickup on the first night arriving in Destin for vacation. Got a large pepperoni and large cheese with honey bbq chicken tenders. Everything was hot and made correctly. Pizza Hut is by far the best of the pizza chain restaurants.

Ordered a medium thin crust, sausage, marinara sauce, cheese pizza. Very, very dry due to essentially no sauce! Couldn't see any cheese either. Worst pizza we've had in years!

This I'd the worse pizza hut I have had pizza from. . I didn't get hardly any sauce and my double toppings were not even a single typing. Pizza was hot that is the reason for a 3 star.

There was one guy doing all the work while we were there. He had hearing aids in, didn't get his name. He took our order, made our food, & brought it out. He had around 3-5 other orders while we were there. He stayed calm and was very polite. Food was excellent!!

Just ordered delivery, pizza was good and hot and the service was fairly fast. The only issue is that they don’t have their own drivers and contract through door dash (complete rip off and garbage company), but I didn’t know door dash was the delivery service until after I paid. The door dash driver dropped the pizza off at the wrong house, but I found it. Trash.

Took the grandchildren there and they ate all of their pizzas.

The food took forever because they were overwhelmed with orders and I only saw 3 employees in the building. They ran out of dough but hey it happens. They handled it very well. They were very friendly and apologetic. But I understand because they have 1 manager in here and 2 other employees one working the counter and the other cooking.

Nice pizzas but it took like a lifetime to get it…

Not sure what was going on today (7/7/2023) but it took 50 minutes from the time we ordered to receive our two personal pizzas. Also no ice available for the fountain drinks. Three other customers in the store with similar issues

Just order an hour before you are ready to eat. We ordered two medium one toppings and a large 3-topping with wings. Lots of new employees but they were still short staffed. The order was taken quickly and the food was actually ready in 20 mins. The employees were never rude and were giving out free dipping sauce and desserts for the long wait times. Mark worked my order and was respectfully and was the apologist to all of the customers. Great employee! All in all the food was hot, the employees did their best with what they had. Just order you pizza an hour early and you’ll be fine.

Felt bad there were only 3 people working the night before we left we ordered out of convenience we were staying at the days inn by Wyndham next door. I placed the order online and it said 40 min when it meant 1 hour 40 min and the pizzas tasted weird!

I wanted to leave a review for the guy at the front desk- he was basically running the whole restaurant! He was kind and polite to many rude customers and made a point to walk around the dining room and ask if everything was okay with out food. He was also running the register and the drive through. I’m pretty sure the place wouldn’t run without him! He needs a raise! (He had a hat and a beard- I think his name was mark)

5 out of 5 stars! Excellent delivery. The bell peppers were exquisite. The mushrooms were cooked to perfection and the texture was perfect.

It is a pizza restaurant in a seaside town. The pizza was hot, the counter staff was pleasant. The location is perfect-- though getting into the lot can be tricky if you miss the turn.

Food was great, but the customer service and seating area could've been better. When we entered all staff was just standing behind the counter talking. The seating area was tidy but could've been cleaned a little better. It was also very outdated in decor, tables, and chairs.

Lady was nice, food was brand new and fresh, I don’t get all of these reviews of hatred, the employees seemed really nice, it just seems as if they can’t get enough employees and enough money together to make the place look nice.

Received a phone call, from the manager, to apologize for a delay in my delivery due to the well-known local staffing shortage. Wow! Who does that anymore? We are in a very busy vacation area, so it's been a struggle this summer. That call was just such a pleasant surprise. What a great effort at customer service in trying circumstances! When they are not so busy, this Pizza Hut has the fastest delivery in town, sometimes only 20 minutes! I love all of their menu items, the online ordering is great, and friendly drivers deliver to you. Nothing but compliments! Just adding that I'm editing this to say that I continue to receive excellent food quality and customer service every time we order. It's been a year since we moved to this area of town and Pizza Hut is my go-to!

Order a pizza and I asked for extra chili flakes and parmesan cheese and they told me to pay $6 for it. Overall pizza was good.

Placed a take out order. After the lady took order and credit card info she advise me that the order went thru and it would be a 95 minutes till I could pick up my order. No warning of the 95 minute wait prior to charging my card. Since it was 8:10 and and I didn’t want to eat at 10:00 pm I told her I wanted to cancel the order she advised me she didn’t have the ability to cancel the order and she would have to put me through to the store to get my order canceled and my refund. I waited 17 minutes on hold till someone answered at the actual store.

After a long day out on the beach, everything was packed so we decided to get pizza, they were super backed up which is understandable but they were super helpful and were able to get us the items we needed. Crystal was a beautiful women and we are very grateful for the service. We need more people like her in the food industry.

Rude staff ignoring their own mask and glove rules!!! The pizza wasn’t the issue, the staff member announcing to the guy before me how he was the smart one ordering online and saving money not realizing I was apparently the dumb one that got charged twice as much apparently for being stupid and dialing a phone because I didn’t have a laptop handy. Not a single staff member in the front or back of the house were wearing masks and apparently don’t like being questioned about it (corporate policy BTW) and tried to ditch the portion of the receipt with the survey on it. Asked for that portion back and I figured out why...half the survey was about the stores hygiene practices. Even got yelled at by the same staff member walking out the door. Pizza Hut lost a customer today. Shame because the pizza was pretty darn good.

Okay, let me preface this by saying that I ordered delivery from here once, months ago, and the pizza got here dry as hell, hard as a rock and not even slightly warm. I thought maybe it was an "off-night" for them and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (I never complained, as I rarely do this anyway). Today I decided I would go in for their lunch buffet right at noon. It was pretty busy (no effing clue why..? Tourists that have never been here?) and you would THINK that because it's so busy, the food would be warm and fresh tasting, but no. It tasted just like the aforementioned time I ordered delivery. I'm convinced that many of the very little good reviews this place has was written by employees and their friends. I don't expect much for an 8$ buffet, but this was food you feed to the rats and raccoons. At least the water tasted OK !! I can't believe I'm admitting- Cici's pizza and Little Caesar's are even better than this. Eat and support local at Land Shark or Merlin's because it's consistent and so much better.

I realize it's just a Pizza Hut, but it really is the best Pizza Hut ever. We live in NC and travel to Destin 1-3 times a year. There's a running joke in our family about always having to go to Pizza Hut in Destin because they put something in their pizza. You'd think since it's a chain all Pizza Huts should taste the same, but for some reason the pizza just tastes better at this location. The dining room is usually clean, and they typically have great service too.

We wanted to do the lunch buffet but that is only offered on weekdays just FYI! The staff was helpful and kind. The service was relatively fast for waiting on a pizza in a Pizza Hut. The pizza was good but like any carry out pizza I have ever eaten so do not expect something great.

Buffet was a joke! Food all looked like it had been sitting awhile. This restaurant was so dirty. Windows, floors, ceilings and restrooms were disgusting. I would never eat here again!!

We stopped by for lunch and decided to eat from the buffet. The food available was hot and tasty. There just were not many buffet options available. Kids in our family love pizza hut. The adults are not generally big fans due to hygenic concerns noted with many pizza hut restaurants. Fortunately, this Pizza Hut was clean and tidy. I would eat here again.

I had an issue with a previous order. I got a call from the manager who personally apologized and gave me a credit for my next order. I've ordered 2 more times since then and have been very satisfied with my order. Thank you for taking care of your local customers.

Our first night we hit the grocery store and decided to order pizza after driving all day. I called to place the order and got connected to a Pizza Hut call center. After 10+ minutes on the phone, I finally got my order placed. I was told it would be about 20 minutes. I got the Pizza Hut around the time it was supposed to be ready. I had to wait inside the store an additional 30 minutes because my food was not done yet. Very short staffed and the staff was clearly frustrated/annoyed with their job. Hopefully just an off night, but be prepared for a very long wait time. Pizza was decent. Not the best or worst I've ever had.

Sometimes my husband just wants a pizza delivered, especially if we are watching a special tv show or event. The Pizza Hut here delivers and always makes sure our pizzas are hot. The delivery people make every effort to make sure the order is correct and brought as quickly as possible.You can call ahead or order online.
