Ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas. One with extra cheese and other with mushrooms and onions. Picked up got home no extra cheese and no mushrooms or onions. At $2 each for the extras. Lost my business

Was the worst. I ordered at 9:30 pm. App stated 10:30 pm delivery time. I called at 11 in case they were busy. Person answers the phone tells me they are not making pizzas any further tonight but my food in on the way. I called at 11:30 asking for an update they tell me my order was canceled and they will not be delivering it. No call. No heads up. I was waiting for 2 hours for absolutely nothing. Thanks

Ordered extra sauce on my pizza and received no sauce. Pizza also was extremely thin. This has occurred numerous times and after spending over $60, I'm truly disappointed. Probably will be my last time ordering from this location as the quality just isn't consistently good.

This location has fallen into deceptive trade practices. They are charging Pepperoni Lover's prices for a one-topping pepperoni pizza.

The customer service is highly disappointing. You are not greeted or thanked for coming in. The manager is short with customers after arriving. A quick “be right with you” no smile and walking off is what you will be met with. Would not go back.

The last time we ordered a dozen pizzas for a work party. They made them all on time and they were prepared well. This location does really well.

This store is very stingy with toppings and often gets the order wrong. Check your pizza before leaving the store.

Food is always excellent, hot and made to my order. They've never gotten it wrong. My only complaint is the employees smoking near the entrance. That's gross.

We ordered the mild buffalo wings and they were hot and perfect as ordered.

The driver doing delivery is from Door Dash, mistake #1. He came with no cash for change. I should have tipped (drivers should carry change for a 20). Bad form. Mistake #2 no one at the store answering the phone. Tipping online was not readily available so I will skip Pizza Hut in the future. The delivery mare me feel ripped off.

I stay the street over from pizza hut. The food I got last night for my family was unbelievable cold and tasted like it was made hours ago and reheated to the point of the $40 I just spent to get the food went in the trash and I had to go back out just to get food for my family. I greatly appreciate you McDonald's for being farthest from my house and give me hot food.

A favorite go to quick dinner alternative. Besides pizza is one of my Favorite foods.

Stop being so cheap with the Melt dipping sauce. You made them half the size and when I asked for another, I was told it would be another 75 cents. Rip off.

New to this location in last 2 months. Excellent experience. I always do carry out and the pizza is hot and delicious each time. I call in my order and the pizza is ready 15 minutes later.

The amount of bugs in this place. Why are you even open? Dead bugs and live bugs everywhere in the ordering area. On the walls, floor and windows, too many to count and I’m not even joking. How? How are you not closed down for pest control? I didn’t even eat my food.

Pizza took a long time to get here even though I live next door but he drove fast enough to knock all the toppings off my pizza and forgot my drink— but they followed my semi difficult pizza instructions I left perfectly (that most people get wrong or don’t read ) so props to the kitchen team

I ate at this Pizza Hut for the first time last week and I ordered a personal pan supreme pizza. The pizza I had ordered was served hot and the bread was soft. It was delicious! The male cashier was generous and kind. It was extremely hot inside of this Pizza Hut, however they had people repairing the AC unit while I was there.

Wife stopped for good original PH pizza and was thrilled since it has been so long. Loves the Pizza Hut!!

Our last delivery from local Pizza Hut was great! Food was hot and delicious. The marinaria sauce on my pasta was very tasty as was cheese, seemed very fresh. Ingredients seemed different in a good way. Hubby didn't have to warm his up as he usually does. He likes his food HOT! Wonderful!

I walked in on a Monday afternoon (05/09/2022) and whoever the chap was that made my personal pan, chicken, tomato and mushrooms pizza was wonderful. He made it so fast, it tasted so delicious, perfect on sauce and cheese and crispness, the employee was polite, to the point and had an upbeat charisma without any fakey smiles. Give the man a raise! Wish I didn't live so far!

TThe store smell like the cook was smoking cigarettes in the store or kitchen.

Delivered my pizza to the wrong house! Manager asked if an elderly lady in my house could have accepted it. I have no elderly people in my house. Then offered a credit back? Said these things happen. I suppose he doesn't have any kids and if he does I suppose he is OK with them being hungry and waiting to eat for hours. Terrible management. No offer for anything else. 👎

I ordered 3 different pizzas (1 pan, 1 hand tossed, and 1 thin crust). The hand tossed was the most thin I have EVER had with you all and it did not have nearly half the amount of topping that the other 2 pizzas did. I was rather disappointed with that one compared to the other 2 pizzas. Usually, I love this Pizza Hut location (speed, ease, etc.).

Chicken pieces are decreased in the Alfredo pasta. You can add option for extra chicken on your website

My order was delivered in record time and was hot and delicious.

The cheese on the Detroit pizza was not edge to edge like it is in the advertisement. There was no caramelized cheese on the pizza.

The pizza arrived within 30 minutes of ordering and was hot!! Amazing!!

Order was ready when I got there and the person I dealt with was pleasant. They did not have any napkins though.

Just about everything is really good. Except their stuffed crust pizza. I've never seen so much greasiness. It's not good when your competitors make a better stuffed crust. Other than that excellent friendly staff and fast and friendly delivery.

Although out of onions and mushrooms for a veggie lovers pizza Patrick the manager helped me with completing my order was much appreciated. Thank you Patrick.

Wings were dry, hardly any sauce at all. So little sauce they were basically chicken nuggets. One of the photos is honey BBQ, the other is teriyaki.

It's a pizza hut, not much more to know. Never had a problem here.

Nice place to order pizza from but you can't really eat in here. They only have room for 4 people and no restrooms. That was a unexpected but the food was good as you'd expect from Pizza Hut

Update! I contacted Pizza Hut through their corporate website and let them know my experience and they refunded my purchase. I gave an extra star for that, so now at 3 stars. They first said they'd have a credit for me at the store where I ordered, but I definitely didn't want that, so I asked for a refund and they did. Satisfied. 1. Delivery was about 30 min later than the (35-) 45 minutes that was predicted by pizzahut and was probably why the pizzas and breadsticks were only moderately warm. 2. Delivery Tracker was a big fail. 2 1/2 hrs later and it still says "We're Making Your Order." One of the pizzas had so little sauce that it lacked marinara flavor and both pizzas had too much sweet flavor. The pizzas were also WAY TOO GREASY! 3. Pizzahut never provides enough sauce for the breadsticks. One little container doesn't even last through half of one order and that's using it conservatively. If someone stretched it to use on all the breadsticks, there wouldn't be enough of a dab to even taste the marinara. It's been months since I've ordered pizzahut and I doubt I'll be doing so again anytime soon. :( P.S. I suggest they send the pizza makers to Valdosta Pizza Hut on Hwy 84 to learn how to make them right! Or they could just go to Newk's close by and learn from them. Newks has great pizzas, and even if they do cost more, it's worth it to get to enjoy it... AND... no bad aftertaste or after-effects from Newk's pizzas!

I came here for lunch and found the service to be great. I havn’t been here in a long time and I thought they just served pizza, but I found that they have some new options, like pasta, and wings. So I think I will be stoping here for my lunch break more often.

Absolutely awesome. Have had numerous deliveries from them and have always been satisfied with my orders and deliveries. The only issue I've ever had with them regarding a forgotten two liter of soda was resolved the same night with one sent out to me. They are incredibly awesome and make some awesome pizza. For sure the best pizza and service you can get with the price!

Simply put, this Pizza Hut has its life together. I order delivery regularly and have NEVER had a problem! My pizza (and wings) are always super hot, my order is ALWAYS correct, delivery time is very fast, and the drivers are chill. Keep up the good work!

The pizza is what I expected - good.

Ordered several pizzas for a end of year softball party. The manager Zachary was friendly and happy to meet our request for the pies to be delivered to the field. When our games got cancelled due to lightening, I called to see if they could bring the pizzas a bit earlier than requested. Again, the manager and staff were friendly and happy to assist. They had 7 pizzas delivered in less than 30 minutes from the call (even though it was an hour earlier than I had originally requested). The driver was smiling and very polite and the pizzas were hot and delicious. Thanks Pizza Hut Kerry Forrest for providing great service!!

On time and correct orders. I have used this Pizza Hut a dozen times and have never been dissatisfied.

The pizza is alright, and is more than reasonably priced, but the woman who answers the phone exudes her complete unhappiness in her every word. It must be a miserable job, but that's certainly not the fault of the customers. Maybe she's had something horrible happen to her. Hopefully if someone who works there reads this they'll feel compassion towards their phone lady and help her not to be so totally unpleasant!
