This is the second time in about a year that ive ordered from this avalon location... second time my pizzas came delivered with raw dough. I thought after a year that it was an isolated incident. The delivery driver was very nice & the lady i spoke to about the order was nice & gave me 20$ towards my order however that only covered the tip, taxes & delivery fee i paid for a 90$ order. Good luck ordering there ... its prob best to just order in person so any issues can be taken care of immediately. I do not recommend delivery

Really aggravated ! Order online and it took my money but didn’t get an order confirmation call the store & they said that happens a lot . There should be a notification about that , because that was my last few dollars and now I have to wait 2 days from my bank for their mistake

i LOVE this pizza hut so much the wings and melts taste so cream worthy and if i could eat here for the rest of my life i would. customer service is so good but a little worse on sunday’s specifically (idk why) but yeah i love pizza hut!

Had the big box dinner. 2 pizzas, boneless wings, and bread sticks. The pizza tasted like bread that's it. Couldn't taste the sauce or topping because they were so little on the pizza. I ended up throwing the pizza away.

Ordered a pizza with no tomato sauce (allergies) at 10:04, they said it would arrive within 45 minutes. It actually arrived at midnight (after 4 calls) with sauce on the pizza. One call at 11.30 we were told the pizza would be there in 2 minutes and then it took another 30 minutes to arrive. Never ordering delivery at Pizza Hut again.

I have tried to like the Avalon Park Pizza Hut since it opened. I have finally given up. I have never really had a good pizza from this location. Today, I ordered a medium pizza and a pasta dish to be picked up at 5:30. I arrived early and the food was ready. When I opened the boxes it was clear the food had been sitting in their warming oven for a very long time. Probably since I had ordered it at 2:20. Pizza was tepid at best, and looked like dried-out day-old pizza. Pasta was dried and crunchy. If this had been a one-off I would not comment but it is, sadly, the norm. When we arrived our order was not ready. Within 5 minutes they brought us an order, which was not ours. They rhen tried to relocate our order, ok which they stated the delivery driver must have taken it. They stated they would remake it and it would take less than 10 minutes. We decided to take what was given and depart.
